The purpose of this study is to find out the factors of the students' achievement on the computer training courses which are based on computer practice. In order to improve the academic achievement of the students, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting academic achievement and apply the results of the analysis to education. In particular, it is necessary to study for finding out factors of the academic achievement in practical computer training courses, because these courses are different from other courses focusing on the theory. In this study, in order to find out the factors, the logistic regression analysis and the decision tree analysis which is the field of data mining were peformed. For the experimental data, the test results of the MOS certification of the S university in seoul were used. Through logistic regression analysis it is found that the factors of the professors, class size, lecture time, group(lecture period) are important in order. Through decision tree analysis of data mining, it is found that there are some additional factors ; entrance year, whether the course is retaken, and the classroom environment. and these various factors effect the academic achievement compositively as identified through the model tree. The tree model was presented as a result of the analysis, and the importance of the factors is expressed numerically from multiple tree models by using the proposed mathematical formula.

Due to the decrease in the school-age population, the number of freshmen at local college who lack basic learning skills is increasing. Thus, C college has been running a basic learning ability improvement clinic program. This paper is a case study that investigates the effect of basic learning ability improvement clinic programs on major class immersion, efficacy, and major class satisfaction. In 2022, a total of 459 students were surveyed, including 238 students who participated in online and offline classes for basic learning ability improvement clinics and 221 students who did not participate in classes. Data processing was performed using SPSS Ver. 26.0 was used. The results of this study are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of academic self-efficacy, the group participating in the basic learning ability improvement clinic showed significant differences in task difficulty preference and confidence. Second, the class participation group showed a significant difference in learning immersion in major classes. Third, the class participation group showed significant differences in all sub-factors of major satisfaction. In conclusion, it was found that the basic learning ability improvement clinic class had a significant effect on academic self-efficacy, learning immersion, and major satisfaction.
This study studied a teaching model for software education using generative AI. The purpose of the study is to use ChatGPT as an instructor's assistant in programming classes for non-major students by using ChatGPT in software education. In addition, we designed ChatGPT to enable individual learning for learners and provide immediate feedback when students need it. The research method was conducted using ChatGPT as an assistant for non-computer majors taking a liberal arts Python class. In addition, we confirmed whether ChatGPT has the potential as an assistant in programming education for non-major students. Students actively used ChatGPT for writing assignments, correcting errors, writing coding, and acquiring knowledge, and confirmed various advantages, such as being able to focus on understanding the program rather than spending a lot of time resolving errors. We were able to see the potential for ChatGPT to increase students' learning efficiency, and we were able to see that more research is needed on its use in education. In the future, research will be conducted on the development, supplementation, and evaluation methods of educational models using ChatGPT.

According to current digital and information society, architecture related departments in universities give and educate computer courses to train top-level human resources suiting the needs of the time. The aim of this study is to curriculum of architecture related departments and to use the references for curriculum organization by understanding computer courses for architecture related departments. The results are as follows: (1) There are 100 departments (28.2%) in the field of architecture and 130 departments including an academic system that is the most departments. Also, there are 86 departments (39.8%) in the field of architecture engineering and 117 departments including an academic system. There are 77 departments in the field of interior architecture, which contain 48 departments (62.3%) of two- or three-year bachelor course college. (2) Department in the field of architecture opens a program study course in the second year of the program that is the most courses had been opened. First, most departments selected an order of learning a structure/detail construction techniques of architecture and design skills such as a foundation system and expression of the structure by hand in the first grade and processing it using a computer in the second grade. (3) BIM was opened in only three departments of 31 departments surveyed and was opened in a senior class. The reasons of still lack of BIM are the compatibility deficit of partners such as building structure, building equipment, securing lecturer, and still the dominant point of CAD in the field. (4) Six departments of 31 departments surveyed did not open a program study course as a major. That is to say, it is learned in a basic course or basic liberal arts education requirements (information area) of each department, or in an own program of each department. (5) The program study is only a means to create architectural drawings in department of the field of architecture. Thus, we should remember not only the drawing through the program but also drawing up a floor plan after understanding of methods such as constructional methods, detail drawing, and expression.
The purpose of this study was to design a training program for utilization of 3D special makeup mask program. This study was conducted with a 3D computer graphics software program, for special makeup mask using a variety of creative educational models and case study with comparative analysis. The makeup program applied to the majors and liberal arts classes for program design. Inthis study, the selected major courses included ' stage make up ', make up application', and illustrations and color '. Students were required to take a class targeted to questionnaire completion and analysis. The research method included literature search, and Internet navigation, of experimental research. The research targeted select college students attending a 4-year university located in Dae-jeon, Korea. ETRI's "3D mask special makeup simulation program" was used in support. A survey of the study conducted from September 1, 2013, to August 30, 2014, showed a total of 94 additional statistical analyses. First, grade 3 44.6% was attained by 91.7% of the first year student majoring in liberal arts classes, Second, students' in the 3D special dress up mask program Interestingly, attained high recognition in its mastering, usability, and creativity. Furthermore, the major student satisfaction was higher for the '3D special makeup mask program. Third, students '3D special dress up was one of the biggest advantages of the program', the mask ' that models 3D ' faces. In addition, the student's delicate dress called for critical technology skills. It is thought to be suitable for practical training and improving the efficiency and performance if applied to universities and beauty schools, such as the regular high school curriculum through research.

