Export-led policies, FTA signed and economics of scale through a variety of market-oriented policies, such as regulations to improve market grew constantly. Accordingly, the correct decision making accurately analyze the economics market for decision, a problem has been an important issue in predicting. For accurate analysis and decision-making of the most common indicators of the stock market by proposing a number of indicators of economic transformation techniques were applied to the convergence model combining estimation and forecasts problem confirmed its effectiveness. Experimental result, gave the model estimation method to apply a transform to show the valid combinations proposed model state estimation result was confirmed in a very similar exercise aspect of the physical problem and the KOSPI index prediction.

This paper is to examine the trends and structures of unemployment as well as its spatial patterns in Germany. Germany once achieved a well-developed employment system and full employment. Since 1970, however, unemployment has been one of the major issues in Germany. During the last three decades the unemployment rate has risen to unprecedented levels and stayed high. After the German unification, especially, labor market is characterized by the mass unemployment and the structural selective process of unemployment to be imposed on German workers. And regarding to the spatial patterns of massive unemployment, this study shows critical disparities between South and North Germany being overlapped with new disparities between East and West Germany. We can explain the regional differentiation of unemployment on the base of typical mismatch of labour market allocation. It is also shown that massive unemployment is related not only to policy shifts in labor market but also to structural transformation after the unification.

This study tried to analyze the growth background of Starbucks, a competitive company in the Korean coffee industry. Therefore, by using the STEEP analysis technique, each company's competitiveness was analyzed and the results were used to derive competitive factors. And the research results are as follows. Looking at the social aspect, economic activity has been a catalyst for women as the standard of living has increased due to economic growth. In addition, in the case of coffee culture in the past, Starbucks' response strategy, which has seen the transformation from vending machine mixed coffee culture to a consumer market that emphasizes cultural and spatial aspects, was effective. Looking at the technical aspect, the deviation has been reduced by securing uniform standardization of the taste of coffee beans at franchise stores, and the operation of a standardized operating system was possible by operating the store directly. And looking at the economic aspect, as the coffee consumption market continues to expand, the overall size of the market has also grown proportionally, creating a stable growth environment. Lastly, looking at the environmental and policy aspects, it is that the marketing strategy direction based on the policy activities as an eco-friendly company as a market leader has been the main focus of the recent policy direction emphasizing eco-friendliness.

Alstroemeria plants are widely cultivated in many countries especially in Western Europe and North America and popularity has increased in recently due to its long-base life, large variety of colors and low energy requirement during cultivation period. So far, more than 60 species have been released on the commercial market in the world. To meet the demand of consumer and develop the elite Alstroemeria cultivars, conventional breeding including cross-hybridization and selection as well as mutation breeding were used. However, as other important ornamental plants such as lily, rose, carnation and orchids accepted the biotechnological methods, this newly-born approach should be applied and developed an optimized the genetic transformation system. Then, this biotechnological approach can be fused with the conventional breeding methods and thus can be contributed to the production of elite Alstroemeria plants containing agriculturally good genetic traits which are useful for the both farmers and consumers in the future. In this paper, we reviewed the botanical and genetical features of Alstroemeria plants and its biotechnological approaches in the last decades.

Whereas previous researches on land policy after unification dealt with principally the problem of land confiscation under the communist reign, this research tried to propose a scheme of long-term land reform which was based on case studies on ex-socialist societies' experiences during their transformation, analysis on North Korea's institution related to land ownership and use. To reform North Korea's land ownership and use by the principle of market economy, North Korean should accumulate their commencing asset necessary for private ownership of land and housing. Therefore much focus should be put on the accumulation of the commencing asset at the early state of unification. On the extension of that line, the government of the Unified Korea should try to solve the problem of land confiscation by the communist party and land privatization in the region of North Korea. For the purpose, gradual land reform is more desirable than rapid one according to the case studies on ex-socialist societies. The government should avoid policies than can result in serious fiscal burden. Active participation of local government is highly recommendable in land tax and development. On the direction of land policy, this research proposed a four step long-term scheme of land reformation in North Korea. However, later researches should put more Korea. However, later researches should put more emphasis to the unification of land institution of North and South Korea which this research couldn't deal with sufficiently.

The purpose of the research is to track the morphological transformation of apartment complex sites in Busan, especially focusing on building arrangement on apartment complex sites. Though there have been numerous studies regarding apartment housing, only few studies have been performed about the building arrangement. The arrangement has been poorly treated and not well disclosed as compared with other apartment-based research such as form of residential towers, floor plan, etc. The building arrangement is one of the most critical decisions at the early design stage and is affected by numerous social aspects such as building/zoning code, market demand, cultural preference, etc. Thus, the transformation of the arrangement may provide the hint for the change of socio-cultural demands of apartment housing. The research has been done on the existing 269 apartment complexes which have been built through 2016 in Busan. There are three categories set for analysis: relationship between buildings, relation between road and buildings, and the building arrangement along site perimeter. The result shows that significant change has occurred since 2000s; the arrangement has become diverse from three types to seven types. The early model of parallel or lattice types have been dominant until 2000, but the skewed one replaced the parallel or lattice types in Period V and Period VI, which is from 2001 through 2016.

Thus, we provide suggestions and implications for hospitality and tourism industry stakeholders to increase core values and business performance and create sustainable competitive advantages over other market players through VR and metaverse.

As the population interested in interior design has been increasing, the global interior market has grown significantly. Global interior companies are developing and providing simulation services for various interior elements. Although wallpaper design is the most important interior element, existing wallpaper design simulation services are difficult to use due to drawbacks such as differences between expected and actual results, long simulation time, and the need for professional skills. We proposed a wallpaper image transformation method for interior design using cycle generative adversarial networks (GAN). The proposed method demonstrates that users can simulate wallpaper design within a short period of time based on interior image data using various types of wallpaper.

This article is concerned with exploring labour market transformation in newspaper industry and thereby looking into skill formation and professionalization of journalists. In Korea, according to previous research, newspaper journalist labour market had been characterized by a low inter-firm mobility of workers and patterns of long-term employment and firm-based skill training. However, over the past few years, as new product strategies of newspaper firms has changed due to management crisis employers pull back from the responsibilities of investment on skill training and securing job stability for journalists. However, in spite of overall weakened firm-based skill formation systems within the market, there still seems to be long way to build alternative systems of skill developments for them. As a result, it will be argued that, in the absence of manifest labor market institutions such as apprenticeships or skill certification system, which are assumed to traditionally certify workers' professionalization, occupational identity and professionality of newspaper journalist labour market will be weakened. Labor market data from interviews with journalists in the newspaper industry are used in order to test this hypothesis.
