The purpose of this study is to investigate the chronological characteristics of the strategy for the house marketing in terms of the apartment lots for sale advertisements appeared to be from 1970's to 1990's in Busan·Kyungnam area. For the analysis of the newspaper advertisement, a new residence environmental indication is introduced to this research as referring to the existing research data. With this indication, therefore, this study is to examine what contents of the advertisements are. Moreover, as analyzing how frequently the advertisements have been inserted in the newspaper, it shows the characteristics which the construction industry has planned for sale of apartment in lots. The results are as follows; First, the frequency of the appearance in the newspaper about each unit and block in an apartment complex has been on the decrease. On the other hand, the importance about the surrounding area has been on the increase during the period. It shows that consumer require more about the surrounding area issues than each unit itself. Second, in the case of the outdoor space in the apartment complex, the frequency of the appearance in the newspaper has been kept a certain levels during the period. It is clear that the consumers have been concerned about the outdoor space throughout the period. Third, the most important issue is the qualify of site location, such as the benefits of the traffic, the levels of the education environment, the natural environment of the apartment complex and so forth. The frequency of the appearance in the newspaper has been kept increasing since 1970's in the advertisement. It clearly shows that this issue has been standardized for purchasing a house.
The purpose of this study was to develop a brand naming strategy for rural specialty products of Muju. This study was to apply brand development research to the field. The selected investigation subject, a local farming operation producing a specialty product, was chosen from a New Enterprise Support Project of Farm Women ('06). The selected subject was a farming operation producing bokbunja drink in Muju. The data was derived from 137 female consumers. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the process of brand development strategy was advanced by six steps: Step 1, environment analysis; Step 2, brand case study; Step 3, SWOT analysis (Strength Weakness, Opportunity, Threat factor analysis); Step 4, direction design for brand naming development (Targeting, Brand focus concept extraction); Step 5, brand logo and symbol production; and Step6, Evaluation. Second, to extract brand naming development direction, key concepts in association with natural connection, area features, representative resources, and natural friendship were investigated. Namely, the health function concept was selected on the basis of a consumer recognition investigation where results appeared most highly favorable. Also, it was decided that the direction of brand naming should emphasize a green image and the location name of Muju. Finally, the brand name was decided to be "Saenggichan" bokbunja liquid and the slogan went with "guchondon-native thorn bokbunja from jar maturing."

This study purposed to evaluate the influences of rival hospitals on the number of patients who visited the a study territory hospital. Spatial analysis technique was used to measure the impact of rival hospitals in study region. Selected hospitals were all medical school affiliated hospitals which were located in Daejeon metropolitan city and Chungchungnamdo. Patient data was collected from the claims data of the study hospital, and the number of inpatient and outpatients who visited the study hospital between January and June in 2008 were calculated on the smallest administrative district, Eup, Myeon, and Dong, in study region. To control the differences of regional characteristics among Eup, Myeon, Dong, socio-economic variables (total population, number of people aged over 65, number of basic livelihood security recipients, distance from the study hospital to the centroid point of each Eup, Myeon, Dong, number of business, and number of employees) were included in analysis model. These variables were collected from the annual year book of city as well as county located in study region. Cluster analysis classified the study region into three groups by using the difference of between th actual number of inpatient/outpatient and the predicted number of inpatient/outpatient in Eup, Myeon, and Dong. Most areas around the rivalry hospitals were categorized into same group. Multiple regression analysis indicated that areas around rivalry hospitals had statistically significantly negative relationship with the number of inpatients and outpatients who visited the study hospital. As the buffer size was increased from 5Km to 10Km, the standardized regression coefficients were decreased. These study results confirmed that rivalry hospitals in region had negative impacts on the performance of hospitals. It suggests that hospitals will require not only to select their location to minimize the effects of rivalry hospitals, but also to establish their strategy to cope with the rivalry's threats in their region.

These days there are so many music school graduates. There are also many private music education institutions. Therefor the competition in music private education market very tight. In old days people working in education music market had made big money and many parents wanted their girls and boys to learn piano and other musical instruments. However recently birth ratio in Korea has been dramatically dropped and not many parents wants their kids to learn musical instruments because of economic depression and negative music market. Eventually the size of the music education market is decreased dramatically and the competition in music education market is very hot. Therefor without the upgraded management system it is hard to expect over performance in music education market aspects. The purpose of this study was to find out what are the main factors that affect on business performance of the music education institutions. The main areas that researched in this study were success factors, reason of the start-up, and factors of management success. The research was conducted on the owners of the music education institutions. The factors that affect on the outcome of the business performance were diverse. Therefore the management of music education institutions also need the systematical analysis on the location, environmental factors, people nearby areas, differentiated market strategy and other analysis the same as corporate and business management.

