홈 네트워크 환경에서 서비스 이동성 지원을 위한 에이전트 구현 방안 및 메모리 성능 분석 (Implementation and Memory Performance Analysis of a Service Mobility Agent System to Support Service Mobility in Home Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 환경에서 서비스 이동성을 지원하기 위한 에이전트 구현 방안을 제안한다. 에이전트 구현을 위해 단말 에이전트와 서버 에이전트의 설계 방안을 서술하였다. 구체적으로 단말 에이전트의 사용자 인식 모듈, 시그널링 메시지 수신 및 파싱 모듈과 서버 에이전트의 시그널링 메시지 수신 및 파싱 모듈, 멀티미디어 스위칭 모듈, 메모리 관리 모듈에 대한 설계 방안을 서술하였다. 또한 사용자의 위치 관리를 위해 IP 공유기에서 관리되어야 할 파라메터를 정의하였고 이 파라메터들이 메모리에 저장될 바인딩 테이블의 구조를 설계하였다. 성능 분석을 위해서 M/M/1/K 큐잉 모델을 이용하여 메모리 크기, 차단 확률, 활용도 간의 관계를 도출하였다. 얻어진 결과로부터 서버에이전트가 탑재되는 IP 공유기에서 요구되는 메모리의 크기를 예측할 수 있음을 보였다.

컨조인트 분석을 통한 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스의 소비 속성별 가치 추정 (Consumption Attribute Value Estimation of Digital Music Contents Service by Conjoint Analysis)

  • 지난 10년 동안 디지털 음악콘텐츠 시장은 급속도로 확산되고 있으나 다양한 음원 상품과 서비스 상품에 대한 소비자 사용 및 소비에 영향을 미치는 음악콘텐츠 상품의 가치 요인들을 고려한 상품 구성과 가격 정책에 대한 자료는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 이루어지는 스트리밍과 다운로드 방식의 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스 상품을 중심으로 소비자의 서비스 상품 선택에 영향을 미치는 속성으로 장르, 가격, 음질, 이용기기를 정의하고, 헤도닉 가격모형이론과 컨조인트 분석방법을 통해 소비자가 지각하고 있는 속성 요인별 중요도와 부분 가치를 추정하여 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 소비자 중심의 시장가격과 상품 구성에 대한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위해 국내 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스 사용자 405명의 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석 결과 다운로드 방식에서는 '음질' 속성이 스트리밍 방식에서는 '이용기기' 속성이 '가격' 속성보다 중요하게 나타났다. 결론적으로 디지털 음악콘텐츠 서비스 상품 구성 및 가격 책정의 경우 생산자 중심의 가치에 대한 고려를 넘어 소비자 중심의 시장과 소비 속성을 고려한 차별화가 이루어질 수 있어야 함을 살펴볼 수 있었다.

급식유형에 따른 중 . 고등학생의 학교급식 만족도 (Comparisons of Student Satisfaction with the School Food Service Programs in Middle and High Schools by Food Service Management Types)

  • This study on satisfaction with school food service (FS) programs was conducted with 485 middle school students and 515 high school students based on FS management type. There were four types of FS management: independent-conventional (IC), independent-commissary (ICM), contract-conventional (CC), and contract-delivery (CD). About seventy percent of the students expressed satisfaction with the food quantity of the school lunches. But one third of the students, who felt the quantity was insufficient, cited the small size of the rice serving. Many high school students cited the small size of the side dishes as well as the rice serving. It is suggested that the meal quantity should be determined in consideration of the students' physical development. The satisfaction with FS sanitation was lower than that with the meal quality, eating environment, and environment of dining room with respect to all four types of FS management, and was lowest in the CD. It is suggested that FS sanitation should be managed more thoroughly for the students' safety, and that the school FS Committee should carefully monitor the sanitary management of the contract FS companies by means of a well-designed and monitored management system. Most of middle and high school students expected good taste and a diversity of foods in their school lunches. Food taste should be improved, and various food materials and cooking methods should be used for balanced nutrition and greater student satisfaction, particularly in contract FS types (CC and CD).

