언어행위적 관점에서 본 부정문의 기능들 (Funktionen negativer $Behauptungss\"{a}tze$ in kommunikaitven Sprechhandlungen)

  • In den kommunikativen orientierten Sprechbehandlungen lassen sich negative $S\"{a}tze$ allgemein als Klasse kommunikativer Operlationen mit spezifischen kommunikativ-pragmatischen Funktionen kennzeichnen. Diese Funktionen, die der Sprecher mit den sogenannten negativen $Behauptungss\"{a}tzen$ in wirklichen kommunikativen Sprechakten $ausdr\"{u}ckt$, stellen dabei Handlungs-bzw. Sprechhandlungsintentionen des Sprechers dar. Sie $k\"{o}nnen$ aus den in negierten $\"{A}u{\ss}erungen$ implizierten Sprecher-Einstellungen zu bestimmten Sachverhalten, die in den vorangehenden $\"{A}u{\ss}erungen\;seines\;Gespr\"{a}chpartners\;ausgedr\"{u}ckt$ werden, abgeleitet werden. In diesem Zusammenhang sind die negativen $Behauptungss\"{a}tze$ erst dann sinnvoll darzustellen, wenn sie mit Voraussetzungsstruktur verbunnden werden. D.h. also die Funktionen der negativen $Behauptungss\"{a}tze\;k\"{o}nnen$ im Zusammenhang mit einer(bzw. mehreren) vorangehenden $\"{A}u{\ss}erung(en)\;des\;Gepr\"{a}chpartners$ oder den aktuellen $Sprechhandlungsumst\"{a}nden\;besser\;erkl\"{a}rt$ werden. Aus solchen kommunikativen Situationen kann man bestimmte Einstellungen des $Gespr\"{a}chspartners$ annehmen. So haben wir negative $Behauptungss\"{a}tze$, die mit den in Grammatiken angenommenen verschiedenen $Negationsw\"{o}rtern$ verwirklicht werden, in die Subkategorie der Sprechhandlungen eingesetzt, um ihre sinnvollen Funktionen zu bezeichnen. Dabei stellen wir fest $da\ss$ den negativen $Behauptungss\"{a}tzen$ nicht nur eine Sprechhandlung 'Verneinen' zuzuordnen ist. In den aktuellen Sprechhandlungen zeigen sie auch die anderen kommunikativ-pragmatisch orientierten Funktionen. Wir klassifizieren nun die folgenden illokutionaren Typen: 1) Verneinen(bzw. Negieren); 2) Widersprechen; 3) $Pr\"{a}zisieren$ (oder Korrigier); 4) Behaupten; 5) Antworten auf Wortfrage; 6) Zustimmen; 7) Verweigern

Synthesis and Characterization of the Tumor Targeting Mitoxantrone-Insulin Conjugate

  • Anticancer drugs have serious side effects arising from their poor malignant cells selectivity, Since insulin receptors highly express on the cytomembrane of some kind of tumor cells, using insulin as the vector was expected to reduce serious side effects of the drugs. The objective of this study was to evaluate the tumor targeting effect of the newly synthesized mitoxantrone-insulin conjugate (MIT-INS) with the drug loading of 11.68%. In vitro stability trials showed MIT-INS were stable in buffers with different pH (2-8) at $37^{\circ}C$ within 120 h (less than 3% of free MIT released), and were also stable in mouse plasma within 48 h (less than 1 % of free MIT released). In vivo study on tumor-bearing mice showed that, compared with MIT [75.92 $\mu g \cdot$ h/g of the area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) and 86.85 h of mean residence time (MRT)], the conjugates had better tumor-targeting efficiency with enhanced tumor AUC of 126.53 1l9 h/g and MTR of 151.95 h. The conjugate had much lower toxicity to most other tissues with targeting indexes ($TI^c$) no larger than 0.3 besides good tumor targeting efficiency with $TI^c$ of 1.67. The results suggest the feasibility to promote the curative effect in ca.ncer chemotherapy by using insulin as the vector of anti-cancer drugs.

반복적 Cumulant 모멘트 방법에 의한 Boltzmann 방정식의 해법과 충격파구조에 관한 연구 (Iterative Cumulant Moment Method for solution of Boltzmann Equation and its Application to Shock Wave Structure)

  • Boltzmann 방정식의 비선형 해법으로서 cumulant 모멘트 방법을 연구하였으며, Maxwell 분자모형 단원자분자 기체계의 정상충격파 문제에 대하여 적용하였다. 모멘트 방정식의 해는 Maxwell-Ikenberry-Truesdell(MIT) 반복법을 사용하였다. 원래의 MIT 반복법은 초기값을 평형분포함수로부터 구하지만, 본 연구에서는 반복계산의 초기값을 Mott-Smith의 두방식(bimodal)함수로부터 구하였다. 모멘트 계산은 2차 반복단계까지 수행하였으며, 강한 충격파에 대한 밀도, 온도, stress, heat flux 등의 윤곽과 충격파의 두께, 그리고 마하수 1.4 미만의 약한 충격파의 두께를 계산하였다. 1차 반복계산에서 충격파 윤곽에 대한 간단한 형태의 해석적 표현을 얻었으며, 이로부터 도출한 약한 충격파 두께에 대한 극한법칙은 Navier-Stokes 이론과 정확히 일치한다. 2차 반복계산에 의한 결과는 강한 충격파의 윤곽곡선 및 충격파 두께가 Monte Carlo 문헌값과 정량적으로 일치함을 보인다.

