중학교 교사의 의사결정 참여수준과 조직효과성과의 관계 (The Relationship between Teachers' Participation Levels in the Decision Making Process and the Organizational Effectiveness of Middle Schools)

  • This study aims to examine the relationship between teachers' parcitipation levels in the decision making process and the organizational effectiveness in the middle schools. To achieve this objectives, 559 teachers of 18 middle schools in Busan were involved through a questionaire. The results are as follows: First, teachers consider their participation in decision-making to be low. Second, teachers view the effectiveness of school systems higher than average. Third, the correlation between teachers' participation and the system effectiveness (including job satisfaction, organization adaptability and job achievement) was positively high. When teachers' participation levels were divided into 3 groups - low, middle, and high-, the system effectiveness appeared highest with the high- level participation group. These results suggest the need for teacher participation in decision making to enhance the effectiveness of school systems.

  • The full extent of damage depend greatly on the quick and rational decision making by the incident commander soon after the disaster. The decision that everybody should wait by the captain, not to enter into the ship by the first dispatched incident commander, broadcasting failure have brought about a huge loss of life at Sewol cruise ship incident. Thus this study reviews the training and education system supporting the rational crisis decision making performed by the incident commander to cut off the expansion of disaster which is caused by the failure of the incident situation awareness and the decision making described above.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze middle school teachers' perception of their participation in decision-making processes at their schools. 507 middle school teachers in the Pusan metropolitan area were involved in this study through a questionnaire to examine the actual state of participation of teachers in decision-making processes. The results of the above mentioned analyses are as follows: First, the degree of actual participation in the decision-making process for each field in terms of school management is lower than that of expected participation in general. Second, the variable which influences the actual participation the most is seen in the jurisdiction of the related fields. However, as an exception, expertise is the most influential variable on actual participation in terms of teaching activities.

  • Construction management requires decision-making skills. Main approaches to training construction management students are: (1) analyzing sample situations involving decision-making; and (2) teaching logical decision-making procedures. The absence of 'pressure' factors in these approaches has significant impacts on the success of the training. The approaches also lack 'dynamic' effects that help create a spontaneous plan for construction projects where unforeseen changes and interruptions may occur. To minimize the adverse effects of the existing approaches, this paper proposes a framework for developing a web-based training system. The application is delivered as a game involving decision-making on the student's part in response to developments at the job-site, and where one student competes against another in an attempt to simulate a real-world scenario.

  • 본 연구는 간호사와 간호대학생의 신종 감염병에 대한 인식 및 실천, 윤리인식, 윤리적 의사결정 차이와 윤리적 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 K시의 간호대학생과 간호사 179명이며 자료는 2020년 8월 20일부터 9월 10일까지 수집되었다. 연구결과, 윤리적 의사결정 중 정의원칙과 관련된 의사결정에서만 간호대학생과 간호사 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며 윤리적 의사결정에 윤리교육 경험(𝛽=0.18, p=.013)이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 윤리적 의사결정 향상을 위한 시뮬레이션 중심의 융합적 윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하여 주기적으로 교육할 것을 제안한다.

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 인식한 가족건강성, 진로자기조절과 진로결정 어려움 세 변인간의 구조적관계를 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울소재 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀대학생 172명을대상으로 가족건강성, 진로자기조절, 진로결정 어려움 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하여, 진로자기조절의 매개효과를 가정한 부분매개모형인 연구모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 가족건강성은 진로결정 어려움에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족건강성과 진로결정 어려움 간의 관계를 진로자기조절이 유의미하게 매개하였다. 셋째, 부분매개모형이 완전매개모형보다더 자료에 부합함이 확인되었다. 이는 대학생들의 진로문제에 가족건강성이 미치는 직 간접적인영향력이 높음을 보여주는 결과로, 진로상담시, 가족환경에 대한 탐색 뿐 아니라 진로자기조절능력 증진을 위한 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

초등 과학영재학생들이 만든 과학 유머의 유형 및 과학 유머 만들기에 대한 인식 분석 (An Analysis of Types of Scientific Humors Made by Scientifically-gifted Elementary School Students and Their Perceptions of the Making Scientific Humor)

