The basis of cyber trading has been sufficiently developed with innovative advancement of Internet Technology and the tendency of stock market investment has changed from long-term investment, which estimates the value of enterprises, to short-term investment, which focuses on getting short-term stock trading margin. Hence, this research shows a Short-term Stock Price Forecasting System on Learning Agent System using DTA(Decision Tree Algorithm) ; it collects real-time information of interest and favorite issues using Agent Technology through the Internet, and forms a decision tree, and creates a Rule-Base Database. Through this procedure the Short-term Stock Price Forecasting System provides customers with the prediction of the fluctuation of stock prices for each issue in near future and a point of sales and purchases. A Human being has the limitation of analytic ability and so through taking a look into and analyzing the fluctuation of stock prices, the Agent enables man to trace out the external factors of fluctuation of stock market on real-time. Therefore, we can check out the ups and downs of several issues at the same time and figure out the relationship and interrelation among many issues using the Agent. The SPFA (Stock Price Forecasting System) has such basic four phases as Data Collection, Data Processing, Learning, and Forecasting and Feedback.

This study aims to find out how the deconstruction and combination of genres is being carried out in modern art and design, to look at the role of art and fashion in modern culture through a study of genre hybrid tendencies in fashion, and to reposition fashion as a tool that sensitively reflects changes in society and culture. The heightening of deconstructionism, gadgets, high technology which provide a background for the fall of all art and design styles and genres and the overlap and diffusion of different styles, is the fundamental reason behind genre hybrid. In the genre hybrids of fashion, the four characteristics of nomadism, amusement, wearability and noticeability were especially strong. As a result of studying the genre hybrids in modern fashion, I found out that the idea of wearing in fashion was made easier with the deconstruction and combination of fashion with different genres. It was also apparent that the genre hybrid phenomenon will continue in the future due to the continuous development of technology.

In offering a statistical end-to-end bandwidth guarantee service, typically called Assured Service, in Differentiated Serviced (Diff-Serv) framework, the biggest issue is its inconsistency. Larger profile TCP flows fail to achieve the guaranteed rate when competing with many smaller profile flows. This phenomenon, which we call "bandwidth skew", stems from the fact that larger profile flows take longer time to recover from the congestion window size backoff after a packet drop. Proposed solutions to this problem, therefore, are focused on modifying the TCP behavior. However, TCP modification is not practicable, mainly due to its large installation base. We look to other mechanisms in the Diff-Serv framework to find more realistic solutions. In particular, we demonstrate that RIO, the de facto standard packet differentiation mechanism used for Assured Service, also contributes to the bandwidth skew. Based on this new finding, we design a modified RIO mechanism called RI+O. RI+O uses OUT queue length in addition to IN and IN+OUT queue length to calculate OUT packet drop probability. We show through extensive simulation that RI+O significantly alleviates the bandwidth skew, expanding the operating regime for Assured Service.d Service.

