역사적으로, 삶의 환경의 변화에 따라 사물과 타인을 보는 시선이 변화되었다. 따라서 현대사회의 시선의 성격을 분석하고 시각디자인이 티율적인 시선을 생산, 분배하는데 일조한다는 관점에서 본 논의를 서술하고 있다. 현대사회의 일상을 이루고 있는 시각환경인 도시경관, 패션, 소비제품, 각종 인쇄물, 광고등은 대중에게 특정한 방식의 시선을 보내고 대중은 자본주의적 소비관습에 감연된 시선으로 대상을 보게 된다. 이러한 시선의 기원은 19세기말 자본주의 체제에서 자본형성에 '가시적 체계' 가 개입함과, 근대 시민사회 형성에 있어서 '시선' 이 체계유지적 권력으로 작용함으로써 대중은 권력의 객체가 되어 타율적인 시선을 내면화시켰다는 관점에서 출발한다. 시선이 몰입을 통하여 동선으로 이어지는 과정에서 욕망이 창출되는 방식에 70년대 이후 본격적 소비자본주의사회에서의 유효수요 창출로서의 '상품미학' 이 관여한다. 상품미학의 작동은 역으로, 대상인 상품이 대중에게 보내는 특정한 시선이 성립되는 방식으로서, 대상이 '볼거리' 로 전환될 때 대중에게 유혹의 눈길을 보내어 대중을 소비자 혹은 관음증의 시선을 가진 구경꾼으로 만든다. 이러한 논의를 통하여 광고를 중심으로, 시각디자인에서 생산된 이미지에 내재한 상품미학적 시선의 역기능이 노출된다. 따라서 권력으로서의 시선에 대한 탐사를 통한 자율적 시각표현전략이 요구되며, 사회문화적인 위상을 지니고있는 시각디자인물의 자기성찰적 비평이 요구된다.

본 연구는 국내 애니메이션 색채표현에 있어서 심리적 의미가 모호하게 전달되는 단점을 극복하기 위한 새로운 방안을 제시하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 또한 미디어 환경에 맞는 애니메이션을 제작하기 위해서는 지역마다의 잠재력과 특성을 활용 할 수 있는 지역 특화 영역과 애니메이션 연계의 중요성을 강조한다. 특히 지역사회 중 광주의 '빛'이 지역을 대표하는 이미지로서 애니메이션과 공감각적 색채를 연계한다면 기존에 볼 수 없었던 독특한 영상색채를 발견할 수 있다. 지역 애니메이션을 특성화시키기 위해 기존에 애니메이션에 있어서 시도하지 않았던 공감각적 색채 접근이 어려운 점이 있었으나, 그 활용가능성은 시사하는 바가 크다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 가이드라인을 바탕으로 영상색채를 효과적으로 전달하는 방법에 있어서 꾸준한 연구가 지속될 때 지역 애니메이션의 색채를 보다 나은 방법으로 연출 할 수 있는 가능성이 잠재되어 있음을 강조한다.

이 논문에서는 초현실주의 회화의 다양한 기법이 애니메이션에서는 어떻게 표현되는 지를 분석하였다. 특히 초현실주의의 꼴라쥬는 아무 관련성 없는 사물과 기법을 재배치함으로써 무의식 속에 잠재되어 있는 환상의 세계를 일깨우며 매체의 변화와 더불어 그것은 전혀 다른 물질이나 형상끼리의 우연한 만남에서 오는 새로운 이미지의 형성한다. 이러한 초현실주의의 기법의 확장을 라울 세르베의 작품<밤의 나비들>에서 논의해보고자 한다. 라울 세르베는 <밤의 나비들>에서 기존의 가치를 전복하는 새로운 접근방식을 통해 인간의 인식 구조에 보다 다차원적인 변화를 가져온 것이다.

This study aims at comprehending the characteristics of fashion communications through case study about an art marketing that Prada develops in the field of modern fashion and providing theoretical materials on creativity-based art marketing and communication spread as expression strategy for brand philosophy and personality. For its research method, theoretical study was reviewed about art marketing and Prada's fashion philosophy and then cases on Prada's art marketing were analyzed according to their types. Prada's types in their art marketing are classified into several groups: support of art foundation and artists, differentiation via flagship store, application of image fashion, exhibition project, and cooperative work with different realms. From the above marketing strategies, we can find the values in that the brand image imbedded in enterprises with culture and art was contributable to set up the brand identity, that they were much beneficial to continuous activation for fashion culture and art fields, and that fashion communications of artistic emotion based on challenge and innovation were proposed. This fashion communication in Prada via way of art marketing is not just expression of Prada's luxury fashion brand but willingness to make their unique style from different facades. This also suggests the orientation that modern fashion should look forward to in finding a new way through cooperative relationship with other fields.

The tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) initiates the extrinsic apoptotic pathway through formation of the death-inducing signaling complex (DISC), followed by activation of effector caspases. TRAIL receptors are composed of death receptors (DR4 and DR5), decoy receptors (DcR1 and DcR2), and osteoprotegerin. Among them, only DRs activate apoptotic signaling by TRAIL. Since the levels of DR expressions are higher in cancer cells than in normal cells, TRAIL selectively activates apoptotic signaling pathway in cancer cells. However, multiple mechanisms, including down-regulation of DR expression and pro-apoptotic proteins, and up-regulation of anti-apoptotic proteins, make cancer cells TRAIL-resistant. Therefore, many researchers have investigated strategies to overcome TRAIL resistance. In this review, we focus on protein regulation in relation to extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathways via ubiquitination. The ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) is an important process in control of protein degradation and stabilization, and regulates proliferation and apoptosis in cancer cells. The level of ubiquitination of proteins is determined by the balance of E3 ubiquitin ligases and deubiquitinases (DUBs), which determine protein stability. Regulation of the UPS may be an attractive target for enhancement of TRAIL-induced apoptosis. Our review provides insight to increasing sensitivity to TRAIL-mediated apoptosis through control of post-translational protein expression.

