The Impact of Digital Transformation on Training Activities of the Accounting Major in Universities in Vietnam

  • Accounting is one of the fields greatly affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and the digital transformation trend in particular. However, the digital transformation process will also be a weakness if domestic accounting and auditing training activities do not adapt promptly and keep up with the practical requirements of social needs. Job opportunities in the accounting industry will shrink due to increased labor productivity and increasing support technologies, leading to a decrease in the need for traditional accountants. This paper focuses on clarifying the shortcomings and difficulties in accounting training activities by surveying 120 accounting lecturers teaching at domestic universities. Research results show that there are six existing factors and difficulties in accounting training activities due to the digital transformation process, including: facilities, lecturer capacity, training programs, teaching methods. teaching, assessment methods and practice and practice activities. Based on the survey results, we propose recommendations for training activities due to the impact of digital transformation at universities in Vietnam.

Development of Transgenic Tall Fescue Plants from Mature Seed-derived Callus via Agrobacterium-mediated Transformation

  • We have achieved efficient transformation system for forage-type tall fescue plants by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Mature seed-derived embryogenic calli were infected and co-cultivated with each of three A. tumefaciens strains, all of which harbored a standard binary vector pIG121Hm encoding the neomycin phosphotransferase II (NPTII), hygromycin phosphotransferase (HPT) and intron-containing $\beta$-glucuronidase (intron-GUS) genes in the T-DNA region. Transformation efficiency was influenced by the A. tumefaciens strain, addition of the phenolic compound acetosyringone and duration of vacuum treatment. Of the three A. tumefaciens strains tested, EHA101/pIG121Hm was found to be most effective followed by GV3101/pIG121Hm and LBA4404/pIG121Hm for transient GUS expression after 3 days co-cultivation. Inclusion of 100 $\mu$M acetosyringone in both the inoculation and co-cultivation media lead to an improvement in transient GUS expression observed in targeted calli. Vacuum treatment during infection of calli with A. tumefaciens strains increased transformation efficiency. The highest stable transformation efficiency of transgenic plants was obtained when mature seed-derived calli infected with A. tumefaciens EHA101/pIG121Hm in the presence of 100 $\mu$M acetosyringone and vacuum treatment for 30 min. Southern blot analysis indicated integration of the transgene into the genome of tall fescue. The transformation system developed in this study would be useful for Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation of tall fescue plants with genes of agronomic importance.

디지털 전환의 미래사회 위험이슈 및 정책적 대응 방향: 인공지능을 중심으로 (A Study on Risk Issues and Policy for Future Society of Digital Transformation: Focusing on Artificial Intelligence)

  • 디지털 전환(digital transformation)은 디짓화(digitisation)와 디지털화(digitalisation)의 경제적 및 사회적 효과를 의미한다. 디지털 전환은 경제/사회 발전 및 삶의 편의성을 향상시키는 유용한 도구로 작용하지만 부정적 영향(개인정보 오남용, 윤리문제 야기, 사회적 격차 심화 등)을 미칠 수도 있는 양면성을 보유하고 있다. 한편 정부는 산업 경쟁력 및 기술 패권 확보 등을 위하여 디지털 전환 촉진정책은 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 반면, 디지털 전환 관련 위험이슈에 대한 이해와 이를 방지할 수 있는 정책 추진에는 상대적으로 소극적인 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 전환이 초래할 수 있는 미래사회 위험이슈를 Embedded Topic Modeling 방법론 기반의 언론기사 빅데이터 정량분석으로 체계화 및 구체화하고, 정책적 대응 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 주요국의 디지털 전환 역기능 세부 이슈들을 규명하였다. 다음으로 디지털 전환의 핵심 기술인 인공지능을 중심으로 주요국과 한국의 디지털 전환 역기능 세부이슈를 구체화하고, 비교분석하였다. 아울러 분석결과들을 종합하여 향후 정부의 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책 수립 방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과에 근거한 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전환의 역기능은 기술 분야에만 한정되어 나타나지 않고 국가안보 및 사회 전반에 영향을 미치기 때문에 정부는 디지털 전환의 순기능 촉진뿐만 아니라 역기능 대응을 위한 정책도 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 디지털 전환의 미래사회 위험 세부이슈들은 국가에 따라 상이하게 나타나므로 정부는 국가적/사회적 맥락을 고려하여 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책을 수립해야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 이해관계자들의 혼선을 최소화할 수 있도록 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책의 큰 방향을 설정하고, 실효성 있는 정책 수단을 마련해야 한다.

