의류쇼핑 웹사이트 전환비용과 사이트 유지의 구조모델 (A Structural Modeling for Switching Costs and Site Retention in Apparel Shopping Website)

  • This study estimates a structural model to examine the causal relationships among web browsing, switching cost, and site retention in the context of apparel shopping website. A total of 499 usable questionnaires were obtained from consumers aged from 20 to 49 years. For data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural model were used. The result showed that consumer's perceived switching costs consisted of three factors: relationship cost, search cost and benefit loss cost. In estimated structural model, the relationship cost was influenced by leisure browsing; the search cost was influenced by informational browsing and leisure browsing; the benefit loss cost was influenced by leisure browsing. Especially, the leisure browsing was the most highly related to the benefit loss cost, and followed by relationship cost and search cost. However, hedonic browsing was not significantly related the factors of switching costs. The search costs significantly affected customer's intentions for site retention. A managerial implication was discussed for e-retailers in order to develop strategic switching costs in building long-term relationships with web browsers on the apparel shopping websites.

최적 조류 계산을 이용한 경제주체별 혼잡 및 손실비용 산정 (Congestion and Loss cost for economic subject using Optimal Power Flow)

  • Recently the power system consists of the more complicated structure, due to increase of power demands. In this circumstance, the congestion and loss capacity in transmission line is also increased. Accordingly, the investment planning of transmission system is required to reduce the congestion and loss of the transmission line. In study of the planning of domestic and international transmission expansion, the reliability of transmission planning and minimizing Investment cost is focused. However, the study has not been performed systematically in economic aspects. Typically, the congestion and loss costs have been individually calculated. It is not consider the mutual relationship between the congestion cost and the loss cost. This paper proposes a method to compute concurrently the congestion and loss costs. This purpose is to calculate the more exact value for economic assessment of the power system operation.

손실함수를 적용한 공정평균 이동에 대한 조정시기 결정 (Determination of the Resetting Time to the Process Mean Shift by the Loss Function)

  • Machines are physically or chemically degenerated by continuous usage. One of the results of this degeneration is the process mean shift. Under the process mean shift, production cost, failure cost and quality loss function cost are increasing continuously. Therefore a periodic preventive resetting the process is necessary. We suppose that the wear level is observable. In this case, process mean shift problem has similar characteristics to the maintenance policy model. In the previous studies, process mean shift problem has been studied in several fields such as 'Tool wear limit', 'Canning Process' and 'Quality Loss Function' separately or partially integrated form. This paper proposes an integrated cost model which involves production cost by the material, failure cost by the nonconforming items, quality loss function cost by the deviation between the quality characteristics from the target value and resetting the process cost. We expand this process mean shift problem a little more by dealing the process variance as a function, not a constant value. We suggested a multiplier function model to the process variance according to the analysis result with practical data. We adopted two-side specification to our model. The initial process mean is generally set somewhat above the lower specification. The objective function is total integrated costs per unit wear and independent variables are wear limit and initial setting process mean. The optimum is derived from numerical analysis because the integral form of the objective function is not possible. A numerical example is presented.

  • The deregulation problem has recently attracted attentions in a competitive electric power market, where the cost must be earmarked fairly and precisely for the customers and the Independent Power Producers (IPPs) as well. Transmission loss is an one of several important factors that determines power transmission cost. Because the cost caused by transmission losses is about $3{\sim}5%$, it is important to allocate transmission losses into each bus in a power system. This paper presents the new algorithm to allocate transmission losses based on an integration method using the loss sensitivity. It provides the buswise incremental transmission losses through the calculation of load ratios considering the transaction strategy of an overall system. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by the case studies carried out on the WSCC 9-bus and IEEE 14-bus systems.

  • For solving multiresponse problems, a variety of loss function approaches have been proposed assuming that a cost matrix is known and fixed. However a cost matrix is also an important factor in loss function approaches, because the optimal solution is very sensitive to the cost matrix. In this paper. we propose a novel method for adjusting the cost matrix by considering the predictive ability of the estimated response models. Simulation results for the generated data set show that the proposed method is competitive with previously reported methods.

