The purpose of this study, which has been conducted as a government and academic joint project, is to introduce the design, production and installation of the structures exhibited to let people know the meaning the environment-friendly eco-park - Haneul Park that is located in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The exhibition was held as a part of Green Garden Panorama of Seoul Design Fair 2010 and used the stands of Jamsil Sports Complex as the exhibition space. The key contents of the exhibition consist of four elements; firstly, green plants were placed on the first and second floor stands of the complex in order to create the space inside the main stadium as a space that symbolized green environment. Secondly, the usability of the containers of food was maximized to attract the spectator's interest and induce desire to have it. Thirdly, the efforts of the Mapo-gu office for green environment were emphasized using environment-friendly materials. The process and meaning of the transformation of Nanji Island that had been a waste dump site in the past into Haneul Park - an environment-friendly eco-park were expressed by a four-stage space structure. The majority of installations placed in each stage were sold to visitors during the event so as to minimize the generation of wastes after the event.

In recent years after the Sewol Sank, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Fire & Disaster Headquarters(SMFDH) have made improvements of Golden Time in the field of disaster as the leader of Fire Department in Korea. SMFDH has been practicing many kinds of plans, or projects to achieve Gold Time of 55 types of disaster. However, There have been questioning about all these projects if they are working for the achievement. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current projects for Golden Time Targeting focused on Mapo fire fighters as first responders and to cope with how to make them better for Seoul Citizens' safety by using SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) Statistics 24. The result of this study presents that how we can find to be all the project for Golden Time Targeting running well. And This study will be positively applied to Seoul fire policies or helped for setting them up better.

본 연구는 서울시 성북구 성북동을 대상으로 근대 이후 문화재와 주변 경관 변화과정 및 원인을 사회 문화적인 측면에서 설명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1962년부터 2010년까지 사용한 폐쇄지적도를 이용하여 필지를 분석하고, 문헌자료를 참고하여 연구하였다. 시대별 변화과정 확인이 가능한 성락원, 마포최사영고택, 서울선잠단지, 서울한양도성을 위주로 변화과정을 추적하였으며, 문화재의 소경관(素景觀)을 검토하고 필지 변화와 함께 경관변천을 분석하였다. 성락원은 1954년에 송석정과 연못이 조성된 모습을 소경관이라 볼 수 있으며, 마포최사영고택은 2003년 이후 성북동으로 이전 복원한 것, 서울선잠단지는 1960년대 개발로 현재의 터만 남게 된 모습을, 서울한양도성은 숙종30년에 석성으로 개축한 것을 각 문화재의 소경관으로 정의하였다. 성락원은 제도적 요인에 의해 변화가 생겼고, 마포최사영고택과 주변 경관은 사회경제적 요인에 의해 변화가 생겼으며, 서울 선잠단지와 그 주변은 사회경제적 제도적 요인에 의해, 서울한양도성과 그 주변은 기술적 제도적 요인에 의해 변화가 생겼다고 볼 수 있다. 이처럼 성북동의 문화재와 그 주변경관은 대체로 제도적 요인과 사회경제적 요인에 의해 변화가 생기는 것을 알 수 있었다. 근대 이후 서울의 도시계획이 성북동에도 영향을 미쳤으리라 예상되며, 자본주의 경제체제 확립이 그 배경이 된 것이라 판단된다. 따라서 문화자원으로서의 잠재적 가치를 인식한 바람직한 경관변화가 이루어지길 기대한다.

멜라닌은 superoxide, hydroxyl radical, singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide와 같은 활성산소를 생성하는 자외선으로부터 피부를 보호하는 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 그러나 지질, 단백질, DNA 산화를 야기시키는 활성산소는 주근깨와 기미의 원인으로 알려진 melanin 과잉생산을 유도한다. 한약재중에서 본 연구에 사용된 유백피는 주요 성분으로 flavonoids를 함유하는 것으로 보고되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 B16F1에서의 유백피 에탄올 추출물의 미백효과 및 항산화 효과를 조사한 것이다. UMEE는 $3.12{\mu}g/ml$ 이하의 농도에서 세포독성을 보여주지 않았다. 항산화 실험에서 UMEE는 높은 환원력과 DPPH 소거효과를 보여주었다. 더욱이 UMEE는 지질과산화 억제효과가 있는 것으로 관찰되었다. UMEE는 in vitro에서 tyrosinase활성에 대한 억제효과는 없었다. 그러나 UMEE는 melanogenesis에서 중요한 효소인 tyrosinase 및 tyrosinase related protein-2 (TRP-2)의 발현을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 UMEE가 항산화 활성뿐 만 아니라 tyrosinase 및 TRP-2의 발현억제를 통한 미백효과를 나타내어, 피부에 미백효과를 줄 수 있는 기능적인 잠재성을 가지고 있다는 것을 암시한다.