In order to provide basic data necessary for developing a curriculum to enhance SW education for elementary school teacher students, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,260 students at G National University of Education. The results are summarized as follows. First, it is necessary to improve class time of SW education for the college students and revise the SW curriculum to improve SW education capacity for teacher students. Second, in the liberal arts course, it is necessary to develop the teaching and learning materials and the textbooks using various software. Third, in the major course, the Subject Pedagogy programs should be expanded rather than the subject content programs. Fourth, in the specialization course, the programming language education focusing on the Entry and EPL should be strengthened so that it can be linked with the elementary school curriculum. In addition, it is necessary to expand the choice of subjects for the students by reducing the number of required courses and increasing the number of elective courses.

This study is to design and to develop the educational contents to enhance artificial intelligence literacy. First, we designed artificial intelligence education contents and constructed education programs. The contents are composed of a total of 15 lectures in 8 AI domains. The contents contain the elements of knowledge-skill-attitude, and 5 learning steps. The developed contents were organized in the form of online materials and included simulations and worksheets to directly manipulate and explore the concepts and algorithms of AI. In addition, we provided evaluation questions for each content. To examine the suitability of content, we conducted a validity test for experts. As a result of the content validity test, the overall average was .71 or higher, and the CVI value of the class suitability was .82, indicating a high validity. We are expected to use the contents developed in this study as an effective program to improve AI literacy in university liberal arts education.

Curriculum can represent the identity of University as an important factor, and especially university has sole power to design and manage his curriculum. So, the information literacy curriculum which teach students to create, store, communicate their knowledge is very important position in the liberal arts curriculum. Thus, this study designs the reference model as 3-dimensional cubic model for information literacy curriculum to help curriculum designers design, manage, and evaluate it. For developing this model, I researched many books and web sites about some of domestic and U.S. universities' curriculums, and made up some questionnaires about students' satisfaction and the direction of information literacy education. An information literacy curriculum was designed using this reference model and lots of students are satisfied with this curriculum after activating in this class. Designed cubic reference model which has a characteristic to expose flexible and systematic context representation in the university curriculum can guide researchers to design, manage, and evaluate information literacy curriculum.

Programming learning has been recognized as a difficult subject for a long time. To solve these problems, various studies have been conducted. This study was conducted on motivation to break away from programming learning according to gender, one of the characteristics of learners. In this study, pre-post questionnaire surveys were conducted for male students and female students who were involved in scratch learning and Python learning. The results of the study showed that male students had higher confidence in programming learning than female students, but there was no significant difference in overall items. In addition, it was possible to find the difference in motivation to break out from the learning according to the major of students by gender. Through this study, it is expected that it will be helpful to prepare learning strategies to enhance learning motivation and satisfaction by considering learner characteristics in programming learning.

The Ministry of educational science and technology is about to conduct its 7th &8th curriculum. However, there are some problems in achieving its goals under the current class model system in both educational and architectural. This study finds the characteristics of the arrangements and architectural planning in the departmental system - designed high schools. As a result, the arrangement was tend to be 'overall type' or 'central type' depending on the teaching-learning efficiency. Liberal arts and science&technology groups were placed close, and foreign languages and general cultural studies were arranged close as well. Importantly, there were supporting facilities such as a gymnasium, a cafeteria, a library, a computer lab, and an all-purpose-room, and this arrangement provided convenience. It is for the better learning effect and the high efficiency. It is worthy noticing that the placement and formation of individual or study space is regarded importantly. In flow planning, it seemed that it was designed to reduce the users' movement to a minimum. However, there are still some problems compared to Japan or the States, who already has an established departmental system. I think that the government should enforce its necessity of planning to schools, relevant divisions, or architects to bring it up. Furthermore, it is urgently needed a practical and future-oriented study that can forecast any changes in architectural spaces within the ever-changing teaching and learning environment in the information-oriented society.
