Rotorcraft operating in the domestic aviation safety techniques are applied CRM training is conducted but, aircraft accidents caused by human factors has not shown a declining trend. Thus, knowledge of aviation safety and human factors for the spread of awareness of improved rotorcraft flight operations department managers to understand the complexity of nature and culture, and to perform high-risk mission helicopter pilot study of local activation and enhance safety awareness research was conducted in order to. In this study, the development direction of CRM training studies in order to identify the leading NOTECHS (Non-Technical Skills; non-technical pilot skills) of the four categories as the independent variable and the dependent variable corresponding to the resulting effect on the key variables awareness of the differences were studied. In addition, the direction and strength of the relationship were analyzed to determine the relationship of each independent variable to assess the impact on the dependent variable regression analysis was performed. Pilot training and evaluation of non-technical skills related to the teaching reflected in the CRM training and assessment must be carried out with 5 star rating scale was preferred. Therefore, to meet our country rotorcraft operating environment 'NOTECHS' aviation safety by developing training programs reflected in the educational process, implementation, and periodic training and assessment is done in future research on this analysis and feedback is done to reflect the specific performance expect.

The construction industry highly depends on each specialized manager which is essential to successful project. However, a new employee, who has just graduated from architectural engineering college, is requested additional education for 1~2 years such as On-the-Job-Training (O.J.T) to perform his/her professional job in construction site. It is wasteful for both construction company and the employee in terms of time and cost. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the required abilities and analyze the gap of demanded abilities between field managers and students. To collect data for analysis, questionnaire which uses Likert Scale has been performed to both parts. As a result, the analysis show that the graduate's abilities related to field experience get especially low degrees in compare with non-field experience factors. These results will contribute architectural engineering education in college to make more realized.

This paper explores the barriers to derivative accounting disclosures in Vietnamese companies and ranks their relative importance for effective and efficient remedies. The Delphi technique was applied to get agreement of panel of experts on the measurement of factors hindering disclosure. Unstructured questionnaires were first sent to twelve experts who had both practical experience and academic knowledge in the field to get ideas on the obstructions to derivatives disclosure. The structured questionnaire was designed to get their agreement on barriers to derivative accounting disclosures. The data analysis with mean, median, mode, standard deviation, and quartile has been implemented to ensure the unanimity. Market-related factors, legislation, accountants' attributes, managers' attributes, information technology and communication, and on-site training were the six major obstacles agreed upon by the experts during their in-depth interviews. Then, these factors were ranked by applying the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The findings confirmed the priority of information technology and communication, which held the greatest weight. Legislation ranked second, followed by market-related factors and on-site training, which explained the impediments to derivatives disclosure. Managers' and accountants' attributes had the least contribution to the barriers to derivative disclosures. The results have important implications for actions to enhance corporate derivative disclosures in Vietnam.
The Web accessibility compliance rate of public organizations and private enterprises is still low due to the lack of awareness of Web accessibility by website developers and managers in spite of the fact that web accessibility compliance became mandatory in 2008. Web developers and managers think the website visual quality might be compromised or the website requires more development time and budget in order to comply with the web accessibility guidelines. Therefore, this paper has analyzed whether developers with various training in web accessibility or experience on website development have different perception on time, cost and design issues for developing accessible websites. For this purpose, 72 Web developers with hand-on experience working for website development companies in Korea were sent to the questionaries. The results have indicated that the group of developers with many hours of training in web accessibility and rich experience on website development perceives that they can develop accessible website without additional cost and time or compromising design quality. The contributions of this paper are following: (1) proving the widely recognized perception on budget, time, and design for developing accessible website is incorrect and (2) motivating further research on this subject in the future.
Purpose: This study aims to assess the influencing factors on the level of satisfaction with clinical training and to provide basic data for more efficient clinical training. Method: The study was conducted on 402 paramedic students who have experienced clinical training from September 6 until October 12 in 2011. The questionnaires consisted of 40 questions. We used SPSS 18.0 frequency analysis, technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Result: 1. The level of satisfaction with clinical training showed significant difference between the frequency (F=8.837, p=.000) and clinical training managers (F=5.418, p=.001). 2. The level of satisfaction with clinical training showed the strongest positive correlation with the satisfaction of clinical training hospitals (r=.694, p=.000). 3. Multiple regression analysis revealed the most powerful predictor for satisfaction with clinical training was the satisfaction level of clinical training hospitals(48.2%) and the frequency of clinical training experiences(.8%), the preparation before the clinical training(5.4%), the total duration of clinical training(.7%), and the satisfaction of emergency department education(1.0%). These five variables accounted for 56.1% of the satisfaction of clinical training among paramedic students. Conclusion: As student's satisfaction of the clinical training increases, the quality of paramedics is expected to improve in the future. As a result, the future paramedics can be nurtured to be highly skilled in on-the-scene emergency situations after graduation.