  • This study analyzed the types of scientific humors made by scientifically-gifted elementary school students and their perceptions of making scientific humor. For this, 77 students from $4^{th}$ to $6^{th}$ graders of gifted science education center in Seoul National University of Education were selected. Scientific humors made by the students were analyzed according to the number and types. Their perceptions of making scientific humor were also analyzed through a questionnaire and group interviews. The analysis of the results revealed that most of scientifically-gifted students made more than 2 scientific humors, and the number of scientific humor for each students varied from 0 to 11. The most types they made were the descriptive type and the pun using pronunciation type, but they made various types without any special type to be biased. And They made more the dialogue type than the narrative type, especially the riddle type. They used scientific knowledge that preceded the knowledge of science curriculum in their grade level over two or more years. The scientific knowledge of chemistry was used more than physics, biology, earth science and combination field. The name utilization type was more than the characteristic utilization type and the principle utilization type. Scientific humors in the everyday situation were more than humors in artificial situation. The students had various positive perceptions in making scientific humor such as increase of scientific knowledge, increase of various thinking abilities, deep understanding of science concept and principle, increase of interest and motivation about science and science learning, and increase on sense of humor. They had also some negative perceptions related to difficulties in the process of making scientific humor, lack of fun, and lack of time in the class.

PBL과 메이커 교육을 적용한 가정과 예비교사를 위한 의류학 실습 수업 개발 (Developing a clothing and textiles studio course for future home economics teachers using principles of PBL and maker education)

  • The aim of this research is to develop a clothing and textiles studio course for preservice home economics teachers applying principles of Project-Based Learning (PBL) and maker education to equip future teachers with the ability to nurture creativity among adolescents. The studio course was developed in the following stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. We concluded that the resulting course met the following objectives extracted from the 2015 revised curriculum of home economics subjects: to promote creative and environmentally-friendly fashion design and styling abilities, gain the ability to use makerspace tools, understand flat pattern making and sewing processes, and develop creative thinking, aesthetic sense, and communication skills. Furthermore, the educational effects of PBL and maker education were confirmed through student comments on the course. Students mentioned the practicality of the material in their actual lives along with their enhanced integration of the subject material, self-directedness, aesthetic sense, ability to learn through trial and error, collaboration and communication, and sharing. Based on results from the implementation and evaluation stages, a clothing and textiles studio course should include the following modules: introduction of terms and tools, submission and sharing of clothing reformation and upcycling techniques, introduction to hand sewing, pouch making, heat-transfer printing, 3D printing, mask making, hat making, vest making, and the final team project on fashion styling. It is important for instructors to provide detailed guidelines on selecting personas for styling, looking for available materials, and selecting materials online.

사회과 환경교육을 위한 STS 적용 방안 연구 -고등학교 1학년 사회를 중심으로- (STS Appliance for the Environmental Education of Social Studies in High School)

  • The goal of the environmental education in High School is to make students survey and work out the issues on environment and to help them continue and improve the work. It is important that we should educate students the rational ability of decision-making. The more they can make decisions rationally, the more they participate actively in that. The purpose of this study is to develope the model of a new teaching-learning method coinciding with the goal of the environmental education of Social studies in High School. This study is backed up by the following developing processes. To begin with, the contents related to environmental problems in Social Studies Curriculum are being investigated. To urge the importance of STS(Science, Technology and Society), 1 will present the righteous understanding of Science in societal contexts, the development of rational decision-making abilities, and the cognitive connections between society and science. For this, 1'm representing a new model of learning-teaching method, backed up by Constructivism, especially Vygotsky's ZPD theory, giving 4 steps from everyday concepts to natural lingistic thought. Based on the above hypothesis, at last I will represent a STS whose topic is a problem of beach preservation because I intend to show the possibility of STS on the environmental education of Social Studies through this study. This study will help us lay a foundation stone of introducing STS in environmental education of Social Studies.

  • For the purpose of adapting positively to the information society, it is very important to develop the capabilities of the retrieve, gather, process and application for informations by making efficient use of computers. So, with a view to understanding the importance of computer and adjusting actively to the information society, the systematic policy to cultivate the ability of making the most of computers is strongly demended. Therefore this study is to make a curriculum and guide for improving the capability of applying computers systematically, through analyzing a curriculum of computer in Elementary, Middle and High Schools, and to develop a model of grading system to cultivate the ability of applying computers, which grades capabilities of its practical use.
