This study evaluated the effect of microwave-dried black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) larvae meal (HILM) as a dietary protein source for broiler diets. A total of 250 male broilers were randomly allocated to five dietary treatment groups (10 replicates and 5 birds·pen^-1) which were respectively fed the following: a control diet (HI0) and four experimental diets in which soybean meal was replaced with 2 (HI2), 4, 6, and 8% HILM. At the end of the study (35 d), blood samples were collected from 10 randomly selected broilers (1 bird per pen) to determine serum parameters. Then, the broilers were slaughtered to determine volatile fatty acid (VFA) profiles in cecal digesta. The average daily gain and average daily feed intake linearly decreased (p < 0.01), and the feed conversion ratio linearly increased (p < 0.05) according to the inclusion level of HILM; however, there were no significant differences between the HI0 and HI2 groups. Dietary HILM increased (p < 0.01) the total VFAs in cecal digesta and decreased (p < 0.05) the triglyceride level in the blood. The broilers fed HILM had lower (p < 0.01) serum phosphorus levels; dietary HILM increased (p < 0.05) the serum calcium level. The total VFAs in cecal digesta were positively influenced by the dietary microwave-dried HILM. However, a low inclusion level (2%) of HILM in broiler diets is proper in terms of growth performance and health.

The purpose of this study was to examine the accomplishments and problems of National Target Program on New Rural Development(NTP-NRD) of the Vietnam government during the 1st stage(2011-2015). Based on the literature review and interview, the following suggestions were drawn with related to 19 criteria and 39 indicators; 1) the relationship between the overall goal and 19 criteria as its measures seems to be inconsistence, so that the meet of the 19 criteria regarded as the goal of the NTP-NRD, 2) there was no measures for the communes, where met the requirement of 19 criteria early, 3) most indicators were output oriented, while outcome level were little, 4) it needed to adjust for the some indicators as the implementation unit from commune level to more wider spatial level.

본 연구의 목적은 승마 체험 참여자들의 참여정도에 따른 사회성발달 및 생활만족과의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 승마프로그램 참여자들을 모집단으로 설정하고 유층 집락 무선표집법(Stratified cluster random sampling)의 방법으로 표본을 추출하였다. 입력된 자료는 Windows용 SPSS/AMOS 22.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 통계 처리하였고, 그 결과 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 승마 체험의 참여정도, 사회성발달과 함께 생활만족은 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 승마 체험 참가자들의 참여정도와 사회성발달은 관계가 부분적으로 있었다. 특히 승마 체험 참여정도가 사회성 발달의 활동성에 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 승마 체험 참가정도는 참가자의 생활만족과의 관계에 영향 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 승마 체험 참여에 따른 사회성발달은 생활만족에 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 승마 체험 참여와 사회성발달 및 생활만족은 인과 관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to identify in two aspects the relationship between standardization activities and technological development at the firm level. The first aspect is to analyze the relationship between the current Korean industrial standards system and the firm's technological development vis-a-vis quality standards. The analysis reveals that even if Korean firms recognize the importance of standards, the level of product quality of the KS mark is still lower compared to the average world level. The survey also reveals that the reasons for acquiring ISO and KS marks are mainly aimed at enforcing company image and increasing quality management mind, rather than to foster technological innovation. The second aspect explores how much Korean industrial standards (KS marks) affect the firm's technological development in the Process of standards acquisition activities. The survey results show that standardization activities have a less positive impact on technological innovation than on the maintenance of consistent production works.

Today, the times of knowledge-intelligence made changes of the ordinary life of citizens society, and also changed greatly the circumstance of leadership in the military. The times of knowledge-intelligence changed the circumstances of national security and the features of warfares, and also make affecting decisively to senses and style of new who were servicing in the military. In order to response effectively against the changes of those leadership circumstances, senior level leadership should be understand in depth human psychology and battlefield circumstances in the dimension of policies and strategies, and should be executed their leadership. In this thesis, I reviewed the concept and vision of senior level leadership theories and cases about traits and roles In addition, I suggested development options for senior level leadership such as (1) high charactenstics and professionalism, (2)educational center of military for advanced democratic citizen and leadership, (3)execution of leadership in psychological leadership, (4)development of leadership needed in the battlefield Finally, the current military senior level leadership should be changed from one-side and authority style to the change-orientated style, which could believe and participate by themselves.

The dynamic range of the radar which uses digital signal processors is limited by ADC(analog- to-digital converter). This parameter and ADC loss depend on the noise level of radar receivers. In order to stabilize the performance of radar systems, it is necessary to maintain the noise level constantly. This paper presents a noise AGC(automatic gain control) concept that can keep the noise level constantly and proves that the concept is acceptable through evaluation and hardware test.

This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' level of satisfaction & demand of neighborhood environment and recognized residents' importance level & improvement priority of neighborhood environment at new 3 residential areas in the middle-sized city. The 3 residential areas had differentiated development concepts; (1) residential area in the downtown (2) government-residence compound area in the downtown and (3) industry-residence compound area in the outskirts. Followings are the results of the study. 1) It is different that importance level which have effect on satisfaction of neighborhood environment according to the 3 residential areas. 2) In terms of improvement priority residents present higher preference on location. In terms of improvement priority is different according to the 3 residential areas.

This paper describes the development of a piezoelectric level switch, which aims to effectively monitor the level status in high ambient temperatures. In order to adjust the impedance near the resonant frequency and temperature characteristics, the effect of the case and backing layer materials on its performance was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM). The suggested prototype new level switch has three heat-sink plates attached to SUS bar of 230 mm long, and case of PEEK which contains PZT sensing part. To illustrate the validity of this level switch, 10 samples are prepared and investigated the sensing performance through the high and low temperature ambient.

This study is on the experiment and prediction of the pipe noise due to the internal fluid. The vibration of pipe external surface and noise in air were measured according to the internal fluid velocity and pipe type. In the experiment, the vibration and noise level of the straight pipe and rounded pipes show that the vibration and noise level are almost same. The 900 mitred pipe shows the high vibration and noise level. In the prediction of noise due to the internal flow, the method using the pipe surface vibration and radiation efficiency shows good agreement with experimental result.

The concept of inclusive development provides equal opportunities for all participants in access to the labor market and resource allocation. This concept emphasizes the equality of human capital, the ecological state of the environment, social protection and food security. This concept is fundamentally different from the standard perception of economic growth, because it has broader goals than simply increasing incomes and GDP. It rejects the position that positive results are an automatic consequence of growth; here the basic condition is human development and increase of its well-being, reduction of poverty. Therefore, it is not the result of distribution that becomes primary, but the involvement in the process of social reproduction. An alternative system of characterization of the country's position according to the resulting indicator of the Inclusive Development Index was presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos. In this research the methodical development of the system of estimation of the index of inclusive development for regions of the NUTS 4 level of the European classification is resulted.