The aged long-term care insurance for solving problems of the aged increasing rapidly in an aging society is a primary subject which have influence on. So, it is important to develop a curriculum for training care professionals who play an important role in operating of the aged long-term care insurance and especially care managers, because care managers are central professionals who intervene in a whole process of the aged long-term care insurance and provide the recipient with proper services. In this paper, we propose a curriculum for care managers. It includes a process classifying care manager students into a beginner and an experienced man, subdividing it into 3 parts-lecture, practice, field practice, assign time to subjects, train students by it, carry out a written examination, and certify in care manager training.
Purpose: This study was focused on the training effects of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) which is based on the AHA guideline 2010 for lay person. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the CPR training for civilian by checking the performance ability of the subjects before and after the CPR education. Method: This study was a single primary experimental study designed with pre and post test. Study subjects were 55 apartment managers who participated in all test on December 5 and December 11, 2011. The tools of this study were CPR performing evaluation sheet and CPR teaching program(AHA). Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, repeated ANOVA and Bonferroni with SPSS 18.0 program. Result: The CPR practice performing ability was significantly increased by test. The CPR practice performing ability of the learning experience group had significantly higher score than that of non-experience group. The self-confidence on CPR practice when faced emergency situation was highly increased after practice training. Conclusion: Practical performance evaluation score has improved step by step. The primary and secondary practical evaluation showed a significant difference in all items and practice-oriented education was found to be effective in CPR training.

This study was conducted to develop and apply clinical nursing practice training simulation program using Standardized Patient for Nursing Students focused on infectious respiratory disease. This study is descriptive methodological study. Through prior consideration of documents and educational task of infectious respiratory disease was conducted with interview of clinical specialists of infection control managers. Development of educational task for infectious respiratory disease for Nursing Students went through the content validity. Finally, 10 educational tasks are developed 'knowledge of respiratory infections disease', 'hand washing', 'put on mask', 'lead to put on mask to patients and caregiver', 'intravenous injection via 3way', 'surgical aseptic technique', 'sterilization medical instrument', 'management of contaminated linen', 'infected personnel management manual'. The infectious respiratory disease simulation program was developed based on the ADDIE model and proceeded to 4 steps of analysis, design, development, implementation. The infection control education program included lectures (20 min), skill training (20 min), simulation using standardized patient (20 min), and debriefing (40 min), The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with SPSS program for version 23.0. The results of this study confirmed that the clinical nursing practice training simulation program using standardized patients was effective in infectious respiratory disease of the nursing college students in knowledge of infectious respiratory disease and clinical nursing performance. we found this practical training program for nursing college students to improve knowledge and clinical competency of infection control. we expected that this developed program could be applied to practical training for various infectious control.
Purpose: This study developed an in-service training program for patient safety and aimed to evaluate the impact of the program on nurses in the operating room (OR). Methods: A pretest-posttest self-controlled survey was conducted on OR nurses from May 6 to June 14, 2020. An in-service training program for patient safety was developed on the basis of the knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) theory through various teaching methods. The levels of safety attitude, cognition, and attitudes toward the adverse event reporting of nurses were compared to evaluate the effect of the program. Nurses who attended the training were surveyed one week before the training (pretest) and two weeks after the training (posttest). Results: A total of 84 nurses participated in the study. After the training, the scores of safety attitude, cognition, and attitudes toward adverse event reporting of nurses showed a significant increase relative to the scores before the training (p < .001). The effects of safety training on the total score and the dimensions of safety attitude, cognition, and attitudes toward nurses' adverse event reporting were above the moderate level. Conclusion: The proposed patient safety training program based on KAP theory improves the safety attitude of OR nurses. Further studies are required to develop an interprofessional patient safety training program. In addition to strength training, hospital managers need to focus on the aspects of workflow, management system, department culture, and other means to promote safety culture.
Purpose: To analyze the job of nursing unit managers working at women's hospital, using DACUM (developing a curriculum), DACUM is a method for analyzing job-focused competency. Methods: This study involved a descriptive survey. A DACUM workshop was held to define women's hospital nursing unit managers' role and identify their duties and tasks. For the workshop, a committee was formed consisting of 5 women's hospital nursing unit managers. Finally, after validation, the developed contents were made into a survey asking about nursing unit manager's duties and tasks. Results: Sixteen duties and 83 tasks were identified on the DACUM chart. The importance, difficulty, and frequency of the tasks were ranked in terms of A, B, and C, with A being the highest degree. Eight tasks received A's all in importance, difficulty, and frequency of performance. The 8 tasks were: 'taking over', 'taking care of seriously ill patients on handover', 'ward rounding', 'analyzing and resolving demands identified during handover and patient tour', 'reporting patient status during rounding', 'promoting breast-feeding', 'uterine contraction, and training for breast-feeding'. The duty with the biggest determinant coefficient (DC) was 'patients complaint management' (DC=7.09). Based on tasks, the one with the biggest DC was 'solving patient and patient guardian's complaints' (DC=7.53), followed by 'making infection control guidelines' (DC=7.5). Conclusion: When expanding the nursing staff of the hospital, women's hospitals nursing unit managers also need to use administrative functions as intermediaries to focus on the operation management of the entire hospital rather than direct nursing to suit their role.
