교량 자산관리를 위한 가치평가방법 및 체계수립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Asset Valuation Method for Bridge Asset management)

  • 효율적인 교량의 유지관리를 위해서는 우선순위를 고려한 유지보수비용 예측과 전략적인 예산배분이 가능한 자산관리시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구는 이를 돕기 위한 교량의 자산가치 평가방법 연구를 통해 국내 실정에 적합한 실효성 있는 자산가치 평가방법의 제안을 주목적으로 하였다. 우선 국내외 교량시설물의 자산가치 평가 적용사례를 조사하여 그 장단점을 파악하고 국내 실정에 적합한 교량자산가치 평가 방법을 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 취득원가에 의한 자산가치 평가방법과 대체원가를 활용한 가치평가 방법을 제안하고 교량의 가치평가를 위한 모델을 정립하였다. 또한 제안된 두 가지 자산가치 평가방법을 활용하여 국내에서 공용중인 교량의 가치평가를 수행하였다. 회계적 목적의 자산가치 평가 지원을 위해서는 초기건설비용에 근거한 취득원가를 고려한 자산가치 평가방법이 바람직한 것으로 분석되었으며, 유지관리 의사결정의 목적을 위해서는 보다 다양한 의사결정 인자의 고려가 가능한 감가상각 후 대체원가방법을 활용하는 것이 적합한 것으로 분석되었다.

2013순천만국제정원박람회장 활용 계획 연구 (A Study on the Adaptive Reuse Plan for 2013 Suncheon Bay Garden Expo Site)

  • This study aimed to adaptive reuse plan a take advantage of Suncheon Bay Garden Expo 2013. Detailed objectives included: to identify and foster cultural and ecological resources in Suncheon Bay and Garden Expo Site; and to search and propose characterized program in the site for efficient utilization; and to revitalize a site for the vitalizations of the region where garden culture and garden industries for strengthening local competitiveness. The study was multi-phased. The first stage included basic surveys such as site status and environmental context analysis, and questionnaires and similar case studies, and the second stage was to review the direction of preliminary planning, develop associated industries and strategies for regional revitalization and review and incorporate project details. And the third stage aimed to develop a comprehensive plan from spatial plans and program plans and suggest plans to vitalize the operation of the site. The results of the study are as follows: First, the characterization strategy is 'healing experience tourism', 'healing garden', 'healing herbal care' are suitable for the site and regional revitalization. Second, the dimension of 2013 Suncheon Bay Garden Expo which was distinguished into four areas, in consideration of the characteristics and contents of the garden expo site for efficient operation and maintenance. Four area are as follows: the park oriented area, the experiential tourism oriented area, the existing conservation oriented area, and the area for associated industries. Third, the practice of private and public partnerships is needed in order to efficiently manage and operations. The significance of this study is that it is seeking to take advantage of the Garden Expo site and set the plan by existing resources and in consideration of local characteristics, in conjunction with area to envision and proposed management plan. Some problems are remained which have not been able to deal with details program and organization and financial planning programs for the operation of the site. This is for further study.

  • 본 연구에서는 교통수송분야 국가핵심기반 지정 및 관리시 연계성을 고려한 운영관리 전략을 제안한다. 산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 국가핵심기반은 교통수송분야 연구개발 생애주기를 고려하여 교통수송분야의 연계 협업형 연구개발 계획과 심층분석을 적용하였다. 국가경제나 국민생활의 활동이 사회의 요건에 밀착되는 등의 포괄적인 국가안전과 국민의 안전 요구 증대로 정부의 책임이 점차 확대되고 있는 추세에 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구의 특징은 유지관리의 필요성과 국가의 책무인 대국민 서비스를 위한 종합적이고 과학적인 관리를 수행하였다. 이에, 교통수송분야 국가 핵심기반은 지속가능한 유지·관리를 위한 보호계획 수립과 가이드라인을 고려하여 작성·시행한다. 본 연구는 교통수송분야의 국가핵심기반 지정·관리시 연계성을 고려한 운영 전략을 제안함으로서 효율적인 국가핵심기반 재난관리에 기여한다.

