The purpose of the study was to make an improvement of residential management regulations so that the inhabitants of rental housing can manage their housing in efficient and transparent manners by comparing and analyzing in standard management rules of rental housing. The research method were as follows: 1) The analysis framework utilized result of preceding research composed 6 types of management works and 36 items of subcategories by researcher 2) The standard management rules of rental housing used analysis utilized to draw up after a revision of Rental Housing Act in 2000 and to operate in management of rental housing now. 3) The analysis method used content analysis. The management rules of rental housing utilized a total of 5 rules such as management rules of SH corporation (2011), LH corporation (2000), peoples' solidarity for participatory democracy (2000), Citizens' Alliance (2000) and Gyeonggi-do (2001). The research result were as follows: 1) Overall, the management rules of rental housing included faithfully works of operation management and administration management 2) The type of operation management regulated centrally items related resident committee. and The type of administration management regulated centrally items related accounting management. 3) The management rules of SH corporation and LH corporation regulated centrally operation management, maintenance management and etiquette for the basic living as compared with the other rules.

The purpose of this study is to extract the characteristic cost through the time series analysis of each cost from 2003 to 2014, and to grasp the performance and relevance of the enterprise. Therefore, in this section, we analyzed the time-series analysis of selling, administrative, and non-operating expenses as described above. First, depreciation cost, advertising cost, transportation cost, research cost, current research cost, and ordinary development cost were extracted as the variables of interest to be verified in the empirical analysis. However, in the analysis of non-operating expenses, we could not extract the specific cost, but we could grasp the time-series flow of cost data before and after two epochs such as financial crisis and introduction of IFRS obligation. The results of this study show that sales management costs have a positive (+) effect on firm value. Empirical analysis confirms that management is trying to increase or decrease the cost This can be confirmed by the empirical results of this paper. At present, general enterprise accounting is done through ERP system. However, since the ERP system does not have an analysis system for each sales and management cost, the current system has difficulty in knowing the budget item for each cost each time the expenditure resolution for each cost item is made, It is a reality that the expenditure plan must be managed separately and it is inconvenient to keep it. However, if this practical difficulty is solved by the cost analysis system such as sales management cost, the present accounting information system will be further developed. Furthermore, the management will increase the profit item It is thought that coordination actions can also be prevented in advance.

This study aims to find out the ESG management keywords in the logistics industry through social network analysis using news article and sustainable management reports. In recent years, global climate change and Covid-19 have spurred companies to step up their new management system called ESG management. ESG is a combination of Environment, Social, and Governance. In the past, companies' financial performance was the most important, but in the current investment market, the movement to reflect ESG management factors in investment decisions is strengthening. This study aims to find out degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality through social network analysis after collecting related keywords to derive ESG management issues of logistics companies. This study collected 2,359 news articles searched under the keywords "ESG", "Logistics". In addition, data on ESG activities were also used for analysis by referring to the sustainable management reports of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis of degree centrality, it was found that ESG management of logistics companies is in progress, focusing on small enterprises and eco-friendly keywords, and is concentrated on social responsibility and eco-friendly activities. In the betweenness centrality analysis, logistics companies such as HMM and CJ Logistics were derived in a high ranking. In the closeness centrality analysis, eco-friendly keywords topped the list, while the number of keywords related to governance was relatively small, suggesting that logistics companies need to improve their governance structure.

Most of our GIS implementation activities have been focussed on the management of urban information in local municipalities. Management of urban facilities has been the major issue of concern and has little role in providing the decision maker with alternatives from which one can analyse and choose the optimum solution. For this reason, the spatial decision support system is in need. Business analysis software is effectively used for site analysis of new stores, customer prospecting and other issues of decision making for business purposes, The same geoprocessing module of business analysis software would be useful if put to use for the management of disaster management especially for storm surge management. Application of the business analysis model for disaster management has been reviewed. Specially in case of storm surge, where quick response is crucial, the spatial decision support system will be most effective.

Secure digital payment is critical in the successful shaping of global digital business. Digital payments are increasingly being used as a substitute to traditional payments, contributing markedly to the efficiency of the economy. The focus of every digital business transaction is to minimize risks arising from transactions. It is essential to ensure the security of digital payment whether used in internal networks or over wireless Internet. This paper analyses secure digital payment methods from the viewpoint of systemic security and transaction security. According to comparative analysis of digital payment models, this paper proposes a comparative analysis framework to investigate and evaluate secure digital payment. In conclusion, the comparative analysis framework, comparison of digital payment models and mobile payment models proposes a useful academic and practical foundation to enhance the understanding of secure digital payment methods. It also provides academic background and practical guidelines for the development of secure digital payment systems.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the resources, financial management behavior and economic welbeing of wives. The data were collected from 300 participants by questionnaire. The subjects of this survey were 250 wives living in the Pusan and Kyungnam regions. The data were collected by personal interviews and self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by frequencies, correlation analysis, one way Anova, Duncan test, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: (1) the regression analysis found that financial management behavior was an important variable affecting the economic wellbeing of wives : and (2) there are statistically significant differences in the levels of financial management behavior and economic satisfaction between households of different socioeconomic levels. Theses results imply that a financial management program focusing on the ways to implement financial behavior effectively should be developed.

Construction industry has been participated in the effort for the reduction of environmental pollution such as introduction of green building certification, enactment of environment related regulation. However these efforts are focused on the design and maintenance phases of entire life cycle, construction phase that can occur intensive environmental impact in a short period is insufficient. Therefore this study aim to derive environmental management factors in construction phase and assess them using reliability analysis and factor analysis. As a results, the 20 factors was classified into 4 superordinate such as 'plan and supervision', 'environmental factor management', 'licensing management', 'surrounding environment management'.Based on result of this study, further study should be developed the checklist for effective environmental management in construction phase.

We propose a method to analyze user requirements to design a virtual reality-based risk management system. This paper presents surveys, interviews, prototype evaluation methods, and implementation process. Architectural heritage is easily exposed to natural and artificial dangers caused by various material combinations and structural features. So, risk management of cultural heritage plays a key role in preserving and managing cultural heritage. However, risk management has been carried out through empirical methods using distributed data. This study analyzes user requirements for designing functions and interfaces of VR-based risk management system and evaluates prototypes to overcome the above problems. As a result, most heritage managers wanted a system function to support risk analysis and response. They also found that they prefer 2D information such as existing drawings and photos rather than 3D information. The results of the user requirements analysis derived from this study will be used to create risk management applications.

In this thesis, we suggest questionnaire which is designed to understand of what employees include executive think about 6 sigma management movement and to find important factor for strategic of success 6 sigma management movement of K. Corporation. This thesis is composed of 2 parts, one is questionnaire design and the other is questionnaire analysis. We find important factor for strategic of success 6 sigma management movement of K. Corporation by using correlation and regression analysis, which results very useful and great help for K's Co. In questionnaire analysis, we use by minitab package version 13.2.

In these days, the civil appeal and dispute about environmental noise grows larger every year. But there are not suitable systems for measurement and management of environmental noise. This paper proposes environmental noise measurement, characteristic analysis and evaluation, management system using Internet. We can measure and manage the environmental noise also, analyze characteristics of noise by the environmental noise management system using Internet.
