노인의 실버산업 이용실태에 관한 연구 - 여가서비스를 중심으로 (The study on the realities of silver industry - focusing on the consumption of leisure services)

  • This study aimed at identifying and analyzing consumption of leisure services in silver industry and factors that had effects on them. This focused on the consumption of leisure services and its influence on the variables related to change of elderly's attitude, because socio-economic environment structure is improved and average life span is prolonged. The main findings of the research were as follows: 1. Totally, the percentage of leisure services consumption not so high and kinds of leisure were not various. Also, the reason why they use leisure was just for self-development and their indifference to leisure made them not to use services. 2. There were significant differences in individual characteristics and family-environmental conditions relating the consumption of leisure services in the silver industry. 3. Among variables which influence on the consumption of leisure of the elderly, job was the most significant factors. Also average monthly income, the changable inclination in food, clothing and shelter, social support of the family, status of residing, status of health and source of income were influential variables.

Secondary Literature Analysis: The Marketing Practice to Attract Potential Customers into Leisure and Sports Industry

  • Purpose: The marketing practice for the leisure and sports industry is a complex process that requires a thorough understanding of the audience, their needs and motivations. Thus, this niche market is focused on specific products, services, or experiences. The present research explores and suggests meaningful strategies based on the literature textual dataset to provide how to attract consumers in this sector. Research design, data and methodology: We have conducted the 'Secondary Literature Analysis', reviewing and summarizing numerous findings in the relevant prior studies. As a result, we could obtain a total of 15 significant textual resources which are from only peer-reviewed journal article. All resources had a high quality of the instrument to prove their results. Results: The findings of this research pointed out that marketers in leisure sports sector need to communicate via following methods: (1) Understanding the Customers' Needs and Wants, (2) Social Media, (3) Advertising, (4) Promoting Brand Affinity, (5) Offering Discounts, and (6) Providing Value-Added Services. Conclusions: The present research concludes that the marketing practice in the leisure and sports industry should be performed using various channels. In addition, marketing practitioners are supposed to check if tailored marketing messages are compatible with products, services, and events that relate to their target audience's interests.

울산광역시의 여가산업 분석 (Analysis of Leisure Industries in Ulsan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 울산광역시의 여가산업의 규모를 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위해서 문화체육관광부에서 제공하는 2008여가백서의 여가산업분류표를 기준으로 여가산업을 크게 여가용품산업, 여가공간산업, 여가서비스산업으로 구분하였고, 통계청에서 제공하고 있는 국가통계포털사이트(http://www.kosis.kr)의 9차 개정(2007년 기준)을 이용하여 사업체수, 종사자수, 종사자의 성별, 매출액 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과 울산광역시의 여가산업과 관련된 사업체수 10,292개, 종사자수 23,357명, 종사자의 남성 8,699명, 여성 14,631명 이었고, 매출액 규모는 1조 1,675억 원이었다. 구체적으로 살며보면, 여가용품산업의 사업체수는 1,041개, 종사자수는 1,867명, 매출액은 1,227억 원이었고, 여가공간산업의 사업체수는 6,534개, 종사자수는 15,752명, 매출액은 6,940억 원이었으며, 마지막으로 여가서비스산업의 사업체수는 2,717, 종사자수는 5,738명, 매출액은 3,507억 원이었다. 울산의 여가산업 중에서 여가용품산업은 여가용품제조업의 비중이 거의 없고, 여가공간산업에서 유흥업소의 비중이 높으며, 여가서비스산업은 여가교육서비스업이 많았다.

변압기 효율 적정화를 위한 변압기 부하율 조사 및 추정 (Investigation and Estimation of Transformer Load Factor for Rationalization of Transformer's Efficiency)

  • In this paper, We investigate the number of 795 transformer in the private electrical facilities and analyze the annual load factor. The results show that the annual load factor of transformer is 20.16% in manufacturing industry, education services(school) is 9.59%, retail and wholesale services is 19.68%, resort and leisure industry is 10.93%, office building is 13.10%, and apartment houses is 14.69%. Education services, resort and leisure industry are being operated with a very low annual load factor. The relatively small capacity of less than 500kVA transformer also been analyzed that is being operated with a low load factor. Therefore, In order to minimize the power loss of the transformer, it is advisable to complement the Transformer Efficiency Management system to be designed the efficiency is good transformer when the load is low. Analysis results will be used as the basis for the provision of transformer efficiency management system and be used High-efficiency transformers promotion system.