고산 윤선도 금쇄동 정원유적 정비에 관한 연구 (A Study of Planning for Gumswae-dong Garden Heritage Maintenance)

  • 고산 윤선도의 금쇄동 원림과 현산고성은 사적 432호로 일괄 지정된 문화재로 진정성 있는 정비복원이 요구되는 정원유산이다. 본 연구는 고산원림과 현산고성 유적의 진정성 및 완전성 유지 강화와 고산문학의 산실인 윤선도 유적의 종합적이고 체계적인 정비계획을 세우는 것이다. 연구방법으로 관련 주민 및 전문가 인터뷰, 사료조사, 현장측량 조사 및 항공사진 분석 등과 함께 사례연구, 전문가 워크샵을 실시하였다. 정비계획 내용은 다음과 같이 요약 될 수 있다. 첫째, 발굴구역 설정을 위해 핵심 발굴 구역, 발굴 권장구역, 발굴 검토구역을 계획하였다. 둘째, 고산 당대 명명된 유구들인 22개 경관을 대상으로 안내시설 설치, 주변식생정비, 동선 정비 및 안전시설 설치, 조망지점 정비와 기타 편의 시설로 작은 휴게장소와 데크 설치를 제안하였다. 셋째, 금쇄동기, 고지도, 옛 항공사진, 주민 면담 등을 통해 기존 산길을 찾아내고 필요한 길을 정비하여 정원감상을 위한 동선을 계획하였다. 넷째, 정확한 조성시기 확인과 발굴 후 보전 계획이 요구되는 대상들로서 식생정비 및 주변 정비를 계획하였고, 유적이 없는 대상의 경우 관람 및 편의를 위한 시설과 경관의 다양성과 생태적 효과를 위한 부분별 습지를 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 현산고성은 기본적으로 정비방식 설정을 위한 발굴과 고증이 요구되나 편축성과 협축성에 대한 정비계획과 식생 정비수준을 계획하였다.

저수지 생애주기 유지관리를 위한 성능저하예측 모델 연구 (A Study on the Performance Prediction Model for Life Cycle Maintenance of Reservoir)

  • 2020년부터 시행된 「지속가능한 기반시설 관리기본법」에 의해 저수지는 체계적인 유지관리와 성능개선 등의 선제적인 관리로 노후화에 따른 생애주기 비용을 최소화하도록 관리해야 한다. 생애주기를 고려한 유지관리를 위해서는 공용기간이 증가함에 따라 지속적인 성능저하에 의해 수명이 종료되는 시점을 생애 주기적인 관점에서 도출하는 것이 필수적이며 이를 위해서 저수지의 성능저하예측 모델 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 저수지를 주요 복합시설인 제체, 여수로, 취수시설로 구분하고, 생애주기 유지관리를 위한 성능저하예측 모델을 개발하였다. 모델 개발을 위해 농어촌공사의 농업기반시설 시스템(RIMS; Rural Infrastructure Management System)이 관리 중인 유지관리 정보 데이터를 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 모델 개발에 활용 가능한 데이터를 선별하고 추세분석을 통해 모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델을 통해 저수지가 현행의 유지관리 체계에서 예상되는 기대수명과 미조치시 예상되는 기대수명을 예측하였으며, 현행 유지관리체계에서의 기대수명은 미조시치 기대수명보다 약 네 배가 증대되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문을 통해 제안된 모델을 활용하여 향후 저수지의 생애주기를 고려한 운영관리와 유지보수의 의사결정 지원이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

대학 기숙사 시설의 사용자 만족도 향상을 위한 효율적인 유지보수관리(O&M) 방안 제안 (Suggestions on Efficient O&M Plan for Improving Users' Satisfaction on the University Dorm Facilities)

  • An university dorm has significant implications in terms of providing residential, living, and learning spaces. With its supportive function, a dorm enables each university to provide higher level of education. The operation & maintenance(O&M) condition of the dorm has a decisive effect on the students' satisfaction. Accordingly, high levels of O&M services should be performed for students. However, Korean dorms are being operated and maintained by their own O&M guidelines without the consideration of spatial characteristics of dorm facilities and the comprehensive and systematic understanding on effective O&M processes. Given the fact that dorm facility can be a crucial factor in determining the entire quality of university and its O&M condition is closely related to the satisfaction of students, it is imperative that we need to pay more attention to the O&M condition and services. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to improve dorm students' satisfaction levels by applying different O&M method, preventive maintenance rather than reactive maintenance which has been performed so far. In ordering for doing it, 'Facility Management(FM) Standard' from KS, 'Facility Performance Indicator(FPI)' from APPA: Leadership in educational facilities and 'Building O&M Inspection Manual' from Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport were analyzed to come up with 15 significant O&M factors. After extracting O&M factors, the survey was conducted to determine importance rate and performance rate of each O&M factor. Using the Important-Performance Analysis(IPA), the priority of 15 O&M factors was established. The result of this research will be helpful for the efficient dorm facility O&M services and for facility managers to appropriately allocate the limited resources and human power.

