기업의 규모별 환경친화적 물류 활동의 변화에 관한 연구 (Change of Environment-Conscious Logistics Practice according to Business Scales)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistics system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistics management which means simple recycling tends to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made some case studies about advanced environment conscious logistics system. To examine Korean companies,' environment-conscious logistics practices we made a survey form which contains 81 questions and asked companies to respond. Thus we have the analysis from the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistics system in Korea.

  • WTO출범과 전자상거래의 출현은 국내외 물류산업의 환경변화에 가장 큰 영향을 제공하고 있으며 국내의 경우 물류중심지 전략을 국가발전과제로 활용하면서 물류관리의 신패러다임의 도입과 활용방안이 적극 활용되고 있다. 특히 신패러다임으로 전개되는 물류관리는 기업에게 있어서 소비자의 욕구를 만족할 수 있는 제품을 생산제조하여 이를 효과적으로 공급할 수 있는 능력으로 기업으로 하여금 물류아웃소싱의 적극적 활용을 촉진하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류관리의 신패러다임인 물류아웃소싱이 경쟁력 요인임을 강조하고 국내외 물류아웃소싱을 개선하기 위한 활용전략과 과제를 제안하였다.

Multi-Dimensional Selection Method of Port Logistics Location Based on Entropy Weight Method

  • In order to effectively relieve the traffic pressure of the city, ensure the smooth flow of freight and promote the development of the logistics industry, the selection of appropriate port logistics location is the basis of giving full play to the port logistics function. In order to better realize the selection of port logistics, this paper adopts the entropy weight method to set up a multi-dimensional evaluation index, and constructs the evaluation model of port logistics location. Then through the actual case, from the environmental dimension and economic competition dimension to make choices and analysis. The results show that port d has the largest logistics competitiveness and the highest relative proximity among the three indicators of hinterland city economic activity, hinterland economic structure, and port operation capacity of different port logistics locations, which has absolute advantages. It is hoped that the research results can provide a reference for the multi-dimensional selection of port logistics site selections.

Factor analysis on logistics infrastructure of container terminals in Northern Vietnam

  • Port in Northern Vietnam has been playing an important role in the logistics system the country. In recent years, the cargo throughput of the region, especially, containerized cargo has increased gradually. There are totally 11 container terminals in Northern Vietnam, concentrating in Haiphong city and Quang Ninh province. Despite of increasing demand, the competition among the terminals is becoming more and more critical. The paper, firstly, summarizes factors impacting the market share of the terminals before reveal the correlation between given factors and annual container throughput. Factor analysis will be then applied to evaluate the level of terminals' logistics infrastructure. For the conclusion, strategic thinking of terminals' logistics competitiveness will be contributed to related organizations.

중국 환발해만 항만시설의 경쟁력 분석 (An analysis on the competitiveness for port facilities in Chinese major ports)

  • It is widely acknowledged that Chinese economy becomes a center of world economy and takes up a considerable portion of the trade in Northeastern Asia. Due to the investment and the logistics modernization strategy of Chinese government, recognizing the importance of logistics, the competitiveness of Chinese major ports is tending upward rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the competitiveness of Chinese major ports in order to develop the logistics strategy of Korea by cooperating or competing with Chinese ports. In this study, we analyzed the competitiveness of 10 major Chinese ports with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). Through the analysis, we could investigate the efficiency of 10 major Chinese ports and figure out the trend of the efficiency within recent 10 years. In order for Korea to achieve the national strategic goal, becoming a logistics hub in East Asia, it is obvious to understand the competitiveness of Chinese major ports which are major competitor and strategic partner at the same time. This study will be useful to understand the competitiveness of Chinese ports and to develop a logistics hub strategy of Korea.

  • Industrial complexes are areas where manufacturing companies are integrated, and logistics between tenant companies play a very important role, but idle resources can occur depending on the situation if each company operates independently. Accordingly, this study aimed to reduce overall logistics costs and increase corporate productivity by looking at ways to share and utilize logistics resources such as warehouses and transportation equipment to efficiently utilize logistics resources in industrial complexes and implementing a logistics sharing platform that can share these idle resources. To this end, this study conducted a research survey on the logistics status of manufacturing companies in Ulsan-Mipo Industrial Complex, based on this analysis, the necessity of logistics resource types and utilization of industrial complex resident companies, and based on this, a service model for logistics resource sharing was studied. In addition, it was intended to analyze the operational characteristics of the existing logistics system to derive improvements and to derive optimal measures to utilize information on shared idle resources. This study confirmed the importance of sharing and utilizing idle resources to optimize logistics resources in industrial complexes, and is expected to contribute to reducing logistics costs and increasing logistics efficiency of tenant companies.

