  • This paper consider the MBTI match type in order to meet the customer's dating in internet and online. The MBTI match type is confirmed through appropriate surveys and identifies the appropriate type of preference for each type. The preference type is different according to each MBTI type, and even though the same preference type is used, the preference type of each of men and women is different. In order to solve these problems, the preference type of each man and woman is weighted, and the weighted weights are used to calculate the fitness between the two. The system that weights the MBTI match type is highly likely to match in an online dating system because it uses the social human nature of people, and can be used in interpersonal relationship systems and teaching and learning systems and calibration systems.

The Relationship of Clinical practice stress and Resilience according to MBTI personality type in Nursing college students

  • This is a descriptive study to investigate the relationship between MBTI personality type, clinical practice stress, and resilience in nursing college students. The participants of this study were 75 college students of Gangwon-do nursing college. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS win18.0. Thirteen personality types were observed in this study participants. The NT types was the highest with a mean of 4.15 in clinical practice stress according to 4 functions of MBTI and the ST types was the highest with a mean of 3.32 in resilience according to 4 fuctions of MBTI. The NT type was the highest with a mean of 4.15 in clinical practice stress according to 4 temperaments of MBTI and the SJ type was the highest with a mean of 3.27 in resilience according to 4 temperaments of MBTI. Significant differences in clinical practice stress were observed according to 4 functions(F=27.117, p<.001) and 4 temperaments(F=27.310, p<.001) of MBTI. Significant differences in resilience were observed according to 4 temperament(F=2.825, p=.045) of MBTI. Further study is necessary to provide the basic data to construct the curriculum of nursing health education which is suitable for the characteristic of MBTI personality type.

A Study on the Relationship Between the Clothing Behavior and the MBTI Personality Type (여대생의 의복행동과 MBTI 성격유형에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between the clothing behavior and the MBTI personality type. I selected the college women of W college 96 grade as an object of this study for MBTI personality type test. It is analyzed to relation according to energy direction, perceiving function, behavior style, and function/temperament of psychology. This study presents the fashion, modesty, ostentation, extravagance, and aesthetic of clothing behavior in relation to MBTI personality type. The results of study is as follows : 1. There was the difference of significant level(P<0.05) between fashion and perceiving function on MBTI preference tendency of personality type. When person having a lot of fashion corrects a information, this person mostly uses the function of intuition among perceiving function. 2. There was the difference of significant level(P<0.05) between modesty and perceiving function on MBTI preference tendency of personality type. Modesty was deeply related to introversion of person having energy direction. 3. There was no difference of significant level between ostentation and energy direction, perceiving function, behavior style, decision function on MBTI reference tendency of personality type. 4. There was shown the difference of significant level(P<0.01) between extravagance and energy direction on MBTI preference tendency of personality type. Extravagance is deeply related to extraversion of person having external experience. 5. There was no difference between aesthetic and clothing behavior. 6. There was no difference between function / temperament of psychology and clothing behavior.

  • The human resources of an enterprise is very important to survive in these days of business environment. This study investigates the influence of four behavioral types in MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as a key conception of organizational effectiveness. The focus of this study is to investigate the effects of R&D employee's four behavioral types in MBTI and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study show that organizational effectiveness is influenced by personality types and working conditions. According to the result, First, about the analysis of differences in job satisfaction, EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type (3.56) and EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type (3.43) are higher than IJ (Introversion Judging)-type (3.07) and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type (3.03) of four behavioral types in MBTI. So an enterprise makes various efforts to enhance job satisfaction for IJ (Introversion Judging)-type and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type. Second, For improving the organizational effectiveness that is job satisfaction and immersion, an enterprise must make favorable working conditions to each four behavioral types in MBTI of R&D employees. In order to improve job satisfaction, the enterprise will provide IJ (Introversion Judging)-type with support for collegiality and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type. Finally, in the case of EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type, the enterprise must admit failure for efforts. In order to improve job immersion, the enterprise will provide IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors, the vision of company and compensation for creative work. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type.

  • The purpose of study is to provide efficient initial approaches for counseling in social work practice settings. First, it attempts to identify the correlation between the Myers-Brigg's Type Indicator(MBTI), a personality index based on the theory of psychological typology, and Personality Adaptation Types(PAT) models. Second, it attempts to develop a counseling method which can be applied to the initial interview, using the paradigm of door to therapy such as "Open Door", "Target Door", and "Trap Door" based on the PAT theory. The result of the quantitative study showed the correlation between MBTI and PAT as follows: MBTI Extrovert and Feeling(E, F) type was statistically correlated to hysterical PAT. MBTI Extrovert, Intuition and Perceiving(E, N, P) type was statistically correlated to Obsessive-Compulsive PAT. In conclusion, this study finds that when a clinical social worker approaches a client with the client's MBTI personality type and an interventional personality adaptation theory approach such as "Open Door", "Target Door", or "Trap Door", the efficiency of communication is increased significantly.

