본 연구는 주관적 안녕의 구성 성분 가운데 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 개입 전략 수립에 중요한 근거가 될 수 있는 인과성에 대한 탐색을 시도하였다. 즉 삶의 만족도의 두 구성 요소인 전반적 삶의 만족도와 영역특정적 삶의 만족도 간 인과성을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 207명의 대상자들로 부터 2주 간격의 연 이은 세 시점에서 전반적 삶의 만족도와 영역특정적 삶의 만족도를 측정하고 수집하였다. 통계자료 분석에는 구조방정식의 자귀회귀 교차지연 모형을 사용하였는데, 인과성을 분석하기 위한 방법으로서 본 모형을 적용함에 있어서 연구자가 채택한 논리와 방식을 이론적 배경에 서술하였다. 본 모형을 적용하여 수집 자료를 통계 분석한 결과 영역특정적 삶의 만족도가 전반적 삶의 만족도에 원인 변인으로 추정되었다. 이러한 결과는 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 개입에 있어서 일차적 초점을 영역특정적 삶의 만족도 증진에 둘 때 전반적 삶의 만족도 또한 증진될 수 있으며, 이러한 경로의 흐름을 따를 때 삶의 만족도 증진이 보다 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있음을 의미한다. 논의에서는 연구방법 상의 논점과 연구결과가 지닌 함의, 그리고 연구의 제한점이 검토되었다.

The purposes of this article are to find out general trends of dual-career couples' role expectations role conflicts and marital satisfactions and to estimate the differences according to related variables and to analyze the effects of indepedent variables on ole conflicts and marital satisfactions. For these objectives two kinds of questionaire were used and the data were obtained through 169 dual-career couples. The results were as follows; The results were as follows; 1) Dual-career couples' role expectations and marital satisfactions were relatively high but role conflicts were not. Husbands' role expectations were higher than them of wives but wive's role conflicts and marital satisfactions were higher than them of husbands. 2) Dual-career couples' role expectations role conflicts and marital satisfcations were significantly different by communication role related variables and job related variables. 3) Husbands' role conflicts and marital satisfactions were significantly influenced by communication satisfaction and role expectations,. Wives' role conflicts and marital satisfactions were significantly influenced by communication satisfaction husbands' housework aid and role expectations.

The purpose of this study was to understand how consumers perceive the costs of using certain types of sales-promotions and to suggest ways in which sales-promotions should be developed to contribute to the consumers' welfare and the development of Marketing Strategy. The sufficiency of the consumers' desire was essential to new and creative sales-promotion strategy. This study investigated the perceived costs of using timely opportunity costs, extra expenses, substitution costs, uncomfortable feeling, regrets and economical and psychological satisfactions on certain types of sales-promotions such as off line, coupon, packed items, collection and on line, and event. In the study results on the perceived costs of using certain types of sales-promotions, off line sales-promotions were perceived more than substitution costs, extra expenses, regrets and on line sales-promotions were perceived more than timely opportunity costs. These results were caused by immediately using off line sales-promotions and becoming a member of on line sales-promotions. In the research result on the perceived costs of using certain types of sales-promotions and economical satisfactions, off line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with substitution costs of coupon and extra expenses, regrets of packed items and collection about economical satisfactions. On line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with extra expenses and regrets about economical satisfactions. The research results on the perceived costs of using certain types of sales-promotions and psychological satisfactions, off line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with timely opportunity costs of coupon and collection about psychological satisfactions. On line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with substitution costs about psychological satisfactions. These results were caused by the feeling of leisure time as the consumer played games or hobbies. This study proposes an approach in the context of sales-promotion with some suggestions and thoughts.

This study examines the factors that influence the subjective quality of life for Korean, Chinese-Korean, and Chinese women who are both married and employed, and it offers suggestions based on this examination for how to improve these women's quality of life. In particular, we employ both empirical and comparative research to explore the causal relationship in these three groups of women between variables such as cultural orientations, life satisfactions and the perceived quality of life. For these objectives, 263 Korean women, 265 Chinese-Korean women and 280 Chinese women were surveyed. The research can be summarized as follows: First, when we consider subjective quality of life as the dependent variable and factors such as self-esteem, cultural inclination and life satisfactions as independent variables, we find that most of variables record relatively higher than middle score. Comparisons among the three groups find that every variable shows meaningful differences among the groups except for the non-economic reasons for employment. Second, in examining the relative influence of the different variables on the subjective quality of life, we observe that both job satisfaction and family-life satisfaction have a significant influence on the quality of life for women in all groups. For Korean and Chinese women, job satisfaction has a greater influence on the quality of life than family-life satisfaction.

