It is important to manage an educational facility used by many students. The office of education has responsibility to manage public school facilities instead of most elementary, middle, and high schools. Some school or university outsources facility management and maintenance. An international school in Jeju is established by BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) that includes construction and maintenance. This research objective is to analyze the case of facility management in the international school, and to provide improved method for school maintenance.

The amendment of regulation affecting the Governing Body of NFFC (National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives) has been known to the public in May 2008. Its essential points are as follow: 1) the President of NFFC shall be a non-standing officer. 2) the Full-Time Directors shall have the authority to deal with all subjects except for those especially reserved for the General Meeting or Board of Directors, while minimizing the authority of NFFC President. By providing this amendment, the government seeks to make the Governing body becomes professionalized and the management functions carried out by full-time professional board members. However, the amendment seems to pay no attention to the co-operative's identity and principles. In this context, five issues will be discussed: 1) Strengthening the separation between ownership and control of NFFC. 2) Weakening the authority of General Meeting. 3) The bounds of Audit Committee. 4) Consolidating the management control of the Full-Time Directors. 5) The loss of NFFC's Identity, followed by a summary and conclusion.

The purpose of this study was to establish the housing welfare delivery system in Incheon. Documentary research and content analysis methods and survey were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each community center, gu-office and city hall in Incheon. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) Related works of housing welfare are housing welfare facility management, self helf center, support service of housing life, residential environment management 2) Housing welfare delivery system consists of city, gu-office, community center order. There are many problems that the lack of experts and department of housing welfare and inconsistent works. 3) There should be optimize the related works of housing welfare in order to increase of efficiency of works and to prevent overload to public servant. 4) Housing welfare delivery system needs to co-work through collaborative network in order to realize welfare society. And each main groups have to establish their horizontal relationships.

Korea has suffered from unemployment of workers discharged from the companies and graduates, and matriarchs since 1997's IMF. Since then Korea has fallen into economic depression, therefore the graduates have not employed for several years and lots of workers have been discharged from their positions. SOHO(Small Office Home Office) is able to be considered as the alternative employing measure of the unemployers. SOHO foundation makes a great contribution to job creation and the social welfare throughout the country. Since its foundation needs small-scale facilities and investment, the discharged and unemployed can found SOHO easily and will do good business. Korea government should practice policies in order to promote SOHO foundation as follows. First, Korean government should enlarge various support measures for SOHO foundation, namely offering of useful information and promoting of SOHO foundation, etc. Second, she should carry out the SOHO foundation education for juveniles. In order to do this project, colleges and universities adopt the SOHO foundation lesson in the education course. Third, government should enlarge various government subsidies of SOHO foundation for the benefit of the discharged and unemployed.

The purpose of this study is to develop systematic methods for evaluating the suitability of a seat and build an empirical model for predicting the suitability of a seat. The following research schemes were pursued to achieve the objectives - Development of suitable chair dimensions - Analysis scheme for decomposing the human-product interface system - Development of model for evaluating suitability. As a result, we uncovered six dominant suitability dimensions for the design of a comfortable seat that is related to the physical dimension of a body, Here, six suitability dimensions were identified as the dimensions that represent the human sensitivity and psychological feeling on comfortable seats. Also, 43 human-interface elements (HIE's) such as seat height, seat width, seat depth, tilting angle, seat surface etc. were investigated. HIE was generally defined as the physical characteristic of manufacturing goods, and it had close related to the body dimension of a user and environment that it was used.

In order to address these causes, the company's continuous efficient operation for accurate efficiency and competitiveness analysis was required. Leverage financial ratio indicators Study Using Data Envelopment Analysis Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model, how to find a benchmark for the improvement of the efficiency of inefficient enterprises in various sectors being. Drugs can have various adverse effects on the immune system including unintended immun-osuppression, induction of both drug-specific immune responses (including drug allergies) and non-specific immunostimulation (including autoimmune reactions), and direct activation of effector mechanisms (such as histamine release). As a practical matter, the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDER) relies on standard non-clinical toxicology studies to detect unintended immunosuppression. Specific assays using guinea pigs and mice are available to identify drugs that can induce immune-mediated dermal hypersensitivity reactions. Respiratory and systemic hypersensitivity and autoimmune reactions are more difficult to model in non-clinical studies. Unintended nonspecific immunstimulation can be detected in animal studies. CDER is currently developing specific guidance for evaluating potential drug immunotoxicity.

In order to use radar rainfall data for flood management, it is necessary to study and develop a method for optimum error correction to obtain radar rainfall values that agree closely with surface rainfall data. This paper proposes an optimum estimation method for calculating rainfall in a river basin by using data from surface raingauges and radar raingauge systems. This paper also reports on recent applications of radar raingauge systems for accurate simulation of flood discharge based on river basin rainfall values obtained from radar raingauge systems.

Korea Water Resources Corporation (KOWACO), the only organization specialized in water resources management in Korea, is planning to establish a centralized control system for a related operation. in the central control room, of decision making as to water management and electric power generation. This plan is intended to convert the existing on-site operation system in each multi-purpose dam across the nation into a central operation system in the Corporations head office, for which Generation Integrated Operating System (GIOS) will be established control center in the Corporations head office and modernized nine (9) power stations. substations (RDAC). This article discusses realization of GTOS, especially real-time operation of hydropower plants and a specific architectural features for system communication.