Empathic Ability and Communication Ability according to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) Personality Type in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 공감능력, 의사소통능력)

  • This study examined the empathic ability and communication ability of nursing students according to Myers-Briggs type indicator(MBTI) personality type. This study was a cross sectional survey and the data was collected from 127 nursing students by means of self-reported questionnaires from October 5 to 30, 2015. The data collected was analyzed on SPSS win 18.0. Fourteen personality types were observed in this study participants. The SF type was the highest with a mean of 3.77 in empathic ability according to 4 functions of MBTI and the NF type was the highest with a mean of 3.81 in communication ability according to 4 functions of MBTI. The SP type and NF type was the highest with a mean of 3.71 in the empathic ability according to the 4 temperaments of MBTI and the NF type was the highest with a mean of 3.81 in the communication ability according to 4 temperaments of MBTI. Significant differences in the communication ability were observed according to 4 functions (F=3.194, p=.026) and 4 temperaments (F=3.004, p=.033) of MBTI. Further study will be needed to identify the effects of a self-understanding program on the empathic ability and communication ability. It is important to understand the nursing students' diversity and reflect it in a school curriculum.

Characterization and Pharmacological Effect of Mung Bean Trypsin Inhibitor (녹두(Vigna radiata L.) Trypsin Inhibitor의 정제 및 약물학적 특성)

  • A kypsin inhibitor was isolated and purified from Mung bean (Vigna radiata L. wilczek) which has been used as a galenic and traditional food. In addition, we evaluated the pharmacological effect of the mung bean trypsin inhibitor (MBTI) using septic shock induced guinea pig model. Purification was carried out by Sephadex G-50 gel filtration, DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, and trypsin affinity column. The molecular weight of MBTI was estimated to be about 8,000 Da by 20% SDS-PACE under reducing condition. The chemically determined partial amino acid sequences of the purified MBTI perfectly coincide with those of previously reported MBTI which is BBI type trypsin inhibito. (Bowman-birk inhibitor type). These results suggest that the purified MBTI is authentic. Hypotension shock was prevented by the pretreatment of the MBTI (10 mg/kg of the body weight) on the septic shock guinea pig model caused by psedomonal elastase.

Differences in Conflict Management Style according to MBTI Indicators of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 MBTI 지표에 따른 갈등해결유형의 차이)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to determine differences in conflict management types according to MBTI preference indicators among nursing students. Data collection was from August 30 to September 30, 2023. Data analysis was performed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's. As a result of the study, among the MBTI indicators showing significant differences in conflict management types, 'i' had higher avoidance than 'E' in the energy direction (t=-3.776, <0.01). In the case of decision-making function, F had higher concession (t=-3.478, <0.01) and avoidance (t=-3.389, <0.01) than T, and T had higher dominance than F (t=2.070, <0.5). In terms of external life coping style, J had higher cooperation (t=2.756, <0.01) and compromise (t=2.044, <0.5) than P. In MBTI's psychological function types, the NF type had higher concessions than the ST type (F=4.174, <0.05), and the SF type had higher avoidance than the ST type (F=4.202, <0.05). The results of analyzing the differences in conflict management types by combining the MBTI decision-making function type and external life coping style showed that the FJ type was more cooperative than the FP type (F=2.907, <0.05), and the FJ type was more cooperative than the TP type (F =4.662, <0.01), and the FJ type had higher avoidance than the TJ type (F=3.327, <0.05). MBTI's attitude index showed that the EJ type had higher cooperation than the EP type (F=2.817, <0.05), and the IP type had significantly higher avoidance than the EP type (F=4.551, <0.01). This study is significant in confirming differences in conflict management types by combining MBTI decision-making function types (F, T) and external life coping styles (J, P), which have not been studied in Korea to date. In the follow-up study, we propose research on conflict management types by MBTI personality type by reflecting the results of this study and expanding the number of subjects, development of conflict management programs by MBTI indicators and personality types, and analysis of program effectiveness.

Relationships of Communication Ability, Self-Esteem, Academic Achievement by Myes-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) Personality Type in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형별 의사소통능력, 자아존중감, 학업성취도의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify communication ability, self-esteem and academic achievement according to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type in nursing students. This study was a cross sectional survey and the data was collected from 123 nursing students by means of self-reported questionnaires from June 7 to 18, 2021. ISFJ type was the most common with 13.8% in MBTI personality type. There were significant differences in communication ability, self-esteem and academic achievement by MBTI attitude. The communication ability of nursing students showed a positive correlation with self-esteem and academic achievement.

The Study of Emotional Experience to MBTI Personality Type in University Students (대학생의 MBTI성격 유행에 따른 정서적 경험에 미치는 실태연구)

  • Purpose. The aim of this study was to provide for guidance of life, counsel and check their mental condition and analysis of correlation between MBTI personality type and emotional experience in university students. Methods. Data was analyzed by students whom participated in the research on the diagnose of mind of students from m university men and woman who accomplished to MBTI personality survey. Results. These result emotional experience of male-female that had deserved hospitality(p=0.22) statistically. This result had deserved emotional experience of extraversion personality of MBTI personality type in hospitality(p=0.000),introvert personality type in interpersonal sensitivity(p=0.002). It had deserved thinking extraversion personality type in obsessive-compulsive(p=0.000)emotional personality type in depression(p=0.000)in hostility(p=0.000). It had deserved judgement personality type in interpersonal sensitivity(p=0.043). Conclusions. The results of this study were as follow. Frist as a result of MBTI personality type of emotional experience on extraversion it was found that hospitality was leveled high and personality type of introversion is that Interpersonal sensitivity was leveled high. Thinkful personality type was leveled high on obsessive-compulsive. As a result of this study, personality indexes of MBTI of university student, it was found that there was related to emotional experience.