기계적 충격기술을 적용한 멥쌀 경단의 규격 표준화 및 품질특성에 대한 연구 (Study on the Standardization and Physicochemical Property for Non-waxy Gyungdan Adapted with Mechanically Impacting Technology)

  • The present study was conducted to supply more scientific information for standardization of preparation method of Gyungdan and to determine the standard for manufacturing procedure adapted with mechanically impacting technology (MIT) for mass production. The optimum preparation condition for non-waxy Gyungdan adapted with MIT was 35% of water, 0.5% of wheat flour (w/w of soaked rice), and mechanically impacting for 10 min at 450 rpm. In the present study, standardization of manufacturing procedure for merchandizing of Gyungdan was established with width, weight, and height. Average of Gyungdan adapted with MIT at 90 rpm (stuffing speed) and 46.58 Herz (cutting speed) is 18.3 g of weight, 28.4 mm of height, and 32.4 mm of width. Hardness, as a main parameter of texture profile, of Gyungdan was maintained lower than 100 g up to 3 days at the storage of $20^{\circ}C$ and up to 70 days at the storage of $-20^{\circ}C$. And, it was performed to develop rice cake as meal-replacement adapted with MIT and sub-ingredients such as strawberry, pumpkin, and mugwort. Gyungdan prepared under controlling manufacturing condition of MIT was supplemented with 0-1.6% of sub-ingredients, respectively. In sensory tests, the best substitute ratios of strawberry, pumpkin, and mugwort were 1.6%, 0.8%, and 1.6%, respectively. With the results above, not-harden Gyungdan supplemented with sub-ingredients and various stuffs can be expected to application for wheat-substitute meal-replacement.

MIT PEBBLE BED REACTOR PROJECT

  • The conceptual design of the MIT modular pebble bed reactor is described. This reactor plant is a 250 Mwth, 120 Mwe indirect cycle plant that is designed to be deployed in the near term using demonstrated helium system components. The primary system is a conventional pebble bed reactor with a dynamic central column with an outlet temperature of 900 C providing helium to an intermediate helium to helium heat exchanger (IHX). The outlet of the IHX is input to a three shaft horizontal Brayton Cycle power conversion system. The design constraint used in sizing the plant is based on a factory modularity principle which allows the plant to be assembled 'Lego' style instead of constructed piece by piece. This principle employs space frames which contain the power conversion system that permits the Lego-like modules to be shipped by truck or train to sites. This paper also describes the research that has been conducted at MIT since 1998 on fuel modeling, silver leakage from coated fuel particles, dynamic simulation, MCNP reactor physics modeling and air ingress analysis.

유아를 위한 수행형 다중지능 검사의 표준화 예비연구 (A Pilot Study for the Standardization of a Multiple Intelligences Performance Test for Preschoolers)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized performance style Multiple Intelligences Test for preschoolers(MIT-P). A total of 270 preschoolers(3~5-years-old) participated in this study. Tools and procedures were developed to measure performance in 7 areas of multiple Intelligences(linguistic, mathematical, science, social, music, art and kinesthetic). The final test set included 138 items. Reliability of the MIT-P was relatively high(Cronbach alpha =.92). Intercorrelations among measures of the 7 areas indicated construct validity. Based on these results, the pilot study of MIT-P is considered adequate to form the basis of a new test that would help teachers and parents to identify children's strengths and weaknesses and may be useful for educational planning.

금속-절연체 전이 소자와 응용 (Metal-Insulator Transition Device and Its Applications)

  • MIT(Metal-Insulator Transition) 물질은 온도와 전기장과 같은 외부자극에 의해 절연체에서 금속으로 전이할 때 전기적 저항이 급격하게 감소하는 물질을 말한다. 그 감소폭은 약 $10^4{\sim}10^5$배 정도로 이전에 볼 수 없었던 아주 큰 값이다. 또한 이러한 급격한 감소로 인하여 NDR(Negative Difference Resistance) 같은 현상이 발생하며, 외부에서 주어지는 광학적 에너지에 의하여 전이가 일어나기도 한다. 이러한 여러 현상들을 이용하여 전자소자가 개발되고 그에 따른 응용 분야도 활발하게 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 시도는 MIT 물질의 단독으로 제조된 소자뿐만 아니라 기존의 전자소자와 병행하여 더욱 시너지를 발휘할 것으로 예측된다. 본고에서는 MIT 현상의 간략한 설명과 현재 기술의 발전 방향, 간단한 응용소자에 관하여 개괄적으로 기술하고자 한다.

  • One of the roles of the Semantic Web services is to execute dynamic intra-organizational services including the integration and interoperation of business processes. Since different organizations design their processes differently, the retrieval of similar semantic business processes is necessary in order to support inter-organizational collaborations. Most approaches for finding services that have certain features and support certain business processes have relied on some type of logical reasoning and exact matching. This paper presents our approach of using imprecise matching fur expanding results from an exact matching engine to query the OWL MIT Process Handbook. In order to use the MIT Process Handbook for process retrieval experiments, we had to export it into an OWL-based format. We model the Process Handbook meta-model in OWL and export the processes in the Handbook as instances of the meta-model. Next, we need to find a sizable number of queries and their corresponding correct answers in the Process Handbook. We devise diverse similarity algorithms based on values of process attributes and structures of business processes. We perform retrieval experiments to compare the performance of the devised similarity algorithms.

ECG를 이용한 심박수 자동측정기기 개발에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Research for Auto Measuring Machine of Heart Rate from ECG)

  • 본 연구에서는 ECG를 통하여 심박수를 R-R 간격을 이용한 방법으로 자동 추출하는 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 육안으로 측정한 심박수를 기준으로, 2차 미분을 이용하여 심박수를 추출하는 방법, 자기상관함수를 이용하여 심박수를 추출하는 방법을 비교하여 고찰하였다. 실험 데이터는 MIT/BIH database를 이용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 직접 ECG 측정기를 제작하여 심박수를 자동 측정하여 보고 기존의 환자감시장치(ICU)와 비교하여 보았다.
