Mungbean trypsin inhibitor (MBTI) was isolated and purified from Mung bean which has been used as a galenic and traditional food. MBTI and poly(ethylene glycol) were conjugated by using water soluble carbodiimide. We evaluated the therapeutic value of the MBTI and MBTI-PEG conjugate using animal models, sublethal septic shock model in guinea pig caused by pseudomonal elastase, shock model in rat caused by lipopolysaccharide, and the vascular permeability test by using pseudomonal elastase. In two shock model in guinea p Is and in rat, hypotesion shock was inhibited by pretreatment of MBTI. And also the vascular permeability caused by pseudomonal elastase reduced by pretreatment of MBTI. Also, therapeutic value of the MBTI-PEG conjugate was evaluated by using the sublethal septic shock model caused by pseudomonal elastase. The MBTI-PEG conjugate was more effective than native MBTI against pseudomonal elastase induced septic shock in guinea pig model.
This study is intended to suggest fundamental data necessary for developing MBTI program that can help improve interpersonal relation skills of nursing science major students and their cohesion. This study is pre-experimental research by one group pretest-post test design to examine the effect of MBTI(Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) basic program on the interpersonal relationship between nursing science major students and their group cohesion and the relationship between interpersonal relationship and their group cohesion. I selected 39 of sophomore students in the department nursing science of K university in I metropolitan city as test group. 35 of them joined post-test. Pretest and MBTI basic program were done before conducting MBTI program. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS window 7.5. The difference in test group before and after conducting program was examined by paired t-test. The correlation between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion was measured by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The findings are as follows. $\cdot$ The difference before and after conducting MBTI program by sub-factors of interpersonal relation: There was no significant difference, as the average figure of interpersonal relation in test group was 87.22 before conducting MBTI and 85.08 after conducting MBTI respectively. The average figure of sensitivity among the sub-factors of interpersonal relation was 7.71 before conducting MBTI and reduced to 7.08 after conducting MBTI and there was significant difference between before and after conducting MBTI(t=-2.484, p=.018) $\cdot$ The difference in group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI program: The average figure of group cohesion in test group was 56.68 before conducting MBTI and increased a bit to 56.80 after conducting MBTI\, but there was no significant difference between them. $\cdot$ The relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI: As the relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI is examined, there was positive correlation of the significance level. p<.05 before conducting MBTI(r=.320, p=.047), and of the significance level, p<.01 after conducting MBTI(r=.780, p=.000). The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation before conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, reliability, friendliness and satisfaction, and group intervention, between receptivity among group members and reliability, and between group atmosphere and satisfaction. The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation after conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. and group intervention. There was positive correlation between receptivity among group members and openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. There was positive correlation between openness, communication, friendliness and satisfaction, and group atmosphere. Based on the above findings, I realize that MBTI basic program is essential to the improvement of group cohesion. In addition, it is shown that the sub-factors of interpersonal relation such as openness, communication, friendliness, satisfaction, and understanding, and the sub-factors such as group intervention and receptivity among group members are major factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion. So, the future MBTI program should include sub-programs that deal with the above factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the pervasive MBTI psychological preferences of childcare teachers and to examine the effects of MBTI psychological preferences and teachers' educational beliefs on childcare teachers'self-efficacy. The participants of this study were 141 childcare teachers. An independent samples t-test, Pearson's productive correlation, and step-wise multiple regression were employed to analyze the data. The results are as follows: First, Depending on the MBTI psychological preferences trends in childcare teachers, there were differences in self-efficacy. Second, personality type Sensing(S) was positively correlated with preference for easy tasks. Personality type Thinking(T) was negatively correlated with behavioral education belief, and was positively correlated with interactional education belief, self-regulated efficacy and total score of self-efficacy. Personality type Judging(J) was positively correlated with interactional/maturational education belief and self-regulated efficacy. Third, interactional education belief and MBTI psychological preferences of childcare teachers had asignificant influence on self-efficacy.

This paper proposes a visualization method that expresses users' MBTI personality types based on the categorization method called 'Big Five Personality Traits' and their representative celebrities' facial images. This system has significance for visualizing traits from texts to images effectively. The entire system is composed of making backgrounds to represent traits of each MBTI category using 'Big Five Personality Traits' and showing facial images of celebrities with corresponding MBTI personality types. First, 'Big Five Personality Traits' classifies 16 MBTI types into four categories and each of category traits lays the foundation to make background using visual elements such as colors and lines. Second, celebrities' facial images are substituted for the corresponding literal explanation of each MBTI type. By adjusting the color saturation, users can distinguish relationship between the types intuitively. As a result, this system enables users to take information for their own / opposite / similar MBTI types simultaneously.
Various tools and studies improving quality of gamification systems have been suggested. Among those tools and studies, Butler suggested the gamification framework, which shows the preference of different game mechanics, applying particular motivational and behavioral tendencies in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI). The purpose of this paper is to validate if the preference of different game mechanics by MBTI personality types proposed by Butler would be existing. This study pointed out the problem of suggested gamification framework from butler through literature survey. Also, this study conducted statistical analyzation and survey to prove correlation between MBTI personality types and game mechanics. Through an experiment and analysis, this study proved that there is no correlation between MBTI personality types and preference of different game mechanics. The designer of gamification systems should consider that it is not effective to apply differential game mechanics by MBTI personality types. If need to design a gamification system, designer must consider game mechanics's characteristics in applied environmental condition.

