This paper will look into the Main Substance and Some Problems of 24 hours Advance Cargo Manifest Declaration Rule, focuses on the Policy implication of Korea's and counter measures of our parties concerned about 24-hour advance vessel manifest rule. The 24-hour rule requires cargo owners to submit cargo manifest information to U.S. Customs 24 hours before vessel sailing from the final foreign port to a U.S. port. Cargo manifest information must be complete, accurate, and timely. As of February 2, 2003 manifest information can be submitted by paper or electronically. Cargo descriptions must be at a level of detail consistent with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes used by U.S. Customs. HTS codes are 10 digits. Electronic submissions are made via the Automated Manifest System (AMS) run by U.S. Customs.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라에서 해상적하목록 사전제출제도를 도입하여 수출입물류 원활화와 안전을 도모하기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 우리나라의 주요 교역대상국인 미국, EU, 중국에서 해상적하목록 사전제출제도를 도입하고 있고 물류보안 강화가 국제적 추세인 상황에서 변화된 무역관행에 수출기업의 조기 적응을 유도하고 수입 우범화물에 대한 통제를 강화하기 위해 해상적하목록 사전제출제도가 필요하다. 국가간에 거래되는 수출입화물이 선박에 적재되기 24시간 전에 화물정보를 세관에 사전 제출함으로써 세관당국으로 하여금 고위험화물을 사전에 선별토록 하고, 적법화물에 대해서는 신속한 통관을 가능토록 하여 결과적으로 수출입물류 프로세스의 원활화와 안전이 동시에 확보될 수 있다. 우리나라에서도 글로벌스탠다드에 부합하는 해상적하목록 사전제출제도를 조속히 도입하고 이와 병행하여 인터넷기반 적하목록 취합 제출 시스템 구축과 선적지 수출검사 체계를 도입한다면 우리나라 수출입물류의 안전과 원활화에 크게 기여할 것이다.

Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian (and the Border Trilogy) can be used as a touchstone with which the limit of American literature is tested. For his text is particularly significant in the sense that its language mixes English with Spanish; its characterization confronts Americans with non-Americans; and its narrative structure traverses the geographical and symbolic borderlands between America and Mexico. In this sense, his novels deserve to be reexamined under the rubric of Chicano/a Studies, Hemispheric American Studies, transnationalism, etc. Rereading McCarthy's Blood Meridian, this paper attempts to rethink its historical complexity in relation to Manifest Destiny, focusing on the border-crossing motifs of filibustering and scalp-hunting. For this purpose, I pay due and careful attention to the ways in which the ideology of Manifest Destiny was created, circulated, and manipulated among the 19th century American expansionists and border-crossing agents. Of course, my discussion does not omit the significance of the U.S.-Mexico borderlands in the contemporary Chicano/a Studies and Hemispheric American Studies. In these historical and interdisciplinary contexts, I investigate how the 19th century filibusters like Captain Smith and his followers fall prey to the imperial practice of Manifest Destiny. I would also interrogate whether and how the Glanton Gang's scalp trade is involved in the capitalist desire of Manifest Destiny.

본 논문은 기존에 널리 사용되는 바이트코드(bytecode) 중심의 안드로이드 어플리케이션 코드 난독화 방법과 달리 임의의 안드로이드 어플리케이션의 DEX 파일 자체를 추출하여 암호화하고, 암호화한 파일을 임의의 폴더에 저장한 후 코드를 수행하기 위한 로더 앱을 만드는 방법을 제시한다. 이벤트 처리 정보를 은닉하기 위하여, 로더 앱 내부의 암호화된 DEX 파일은 원본 코드와 Manifest 정보 일부를 포함한다. 로더 앱의 Manifest는 원본 앱의 Manifest 정보 중에서 암호화된 클래스에 포함되지 않은 정보만을 기재하였다. 제안기법을 사용시, 첫째로 공격자는 백신을 우회하기 위해 난독화된 코드를 포함한 악성코드 제작이 가능하고, 둘째로 프로그램 제작자의 입장에서는 제안기법을 이용하여 저작권 보호를 위해 핵심 알고리즘을 은폐하는 어플리케이션 제작이 가능하다. 안드로이드 버전 4.4.2(Kitkat)에서 프로토타입을 구현하고 바이러스 토탈을 이용하여 악성코드 난독화 능력을 점검해서 제안 기법의 실효성을 보였다.

목적: 본 연구는 근시안에서 현성굴절검사(manifest refraction: MR)와 조절마비굴절검사(cycloplegic refraction: CR)값을 비교하여 연령과 근시도에 따라 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 근시성 굴절이상을 가진 229명 ($25.3{\pm}11.9$세)을 대상으로 조절마비제(cyclogyl 1%) 점안 전과 후에 자각적 굴절검사를 시행하였다. 결과: 조절마비제 점안 전 후 평균굴절력을 비교 조사하였더니, 근시 0.19 D, 난시 0.02 D 감소하였고 난시방향은 1.85도 차이를 보였다. 근시도의 변화는 30~40대에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 229명(458안) 중 근시도수에서 0.50 diopter(D) 이상의 차이를 보이는 경우는 73안(16%)으로 근시도가 높은 군일수록 오차율이 높게 나타났다. 결론: 현성굴절검사와 조절마비굴절검사 값을 비교해 본 결과 연령에 따른 근시도의 변화는 유의하지 않았으나, 근시도가 높은 군일수록 오차율이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.