The main aim of this paper is to explore a strategy for the attraction of POSCO into Gangwon province through the collaborative network of industry-University institute-government. Although Gangwon province has abundant resources, the industrial development is stagnant owing to unfavorable conditions of industrial location. However, while attracting an magnesium smelting factory of POSCO into Gangneung city, the industrial development in the province faces a new phase for the industrialization in the region. Successful factors of the attraction are as follows; firstly, mutual collaborations of local government, research institutes, region-based firms; secondly, trust throughout rational proposals which are focused upon mutual regard of local government, POSCO and research institutes; thirdly, stategies for the attraction of POSCO which are based upon thorough analysis on such firm; finally, securing the demand market of forward industries.

[Purpose] It aims to suggest the differential factors to enhance the customer satisfaction and to activate the shopping in the convenience store (CVS). [Methodology] Convenience store service convenience (CVS SERVCON) was developed at the first time and the gap of relative importance level between the owners and the consumers was assessed by AHP analysis method..[Findings] First, the importance of access convenience was assessed as the first priority in both CVS owners' group and the consumers' group, while the detailed elements showed the differences which required the improvements. Based on the consumers' assessment, the importance of location was relatively low. They assessed relatively high on 24 hours operation of CVS and personal services. Second with respect to the transaction convenience, CVS owners' group rated it as the fourth priority while the consumers' group rated as the second, which requires the improvement. Third in terms of benefit utility and value-added service of post-benefit convenience which are the sub-factors of benefit convenience, the rate on the importance from the consumers showed higher than that from the owners, which requires the improvement. [Implications] Based on this study results, CVS operating companies are anticipated to be able to satisfy the customers, moreover, to secure the loyal customers if they concentrate the resources to develop the differentiation strategy on the areas where the consumers' demands are high while performs the maintenance strategy on the areas where their demands are low. In addition, this study contributed the theoretical expansion of SERVCON upon development of CVS SERVCON to comply with its definition.

Yellowtail Seriola quinqueradiata tagged with a Pop-up Satellite Archival Tag (PSAT) was released off the coast of near the Moseulpo, Jeju Island and the ecological data during about 40 days was obtained. However, it is difficult to determine the spatial location of underwater ecological data. To improve the accuracy of estimating the Yellowtail migration route using temperature, suitable background field of the oceanic environment data was evaluated and used for input data. After developing of the tracking algorithm for migration route estimation, three experiment cases were estimated with ecological data among the surface layer, the mixed layer, and the whole water column. All tracking experiments move from western to eastern Jeju Island. Additionally, tracking experiment using 3D ocean numerical model reveal that it is possible to estimate the migration route using the fish ecological data of the entire water column. Therefore, using a large number of ecological data and a high-accuracy ocean numerical model to estimate the migration route seems to be a way to increase the accuracy of the tracking experiment. Moreover, the tracking algorithm of this study can be applied to small pelagic fishery using small archival electronic tags to track the migration route.
The purpose of this study was to propose an efficient management strategy for untact real-time early childhood physical education(ECPE). The studay method was used in-depth interview, non-participant observation. The results of the study ar as follows. First, factors to be considered for untact real-time ECPE are 'location', 'communication', 'program', facilities' and 'equipment.' Second, for the effective untact real-time ECPE management, 'class design', 'class preparation', 'remote manager', and 'teaching ability.' are the sub-factors. The more of research on untact real-time ECPE are needed. Based on this study, it is hoped that an effective operation plan for untact real-time ECPE classes will be prepared.

In the 5G era, the communication networks tend to be ultra-densified, which will improve the accuracy of indoor positioning and further improve the quality of positioning service. In this study, we propose an indoor three-dimensional (3D) dynamic reconstruction fingerprint matching algorithm (DSR-FP) in a 5G ultra-dense network. The first step of the algorithm is to construct a local fingerprint matrix having low-rank characteristics using partial fingerprint data, and then reconstruct the local matrix as a complete fingerprint library using the FPCA reconstruction algorithm. In the second step of the algorithm, a dynamic base station matching strategy is used to screen out the best quality service base stations and multiple sub-optimal service base stations. Then, the fingerprints of the other base station numbers are eliminated from the fingerprint database to simplify the fingerprint database. Finally, the 3D estimated coordinates of the point to be located are obtained through the K-nearest neighbor matching algorithm. The analysis of the simulation results demonstrates that the average relative error between the reconstructed fingerprint database by the DSR-FP algorithm and the original fingerprint database is 1.21%, indicating that the accuracy of the reconstruction fingerprint database is high, and the influence of the location error can be ignored. The positioning error of the DSR-FP algorithm is less than 0.31 m. Furthermore, at the same signal-to-noise ratio, the positioning error of the DSR-FP algorithm is lesser than that of the traditional fingerprint matching algorithm, while its positioning accuracy is higher.
