Each ADS must have a validation and evaluation scenario for ODD. This requires a large number of scenarios, so a scenario library must be developed. In order to effectively utilize the scenario library, a system that supports testing in the ODD of the user's choice is required. In other words, in order to develop a scenario library, it is necessary to build a database on actual driving road conditions (geometry, etc.). Accordingly, in this study, we establish a domestic driving environment database based on HD-Map for driving safety testing, design a system that can search test target sections in connection with the ODD of the scenario, and present the implementation results. In the future, it is expected that the domestic driving environment database will be able to create scenarios through linking with the scenario library and directly utilize them for scenario-based evaluation of various demand sources.

Because the effort to solve space shortage in academic libraries has never been successful, the rapid development of digital technology is being considered as a panacea to revolutionize analog libraries and to open a new era for digital libraries. However, this technology is yet to be perfected. Even with the use of digital technology, we are currently still looking for more space to accommodate newly printed materials and at the same time store valuable resources that are seldomly used. In 1985, Harvard adopted the industrial high-density shelving system into their library. No other retrieving system has proven to be more successful as the Harvard model. Presently, more than 50 colleges have built over 70 high-density library storage facilities. Rice University Library Service Center (RLSC) can be examined as an example of the Harvard-model. This paper will focus on assessing the operating system and architectural requirements of the RLSC which may allow for a more efficient, economical, and fundamental resolution to the library space shortage problem.

BIM library, as a systematic collection of BIM objects where the building information is stored, is a vital factor to construct the BIM based work environment. However, construction business is faced the problems relating BIM library such as the absence of the standard for establishing BIM library, the discontinuity of BIM library's compatibility and the lack of practice applicable BIM library. These problems cause the decreasing work efficiency and the recreating BIM model, by delivering inefficient information required in each stage and application field. The purpose of this study is to suggest the integrated management system for property information of BIM library in order to minimize the reworking and to manage information of each stage and application field when exchanging and sharing information. To achieve this, the BIM information classification, the criteria of property requirements for information exchange in BIM application field and the BIM library management system are developed. This study could contributes to ensuring the reliability and accuracy of results of BIM based analysis and to enhancing the speed of business process with sharing and exchanging building information utilizing a single BIM model.

This research has investigated the perceptions of subject specialization services and the opinions of students majoring in library and information science preparing for librarianship, librarians operating in the field, and library directors on the status and ways of nurturing subject specialization for librarians, among others. To this end, based on the results of previous research and the survey questionnaire analysis, we have presented a policy to train subject librarians. First, we have proposed a plan for systematizing the current educational system within the department of library and information science. We have also suggested ways to secure subject expertise based on curriculum management, minor programs, multi-major programs, and interdisciplinary major programs based on the standard curriculum model. Second, we have presented a subject specialization educational system for field librarians, and further suggested details for the development of an educational program that can help build subject expertise and the operation of educational methods as well as the personnel in charge of implementing the educational programs. Third, we have proposed institutionalization of the qualifications of the subject librarian where the qualification requirements have been organized considering academic background, major program, library career, and career experience in the subject specialization service, further suggesting the implementation and maintenance of the system.

이 연구는 오늘날 대부분의 도서관 홈페이지 상에 설정된 분류 관련 탐색장치들이 자료분류의 목적(분류의 본질적인 역할은 자료를 주제적으로 밀접하게 연관시키는 탁월한 브라우징 효과이고 또한 목록상에서 검색요소(색인어)의 역할도 하게 되는 것이다)을 제대로 하지 못하는 것을 발견하고 그 개선책을 제시하고자 하는데 의의를 두고 있다. 구체적으로는 DDC를 사용하는 상당수의 국내외 도서관 홈페이지를 방문하여 먼저 세부 항목을 마련하여 분류기호 탐색장치의 문제점들을 분석하고 평가한 다음, 그 내용을 토대로 바람직한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하는데, 특히 분류브라우징(주제의 계층적 접근이 가능하도록 만든 장치) 관련 장치를 유용하게 하기 위한 수단으로 DDC(1000구분 : 요목표)를 한국 실정에 맞게 조정 변개하였다. 분류의 탐색요소로서의 기능과 브라우징 역할은 홈페이지 검색장치에서 상호 유기적으로 작용하도록 설계되어야 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있다고 판단되기 때문이다.