하구순 편평세포암의 광범위 절제 후 Bernard씨 술식의 Webster씨 변법을 이용한 재건 (Reconstructive Considerations in Webster's Modification of Bernard Operation after Wide Excision of Squamous Cell Carcinoma on Lower Lip)

  • Reconstruction of the lower lip requires consideration of several factors. There should be retained sensation, maintenance of oral sphincter function, and a large enough opening for the mouth. In addition, it is important to achieve an aesthetically acceptable appearance. Webster's modification of Bernard operation is one of good methods which satisfy above mentioned goals. The purpose of this article is to present the results and review the perioperative problems after reconstruction of the lower lip by this operation. We reviewed seven patients after surgical reconstruction by the same method between January of 1996 and December of 2003. Five patients were male and two were female. The mean follow-up period was 15 months. We obtained functionally and cosmetically acceptable appearance after reconstruction. Most of the reconstructed lower lips were large enough for full mouth opening, but one patient required additional commissuroplasty, and one other patient was treated with wound revision for dehiscence resulting from protrusion of mandibular lateral incisor tooth. All other patients accepted their facial appearance. In conclusion, careful planning and consideration for dental problems and proper closure tension may ensure satisfactory outcome & lower lip competence, when using this modified operative method for lower lip reconstruction.

LCC 기법을 통한 자연채광의 경제성 분석에 대한 연구 (A Feasibility Study on the Benefit of Daylighting by LCC Analysis)

  • As has been expected, economic factors are a major consideration in almost every decision in building design process. Assuming that improving a lighting system, existing or proposed, will reduce operating cost, what preliminary economic guidelines can be established to determine whether any proposed investment appears cost effective? In such a case a reasonable technique to compare system costs is by life-cycle costing. Stated simply, a life-cycle cost represents the total cost of a system over its entire life cycle, that is, the sum of first cost and all future costs. This paper aims to exemplify the benefit of daylighting in term of economic consideration. Four different electric lighting system designs are proposed and a lighting control system that is continuously operating according to the level of daylight in the space has been adapted. The accumulated performance of electric and daylighting is figured out to declare the effective depth of daylight in the space. The analysis on the saving amount of lighting energy due to daylight has been undertaken in answer to the question, that is, several projects are being considered, which is the most desirable from the cost-effectiveness viewpoint. The result shows clearly that although denser layout of lighting fixtures might be more effective to interface to the level of daylight ceaselessly changeable, its economic benefit may not meet the expected criterion the reason of increased initial investment and maintenance cost for the fixtures and control hardware.

거주후 평가를 통한 대학도서관의 환경개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Environment Innovation of University Library by the Post Occupancy Evaluation)

  • The importance of evaluation in design activity has been increased. Specially, it is necessary to take into consideration of user's needs as design criteria nowadays. Through these evaluations, the comprehensive quality of architectural design could be substantially improved and play the part of recycling at least in cases of theme similar structures. By a viewpoint of library patrons, there have increased many problems In library environment because more library patrons use the reference room for their study since reform of university education was carried out In 1981. Therefore, after post occupancy evaluation and spatial-planning matters of architecture are taken into consideration in this study, the problems of the plan-composition on the existing structure is pointed out and introduced the concept of post occupancy evaluation to grope the solution. With the question about users's needs and the state of use in the K-University Library, this study aims to investigate the actual use circumstance of space and maintenance of facilities as well as giving the most relevant alternatives instead of already existing one. This also intends to propose the essential date to meet the users' sociopsychological needs and environment innovation when planning the university library.

Relations between Scenic Desirability and Landscape Component of the Copse in the City Park

  • Civic participation in managing the work of a park is a natural experience, and urban culture has a role in forming and communicating ideas. However, when it comes to managing a copse, there is no clear scenic image. In this study, my intention was to determine a desirable scene involving a copse and suggest a target image for managing work from a scenic perspective. I selected 12 photographs and listed 10 pairs of adjectives that were judged to reflect the effect produced by the copse scene using the repertory grid development technique. In addition, I performed a scenic evaluation using the semantic differential(SD) method with each pair of adjectives. Factor analysis was performed based on questionnaire survey results, such that the scenic structure of the copse had a clear definition. In addition, the physical characteristics of the photographs were analyzed using Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and the correlations between the results of the questionnaire survey were understood using multiple regression analysis. A desirable scenic image of the copse became clear through this process and I was able to suggest various options of scenic images. Taking the aspects of urban culture into consideration, park improvement projects(including their planning stages) should be implemented by involving residents, which will lead to further development of park planning and maintenance theories and projects giving due consideration to residents' opinions.
