A Study on dynamic gateway system for MOST GATEWAY Scheduling Algorithm (MOST GATEWAY 스케줄링 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • In our previous research, we proposed a MOST GATEWAY system for organically connected to the network MOST150 and MOST 25 and we proposed a simulation design method for performance analysis of Scheduling Algorithm in MOST GATEWAY system. Therefore in this paper, after comparing the performance among the existing scheduling algorithm methods in MOST25 and MOST150 Networks, we use NS-2 simulator in order to analyze the performance. Finally, we present an improvement scheme of the efficiency and scalability.

  • In our previous research, we proposed a MOST GATEWAY system for organically connected to the network MOST150 and MOST 25 and a simulation design method for performance analysis of Scheduling Algorithm in MOST GATEWAY system. Therefore in this paper, we use CANoe.MOST simulator in order to analyze the performance and propose a algorithm design method for Performance analysis according to number of queues by applying existing scheduling algorithms.   • MOST Network는 차량내 멀티미디어 네트워크로 버퍼링없는 실시간 오디오 및 비디오를 전송할 수 있는 동기식 데이터 전송영역, 실시간을 요구하지 않는 패킷 데이터를 전송하는 비동기 영역, 그리고 MOST 디바이스를 제어하기 위한 control 채널이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 차량용 멀티미디어 네트워크인 MOST Network에서 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 Ethernet과의 데이터 통신을 위한 Ethernet Frame 전송 방안을 제안한다.

  • For growing need for the multimedia application in the vehicles, the MOST protocol has been focused on. The MOST protocol supports three kinds of communication modes; short control message, asynchronous packets, and reserved synchronous stream data. Because of a variety of transportation, the MOST is suitable for various applications in vehicle environment. In this paper, we implemented embedded system which is MOST-enabled AMS platform and tested the network communication operation through the control port and the synchronous channel of the source port. We implemented the prototype platforms which communicate each other on the MOST's POF network. Moreover we implemented the DivX decoder attached AMS platform and verified the operation by transferring the video stream and the control messages through the MOST network.

  • Recently, CAN network technology and MOST network are introduced in vehicle to control many electronic devices and to provide entertainment service. Many interconnected devices operate in MOST network which has ring topology such as CD-ROM(DVD), AMP, VIDEO CAMERA, VIDEO DISPLAY, GPS NAVIGATION and so on. In this paper, The input image of CAMERA in the MOST network is used for determining the movement direction of vehicle. Even though the position information was received from GPS, it is difficult to directly determine the direction of moving vehicle in certain areas such as the parallel road structure. This paper designs and implements the method to determine vehicle's direction by real-time matching between CAMERA image and object image base on image DB.

  • The vehicle has many technique change from The requirement of the safety the energy environment and convenience dimension is an enlargement toe. This is keeping changing the paradigm of the vehicle industry rapidly. The change to be technical such brought the intelligence of the former control device. And this organizes a sensor network among each systems and makes new traffic system. This paper a standard framework based on Sensor. We call it Vehicle Management System. The VMS used MOST network and It is able to make the stability of the component swap time or vehicle order the greatest.

  • A practical algorithm of generating most probable states in decreasing order of probability of the network system state is suggested for approximating the performance of multi-mode network system using algebraic structure of the system states. Most complex system having network structure with multi-mode unit state is difficult to evaluate the performance or reliability due to exponentially increasing size of state space. Hence not an exact computing method but an approximated one is reasonable approach to solve the problem. To achieve the goal we should enumerate the network system states in order as a pre-processing step. In this paper, we suggest an improved algorithm of generating most probable multi-mode states to get the ordered system states efficiently. The method is compared with the previous algorithms in respective to memory requirement and empirical computing time. From the experiment proposed method has some advantages with regard to the criterion of algorithm performance. We investigate the advantages and disadvantage by illustrating experiment examples.

  • 오늘날 차량 기술에 대한 관심사는 기계적 성능에서 각종 전자장치를 사용한 기술로 이동하고 있다. 특히 자동차 내에서 각종 멀티미디어 서비스 및 여러 정보들의 통합 분석을 위해서 자동차 네트워크 기술이 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 네트워크 기술 중 MOST(Media Oriented System Transport)네트워크를 사용하기 위한 장치로 저가형 장치인 MiniAMG 단말기를 제안한다. Mini AMG 단말기를 통해 어떻게 오디오 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는지와 향후 어떠한 방향으로 사용 가능한지에 대해 기술하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivating factors determining global logistics network construction and to suggest the most suitable solution for the Korean logistics providers in order to facilitate effectively in global logistics network. The major findings are as follows ; Firstly, 'the factor of network' would be the most essential element for the Korean logistics providers. Secondly, we discovered that among various types of global logistics networks, 'Strategic Alliance' would be the most suitable type for the Korean logistic providers. This study provides the basic information for enhancing global logistics network construction to logistics providers and the Korean government respectively. It also suggests that the implication of Government policy to support global logistics networking business for the Logistics providers should be concentrated on supporting and encouraging M&A among the local logistics partners.