  • Recently, data analysis technology through artificial intelligence is attracting major attention in various industrial fields. In addition, with the increase in personal income, nowadays, the importance of heterogeneous leisure life is becoming more prominent. However, there is a problem that the tourism industry is not out of the traditional service framework. For the ultimate development of the tourism industry, it is time to provide more scientific and systematic tourism services. In this paper, various data analysis techniques in the field of computer science are applied to the field of tourism to realize next generation tourism services. To this end, the scope of this study is limited to the aviation service, and a natural ecosystem of the aviation industry for future-oriented services of aviation tourism that can improve the efficiency of aviation service gradually is established. The proposed method effectively solves the problems of traditional aviation services through data analysis techniques with artificial intelligence techniques in computer science. We expect that it will enhance the customized satisfaction of customers through personalized service and foster loyal customers in aviation companies through the method proposed.

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify current trends in the sport industry in Korea, U.S. and Japan and to also analyze the potential of the sport industry in the 21st Century. This paper analyzes the current sport related index of Korea, U.S. and Japan and the effect of scientific development. Scientific development has provided prosperity to modern societies and has thus increased the personal disposable income and leisure time available to people living in these societies, Many people spend their?leisure time on sports related activities and the number is growing day by day and this situation makes the sports market a very attractive and important business sector in the world. Considering the increase of household income and leisure time and the introduction of a five-day working week system, the sports market potential growth will be considerable and it is certain the demand for sports related activities, services and products will also show increases in the 21st Century. This paper estimates that sports expenditures could be estimated at $10 billion in Korea, $150 billion in U.S and 4.3 billion yen in Japan. The general trends currently in action in the sport industry estimate that these numbers are growing rapidly and the relative importance of the sport industry among all industries is becoming one of the most important new emerging markets in the world.

  • 국내 마리나항만은 해양레저의 대중화와 더불어 해양관광산업 육성을 위하여 2010년 마리나항만법 제정 및 제1차 마리나항만기본계획 수립으로 전국에 34개 이상의 시설들이 조성 운영 중에 있다. 본 연구는 해양레저 트렌드 변화와 함께 레저선박 수요증가에 대응한 국내 마리나항만의 운영 여건을 분석하고 마리나항만의 유형 및 기능에 따른 서비스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 국내 마리나항만이 해양레저활성화의 기반시설로 활용되기 위해서는 마리나항만의 규모와 입지적 특성에 맞는 서비스기능 제고방안이 마련되어야 한다. 또한 마리나항만내 레저선박의 환경관리와 관광객 편의제공을 위한 시설개선이 필요하다.

  • 해양레저 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책 기조에 따라 2009년 마리나항만법 제정 및 제1차 마리나항만기본계획이 수립되면서 현재 전국적으로 마리나항만 시설 34개소가 조성·운영 중이다. 본 연구는 해양관광 트렌드 변화와 레저선박 수요 증가에 대응한 국내 마리나항만 운영여건을 분석하고 마리나항만 정책의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 국내 마리나항만이 해양레저 활성화를 위한 기반시설로 활용되기 위해서는 마리나항만의 규모와 입지적 특성에 맞는 서비스 기능 제고 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

  • The structure of industry has changed from manufacturing economy to service industry economy. Especially when it comes to the standard of the countries with OECD membership, the ratio of the service industry regarding the total industry as well as the total working labor has been reaching to 70%. Considering these facts in mind, the productivity of service industry has become crucial day by day. Under this situation, this study aims to help seeking the solution to enhance the productivity by comparing and analyzing the productivity level of theme park industry in Korea with that of an advanced country. The service productivity of two companies that represent tour and leisure industry in Korea and Japan are compared and analyzed, and through this it suggests ways to improve service productivity of theme park industry in Korea.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시뮬레이션골프 참여자들의 건강관심도, 여가스포츠열정 그리고 심리적 행복감 간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울, 경기지역에 거주하는 성인 남녀를 대상으로 한정하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 규명하기 위하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 분석 등을 사용하였다. 위와 같은 연구 과정을 거쳐 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 시뮬레이션골프 참여자의 건강관심도는 조화열정에 긍정적인영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 시뮬레이션골프참여자의 건강관심도는 강박열정에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 시뮬레이션골프 참여자의 건강관심도는 심리적 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 시뮬레이션골프 참여자의 조화열정은 심리적 행복감에 긍정적인영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 시뮬레이션골프 참여자의 강박열정은 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 비추어 볼 때 건강을 중시하는 현대인들에게 시뮬레이션골프의 재미를 통해 운동열정을 높임으로써 건강한 삶을 영위할 수 있는 방안을 모색했다는 점에 의의가 있다.