규칙에 기초한 마스크 레이아웃 변환 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Rule-based Mask Layout Transformation System)

  • Owing to the nature of locality in mask layouts, it appears that most mask layout problems can be solved by transforming a part of the given mask layout into a better layout segment continuously toward a global suboptimal solution. This notion of local transformation addresses major weak points of existing mask layout processing systems, which lack both extensibility and unifiability. This paper attempts to elaborate upon developing a new rule-based mask layout transformation system wherein most of the mask layout problems can be solved under the unified framework of local mask layout transformation. The rule-based mask layout transformation system is applicable to various mask layout problems such as net extraction, mask layout compaction, mask layout editing, and design rule checking. The experimental results show that the rule-based expert system approach is an efficient means of solving those mask layout problems, and thus confronting major drawbacks of existing layout processing systems.

상처처리와 접종시간이 Agrobacterium에 의한 고추 형질전환에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Wounding and Inoculation Time on Agrobacterium -mediated Transformation in Capsicum annuum L.)

  • 본 연구는 고추에서 Agrobacterium tumefaciens를 이용한 형질 전환시 형질전환율을 높이기 위하여 A. tumefaciens와의 접종시간과 인위적인 상처처리에 따른 효과를 조사하였던 바 고추 형질전환시 자엽절편체의 재분화는 인위적 상처처리 및 A. tumefaciens 접종시간에 의해 영향을 받았다. 접종시간을 3600초로 한 경우의 재분화는 상처처리에 의해 급격히 감소하였으며 자엽 절편체에 대한 인위적인 상처처리가 20초 또는 120초간의 접종시간처리와 병행됨으로써 형질 전환율을 58-72% 이상으로 높이는 효과를 보였다. 형질전환여부의 확인을 ${\beta}$-glucuronidase 염색법과 npt II primer를 이용한 polymerase chain reaction 분석에 의해 수행 한 바 효과적인 것으로 판단되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to effectively implement the artificial intelligence education required in the digital transformation era. As we enter the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the demand for a great digital transformation in industry is essential, and the nurturing of manpower is presented as an indispensable relationship in the industrial field based on it. The integration of various new technologies that have emerged from the era of the 4th industrial revolution has the greatest purpose in realizing artificial intelligence technology. As the importance of digital competency in the top curriculum reorganization has been highlighted, artificial intelligence education is necessary even in the curriculum reorganization in 2022, and there is a demand in the educational field that it should be converted into a mandatory education in middle and high schools. Artificial intelligence education according to the demands of the times is to develop an artificial intelligence curriculum in universities by reestablishing systematic artificial intelligence education in universities, setting educational goals, and presenting the goals of artificial intelligence education by major. The main direction of this study is to present the relationship between artificial intelligence and each major in university education, develop a curriculum based on artificial intelligence for each major, and link artificial intelligence software for AI education customized for each major. We would like to present a process that can measure the learning outcomes of AI education.