다기준 의사결정 기반의 물류중개 에이전트 (Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based Logistics Brokerage Agents)

  • In this paper we deal with the logistics brokerage process in which a logistics agent intermediates between vehicle owners and shippers for matching empty vehicles and freights. Based on the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methodology, the proposed agent system matches the most preferred empty vehicle to the shipper and the most preferred freight to the vehicle owner. In the proposed agent system, an MCDM based sensitivity analysis is also used for supporting decision makers under negotiations. Among various MCDM methodologies, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized in this paper. Although AHP is one of the most popular MCDM methodologies, AHP needs a number of pair-wise comparisons for assessing alternatives and hence may give excessive decision making burden to the decision makers. In this paper, in order to reduce the decision making burden, a preference function based estimation method is proposed. We can expect that the MCDM based logistics brokerage agent can be used as an efficient and effective tool for e-logistics marketplaces on the internet.

  • The aim of this paper is to establish the evaluation system of improving urban logistics using the QFD(Quality function Deployment) model which can facilitate to grasp the improving degree of realizing the system conforming to the relationship of all process and the process improvement. At the first stage, the established system through the QFD method will be used to evaluate and diagnosis the level of urban logistics in Cheonbuk District. The second stage is to investigate the important components that can make prompt improvement of urban logistics. Then, the sensitivity analysis is to be performed and the degree of improving urban logistics will be presented according to the rising degree of the relevant components.

세계 물류산업의 효율성에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of the Efficiency of the Global Logistics Industry with Data Envelopment Analysis and a Tobit Model)

  • 세계화를 통해 글로벌 공급사슬은 더욱 복잡해지고, 고객들은 모든 물류서비스를 통합적으로 제공받을 수 있는 기업에 대한 의존도가 높아짐에 따라 고객들은 물류 기업에 대해서 가격뿐만 아니라 운영적인 측면에서 높은 효율성을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis)을 중심으로 전세계 물류산업의 효율성의 추이와 비효율성에 영향을 미치는 요소들에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면, 5개년간 세계의 물류산업의 효율성은 높아지는 추세를 보이고 있었으며, 비효율성은 규모에 의한 비효율성보다는 순수기술효율성에 의해 나타난 비효율성에 의해서 나타나고 있었다. 비효율성에 영향을 미치는 외부적인 요소를 살펴보면, 우선 세계화는 비효율성에 영향을 주고 있다. 세계화의 요소 중에서는 경제적인 요소보다는 전반적인 세계화 정도가 더 영향을 미쳤으며, 인프라와 관련되어서는 인력, 금융적 지원, 기반 등 소프트웨어적 측면의 영향력이 더 유의했으며 법제도적인 측면에서는 집행의 투명성, 법제도의 효과가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혀냈다.

DEA분석을 활용한 건설프로젝트 화물포워딩 업체의 효율성 분석 (An Analysis of Forwarding Companies' Efficiency handling Overseas Construction Project Logistics using DEA)

  • 최근 많은 물류 기업이 프로젝트 물류 관심을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 기존 연구는 단순히 프로젝트 물류시장의 성장성과 프로젝트 물류의 높은 장벽과 중요성만을 언급하는 연구한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 DEA분석을 활용하여 국내 주요 해외 건설 EPC기업에 등록되어 해외 플랜트 건설 프로젝트 물류 업무를 수행하고 있는 포워딩 업체의 운영 효율성을 분석하고자 한다. 효율성 분석을 위하여 DEA 분석 기법 중 Super-SBM 분석 및 Malmquist 분석을 활용한다. Super-SBM 분석 결과, DMU 5가 1.807로 1 순위로 나타났다. DMU 5는 모기업인 H사의 안정적인 물량공급과 대형 기업 중 가장 적은 투입과 산출 변수를 가지고 있어 다른 대기업에 비해 효율성이 높게 나타났다. Malmquist 분석결과로는 기술적 발전인 TCI는 변동이 많은 반면 TECI는 비교적 변동이 적은 모습을 확인하였다. 더불어 대기업과 중소간의 규모의 차이가 있어 각 집단에 맞는 효율성 개선 전략을 파악하여 실무에 적용할 필요가 있다.
