Today, interest in health information has risen overall due to the aging society, increased public interest in the quality of life, and the increased state's interest in reducing medical costs. Accordingly, efforts have been made across the library and information science in terms of academic research, libraries in terms of providing health specialized services, and the state, yet policies and strategies for providing the health related information in an integrated and systematic manner through the libraries have not been proposed with clarity to date. Thus, this study aimed to propose a method to provide the health information in an integrated manner by the libraries through the previous studies, policy studies, and case studies. Consequently, it proposes to build a system to integrate the health information, build an overall database of the health related information, develop and operate a health specialized library program, operate a general support center for the health information service, and build a cooperative network among the related departments and institutions for the health information service. The details proposed by this study is likely to contribute to developing services for improving the health of the citizens of this country.

본 논문에서 구현하고자 하는 에이전트기반 전자도서관 시스템은 웹을 통해 도서정보를 검색하는 사용자들에 대한 도서 정보 관심도를 모니터 에이전트에 의해 추출하게 하고 해당 정보를 대상으로 학습 과정을 거쳐 사용자별 프로파일을 구축할 수 있게 한다. 이 과정에서 모니터 에이전트에서 추출되는 사용자 history와 학습예제 정보는 사용자가 행하는 다양한 작업의 결과 차별화된 중요도가 적용된다. 학습 에이전트를 통해 구축된 사용자 관심 정보는 각 사용자에게 세부 DB 추천 모듈과 관심 정보를 푸쉬해주는 에이전트에 적용된다. 본 시스템에서는 전자 도서관에 가입하는 사용자들의 공통된 그룹 정보를 관리하여 이를 통해 동일 그루내의 사용자들 사이의 정보 이용이 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 개인과 그룹을 대상으로 하는 모니터 에이전트와 학습 에이전트를 설정하여 도서관을 이용하는 사용자들에게 정확하고 신속한 정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

A novel simple method to detect vitamins in cosmetic products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) has been developed. Three vitamins(panthenol, cholecalciferol and tocopherol) were used for this study. Vitamins were prepared by dissolving in tetrahydrofuran(THF), and silylated with bis-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide-trichloromethylsilane(BSTFA). Silated vitamins were separated on a fuses-silica capillary column coated with DB-5. The identification of each vitamin was accomplished by retention time and mass spectrum library search with a computer, and the quantitation was made in the selected-ion monitoring(SIM) mode of GC-MS. SIM mode had given sensitivity to determine 50pg of panthenol, 285pg of cholecalciferol and 130pg of tocopherol. Linearity was maintained over the range 0.005-0.20% for each vitamin. Each cosmetic product(i.e. hair tonic and lotion) was found to contain amounts of the vitamins. This method was sensitive and gave 77.5-99.9% recovery of each vitamin from these cosmetic products. From these results, we concluded that silylation with BSTFA followed by GC-MS analysis allows the simple, covenient and exact determination of panthenol, cholecalciferol and tocopherol.

도서관 통합 검색 시스템은 기존의 단일 사이트 도서관 검색 시스템과는 달리 한번의 질의로서 여러 사이트를 통합하여 검색할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반 DB 통합 검색 시스템인 DataBlender 를 이용하여 세 개의 도서관 사이트를 연동 및 통합하여 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 DataBlender 를 소개하고 각 도서관 사이트의 스키마 설계, 통합 스키마, 검색 질의 화면 설계 및 검색 시스템 구현에 관한 내용을 기술한다.

In this study, it was intended to explore a way to build a DB which links the resources and areas and regions already registered as cultural assets in connection with a project which is newly building local culture and arts resources. Towards this end, this study first identified the type and scale of existing local culture and arts resources that could be linked. Following which, to link the local cultural resources and collected cultural assets, this study investigated the websites such as the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Cultural Heritage Portal, municipal and provincial tangible cultural festivals, municipal and provincial intangible cultural assets, and Gyeonggi Memory. Furthermore, this study identified the amount of information sources to be built and the current status of each information source to identify detailed information sources. Finally, the metadata of local culture and arts resources were presented by classifying them into material and publication data metadata, document metadata, audiovisual metadata, oral recording metadata, village information metadata, and personal information village information metadata.

