본 연구는 우리나라 관광정보안내체계의 전반적 현황을 살펴보고 관광정보의 전달에 있어서 중요한 위치에 있는 관광안내 소의 문제점을 안내요원의 인적 서비스 차원과 제공되는 정보 차원에서 검토하면서 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Under the social conditions that an understanding of a men change socially and men's interests in their appearances are on the increase, this research intends to study and analyze the changes of people's sensibility of values on ads for men's cosmetics, which is said to be performed the social, cultural function reflecting the social consciousness, the value and the idea creating a new one. The documents for the research was sindonga. The ad showed that they've changed making a difference according to the times. In 1970s, it expressed a man for cleanness and modernity living in urbanized and modernized society. On the other hand, it expressed a man who won success socially and enjoyed a comfortable life in a dignified manner, or a man who was fond of sports leisure activity pursuing a clam and composed life and was interested in the skin and an appearance in 1980s. From 1990 to 2002, it expressed a man of challengeable manly beauty having a strong will toward social achievement, or a man who has a sweet manly beauty with sex appeal to a woman. Besides, it expressed a man who is soft, faithful and affectionate with a liberal and peaceful atmosphere as well.

The thermoforming process is widely used in the plastics industry to produce articles for the packaging, automotive, domestic construction and leisure industries. The microcellular foaming process appeared at M.I.T. in 1980s to save a quantity of polymer materials and increase their mechanical properties. The glass transition temperature of polymer materials is one of many important process variables in appling the microcellular foaming process to the conventional thermoforming process. The goal of this research is to evaluate the relation between gas absorption and glass transition temperature in batch process using microcellular foaming process. The weight gain ratio of polymer materials has a conception of gas absorption. Polymers such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS), polystyrene(PS) have been used in this experiment. According to conventional Chows model and Cha-Yoon model, it was estimated with real experimental result to predict a change of glass transition temperature as a function of the weight gain ratio of polymer materials in batch process to gain microcellular foamed plastic products.

As quality of life improves recently, people began to pay more attention to outdoor environment and outdoor activities. In case of the U.S.A., community garden is utilized as space for plant cultivation and horticulture activities and the space is also used for complex activities such as education, play, leisure and rest. At the same time, such diverse activities are linked with creating social and economic wealth, thus creating sustainable values in the community. This study targets to identify the social and economic effects of community garden. For this purpose, the study analyzes the detailed cases of community gardens in the U.S. and analyzed the contents of the study based on the theory of social capital. In case of Korea, community gardens are operated in the form of urbane farming and parks in most cases but it is desirable in terms of contribution to the community and sustainability to manage the community gardens with space characteristics and programs that set up communities by gathering many residents in the community. It is necessary to approach the matter of community garden comprehensively and to set up comprehensive and complex plans to form community gardens. This study is expected to function as an important base for such purpose.

Side-stream cigarette smoke (SSCS) is a major component of environmental tobacco smoke. The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of lung injury and lipid peroxidation in the lung and liver of immunodeficient (Nude) mice exposed to acute SSCS (a total 5 hours of exposure). The effects of French maritime bark extract (Pycnogeno $l^{ⓡ}$) supplementation of the mice were also determined. SSCS increased pulmonary resistance and lipid peroxidation in these mice. Pycnogeno $l^{ⓡ}$ supplementation increased vitamin E levels in lung and liver. In addition, Pycnogeno $l^{ⓡ}$ attenuated SSCS-mediated lung injury and lipid peroxidation. It appears that the enhanced resistance against SSCS-induced lung injury and lipid peroxidation may be primarily due to the antioxidant property of Pycnogeno $l^{ⓡ}$ in supplemented mice.