  • Machines and facilities are physically or chemically degenerated by continuous usage. One of the results of this degeneration is the process mean shift. The representative type of the degeneration is wear of tool or machine. According to the increasing wear level, non-conforming products cost and quality loss cost are increasing simultaneously. Therefore a periodic preventive resetting the process is necessary. The total cost consists of three items: adjustment cost (or replacement cost), non-conforming cost due to product out of upper or lower limit specification, and quality loss cost due to difference from the process target value and the product characteristic value among the conforming products. In this case, the problem of determining the adjustment period or wear limit that minimizes the total cost is called the 'process mean shift' problem. It is assumed that both specifications are set and the wear level can be observed directly. In this study, we propose a new model integrating the quality loss cost, process variance, and production volume, which has been conducted in different fields in previous studies. In particular, for the change in production volume according to the increasing in wear level, we propose a generalized production quantity function g(w). This function can be applied to most processes and we fitted the g(w) to the model. The objective equation of this model is the total cost per unit wear, and the determining variables are the wear limit and initial process setting position that minimize the objective equation.

  • In this paper, we analyze quality loss function(QLF) of Taguchi. Taguchi method of QLF gives more advanced measure process capability than classic capacity(i.e. Cp). We first discuss of QLF and Cp and give one good example of QLF. Because of simplicity of QLF, it is not good fit to a, pp.y in the real field. We suggest interval quantity-loss cost function and total loss cost(TLC) which modify QLF. Also we give one example which can be obtained in the real field.

진단나이 및 치료시점 코호트를 활용한 2010~2017년 고혈압 질환 손실비 추계 (Estimation of the Cost of Hypertension Disease Loss in 2010-2017 Using Cohort at Diagnosis Age and Treatment Time)

  • 만성질환의 증가는 국민의 삶에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 보건의료 기술의 향상, 평균 수명 증가, 급속한 인구고령화 등에 따른 의료이용으로 의료비 재정에 대한 부담을 가중시킨다. 이에 본 연구는 만성질환 중 대표질환인 고혈압을 중심으로 인구통계학적 정보에 따른 질환손실비의 차이 및 초기 진단 나이와 치료기간이 질환손실비에 주는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 2017년까지의 한국의료패널조사를 이용하였으며, 30세에서 80세 미만의 건강보험적용대상자를 기준으로 대상자를 선정하였다. 선정된 데이터로 질병비용접근법에 따라 질환손실비의 직접비용과 간접비용을 계산했으며, 고혈압에 대한 진단 나이와 치료 시점을 고려해 질환손실비 코호트를 구축하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 고혈압 환자의 연간 질환손실비는 성별에 따라 110,107원의 차이가 있었고, 치료 시점이 증가할수록 1.8배가량 비용이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 같은 나이대 간 질환손실비 비교에서 60대와 70대의 질환손실비는 치료 시점 변수에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 고혈압이 질병 비용에 큰 영향을 미치고 조기 진단 관리가 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 고혈압 질환의 발병률을 낮추기 위한 예방적 노력을 강화해야 한다는 점이 확인되었다.

조립 공차 설계를 위한 시뮬레이션 모델 개발 (Development of Simulation Model to Assembly Tolerance Design)

  • The assembly tolerance design methods have applied linear or nonlinear programming methods and used simulation method and search algorithms to optimize the tolerance allocation of each part in an assembly. However, those methods are only considered to the relationship between tolerance and manufacturing cost, which do not consider a quality loss cost for each part tolerance. In this paper, the integrated simulation model used genetic algorithm and the Monte-Carlo simulation method was developed for the allocation of the optimal tolerance considering the manufacturing cost and quality loss cost.

  • 도금공정에서는 도금두께의 규격한계는 주어지지만 대부분의 경우 목표치는 주어지지 않는다. 목표치가 주어지지 않았을 때 일반적으로 규격의 중심점이 목표치로 사용된다. 하지만 공정능력치가 크다면 규격의 중심을 목표치로 사용하는 것은 총 손실비용면에서 최선의 선택이 아니다. 이 논문에서는 총 손실비용을 생산비용과 손실함수의 합으로 정의하였고 기대 총 손실비용을 최소화 하는 목표치를 제안하였다. 그리고 그때의 공정능력치의 감소가 미미한 것을 보였다.
