Objective : The main topic of this study is how the contribution of Treatiseon Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases written by Zhang Zhongjing(张仲景) to the theory of spleen and stomach has been. Method : Analysis of formula in Treatiseon Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases with theoretical and historical perspectives is the main method of the study. Result : The theory of spleen and stomach，which is formed in the long term medical practice, is the important component theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Zhang Zhongjing made a great contribution to the theory of spleen and stomach from disease prevention, the contraindication, drug usage, aftercare and so on in Treatiseon Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases, which fully shows the academic ideals of strengthening spleen and stomach. Conclusion : Helping to study Treatiseon Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases and understand the thought of Zhang Zhongjing, and gives reference to the theory of spleen and stomach' research in Treatiseon Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases.

The DNA fingerprint polymorphism and the genetic relationship were studied by RAPD technology on Chaidamu goat (CG), Chaidamu Cashmere goat (CCG) and Liaoning Cashmere goat (LCG) from Chaidamu Basin of Qinghai province, China. The results showed that: The amplified bands were all 94 in 3 goat populations by using 8 random primers, and the DNA polymorphism frequencies of CG, CCG and LCG were 0.8404, 0.8617 and 0.8511, respectively, and the length of these DNA fragments were 176-2937 bp. The mean heterozygosities of the 3 goat populations were 0.5148, 0.5142 and 0.5075, respectively. The genetic relationship between CCG and CG or LCG were similar (Gst=4.37% and 3.79%; $D_{ij}=0.0109$ and 0.0106), and that between CG and LCG was further (Gst=13.14%; $D_{ij}=0.0230$). These results also showed that the genetic relationship between CCG and LCG was the closest, then CG and LCG, and CG and CCG was distant.

The aim of the present study is to determine clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of yugan-tang. We compared symptoms and liver function test results of 160 patients with damp-heat type liver disease in before and after taking yugan-tang. The patients took 200ml yugan-tang two times daily for three months. Then we analyzed these datas statistically. The overall therapeutic effect was "markedly improved" in 70 of 160 patients (43.75%) and "improved" in 75 of 160 patients (46.88%). yugan-tang markedly improved damp-heat type liver disease, especially jaundice, abdominal distention, hypochondriac pain, nause, vomiting and anorexia. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level and total bilirubin (TBIL) level were within normal limits at baseline. But albumin-globulin ratio (A/G) level was not changed markedly. I think that yugan-tang is worth applying widely to clinic.

Patients with lumbar disc herniation are faced with lowered quality of life. For this reason, we investigated the effects of Oriental Intensive Therapy (OIT) including acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, manual therapy and herbal medicine on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Ten patients, diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation by MRI in hospital, were treated with OIT for 12 weeks. Symptoms of the patients were assessed using Verbal Numerical Rating Scale (VNRS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). All patients were investigated every a week. In our results, intensity of pain was reduced after 4 weeks treatment significantly by VNRS, Quality of life has also improved after 4 weeks treatment by ODI. In conclusion, this study suggests that OIT may be effective to treat patients with lumbar disc herniation.

Due to the global-convection currents, transboundary transport of air pollutants is widely observed in many regions of the world. This study was carried out to investigate the pattern of long-range transport of air pollutants in North East Asia, especially the impact of air pollutants originated in China and Japan on the air quality in Korea. From the meteorological data at the 850 mb surface from May 1986 through April 1987 at 54 obsevation stations in the North East Asia region, the backward and forward trajectories were calculated using interpolation method. And the contributions of pollution sources in neighbor countries to the air quality in Korea were analyzed. It was concluded that air pollution in China had a great influence on the air quality in Korea throughout the year : it could be transported to Korea just within 2 or 3 days most of the time. The trajectory analysis showed that pollution sources in Beijing. Liaoning Province, and Shandong Province, the most heavily industrialized areas in China., were the most influential for the air quality in Korea except for summer season. Durnig summer season, the air pollution in Shanhai and Japan could have moer influence on Korea. Such transboundary transport of air pollutants necessitate international cowork and cooperation in the region of North East Asia.

Objectives : Through the analysis of the harmonization(和) thought in Traditional Chinese culture, and then excavate the theory and application of Harmonization Method(和法) in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經) and Shanghan Zabing Lun(傷寒雜病論). Methods : We find the harmonization(和) means harmony and neutral in traditional Chinese culture, including the harmony of society, the harmony of the mind and the body, and so on. Results : Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經) emphasized the health status is moderate, the disease state is unbalance, preserving our health should keep the yin-yang equilibrium, treating disease should reestablish the equilibrium status, which establish the foundation of the theory of Harmonization Method(和法). Shanghan Zabing Lun(傷寒雜病論) created the methods of settlement and harmony, which is a precedent for the wide application of Harmonization Method(和法) for future generations, including to reconcile the interior-exterior and yin-yang, to harmony the ying-wei and qi-blood, to reconcile the activities of qi of internal organs. Conclusions : The harmonization(和) is the ideological foundation of the theory system of TCM and the Harmonization Method(和法). The Harmonization Method(和法) is an important treatment method for clinical practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Objectives : Through the analyze of formative factor of time sense and the vital movement temporal rhythm in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經). Methods : We find out the principle and methods of Chronomedicine and Health Preserving in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經), and this finding will direct the life nurturing for later generations. We find that time sense had been established in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經), which had yin-yang and five elements characteristic. Results : There have temporal rhythm of functions of zang-fu viscera, meridian and collateral, qi and blood. Based on the theory of correspondence between human body and natural environment, established principle of health maintenance about based on yin and yang, temporal rhythm of visceral qi. Conclusions : Established health maintenance methods based on time such as adjusting-spirit according to time, regular daily life, dietary regimen according to time, needling and moxibustion according to time. These methods will guide syndrome differentiation and therapeutic method and Medication which based on suitable time.

동북아시아의 정세는 일본, 중국, 필리핀, 베트남 등 동중국해 연안 국가 간 영토 분쟁, 북한의 연이은 핵실험 및 장거리 탄도미사일 발사 시험, 중국의 랴오닝급 항공모함 건조 등으로 인해 급변하고 있다. 특히 불안정한 북한의 상황, 중국의 해군력 증강을 통한 A2/AD(Anti-Access/Area Denial, 반접근/지역거부) 전략 등으로 인해 미국의 아시아 태평양 지역 안보 전략의 재검토가 불가피하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 변경된 미국의 아시아 태평양 안보 전략과 미 해군 전력의 재배치 계획에 대해 조사 및 분석하고, 변화된 주변 환경이 우리의 안보에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다.

In this paper an 8-node quadrilateral assumed stress hybrid Mindlin plate element with $39{\beta}$ is presented. The formulation is based on complementary energy principle. The proposed element is free of shear locking and is capable of passing all the patch tests, especially the non-zero constant shear enhanced patch test. To accomplish this purpose, special attention is devoted to selecting boundary displacement interpolation and stress approximation in domain. The arbitrary order Timoshenko beam function is successfully used to derive the boundary displacement interpolation. According to the equilibrium equations, an appropriate stress approximation is rationally derived. Particularly, in order to improve element's accuracy, the assumed stress field is derived by employing $39{\beta}$ rather than conventional $21{\beta}$. The resulting element can be adopted to analyze both moderately thick and thin plates, and the convergence for the very thin case can be ensured theoretically. Excellent element performance is demonstrated by a wide of experimental evaluations.