초등학교 영양사의 학교급식 관리활동수준과 직무만족도의 관계 (Relationship between Levels of Dietitians' Management Activities and Job Satisfaction in Elementary School Foodservice Operations)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the levels of foodservice management activities and job satisfaction of the dietitians in elementary schools. Out of 130 questionnaires distributed to elementary school dietitians in Incheon, 127 were returned and analyzed ($98\%$ response rate). The questionnaire included two multiple-item scales for measuring foodservice management activities and job satisfaction, respectively. All the items in the scales were coded 1 to 5 for 'certainly no', 'no', 'neutral', 'yes', and 'certainly yes' and grouped by using factor analyses. Most of the responding dietitians were working for schools in urban areas and have independently managed on-site kitchens. The 19 items on food service management activities were grouped into 6 factors and the mean scores of the levels of Personnel Hygiene Management, Education & Training, Sanitation & Safety Management, Menu Quality Management, Service Management, and Environment Management were 4.76, 4.26, 4.24,4. 05, 3.61 and 3.39, respectively. The 23 items on job satisfaction were grouped into 4 factors and the mean scores of the satisfaction levels of Systematic Environment, Job Duty, Job Condition, and Physical Environment were 3.38, 2.83, 2.53, and 2.08, respectively. Overall, the levels of food service management activities and job satisfaction were positively associated with a correlation coefficient of 0.254 (p > 0.01). In particular, satisfaction levels on job duty itself and systematic environment were positively associated with the levels of overall management activities. The results suggest that improving dietitians' job satisfaction could increase the levels of management activities of school foodservice dietitians, resulting in quality improvement of school food service.

전완부 총 신근 건 기시부의 석회화 건염 - 2예 보고 - (Calcific Tendinits at the Origin of Common Extensor Tendons of the Forearm - A Report of Two Cases -)

  • 목적: 전완부 총 신근 건 기시부 생긴 석회화 건염 2예를 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 좌측 주관절 굴곡 구축과 통증을 주소로 내원한 42세 여자 환자로 단순 방사선 및 자기공명영상 촬영 후 전완부 총 신근 건 기시부의 석회화 건염 진단 하에 수술적 제거술을 시행하였다. 우측 주관절의 급성 통증 및 운동 제한을 주소로 내원한 25세 여자 환자로 단순 방사선 사진상 전완부 총 신근 건 기시부에 석회화 건염 보여 체외충격파 치료를 시행하였다. 결과: 2예 모두 치료 후 통증의 소실과 운동 범위의 완전 회복을 보였다. 결론: 주관절 외측부에 통증 및 운동 범위 제한을 유발하는 질환의 감별진단에 총 신근 건 기시부의 석회화 건염이 고려되어야 한다.

지속적·포괄적 재활서비스 제공을 위한 장애인 통합 데이터베이스 및 활용체계 연구 (A Study on Disability Database and Applicable System to Provide Continuous and Comprehensive Rehabilitation Service)

  • Background : Demands have increased for a variety of welfare services and customized services for persons with disabilities(PWD). A management System focused on PWD was needed to provide for comprehensive services. The purpose of this study was to design a disability database and an application system in order to provide continuous and comprehensive rehabilitation service for PWD. Methods : We analyzed local and abroad disability-related policies and systems and derived the contents that should be included in the integrated database for PWD through a survey among rehabilitation specialists. Result : The integrated database for PWD was composed of 7 categories including General Characteristics, Health & Medicine, Assistance, Education, Employment, Economics and Daily & Social Life. The applicable system of integrated database for PWD was proposed to help conducting policies in such areas as follows ; 'welfare', 'education and culture', 'economic activity', 'social participation' and 'Health'. Conclusion : The main goal of disability policy and strategy should be established by systematically analyzing disability-related data integrating database of PWD. Accordingly, specific objectives and directions for disability policies should be set and efficiently managed and operated. The integrated database for PWD may be utilized for disability-related policies and service monitering, sustainable and integrated management and community participation and integration based on the rights of the disabled.