A radiation imaging system used in a surgery room is mainly using C-arm which is purposed to fluoroscope. C-arm is often use to watch an operation's accuracy and progress, but not only being bombed to this first beam but also affected to this scattered beam, so now we are look for the way to reduce bombed amount of doctor, nurses and radiological technologists. We measured the exposure dose in $0^{\circ}$ spot according to the distance to find out frequency distribution of scattered ray in an operation room and found the spot which has the same exposure dose from $30^{\circ}$ distance of all directions and wrote isodose curve. We analyzed the data and found out the sudden reduction of scattered ray according to the long direction also found out that scattered ray was not related to the directions. Operators must recognize the reduction of exposure dose. Because reducing scattered ray from all directions in an operation room is really difficult. So every operators must use shelters to reduce the exposure dose and notice the safety.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present fashion phenomenon by considering the types of street fashion, the center of avant-grade modern fashion, that shows the origination background and special feature concretely. The times was defined through the 1980's from World War II that street style originated, so the range of study was the 1990's when the street style was influenced by that of the past and was revived. The ways of study were to analyze the records of ideology, art and music connected with the street style from World War II to the present when it has risen. The summary of result is as follows. (1) In the 1940's, Zooties was the jet of desire suppressed by African-Americans that couldn't receive favors socially and economically and Hipsters pursued reformative bebop that made up of soft Jazz. In the 1950's, Modernists were running after Cool Jazz to the minimum. In the 1970's, Funk appered in the sexual desire and erotic strength, and was surfaced from Negro Getto. In the 1980's B-boys & Flygirls showed the street style by the scribble art of slum in the New York. As mentioned above, In the 1990's, Acid Jazz influenced by the Jazz of Negro has been the fashion added to the tradition of musical form that come from eclecticism of Jazz tended Neo-Jazz. (2) In the 1940's, Western style dreamed the country life because of rapid urbanization. In the 1950's, Beat obtained the feeling of liberation from the dissolute life and activity. In the 1960's, Psychedelics showed the freedom affected by the Pop-art and Op-art, and Hippies pursued the true individuality as 'love & peace' life style and the return to nature. In the 1990's, Grunge look influenced by the above has been fashion that shows the practical use of second-hand clothing or patchwork contrary to elitism. (3) In the 1940's, Caribbean style appered in the typical textile color with the center of West Indies. In the 1960's, Rude boys showed the magnificence and difficulty of Jamaica, and Rastafarians had a tendency to come back to the ancient civilization of America. In the 1970's, Two-tone was the simple clothing for harmonizing among human races. In the 1990's, Jamaica look influenced by the above has been the Lege fashion introduced to a high fashion, appearing in the special bright color, applique, unique hair style, and so on. (4) In the 1950's, Sufers pursued natural rhythm, getting out of everything. In the 1970' s, Skaters enjoyed the speed on the paved road. In the 1980's, Casuals emphasized the spirit of cooperation of young-things. In the 1990's, Casual look Influenced by the above has been the fashion that forms the activity, function and strong spirit of cooperation by pursuing comfortable life and sports in the tension of life and variety of modern society. (5) It was hard for Bikers to adjust themselves in society after the war. In the 1950's, Coffee bar cowboys were the reckless running boys in the leather jacket. In the 1960's, Rockers created the group originality as disobedient outsiders and Greasers imitated Rolling Stones. In the 1980's, Punks resisted the viewpoint of the old generation in offensive fashion. In the 1990's, Cyberpunk influenced by the above has pursued the classless structure, electronic music and metallic clothing that forebodes gloomily as the computer generation of ultra-modern science times. Accordingly, in understanding a complex modern fashion phenomenon, it was analyzed that the street styles of the past, from World War II to the 1980's, were reflected in that of the 1990's dividing into the five types in a word, namely Acid Jazz, Grunge look, Jamaica look, Casual look and Cyberpunk.

This essay aims to search for the reason of why, even after Fukushima nuclear disaster, Korean citizens did not try to seek out the possibility of another energy option. Firstly, we single two counter-concepts, the configuration of risk communication and scientific citizenship, out from the measure of frequency of co-occurrence key-terms and the analysis of survey on the citizens' scientific perception each. Secondly, we try to interpret the meaning of qualitative data, and finally, we draw out the result as follow. Korean government have driven out the pro-nuclear policy, and in this course have made full use of the discourse of there-is-no-alternative-option. We need to take an attention to the reason of why the discourse can circulate freely in society. From one data, we find out that the configuration of risk communication guarantee government's success. But we also should look at the another side, the scientific citizenship. From another data, we find out that the upstream scientific citizenship, the momentum of preparing alternative, has not been mature, and it is reason of why the discourse have an strong influence.