This is a descriptive study to investigate the relationship between MBTI personality type, clinical practice stress, and resilience in nursing college students. The participants of this study were 75 college students of Gangwon-do nursing college. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS win18.0. Thirteen personality types were observed in this study participants. The NT types was the highest with a mean of 4.15 in clinical practice stress according to 4 functions of MBTI and the ST types was the highest with a mean of 3.32 in resilience according to 4 fuctions of MBTI. The NT type was the highest with a mean of 4.15 in clinical practice stress according to 4 temperaments of MBTI and the SJ type was the highest with a mean of 3.27 in resilience according to 4 temperaments of MBTI. Significant differences in clinical practice stress were observed according to 4 functions(F=27.117, p<.001) and 4 temperaments(F=27.310, p<.001) of MBTI. Significant differences in resilience were observed according to 4 temperament(F=2.825, p=.045) of MBTI. Further study is necessary to provide the basic data to construct the curriculum of nursing health education which is suitable for the characteristic of MBTI personality type.

With the start of COVID-19 in 2020, the MBTI test became popular among Korean young generation and then developed into a nationwide hot topic. This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of the MBTI popularity in Korea and the public opinions toward this phenomenon. With the analysis of the reports contents, 231 news reports related to MBTI were selected from KINDS (Korea Integrated News Database System) as research samples. The general attitude of the media towards MBTI tests and the reasons for the formation of positive and negative evaluations will be discussed from three perspectives: media attention, media attitudes and cognitive sources. The research finds that the increasing interest in MBTI among the younger generation in Korea is driven by a post-epidemic desire for self-exploration, emotional planning, and online group affiliation. MBTI has gained quasi-scientific status, similar to horoscopes, influenced by celebrities and a substantial fan base in online communication. While widely used for entertainment and social currency, there are concerns that extensive labeling may unconsciously impact individuals' self-perception and hinder the development of a holistic and objective cognitive framework.
This study examined the relation between MBTI personality types and job satisfaction, job satisfaction's effect on the customer orientation and willingness to change job and MBTI personality types's moderating effect on the relation among job satisfaction customer orientation, willingness to change job. Research results are as following. First, MBTI personality types didn't influence job satisfaction significantly. Second, job satisfaction affected customer orientation positively and willingness to change job negatively. Finally, MBTI personality type's moderating effect was analysed using Psychological Function and Attitude Index. Moderation effect of Psychological Function was significant only on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation. Moderation effect of Attitude Index was significant both on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation and the relation between job satisfaction and willingness to change job. These results of current study can be useful to recruit, organize, educate life planners based on the personality types of MBTI. And the applicability of MBTI test will increase by using these results.
A kypsin inhibitor was isolated and purified from Mung bean (Vigna radiata L. wilczek) which has been used as a galenic and traditional food. In addition, we evaluated the pharmacological effect of the mung bean trypsin inhibitor (MBTI) using septic shock induced guinea pig model. Purification was carried out by Sephadex G-50 gel filtration, DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, and trypsin affinity column. The molecular weight of MBTI was estimated to be about 8,000 Da by 20% SDS-PACE under reducing condition. The chemically determined partial amino acid sequences of the purified MBTI perfectly coincide with those of previously reported MBTI which is BBI type trypsin inhibito. (Bowman-birk inhibitor type). These results suggest that the purified MBTI is authentic. Hypotension shock was prevented by the pretreatment of the MBTI (10 mg/kg of the body weight) on the septic shock guinea pig model caused by psedomonal elastase.

This study analyzed the influence of MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality types on preferences for user interface (UI) design in music applications. Through an online survey, 535 responses were collected, and data were processed using ANOVA analysis in Python. The analysis revealed that certain MBTI types tend to prefer combinations of warm and neutral color tones, aligning with their artistic sensibilities and emphasis on harmony. Conversely, other MBTI types show a preference for colder color tones or combinations of cold and neutral tones, reflecting their practical and systematic tendencies. Additionally, it was found that UI layout preferences also vary according to personality types. Some MBTI types exhibit a preference for the 'Mostly Fluid' model, reflecting their efficient and systematic nature. These findings underscore the importance of considering users' individual personality types in UI design for music applications.