A Trusted Sharing Model for Patient Records based on Permissioned Blockchain

  • As there has been growing interests in PHR-based personalized health management project, various institutions recently explore safe methods of recording personal medical and health information. In particular, innovative medical solution can be realized when medical researchers and medical service institutes can generally get access to patient data. As EMR data is extremely sensitive, there has been no progress in clinical information exchange. Moreover, patients cannot get access to their own health data and exchange it with researchers or service institutions. It can be operated in terms of technology, yet policy environment are affected by state laws as well as Privacy and Security Policy. Blockchain technology-independent, in transaction, and under test-is introduced in the medical industry in order to settle these problems. In other words, medical organizations can grant preliminary approval on patient information exchange by using the safely encrypted and distributed Blockchain ledger and can be managed independently and completely by individuals. More apparently, medical researchers can gain access to information, thereby contributing to the scientific advance in rare diseases or minor groups in the world. In this paper, we focused on how to manage personal medical information and its protective use and proposes medical treatment exchange system for patients based on a permissioned Blockchain network for the safe PHR operation. Trusted Model for Sharing Medical Data (TMSMD), that is proposed model, is based on exchanging information as patients rely on hospitals as well as among hospitals. And introduce medical treatment exchange system for patients based on a permissioned Blockchain network. This system is a model that encrypts and records patients' medical information by using this permissioned Blockchain and further enhances the security due to its restricted counterfeit. This provides service to share medical information uploaded on the permissioned Blockchain to approved users through role-based access control. In addition, this paper presents methods with smart contracts if medical institutions request patient information complying with domestic laws by using the distributed Blockchain ledger and eventually granting preliminary approval for sharing information. This service will provide an independent information transaction and the Blockchain technology under test will be adopted in the medical industry.

방문건강관리사업 효율성 평가를 위한 방법론적 접근 - 자료포락분석법(Data Envelopment Analysis)의 적용 - (Evaluation of Efficiency of Community Visiting Health Service Units - A Demonstration of Using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) -)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of community visiting health service units using DEA and to compare the results with those of traditional evaluation methods. Methods: Data were collected using 2008 annual reports of 10 districts in one city. Input variables were number of staff and operational budget per year and output variables were number of managed household per nurse, rate of controlled hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. EMS Window version 3.1 was used to measure efficiency score and bootstrapping Chi-square test was applied to identify differences between efficient and non-efficient unit by organizational factors. Results: The average efficiency score of 10 community visiting health services was about 66%. Only two of the units operated program efficiently. The career of the staff was one among other factors associated with efficiency. The evaluation results from the traditional method and DEA were totally different. Conclusion: These results indicate that, evaluation methods have very important and significant effects on the evaluation results of community visiting health service units. The DEA method is recommend as an alterative method for evaluating community visiting health service.

외식사업 창업에 따른 입지 결정 요인 분석 (An Analysis of Location Determining Factors for Starting A Food Service Business)

  • 연구결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 연구가설인 '레스토랑 접근 용이성, 군집성, 위치성, 시계성은 일반적 사항에 따라 차이가 있을 것이다.'를 파악하였는데, 그 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 두 번째 연구가설인 '레스토랑 접근 용이성, 군집성, 위치성, 시계성은 인구통계학적 사항에 따라 차이가 있을 것이다.'를 파악하였는데, 그 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 시간적, 공간적, 인력적인 제약요소 때문에 외식사업체를 경영하는 경영자를 대상으로 분석을 실시한 것이 아니고 장래 창업을 희망하는 고객을 포함한 식당 이용 고객을 대상으로 한 점이다. 따라서 향후의 연구에서는 입지 결정 요인의 측정에 대한 개선이 요구된다. 이를 전체 외식시장의 모든 업종과 업태에 일반화하기에는 다소 무리가 있으리라는 것이 연구자의 견해이다. 향후의 연구에서는 업태별 연구결과를 분석할 필요가 있다. 또한, 보다 다양한 표본을 대상으로 한 연구결과를 비교분석할 필요가 있다고본다.

Out of 130 questionnaires distributed to the elementary school dietitians in In-cheon, 127 were returned and analyzed (98% response rate). The questionnaire included two multiple-item scales for measuring job satisfaction and foodservice quality, respectively. All the items in the scales were coded 1 to 5 for certainly no, no, neutral, yes, and certainly yes and grouped by using factor analyses. Most of the responding dietitians were working for schools in urban areas and had independently-managed on-site kitchens. The 23 items measuring job satisfaction were grouped into 4 factors: Job Duty, Job Condition, Physical Work Environment, and Organizational Environment. The satisfaction score was the highest for Organizational Environment with a value of 3.38 and the least for Physical Work Environment with a value of 2.08. The 22 items measuring foodservice quality were grouped into 5 factors and the mean scores of the levels of Cleanliness, Internal Food quality, External Food quality, Intangible Service Environment and Tangible Service Environment were 4.20, 3.89, 3.54, 3.45 and 2.64, respectively. The levels of job satisfaction and foodservice quality were positively associated with a correlation coefficient of 0.288 (p < 0.01). In particular, the level of job satisfaction was positively associated with foodservice quality in the aspect of Cleanliness, Internal Food Quality, and Intangible Service Environment. The results show that improving dietitians' job satisfaction could contribute to increasing the levels of foodseivice quality of elementary schools.