Objectives : This study has been carried out to look into the methods of early treatment of cerebral palsy and the treatment effect by ages. Methods : The fifteen theses dealing with treatment effects by ages were analyzed, which were selected from the 121 theses retrieved out of the wu-ruan(五軟), wu-chi(五遲), wu-ying(五硬), naotan(腦癱), naoxing-tanhuan(腦性癱癱), during the period between the January 2004 to August 2008 by using the China Academic Journal(CAJ) of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). Results : 1. Among the study objects in the 15 theses, it was identified that there were 1.97 times more boys with cerebral palsy than that of girls, and it appeared that there was no significant relationship between gender and the treatment. 2. The early treatment referred to the treatment which was carried out based on the early diagnosis within 6 months to one year after the birth. This is the time when the adaptability and plasticity of the brain are high, and it was found out that the treatment effective as babies are young. 3. For the treatment of cerebral palsy, the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy was more frequently used than the exclusive Chinese medical treatment method, and it was more effective. Especially in the case, the Chinese medical treatment was focused on the acupuncture and the Tuina Massage. Conclusions : 1. For the treatment of cerebral palsy, when the age between one and two years old was established as the standard. The younger the babies were, the higher treatment effects were obtained. 2. It appeared that the early treatment of oriental medicine had relatively excellent effects on cerebral palsy, but it turned out that we needed more studies for accurate results.

Sexual dysfunction (SD) is a health problem which occurs during any phase of the sexual response cycle that keeps the individual or couple from experiencing satisfaction from the sexual activity. SD covers a wide variety of symptoms like in men, erectile dysfunction and premature or delayed ejaculation, in women, spasms of the vagina and pain with sexual intercourse, in both sexes, sexual desire and response. And pharmacopuncture, i.e. injection of subclinical doses of drugs, mostly herb medicine, in acupoints, has been adopted with successful results. This case report showed the effect of bee venom on SD. A 51-year-old male patient with SD, who had a past history of taking Western medication to treat his SD and who had previously undergone surgery on his lower back due to a herniated disc, received treatments using pharmacopuncture of sweet bee venom (SBV) at Gwanwon (CV4), Hoeeum (CV1), Sinsu (BL23), and Gihaesu (BL24) for 20 days. Objectively, the patient showed improvement on most items on the International Index for Erectile Dysfunction (IIEF) like 28 to 29 out of perfect score 30 for erectile function, 10 to 10 out of perfect score 10 for orgasmic function, 6 to 8 out of perfect score 10 for sexual desire, 10 to 13 out of perfect score 15 for satisfaction with intercourse, and 6 to 8 out of perfect score 10 for overall satisfaction; subjectively, his words, the tone of his voice and the look of confidence in his eyes all indicated improvement. Among the variety of effects of SBV pharmacopuncture, urogenital problems such as SD may be health problems that pharmacopuncture can treat effectively.

In this study, Multi-Values Logic processor was designed using the basic circuit of the electric current mode CMOS. First of all, binary FFT(Fast courier Transform) was extended and high-speed Multi-Valued Logic processor was constructed using a multi valued logic circuit. Compared with the existing two-valued FFT, the FFT operation can reduce the number of transistors significantly and show the simplicity of the circuit. Moreover, for the construction of amount was used inside the FFT circuit with the set of redundant numbers like {0, 1, 2, 3}. As a result, the defects in lines were reduced and it turned out to be effective in the aspect of normality an regularity when it was used designing VLSI(Very Large Scale Integration). To multiply FFT, the time and size of the operation was used toed as LUT(Lood Up Table).

This essay aims to look into the possibility and limit of a technological fix with the PSD (platform screen door), which was proposed as the solution of subway risk problems. Subway risk problems may be classified into five categories-on-rail accidents, in-station accidents, platform accidents, spatial risks in underground, and risks due to a crime or terror-, and the platform accidents, which happens at the interface between the rail and the station, is the most serious and prominent. The PSD is considered as an effective technical means to prevent platform accidents. However, there remains a possibility of aggravating unexpected and invisible risks. When a fire breaks out in platforms, especially at exchange stations during the rush hour, the PSD can become a "wall of outcrying", since it may act as the "safety shutter" which killed many people in the 2003 Daegu subway disaster. This is why we need to look into the limit of a technological fix with the PSD.