Purpose: In this study, we aim to provide fundamental database for the development of programs that will enhance the satisfactions of the dental technicians' daily life. To this end, we examined various factors that affect the subjects' social and emotional life satisfactions and their overall daily lives. Methods: Out of the random selection of the registered dental offices of Dental Technicians in Seoul, Gyeonggido, and Gangwon-do districts. Four hundred working dental technicians were asked to fill out the questionnaire from the 1st of June to the 25th of August, 2011. We collected the 355 sheets of the questionnaire and took frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and structural equation modeling using SPSS Win 12.0 program. Results: The results of this study is as follows; Firstly, social satisfaction of the subjects turned out 3.71 on average, emotional satisfaction and daily life satisfaction in general were shown 2.77 and 3.19 respectively. Secondly, Age(p<.05), Career(p<.001), Working environment satisfaction(p<.001) showed significant differences in social life satisfaction area, whereas monthly earning(p<.05), working environment satisfaction(p<.001) revealed meaningful differences in the domain of emotional life satisfaction. Thirdly, in the overall satisfaction of daily lives, monthly earning(p<.05), career(p<.01), working environment satisfaction(p<.001) indicated significant difference. Conclusion: Seen from the results of this study, we purport to develop a variety of programs for better working conditions and to further research on the variables affecting the dental technicians' satisfaction of daily lives.

The purpose of this study were 1) to investigate the degree of quality of life and housing satisfaction and the variables to affect it, 2) to identify housing and community satisfaction between Seoul and Chung-Ju city residents and to compare it if there were any differences. The results were Seoul city residents' life and housing satisfactions are more higher than Chung-Ju's and housing variable influenced relatively higher degree to life satisfaction. Prefered housing and community features were identified and community satisfaction variables were investigated.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of sexual behavior. In particular, this study focused on the self-esteem, internet pornography addiction, and relationship satisfaction of freshmen as important predictors of sexual behavior and examined the dynamics of the relationships among the variables. The participants in this research were 1,806 university freshmen: 932 males and 828 females. All respondents submitted their answers on a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations that used PASW 18.0, and AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling(SEM), to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model. The major results of this study were as follows: (1) Relationship satisfactions mediated the relationships among self-esteem, internet pornography addiction, and sexual behavior. (2) Sexual behavior between male and female freshmen showed different influences on the test of the structural model invariance across the groups.

Townhouse have been developed as alternative housing types for combining the characteristics of detached houses and high-rise apartments, Much research on townhouse have investigated physical environments of townhouse and provide a number of planning factors to be considered. However, these factors do not reflect the residents' experiences of the environments sufficiently. The aim of this research is to investigate residents' satisfactions in townhouse as an exploratory study which can be a basis for the improvement of residential environments in townhouse. First of all, we selected a target townhouse and conducted a field study to examine the existing state of the townhouse. Then a customized questionnaire was developed and distributed to residents in the townhouse for investigating their satisfactions on the residential environment. The questions included are divided into four categories; site environment, unit space, community area and housing management. Through the statistic analyses of the residents' responses, the residents' satisfactions of the residential environment were identified. Especially the residents' satisfaction on the community area, which revitalizes neighborhood relationships, is very high. They were also satisfied with the conditions of the sub-categories, 'a distinctive exterior' 'a private planning', 'outdoors' and 'landscapes', in townhouse. In conclusion, we suggested considerations for the improvement of the residential environments and the quality of life in townhouse.

For the study, literature review was doing and seeking about return farmer meaning and motive, return type, moving problems, adaptation problems, satisfactions degree and farm life and rural life continuance will, and return farmers' characteristics. Based on the study, twelve policy recommendations offered.