이 연구는 국가균형발전과 지방분권이라는 시대적 조류에 편승하여 현재의 '완전 집중형' 국가도서관시스템을 '집중-분산형'으로 재편하기 위한 이론적 배경과 논리적 근거를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 주요 문화선진국인 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 일본을 벤치마킹의 대상으로 삼아 각각의 분산형 국가도서관시스템 구성을 정밀 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 후속연구에서는 국가도서관 지역분관 건립을 위한 중장기 기본계획(기본모형, 운영체계 및 역할분담 모형, 자료보존센터 모형 등)을 제시할 것이다.

In this study it is surveyed how the educational objectives of orientation in Library & Information Science under current school system should be formed and presented as follows; First, there are many obstacles in overcoming problems and setting successfully education of Library & Information Science under the school system by Ministry of Education. To get over this clear objectives and goals of education must be presented. According to clarified goal of education curriculums must be formed systematically. As a result it is suggested that setting goal of education emphasizing on paralleling of fortifying of theory and conducting practical business rather than training of Information specialist. Second, in analysis of curriculum of library & Information Science it is divided into five categories; (1) 'information organization', (2) 'reference/bibliographical information', (3) 'management of library/ information center', (4) 'informatics' (5) 'library & Information science in general', then courses of each category are arranged and analyzed. As a result balanced development among categories and education is required. In short educational goal of library & Information Science must show basic philosophy, ideal, and direction of education. In addition it is ideal that educational goal of Library & Information Science be presented concretely and in feasible way. Thus in this context the goal and objectives of library & Information Science must be devised and amended, su n.0, pplement as circumstances change.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 건립과 관련하여 각 지방자치단체 도서관 건립 절차를 살펴보고, 이러한 과정에서 나타나는 문제점들은 무엇이며, 이러한 문제점들을 어떻게 해소할 수 있는지를 모색하는데 있다. 특히, 지방자치단체가 도서관 건립시 부딪히는 어려움을 경감시켜 줄 수 있는 방식 가운데 하나로 '도서관 건립 컨설팅'이라는 방식을 검토해 본다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 도서관 건립 및 운영계획 수립 과정을 분석하고 도서관 건립 운영계획 수립과 관련한 컨설팅 서비스 수요 분석, 도서관 건립지원과 관련된 국내외 사례, 도서관 건립.운영 지원을 위한 컨설팅 체계 구축 방안 등을 모색해 보았다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the case of 'drive-thru' services newly introduced and tried in libraries in Korea under the influence of COVID-19, and to develop and propose a service model so that this service can be continuously applied to all libraries in the future. Therefore, the method of study was selected and analyzed by selecting one of the representative libraries that provide related services in Seoul Special City, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Anyang City of Gyeonggi Province. In addition, a focus group interview was conducted with twelve people in charge to find a way to apply the drive-thru service to the library. As a result, the library's drive-thru service is a way to fulfill the library's original purpose of providing information materials while minimizing faceto-face contact with users. It was concluded that it is a suitable method for a library of complex buildings, where there is a lack of parking space. In addition, it was deduced that it may be one of the ways to use the library efficiently for office workers who are unable to use library services during the opening hours. Therefore, if the drive-thru service is implemented according to the developed model, it is expected to increase the library visit rate and data utilization rate.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관 이용행태를 나타내는 지표 중의 하나인 대출권수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 국가도서관통계시스템에 등록된 2015년부터 2019년까지 공공도서관 데이터를 이용하였다. 각 도서관별 변화의 형태를 이용하여 전체적인 도서관 변화를 추정하는 잠재성장모형을 적용한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 대출권수가 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 대출권수 감소에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 자료구입비로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 도서관의 이용과 관련하여 일상적인 도서관 업무의 범위 내에서 대출권수 감소를 줄이기 위한 방법으로 자료구입비를 확대할 것을 제안한다.