The study is aimed to suggest user-oriented improvement strategies for spatial plan of senior centers that provide the elderly with leisure and welfare functions for in rural areas. Five counties with the highest ratio of the elderly of 65 or over were selected from Gyeongsangbuk-do rural areas. The study classified the senior centers into 5 types depending on their floor plan, conducted individual interviews on the representatives and users of the centers using open-end questions through one-day observation on the spot, and performed actual measurement of the floor and analysis of current use. Based on above research, the result was drawn by physical characteristics, the current use, and requirements. The study is intended to serve as preliminary data for future plan of senior centers in rural areas.

The purpose of this study is to analyze silver consumers' life style, and whether silver consumers ’ life style have an effect on purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of the health functional foods. To this end, a survey was conducted from May 28 to June 20 in 2007, among silver consumer aged in over 50s, on their purchase experience of the health functional foods. The survey was conducted with 326 subjects, and the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. According to the result of this study, First, the silver consumers' life style factors were determined to be health and leisure pursuit, material pursuit, family pursuit, and outgoing challenge pursuit. And purchase satisfaction factors of the health functional foods were determined to be taking after dosage and service, function and purchase, appearance of health functional foods. Second, silver consumers' family pursuit life style and outgoing challenge life style had an effect on taking and service satisfaction, appearance and products satisfaction of the health functional foods. Third, purchase satisfaction had an effect on repurchase intention of the health functional foods. Therefore, this study is significant in that it clarifies the relation of silver consumers' life style and purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of the health functional foods.

Purpose: Today, participation rate of water sport has been dramatically increased due to expansion of leisure time and concerns. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the exercise commitment of university water sport participants on re-participation intentions and to induce insights for expanding water sport industry. Research design, data, and methodology: Subjects were collected from undergraduate students who participated water sports class in University. The sample was extracted by purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling method. To achieve the purpose of the research, survey was processed to 281 subjects. SPSS Version 21.0 was used to analyze the data. All statistical significance level was set to p<.05. In terms of measurement, items of demographic information, exercise commitment, and re-participation intentions were utilized. Results: The results are as follows. Frist, in the difference in exercise commitment and re-participation intention according to the grade, only the re-participation intention was significant. The effects of the exercise commitment of university water sport participants on re participation intentions were statistically significant. Conclusions: The findings indicate the function of sport club participants' commitment towards water sports in promoting their intentions to re-participation. The study suggested insights and future directions for expanding water sport markets and related industry.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the shopping motivations of consumers at South Korean convenience stores and create distinct consumer segments based on these motivations. Additionally, the research seeks to propose tailored marketing strategies for convenience stores by analyzing consumer demographics and satisfaction levels within each segment. Research design, data and methodology: Using factor analysis, we identify three primary shopping motivation factors: "social/leisure," "functional," and "convenience." Subsequently, we use cluster analysis to group convenience store consumers into three categories: the "convenience-seeking group," the "function/convenience-seeking group," and the "multipurpose-seeking group." To gain a deeper understanding of each consumer segment, we investigate how demographic factors relate to their levels of satisfaction. Results: These findings offer valuable insights for adapting to shifting consumer preferences and the increasingly competitive landscape of South Korean convenience stores, especially in the expanding services offered by online businesses. Conclusions: This research emphasizes the significance of developing marketing strategies tailored to address the distinctive needs and preferences of individual consumer segments. These strategies empower convenience stores to establish a competitive advantage in the market.

Due to increased interest in safety in sports, leisure, industries, and daily life; the demand for products that protect the head is increasing. As a preparatory study for the development of head protection for head injury prevention, this study analyzed patents and utility models related to head protection products such as industrial safety helmets, vehicle helmets, and sports protection gear. For this study, 368 patents and utility models for head protection products searched through WipsOn were selected and analyzed by application year, function, application, protection area, main material, and subject. From the analytic results of this study, the quantitative and qualitative flow and characteristics of developing technology related to head protection products were identified. Through the trend of current technology, it provided data to seek the development direction in the future. The significance of this study is to secure objective data to establish a road map for creating new Intellectual Property for head protection products.
