  • 본 논문은 배터리 등가 회로 모델의 파라미터를 실시간으로 추정 가능한 온라인 업데이트 알고리즘을 비교 분석한다. 온라인 업데이트 알고리즘은 EKF (Extended Kalman Filter)와 RLS (Recursive Least Square)를 기반으로 구성되며 Li-ion 배터리를 이용한 실험 결과를 통하여 각 알고리즘의 연산량, 정확도 등을 분석한다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 적용 시스템의 환경과 특성에 따라 적합한 온라인 업데이트 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Origin and Meanings of Shape of Vital Gate(命門) in Yixuerunmen(醫學入門) (『의학입문(醫學入門)』 명문(命門) 형상(形狀)의 유래와 의의)

  • Objectives : To research origin of the shape of vital gate(命門) in Yixuerunmen makes us understand more exactly what the author, Li Chan(李梴) thought vital gate shaped. Methods : It's shape described in his book was compared with pictures portraying it in Hua Tuo Xuan Men Nei Zhao Tu(華陀玄門內照圖), one of references of his book. Results : He reasonably modified its passing track, while explaining it according to the paintings in Hua Tuo Xuan Men Nei Zhao Tu. Vital gate, as he thought, was not an real organ like the other five viscera, but a cord or a tube similar to blood vessels. He believed its cord had long connections from pericardium to terminal of urethra, which went through pericardium upward, right kidney downward, right around terminal rectum down-frontward, and urethra in parallel outward. Conclusions : He had consistent understandings for vital gate to penetrate several different viewpoints, as based on pictures in Hua Tuo Xuan Men Nei Zhao Tu.

Preparation of Polymer Composites Containing Gold Nanonetworks Using an Amphiphilic Poly(oxyethylene) Brush

  • We synthesized gold nanonetwork using the amphiphilic polymer brush, poly(oxyethylene) containing decyltri(oxyethylene)thiomethyl ($C_{10}H_{21}(OCH_2CH_2)_3SCH_2-$) side groups, as a stabilizer and/or a template. When tetrabutylammonium borohydride solution in THF was added to a mixture solution of the polymer and $LiAuCl_4$ in THF, 0-D gold nanomaterials were obtained. However, when an aqueous solution of sodium borohydride was added, gold nanonetworks were synthesized. The composites composed of polymer/0-D gold nanomaterials and polymer/gold nanonetworks showed electrical conductivities of ${\sim}10^{-9}$ and ${\sim}10^{-3}S/cm$, respectively, which indicated that the gold nanonetworks increased the electrical conductivity.

Behavior of Mechanical Anchorage of Bars Embedded in Concrete Blocks

  • This paper presents an experimental study to investigate the behavior of mechanical anchorage of reinforcing bars in concrete members. Three kinds of mechanical anchorage which are a kind of headed reinforcements are considered in this study. Total seven specimens were prepared to consider the effects of anchoring methods (Type A, Type B and Type C) and anchorage lengths of the reinforcing bars (14 $d_{b}$, 12 $d_{b}$, 9 $d_{b}$). Pullout tests conforming to ASTM were carried out to assess the effects of several variables on anchoring strength of bars. Based on the test results, it was concluded that the behavior of the specimen anchored by the mechanical anchorage with the anchor-age length of 12 $d_{b}$, is as good as, or better than that of the specimen anchored by 90-degree standard hook.rd hook.

  • The structure of railroad or subway is that low fare transportation system of the large traffic volume. Like this structure is subjected to the cyclic load of moving vehicle. Consequently the result of the settlement analysis or plastic deformation prediction of railroad bed could be used as an important factor in safety of the railroad. The results of cyclic triaxial test were used in the numerical analysis of power model which Li and Selig(1994) developed. The soil samples were obtained from the construction site of railroad. Cyclic triaxial test was conducted with the variation of the magnitude of cyclic load and soil types. The large magnitude of plastic deformation in the railroad bed is caused of structure failure of the railroad.

  • 본 논문은 리튬폴리머 배터리를 입력 전압원으로 High-Altitude Electomagnetic Pulse (HEMP) 구동용 고밀도 고전압 충전기의 설계를 다루며, 제안하는 충전기는 독특한 3상 델타-와이 변압기 구조를 갖는 5.4kW 용량의 LCC 공진 컨버터로 제작 되었다. 풀브릿지 형태로 4개의 스위치를 사용하는 단상 충전기는 동일 용량을 설계하는 경우, 입력 전류량이 높아 소자의 발열로 충전기의 동작 시간이 제한되고 누설 인덕턴스에 의한 스파이크성 전압이 크게 발생하여 충전기의 안정적인 구동이 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 6개의 스위치를 사용하는 삼상 충전기를 HEMP 구동용 고밀도 고전압 충전기에 적용하였다. 동일 용량의 단상과 삼상 충전기 설계과정과 시뮬레이션 결과를 분석해 각 충전기의 차이점을 비교하고, 저항 및 커패시터 부하 실험으로 제안하는 삼상 충전기의 동작과 성능을 검증하였다.

Numerical Simulation of Flow Field and Organism Concentration in a UV Disinfection Channel

  • This paper investigates the flow field and organism concentration in a UV disinfection channel in which vertical ultraviolet lamps are arranged in a staggered configuration. Turbulence is described by low Reynolds number ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model and standard ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model, respectively. P-1 method has been employed to solve the radiative transfer equation. The obtained incident radiation is used to compute the inactivation term in the species equation. The CFD results are in good agreement with the existing experimental data for the UV channel. For the flow field, the low-Reynolds number ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ model is superior to the standard ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ model. The approach velocity has a significant effect on the disinfection efficiency. The organism concentration at the outlet decreases fast to a low inlet velocity.

  • 소음이 심하거나 긴급한 상황 등에서 서로 다른 핸드제스처에 대한 인식을 컴퓨터의 입력으로 받고 이를 특정 명령으로 인식하는 등의 연구가 로봇 분야에서 연구되고 있다. 그러나 핸드제스처에 대한 전처리 과정에서 RGB데이터를 활용하거나 또는 스켈레톤을 활용하는 연구들이 다양하게 연구되었지만, 실생활에서의 노이즈가 많아 분류 정확도가 높지 않거나 컴퓨팅 파워의 사용이 과다한 문제가 발생했다. 본 논문에서는 RGBD 이미지를 사용하여 Hand Gesture를 트레이닝 받은 Keras 모델을 통해 입력받은 Hand Gesture을 분류하는 연구를 진행하였다. Depth Camera를 통하여 입력받은 Hand Gesture Raw-Data를 Image로 재구성하여 딥러닝을 진행하였다.

  • 본 논문은 High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) 응용 분야에 적용되는 리튬 이온 베터리를 이용한 커패시터 충전전원 장치에 관하여 다룬다. 기존에 제안하였던 5.4 kJ/s 고전압 커패시터 충전기를 9 kJ/s 로 용량을 늘렸고, 고전압 커패시터 충전기 후단에 공진 충전 회로를 도입하여 2단 충전 구조로 펄스 방전 시 발생할 수 있는 역전압과 reflecting pulses로 부터 커패시터 충전 전원 장치를 보호한다. 제안하는 충전기의 성능은 시뮬레이션 및 기초 부하 실험을 통해 확인되었다.
