본 논문에서는 교통사고 데이터베이스 구축을 통해 교통사교 현황과 사고 당시의 여러 정황들을 파악할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다. 이 정보들에는 사고 당시의 기상상태, 도로형태, 차종, 연령, 성별 등의 데이터들이 포함되고 이러한 정보들을 바탕으로 데이터베이스 사용자들은 각 사고 별 종합적인 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이를 통해 정부 당국 외에 보험사 등에 교통사고 관련 정책을 위한 유용한 정보들을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 운전자 개인들에게도 정보들을 제공해 교통사고를 보다 효율적으로 예방할 수 있다.

고유전물질인 $HfO_2$ 극박막에 사용될 TaN metal 전극에 대한 특성에 대한 연구를 하였다. 고유전물질인 $HfO_2$는 4" p-type wafer를 SCI cleaning후 ALD(atomic layer deposition)을 통해 $50\AA$를 증착하였다. Ff source는 TEMAH를 이용하였으며 Oxygen source는 $H_2O$를 이용하였다. 이렇게 증착한 $HfO_2$ 극박막에 Ta target을 이용하여 질소 가스를 Ar가스에 첨가하여 reactive sputtering을 통해서 TaN 전극을 증착하였다. TaN 박막의 증착두께는 a--step과 TEM을 통해서 확인하였으며 면저항은 four point probe를 이용하여 측정하였다. 이렇게 증착된 $HfO_2/TaN$구조에 대한 전기적 특성을 측정하였다.

According to the ubiquitous times that is new important topic, the miniature is demanded in the industry at large. The high accuracy and accumulation make the assembly equipment and the production equipment huge from the size of view. The huge equipment brings about the expensive price of the equipment, a low flexibleness and a low productivity. It makes the manufacturing equipment huge that the accuracy only depends on the mechanism stiffness. The position of two assembled parts is transformed with the global coordinate system whose datum is machine coordinate system. The purpose of this research is invention of the module that can adjust one part to the order part automatically. The module that has a function of self adjustment only takes a stiffness in assemble direction and can be moved freely in the other direction so this function makes a self adjustment. The self adjustment module reduces the tact time and also diminishes the inferior goods and makes reconfigurable machine in $\mu-part$ assembly.

Indexes of safety, restoration, damage impact, and management reliability were developed to assess reliability of drinking water distribution networks (DWDNs) management. The developed indexes were applied to evaluate the reliability of the pipeline management stage during unexpected mechanical and hydraulic accidents of components. The results were used to support the decision-making process in effective management and maintenance by enhancing the administrator's system understanding and by helping to create appropriate maintenance and management policies. The results of this study indicated that application of a management reliability index to assess DWDNs reliability may help create a more effective plan for establishing DWDNs management and maintenance.

In this paper, we present the enhanced performance of resistive RAM devices with multi-step deposited and annealed oxides. By using multi-step deposition and low temperature multi-step annealins, forming-free Re-RAM is achieved with lower operation voltages and larger resistive ratio than those of conventional Re-RAM with typical single deposited oxide.

무기체계의 대형화 및 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 무기체계에서 소프트웨어의 비중이 큰 부분을 차지하고 있으며 이로 인해 소프트웨어 결함에 따른 잠재적인 위험성도 증가하고 있다. 무기체계 분야에서는 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼을 통하여 개발 단계별 활동 및 검토사항들을 정의함으로써 단계별로 소프트웨어의 품질을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 소스코드 내의 잠재적인 결함을 체계적으로 제거하여 품질을 높일 수 있도록 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험 제도를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 본 글에서는 무기체계 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험 현황에 대하여 소개하고 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

많은 중소기업들이 업무를 진행하는데에 있어서 수기로서 작업을 하기도 하고 아니면 간단한 프로그램를 사용하든지 아니면 중소기업형 ERP를 사용하기도 한다. HomePage의 경우에도 있는 경우도 있고 존재하지 않는 경우도 있다. 더구나 WEB으로 업무를 처리하는경우는 상당히 미흡하다. 개발을 하려고 하여도 WEB 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하는데는 Servlet 기반의 방식이 대다수 이다. 이 방식은 중소기업에서 개발하기에는 너무나 많은 개발비용과 유지비용이 들게되고 또한 네트워크 환경의 열악성 때문에 투자대비 효과를 얻기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 Applet을 이용하여 중소기업업무 프로그램을 WEB 기반으로 구축하여 자료의 사용을 Internet 또는 Intranet등에서 가능하게 하고 네트워크의 영향역시 AWT기반으로 Applet으로 제작하여 만들어지는 파일의 크기를 작게 구현해서 네트워크의 영향을 최소화 하게 구현을 하고, 프로그램을 클래스화시켜 재사용이 가능하게 하여 개발기간의 단축과 유지보수를 용이하게 하여 비용을 줄이도록 한다.

Acanthochitonidae Pilsbry, 1893 is one of the chiton families characterized by 9 pairs of sutural tufts on a well-expanded girdle that overgrows plates. It is found in intertidal and subtidal zones worldwide. Of its eight genera, only two have been previously reported in South Korea: Acanthochitona Gray, 1821 and Notoplax H. Adams, 1862. Here we report Leptoplax doederleini (Thiele, 1909) as the first record of the genus Leptoplax in South Korea and describe and compare its morphological features with N. kaasi Hong, Dell'Angelo and Van Belle, 1990. In addition, we provide the partial sequence of the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit I gene as a DNA barcode sequence record.

The genus Dendrodoris Ehrenberg, 1831 includes about 46 valid species worldwide, and is found in relatively shallow waters in the Indo-Pacific, Atlantic, and Australian regions. To date, five Dendrodoris species have been reported from Korea. In this study, we report D. guttata (Odhner, 1917) collected from Jeju Island. Morphology is distinguished from other Dendrodoris species by the shape of the black spots on the dorsal mantle and coloration of the gills. We determined mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase I (cox1) partial sequences and combined them with publically available sequences of closely related congeneric species to examine its phylogenetic position among Dendrodoris species.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to deduct the factors for explaining the economic behavior of an Internet user who provides personal information notwithstanding the concern about an invasion of privacy based on the Information Privacy Calculus Theory and Communication Privacy Management Theory. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the computation theory of information privacy with the factors deducted from the management theory of communication privacy on the basis of the Dual-Process Theory. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the Privacy Concern about forms through the Perceived Privacy Risk derived from the Disposition to value Privacy. In addition, this study confirmed that the behavior of an Internet user involved in personal information offering occurs due to the Perceived Benefits contradicting the Privacy Concern.
