첨단화된 무기체계는 화력이 증가하고 다양한 기능이 추가됐지만, 무기의 결함은 치명적인 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 군은 무기체계 개발 혹은 운용 시 발생하는 결함을 최소화하기 위해 품질향상의 필요성을 제기하고 있다. 최근 제조업에서는 품질 향상을 위해 품질 데이터를 활용한 빅 데이터 분석에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 방위산업도 품질향상을 위해 다양한 시도를 하고 있지만, 무기 체계 개발 단계에서는 데이터 수집이 어려운 특성으로 인해 합리적인 품질분석이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문은 후속군수지원 단계의 데이터를 활용하여 무기체계와 부대에 대한 결함 유형을 분석한다. 후속군수지원 데이터는 전력화 이후에 수집되는 데이터로써 무기체계를 사용하는 부대들의 정비 요청에 관한 정보를 포함한다. 이러한 정보를 통해 본 연구는 무기체계의 결함에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 선택하고, 선택된 변수들에 대한 분석을 수행한다. 이러한 분석 결과는 무기개발 시 고려해야할 중요한 요인들을 찾고, 이를 반영한 무기체계 품질향상 방법론을 제안한다. 이 방법론은 무기체계 개발 기간을 단축시키고, 결함을 줄여 품질향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Korean logistics industry have been focused on transportation business. However, with the expansion of the electronic commerce and on-line shopping, delivery service is now dramatically growing. Despite the expansion of logistics market, the domestic logistics industry have significant structural problems such as low productivity comparing with the advanced countries, relatively high cost and shortage of human resources and lack of professionalism of people in the industry. Logistics companies reallocate employees, use subcontractors, expand consignment and training the employees to overcome the labor shortages but it has some limits. In recognition of the importance of labor in the logistics industry, financial support and investment have increased. Logistics companies tend to hire consultants, set up logistics department or R&D center in order to establish highly productive logistics process and system so it is viewed that there will be considerable demands of human resources in the logistics industry. This study indicates implications and development direction of human resources in the logistics industry by looking into prospect and characteristic of the industry, employment status, training programs and qualification requirements.

The logistics industry in Incheon is lack of basic usage for logistic information. As development of logistics industry the companies recognized the importance of logistics informatization. But due to a small scale of logistic companies it is difficult to equip the basic infrastructure for logistics informatization. To investigate the status of informatization of logistics companies in Incheon, we divide questionnaire by the aspects of information operations, aspects of information needs, information effects and policy aspects of planning and support information. By the result of survey we suggest the supporting plan for Incheon logistics industry.

This study has been performed to consider how to support to be effectively linked hiring of skilled human resources that were discharged through actually related education programs, as demand of they are recently being increased due to the expansion of the logistics market, and effort to train them is being propelled. That is associated with the Busan region, and field of logistics service is 3PL that is seriously considered the area of professional services at the last logistics market. Through the methodology of System dynamics, this study has been modeled about dynamic mechanism considered the growth of logistics marker and relation to employment, and has been estimated about ripple effect within logistics market of major policies related with them.

This paper discusses the application of collaborative robots to the de-palletizing in IMC (Inte-grated Mail Center). The domestic courier logistics market has grown rapidly, and logistics centers are reaching critical capacity. Therefore, digital innovation based on logistics automation is necessary, and this paper looks at the factors to be considered when introducing collaborative robots and improvement measures considering the characteristics of the de-palletizing task. The benefits of introducing collaborative robots include immediate efficiency and the goal of assisting workers. The paper reviews related research and cases of collaborative robots applied to logistics centers and summarizes the results of collaborative robots introduced to actual postal logistics centers. The paper also provides a comparison of collaborative robots and industrial robots and presents four candidates for collaborative robots for logistics work. The paper also considers suction grippers to be mounted on the arm to grasp the parcel. The paper concludes by discussing the introduction of collaborative robots in the post office logistics center.

The objective of this paper is to investigate digital transformation in logistics within the shipping and logistics industry. This paper examines the case of Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) and draws insights from its success in becoming the top company amidst the industry challenges. To achieve a more in-depth analysis, a single-case study approach was employed. Various secondary data have been analyzed to support the examination of HMM's digital transformation. HMM has emerged as a global leader in transportation services. The company's success is attributed to its development of diverse ships, robust logistics systems, and pioneering a digital logistics platform, ultimately overcoming the crisis. Especially, this paper show that the digitalization of logistics has been analyzed as the most significant transformation. The findings of this paper can offer valuable implications for other companies grappling with similar challenges in the current trade landscape.

전쟁에서의 승리를 담보하는 핵심적 역할 중 하나는 최적의 군수지원을 통해 전투력을 극대화하고 지속능력을 가능한 장기적으로 유지하는 것이다. 주요 무기체계의 효과적인 사용을 위한 다양한 군수지원 방법론이 지속적으로 제안되고 있으나, 모든 군수지원 요소를 종합적으로 고려한 군수지원 접근법에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 군수지원의 주요 방법론 이었던 고장률 분석을 통한 접근법에서 벗어나, 비용, 수송, 고장률, 정비, 시스템 복잡도 등 군수지원의 다양한 요소를 종합적으로 식별하여, 각각의 영향력을 결합할 수 있는 방법론과 stationary 분포를 이용한 최적의 군수지원 우선순위를 결정하여 추천하는 알고리즘을 최초로 제안한다.

무기체계의 개발은 막대한 예산이 투입될 뿐만 아니라 전투준비태세에 직결된다고 판단된다. 만일 우리가 개발한 고가의 장비들이 불가동 상태가 되거나 정비를 위해 많은 시간을 정비시설에서 대기해야 한다면 이는 전투력 발휘에 지대한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 무기체계의 운용과 사용가능 상태가 규정에 의해 유지되고 부여된 임무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 노력이 필요하고, 나아가서 정비인력 및 군수지원 비용을 절감하기 위하여 RAM 분석을 실시해야 한다. 이러한 RAM 업무의 역할은 개발에서부터 체계고장률 정비도 등을 리 함으로써 체계신뢰성을 증대하고, 수명주기 비용을 절감하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 종합군수지원의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 RAM 분석 각 요소의 수행절차 및 방법과 제한사항 등을 파악하여 효과적인 군수지원을 연구하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

Purpose: Increasingly limited environmental resources encourage all sectors to implement robust distribution systems, including Logistics Service Provider (LSP) as a company that manages customer logistics activities. However, efforts to achieve a robust distribution system have many challenges. To overcome these challenges, as a first step, LSP needsto classify and analyze the challenges faced and find solutions. Knowledge of the challengesin managing robust logisticsisstill not widely researched in developing countries. This paper explores existing research gaps in the region. Research design, data and methodology: The research enquiries used are a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. In the field study, surveys, observations, interviews related to robust logistics implementation in the LSP were carried out. Results: The results of the study show that although robust logistics is recognized as very important, understanding among LSPs is still very diverse. The main challengesfound in this study come from the economic aspect and the internal conditions of the organization. Conclusion: LSP is advised to carry out internal strengthening of the company, especially for economic and organizational aspects therefore they can implement robust and sustainability practices more intensively. LSP needs to have good financial support in order to implement the aspects on an ongoing basis.

This paper provides a research on some design techniques of Industrial Engineering / Management Science (IE/MS) for more efficient logistics support in developing armament systems. It includes RAM (reliability, availability and maintainability) analysis techniques, decision making analysis techniques, human factors engineering techniques and logistics support analysis techniques.
