A Study on the Development of Digital CT/VD for GIS (가스절연개폐장치(GIS)용 디지털 CT/VD 개발에 관한 연구)

  • 지금까지 변전소나 개폐소에서 전류, 전압을 계측하는 수단으로서 주로 철심과 권선으로 구성되어진 변류기(CT), 계기용 변압기(PT, PD)가 사용되어져 왔다. 최근, 2차측의 계측기나 보호 Relay의 Digital화가 진전되어, 또한 이것을 Digital Network으로 총합한 Intelligent 변전소의 구축이 검토되어짐에 따라, Digital Network에 대응한 신형 CT, VD가 요구되어지고 있다. 상기와 같은 요구로 인해 당사에서는 CT는 검출부에 Rogowski Coil을 적용하며 그 후단에 적분기를 설치하였으며, VD는 검출부에 중간 전극을 이용해서 분압하는 방식인 Capacitive Voltage Divider를 사용하고 증폭기를 삽입하여, 각각 요구되는 전압 신호를 얻었다. 이러한 신형 CT/VD의 적용으로 종래의 CT/PT가 차지하는 공간이 필요 없게 되어 컴팩트한 GIS의 구조가 가능하게 되어 있다.

  • In the sound insulation measurements, the influence of background (extraneous) noise is often serious problem and how to reduce its effect and to improve the signal-to-noise(S/N) ratio is an important theme. As the background noise, such extraneous noises as road traffic noise and machine noise often disturb the measurement. In laboratory measurements on specimens with high sound insulation performances, even the internal noise of the measurement system can become a problem. To improve the signal-to-noise ratio and to improve the measurement accuracy, various kinds of digital signal processing techniques can be applied. In this paper, four kinds of digital signal processing techniques are applied and their effectiveness is examined through field measurements.

  • A remote control system was developed in order to operate by push-buttons the conventional drum and chute components, which have been operated manually, in a concrete mixer-truck. As actuators, a hydraulic power unit was used for chute operations: two DC motors for drum operations. The devised drum controller consisted of three electric circuits : an analog proportional-integral control circuit, a drum acceleration circuit, and an emergency stop circuit. The remote control system was installed to be tested experimentally and then was evaluated to work successfully with a desirable accuracy.

  • 최근 분산전원 시스템의 증가로 인해 계통연계 인버터의 사용이 꾸준하게 증가해 왔다. 계통연계 인버터의 제어를 위해 많이 사용되는 PI 제어기는 구조가 간단하여 제어기 구성이 쉽다는 장점이 있지만 계통 전압에 예상치 못한 전압 외란이 발생할 경우 전류 품질이 떨어지는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 LCL 필터를 사용하는 계통연계 인버터의 상태공간 모델을 이용하여 공진제어기와 적분제어기가 결합된 전 상태궤환 제어기법을 제시한다. 또한 계통외란과 주파수 변동으로 인해 발생하는 주파수 검출성능 향상을 위해 SOGI-PLL을 사용하여 시스템의 안정성을 보장한다. 제안된 기법의 타당성과 성능이 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 입증된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 실내 공간 정보 획득을 위한 IMU/INS 항법장치에 관한 연구를 위한 선행연구를 수행 하였다. 최근의 GPS를 이용한 내비게이션의 경우 보통 5~10m의 위치 오차가 일어나지만 아파트나 대형시설과 같이 실내, 터널, 공장지대 및 산악 지대등 상당한 지역은 GPS의 사각지대 또는 오차 범위를 벗어난 지역으로 존재하고 있다. 따라서 GPS는 실내에서는 사용이 불가능 하므로 다른 방안이 제시되어야 한다. 현재 고속 연산을 위한 고성능 마이크로프로세서의 발전은 센서 분야에 적용되어 저 전력, 고 정밀, 소형의 IMU/INS, ARS/AHRS 센서가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IMU(inertial measurement unit)와 INS(Inertial Navigation System)을 이용하여 IMU자체의 자이로 센서와 가속도 센서를 이용한 GPS의 위성신호가 감지되지 않는 지형에서도 속도의 적분값과 회전방향을 이용하여 위치인식이 가능하도록 정보를 계산하여 자기의 위치를 추적하는 방안을 연구하였다.

Numerical Analysis of Free Vibration of Parabolic Arches with Hinged Ends (양단(兩端)힌지 포물선(抛物線)아치의 자유진동(自由振動)에 관한 연구(研究))

  • In this paper, the governing differential equations for the free vibration of uniform parabolic arches are derived on the basis of equilibrium equations of a small element of arch rib and the D'Alembert principle. A trial eigen value method is used for determining the natural frequencies and mode shapes. And the Runge-Kutta fourth order integration technique is also used in this method to perform the integration of the differential equations. A detailed study is made of the first mode for the symmetrical and anti-symmetrical vibrations of hinged arches with the Span length equal to 10 m. The effects of the rise of arch, the radius of gyration and the rotary inertia on free vibrations are presented in detail in curves and table.

  • In this study, nonlinear flow-induced vibration(flutter) analyses of a 2-DOF launch vehicle airfoil have been conducted in supersonic and hypersonic flow regimes. Advanced aeroelastic analysis system based on computational fluid dynamics and computational structural dynamics is successfully developed and applied to the present analyses. Nonlinear unsteady aerodynamic analyses considering strong shock wave motions are conducted using inviscid Euler equations. Aeroelastic governing equations for the 2-DOF airfoil system is solved by the coupled integration method with interactive CFD and CSD computation procedures. Typical wedge type airfoil shapes with initial angle-of-attacks are considered to investigate the nonlinear flutter characteristics in supersonic(15). Also, the comparison of detailed aeroelastic responses are practically presented as numerical results.

  • Using two-dimensional depth-integrated tidal computation model. tidal charts of eight major tidal constituents (M$_2$, S$_2$, $K_2$, $N_2$, $K_1$, $O_1$, P$_1$, Q$_1$) are presented for Namhaedo area. Computed distributions of tides were compared with observations. Subsequently, the model was run for one month to derive harmonic constants of tides and tidal currents, thus for formulating predictive data tables. Data tables are then used as PC-based rapid estimation of tides in this area.

  • In a recent effort to develop polymer light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as promising flat panel display components, measurements of reliable absolute photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) efficiency for polymer materials are required. In this work, we performed the measurement of PL and EL efficiency of luminescent polymers using an integrating sphere technique. The external PL efficiency of MEH-PPV was estimated to be 8 ($\pm$2)% together with the value of 0.02 1m/W for the external EL efficiency. This PL efficiency is in good agreement with published values, indicating that our PL efficiency measurements are somewhat legitimate. We believe this study might contribute to the research and development of organic materials for optoelectronic devices.

Sigma-Delta Modulator using a novel FDPA(Feedback Delay Path Addition) Technique (새로운 FDPA 기법을 사용한 시그마-델타 변조기)

  • This paper presents a SDM using the FDPA technique. The FDPA technique is the added feedback path which is the delayed path of DAC output. The designed SDM increases the SNR by adding the delayed digital feedback path. The proposed SDM is easily implemented by eliminating the analog feedback path. Through the MATLAB modeling, the optimized coefficients are obtained to design the SDM. The designed SDM has a power consumption of $220{\mu}W$ and SNR(signal to noise ratio) of 81dB at the signal-bandwidth of 20KHz and sampling frequency of 2.56MHz. The SDM is designed using the $0.18{\mu}m$ standard CMOS process.