For the commercialization of automated vehicles, it is necessary to create various scenarios that can evaluate driving safety and establish a data system that can verify them. Depending on the vehicle's ODD (Operational Design Domain), there are numerous scenarios with various parameters indicating vehicle driving conditions, but no systematic methodology has been proposed to create and combine scenarios to test them. Therefore, projects are actively underway abroad to establish a scenario library for real-world testing or simulation of autonomous vehicles. However, since it is difficult to obtain data, research is being conducted based on simulations that simulate real road. Therefore, in this study, parameters calculated through individual vehicle trajectory data extracted based on roadside CCTV image-based driving environment DB was proposed through the extracted data. This study can be used as basic data for safety standards for scenarios representing various driving behaviors.

The purpose of this study is to identify and systematize various facet elements required by users in fiction search situations from book tags to improve the fiction search environment. Based on the Ranganathan's PMEST formula, the basic facet system of the fiction was defined as 1) the personality that forms the fiction material, 2) the content and external characteristics that compose the fiction, 3) the reader interaction with books, 4) spatial information related to fiction and reading activities, and 5) time information related to fiction and reading activities. Out of approximately 310,000 tags assigned to 7,174 fiction, 3,730 core tags were selected and content-analyzed. As a result, various attributes were systematized around the top 25 categories of the fiction facets. The results of this study can be applied to facet navigation of OPAC and fiction DB in the future.

The organic acids in 3 kinds of medicinal herbal extracts were screened and compared each other according to their organic acid contents by an efficient gas chromatographic method. It involves solid-phase extraction of organic acids using Chromosorb P with subsequent conversion to stable tert-butyldimethysilyl derivatives for the direct analysis by capillary column gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Total of 24 organic acids were reproducibly identified from 3 kinds of herbal extracts. When the GC profiles were simplified to their retention index spectra, characteristic patterns were obtained for each herb sample. As expected, three kinds of herbal extracts showed three distinct patterns.

In RFID system, Tag's Identification data is processed in host computer by application program. Example of application program is parking administration program, library state program etc.. Tag's ID that is recognized in reader is inputted to the Host computer. Application program of computer searches data in DB of computer such as Tag ID. After finding the same ID, host computer send to control command to driver H/W in accordance with application purpose. But, It need to confirm in long distance whether achievement process is acted normally. There will be the 2 methods, when we monitors the process in long distance. One is wired monitoring system, another is wireless monitoring system. Among wire method, internet communication network is useful. RFID system manufacture first in this treatise. RFID system Embody using EM4095 chip that is doing 125KHz by carrier wave. Tag's characteristic ID is sent in remote place through module that use W3100A chip. This system Manufacture, and data send-receive confirmed using simple application program. Reception confirm by result, and pictures show by whole system and each part. And a control program explained of each part.

This study aims to improve the accessibility of websites that can search for online e-journals and check the original text, and the accessibility of web contents in the form of article papers. In order to publish online e-journals in Korea, article contribution management system is used, and services are provided through public or private academic DB companies. There was no content related to accessibility in the publishing and editing stage of online e-journals. In the case of foreign countries, objective to comply with Level AA of WCAG 2.1 to improve accessibility of websites and web content. In addition, the level of accessibility of academic journals is guided through VPAT. In order to improve access to web content in online journals, Accessibility matters are added to the academic society's editorial and publication regulations. Accessibility education should be provided to journal editors. Accessibility checklists should be developed and researchers should verify themselves. To improve the accessibility of online e-journals to websites, For equal use, various convenience functions should be provided when using the website. It guides the accessibility function to the article contribution management system. Each academic and academic DB company should be required to submit a Korean VPAT.