흥선대원왕(興宣大院王) 이하응은 고종의 아버지로 1863년 12월에 대원군으로 봉작(封爵)되었다. 1898년 2월 2일 흥선대원군이 훙서(薨逝)하면서 평소 즐겨 지내던 마포구 공덕동의 아소당에 예장(禮葬)하게 되었고, 1907년 8월 24일 대원왕으로 추봉되었다. 대원왕으로 추봉된 이후 아소당 묘소가 파주 대덕동으로 천봉되면서 묘소가 원(園)으로 승격하게 되었다. 원으로 승격된 원침공간에는 원의 격에 맞는 시설물들이 조성되었는데, 이를 통해 흥원의 원과 묘의 원침 공간 특성을 분석할 수 있었다. 또한 묘와 원의 공간 구성을 비교·분석하여 조선시대 원, 묘의 공간 구성 특성을 도출할 수 있었다. 『흥원천봉등록』 분석을 통해 도출된 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 마포구 아소당에 위치한 흥선대원군의 묘소는 흥선대원군이 흥선대원왕으로 추봉되며 인조의 천봉 전 능소인 파주 운천리 장릉으로 천봉되었고, 묘에서 원으로 묘소의 위계도 승격되었다. 또한 마포 아소당에서 사용된 점경물과 시설물들을 파주 운천리로 옮기면서 재사용하였고, 원의 위계에 맞게 비석, 석호, 침각, 제물고, 수복청, 홍살문, 우물 등을 새로이 조성하였다. 이러한 점경물과 시설물 조성의 차이로 볼 때 원과 묘의 공간 구성에 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

2008년 2월 10일 방화로 소실된 숭례문 문루의 복구 작업이 2013년 4월에 완료되었다. 숭례문하면 화재가 먼저 생각날 정도지만 이와 관련해서 다시 한 번 고찰해야 할 것이 남지(南池)이다. 현재 남지는 그 터였음을 알리는 표지석만 남아 있지만 소방문화사적으로 소중한 의미를 갖고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 남지가 갖고 있는 소방문화사적 가치와 의미를 재조명하고 현대적으로 계승해야 함을 강조하고자 한다.

Molecular orientation and polarity of solubilization site of dipolar azobenzenes solubilized in micellar solutions are discussed. The polarity of solubilization was estimated by using Taft $\pi$$^*$ scale with linear solvation energy relationship, $\Delta$E=$\Delta$E$_0$ + S($\pi$$^*$ + d$\delta$)+a$\alpha$ + b$\beta$. Hydrogen bonding effects were taken into account for the estimation of micropolarity. The polarity that azobenzenes experienced in the miceliar solutions was close to water which represented that the azobenzenes were mostly solubilized at the interface. For the orientations of azobenzenes were concerned, the nitro group of NPNOH faced the interface and the hydroxy group of NPNO$^-$ located at the interfacial area.

To increase the robustness of tile feedforward tracking control system, a new discrete time sliding function has been defined and utilized for the formulation of control law, In adaptive case the robustness is achieved by using both a normalized gradient algorithm with deadzone and a sliding function-based nonlinear feedback, while in nonadaptive case by using only a sliding function-based nonlinear feedback.

Since 1960's Mapo Apartment Housing, the apartment housing has been established as the typical urban housing type, and its design of outdoor spaces being transformed diversely. The purpose of this study is to identify the periodical trend of outdoor space design by analysing the elements of outdoor spaces in the apartment housing estates constructed in Daejon City.

In order to analyze the thermal effects of the rotor models, the finite element technique was used in this study. The length of the hat was investigated as a design parameter. At the start of each brake application the disk surface temperature rapidly increases to a maximum value and then decays due to external cooling and thermal conduction to the hat. The calculated results indicate that the long length of the hat shows the minimum deformation in axial direction, which is related to the thermal problems, coned wear, vibration and noise.