Antibodies are powerful and versatile tools to play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. Their application has been enhanced significantly with the advanced recombinant DNA and heterologonous expression technologies, allowing to produce immunotherapeutic proteins with improved biofunctional properties. However, with currently available technologies, mammalian cell-based therapeutic antibody production, as an alternative for production in humans and animals, is often not plentiful for passive immunotherapeutics in treatment of many diseases. Recently, plant expression systems for therapeutic antibodies have become well-established. Thus, plants have been considered to provide an attractive alternative production system for therapeutic antibodies, as plants have several advantages such as the lack of human pathogens, and low cost of upstream production and flexible scale-up of highly valuable recombinant glycoproteins. Recent advances in modification of posttranslational processing for human-like glycosylation in transgenic plants will make it possible that plant can become a suitable protein expression system over the animal cellbased current production system. This review will discuss recent advances in plant expression technology and issues for their application to therapeutic antibody production.

In the rapidly changed 21st century when the flow speed of information is so fast and the quantity of information is too much increasing, personal appearance and characteristic image-formation is highly evaluated. Nowadays personal appearance is very essential to competition and may be considered the non-linguistic expression of self-image. The beauty action of the youth is shown to follow the object which youth want to rely on or long for and it is affected by the influence of the sociocultural elements. The purpose of this study is to identify the corelation between appearance and beauty action according to the sociocultural elements of the juveniles concerning appearance and to make an inquiry into how they pursue beauty in the restrictive bound compared with the adults. As their restrictive beauty action, the practical reflection percentage of hair-style, management of face, hand and nail control will be investigated and analyzed. Furthermore this basic material of this survey was used for the development of beauty article, cosmetics and education program. With the findings of the beauty articles in which the growing generation have a deep interest, this study provided the basic materials to the customer analysis and also the reference materials to the beauty marketing.

The Expressionism took shape in the early twentieth century, so called as the time of change and innovation which intermediated between the time of extreme prosperity and peace and the time of disruption. This study is based on the wide sense of Expressionism out of various concepts of Expressionism. The afore-mentioned phenomenon was emphasized all the more in the French Expressionism and it is the most important and substantial object in the Art to make a direct transference of emotion , feeling and thought and it could be regarded as one of characteristics of the French Expressionism . In Addition, the Expressionism produced " Aesthetics on Ugliness "Aesthetics des H lichen )" in creating work of art. It was an expression of the Existentialism based on Humanism for modern people who lived at time of nihility and such artistic movement accepted polarity and ambivalance concepts claimed by Nietzsche into three specific fields in accordance with thought and technique in the work of art and those are the Intuitional Expressionism. Cubistic Expressionism and Fantastic Expressionism. This study makes a close analysis of costume style trends on the basis of the categorized Expressionism enumerated as above. The characteristics of Intuitional Expressionism is that poverty and a sense of alienation dominated all society and thus the social reality brought a trend of social participation . This social reality effected significantly modern costume style and a reformative costume turned up at last . This reformative costume was classified into Gar onne look, Military look and Lingerie look by characteristics of style in order to make a close examination for the relationship between social reality and the reformative structure. Cubistic Expressionism effected costume forming and changed costume style through " Deformation " and " Distortion" in forming technique , and also it has developed geometrical style of costume, which could be symbolized by mechanism. And on the other hand, this Cubistic Expressionism has emphasized exaggerated expression ability to produce rigid and stiff style of costume. Fantastic Expression pursued basic artistic worth from the primitive and ethnic customs and accepted fantastic oriental Exoticism . This Fantastic Expressionism effected costume style of twentieh century and such designers as Lon Bakst, Paul Poiret, Elsa Schiapareli adopted intentive primary color. It also applied " Depaysment" to modern costume style , which introduced avant-garde design to give an impact through destruction of the existing traditional concept. This study also analized seven major representative costume designers of the early twentieth century. They are L on Bakst, Paul Poiret, Madeline Vionnet, JeanPatou, Gabriel Chanel and Elsa Schiaparelli. These designers deployed creative costume design work with peculiar expression technique based on the French expressionism. The costume study related to art history was so far made mostly to approach costume forming but only a few study is found to have approached idealistic background of art history in connection with creating costume. From that point of view, it is profoundly significant for this study to analize idealistic background and characteristics of Expressionism and relationship between costume and expressionism and to examine modern costume of twntieth century in conjunction with technical characteristics and spiritual sense of Expresionism.eristics and spiritual sense of Expresionism.

Therefore accuse various sensitivity to watch when lighted up the same environment with Lighting of other colors, and it is an interesting point to show a communication tendency of a Lighting design in the present age escape from a general idea transmit a change of sight to a man of experience directly, and to clarify space simply, and to show various power of expression. The study of a book tried to make a searching examination for a generation cause of this tendency by trying to observe the modern Lighting design tendency that various desires were reflected in of the modern society in various general ideas of communication.

국제결혼이 문제가 되는 경우는 대부분 2세들이 사화와의 충돌이나 갈등을 야기 시키기 때문이므로 이 문제가 부각되기 전에 이에 대한 연구와 준비가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 다문화(국제결혼) 가정 자녀들의 보육시설에서의 행동특성을 분석하여 언어, 정서, 또래관계, 집중력 등의 발달 수준이 일반 가정의 어린이들과 어떤 차이가 있는지를 분석하였으며, 그 결과에 의하여 다문화가정 자녀의 보육지도를 위한 교수 전략을 개발하였다.