스마트폰 보급화와 함께 누구나 자유롭게 애플리케이션을 개발하여 판매할 수 있는 네이티브 애플리케이션 시장이 성장하고 있다. 애플의 앱스토어를 시작으로 활발해진 애플리케이션 시장은 구글이 구글플레이를 개방하면서 더욱 빠르게 확대되고 있다. 하지만 네이티브 애플리케이션의 플랫폼 종속적인 면으로 인해 개발자들은 각 플랫폼에 맞게 개발해야함에 따라 수익 대비 개발비용이 증가하는 현상이 발생하고 있다. 네이티브 애플리케이션의 종속적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 차세대 웹 기반 언어로 개발된 웹 애플리케이션이 주목을 받고 있지만 각 브라우저의 스토어가 요구하는 매니페스트(Manifest) 형식에 따라 웹 애플리케이션을 제작하기 때문에 브라우저 종속적인 문제를 가진다. 이러한 웹 애플리케이션의 문제는 웹 애플리케이션을 사용하기 위해서 반드시 해당 브라우저를 설치해야만 하며, 타 브라우저의 스토어에 있는 애플리케이션은 사용하지 못하는 현상을 발생시킨다. 종속적인 문제는 사용자의 애플리케이션 선택 범위를 좁히고, 일부 스토어의 편중 현상을 불러올 수 있다. 개방형 웹 애플리케이션 스토어(OWS, Open Web Store)는 다양한 환경을 지원하는 표준 스토어로서, 스토어간 애플리케이션 연동을 통해 플랫폼이나 브라우저에 종속적인 문제점을 해결하고, 소비자의 폭 넓은 선택을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 OWS와 관련하여 연동을 위한 애플리케이션 Manifest 표준과 스토어의 표준 구조를 제안하며, 이를 기반으로 한 연동 시나리오를 제안한다.

본 연구는 안드로이드 정적분석을 기반으로 추출된 AndroidManifest 권한 특징을 통해 악성코드를 탐지하고자 한다. 특징들은 AndroidManifest의 권한을 기반으로 분석에 대한 자원과 시간을 줄였다. 악성코드 탐지 모델은 1500개의 정상어플리케이션과 500개의 악성코드들을 학습한 SVM(support vector machine), NB(Naive Bayes), GBC(Gradient Boosting Classifier), Logistic Regression 모델로 구성하여 98%의 탐지율을 기록했다. 또한, 악성앱 패밀리 식별은 알고리즘 SVM과 GPC (Gaussian Process Classifier), GBC를 이용하여 multi-classifiers모델을 구현하였다. 학습된 패밀리 식별 머신러닝 모델은 악성코드패밀리를 92% 분류했다.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the women's apparel distribution channel in the well-known department stores located in the central Seoul area. Since the department store has its reputation, information and enormous buying power, it is the one of the major leading retails in the women's apparel industry. In doing so, the relationship between the channel members in terms of the level of dependence, power sources and perceived conflict and manifest conflict has been studied. Particularly, based on French and Raven's power sources, position source is added. It refers to a channel member's (Merchandizer in the department store) source over another based on the expection the former (Merchandizer in the department store) will be able to allocate the location and size of the store influencing the latter's sale and profit. The key informants are the merchandizers who work in the apparel companies contracting with major department stores. Finally, of the 284 questionnaires collected, 235 are usable. The hypotheses are tested through LISREL. The results of statistical analysis support that : Dependence has a positive effect on noncoercive bases of power. Coercive bases of power have a positive effect on manifest conflict as well as perceived conflict while noncoercive bases of power have a negative effect mainly on manifest conflict. Thus, the relation between the major department stores and the women's apparel companies in there seems to have bilateral dependence rather than highly unilateral dependence.

목적: 최초 안경착용자의 현성굴절검사(Manifest Refraction: MR)와 조절마비굴절검사(Cycloplegic Refraction: CR)를 비교 분석하여 굴절상태를 정확히 파악하고자 하는 목적이다. 방법: 2002년 1월부터 2002년 12월까지 한 안과에 내원한 3~15세 중에서 안경 처방을 받기 위해 처음 방문한 남자 509명, 여자 499명을 대상으로 현성굴절검사(MR)와 조절마비굴절검사(CR)를 실시하였다. 결과: 조절마비제 점안 후 근시는 감소하였고 원시와 정시는 증가하였으며, 여자가 증감비율은 더 컸다. 조절마비 전 후의 평균 굴절력은 근시안에서 남자 -0.22D, 여자 -0.20D 감소하였고, 원시안에서 남자 +0.37D, 여자 +0.56D 증가하였다. 연령이 어릴수록 근시와 원시의 MR과 CR의 변화가 더 컸으며, 가성근시와 잠복원시 비율도 높게 나타났다. 조절마비제 점안 후에 직난시와 사난시는 증가하였고, 단난시량은 감소하였지만, 난시 굴절력 변화는 없었다. 결론: 연령이 어릴수록 MR과 CR의 변화가 더 컸으며, 가성근시나 잠복원시가 나타남을 보였고, CR후 단난시량은 감소함을 보였지만, 난시 굴절력의 변화는 없었다.

The study examined whether small group filial therapy for maladjusted young children and their mothers would improve children's interpersonal relationships. Two mother-child pairs participated in the program consisting 12 group parent education sessions by a therapist and 6 sessions of supervised play therapy. All 18 sessions ran 85-90 minutes once a week. Results showed positive changes on initiated interactions, co-play, emotional closeness and manifest joy in mother-child play interactions. Scores of playfulness rated by two trained observers during weekly group play time for the children showed improvement in terms of physical, social, and cognitive spontaneity, manifest joy and humor. Quality of children's interpersonal relationships in routine life of home and preschool was enhanced according to reports of mothers and preschool teachers.