A study on digital transformation of SMEs from the perspective of information technology

  • Purpose - With the rapid development of information technology, the digital economy has become an important grip of the new development pattern, and the digital transformation of enterprises is a major trend. As SMEs are the mainstay of the economy and employment, it is important to study the digital transformation of SMEs to promote the development of the digital economy. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on a resource-based view, this report analyses the current situation and issues of digital transformation of SMEs from the perspective of digital orientation as well as the breadth and depth of technological capabilities of enterprises, using data from a survey of 200 manufacturing enterprises in China. Result - The results show that SMEs generally have a digital transformation mindset, but a weak digital foundation. In order to execute a digital strategy, companies need digital transformation capabilities. These behavioral capabilities are guided by the strategic direction of the business, and companies with strong capabilities are always trying to tap into the full digital potential. Conclusion - In order to effectively promote the digital transformation of SMEs, we suggest that SMEs pay attention to digital capability building, make good use of digital platforms and network resources, and lay a solid foundation for digital transformation; meanwhile, we suggest that government departments play a guiding and supporting role to build a cross-industry and cross-sector digital synergy system to help promote the development of SMEs' digital transformation. This paper presents some suggestions from both the internal and external environment of the enterprise, with the expectation of contributing to the digital transformation practices of SMEs.

Agrobacterium tumefaciens-Mediated Genetic Transformation: Mechanism and Factors

  • Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation has been widely used for the production of genetically modified transgenic plants to obtain specific desired traits. Most of the molecular mechanisms that underlie the transformation steps have been well elucidated over the years. However, a few steps, such as nuclear targeting, T-DNA integration, and Agrobacterium-plant proteins involved remain largely obscure and are still under extensive studies. This review describes the major steps involved in the molecular mechanism of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation and provides insight in the recent developments in studies on the Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation system. Some factors affecting the transformation efficiency are also briefly discussed.

전쟁패러다임의 전환과 군사변혁 (Shift in Warfare Paradigm and Military Transformation)

  • In present, advanced countries in the world are seen concentring on Military Transformation to create new military capability as there is a shift in Warfare Paradigm. Rapid development of technology enables military system, operational concept and organization innovated. As a result, Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) that dramatically increased warfighting capability is pursued. Especially, advanced information technology constructs system of systems with abilities of battle visualization, information sharing in battlefield, long-range strike capability that are interoperable and combined. Corresponding to this, engagement methods and organizations are being progressively developed. The purpose of this thesis is overview of newly developing Warfare Paradigm and analysis of tendency of Military Transformation that advanced countries are pursuing preparation to this. Above all, specific aspects and contents of the Warfare Paradigm which emerged by information age were summarized. Subsequently, Military Transformation which provides the basic concepts and principles to the advanced countries in the world for the creation of new military capability was discussed. In conclusion, the tendency of Military Transformation by U.S.A, Japan, China, and Russia surround the Korean peninsular as the major power in military was carefully observed.

혼합 중요도 시스템의 주기 변환과 스케줄링 오버헤드간의 트레이드오프 관계 분석 (Analysis of Trade-off between Period Transformation and Scheduling Overhead in Mixed-Criticality System)

  • 혼합 중요도(mixed criticality) 시스템은 안전에 중요한 기능을 우선시하도록 하는 추가적인 안전 요구사항이 존재한다. 그러나 기존 실시간 시스템의 설계로는 이를 만족하지 못하며, 높은 중요도 태스크가 다른 낮은 중요도 태스크로부터 간섭을 받아 데드라인 미스와 같은 문제를 일으키는 중요도 역전(criticality inversion) 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 중요도 역전 문제를 해결하기 위해 주기 변환(period transformation) 기법을 사용할 수 있지만, 스케줄링 오버헤드의 증가로 인해 오히려 전반적인 태스크의 응답시간이 증가하는 또 다른 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 주기 변환과 스케줄링 오버헤드 간의 트레이드오프 관계를 설명하고, 실시간 리눅스 시스템에서 해당 문제점을 재연한 후 주기 변환의 적정선을 분석하고자 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 중요도 역전 문제를 해결하기 위한 주기 변환을 그대로 적용할 경우, 문맥 교환이 48.7% 증가 및 스케줄링 오버헤드가 28.7% 증가로 인해 전반적인 응답시간이 증가하여 데드라인 미스가 다수 발생하는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.
