The Analysis of Transverse Edge Effect of Linear Induction Motor by using Finite Element Method (유한요소법을 이용한 선형유도전동기의 횡방향 모서리 효과 분석)

  • In this paper, the construction of secondary reaction plate is analyzed by 3-D Finite Element Method(3-D FEM) to consider the influence of its variation on the transverse edge effect of LIM. The effective 3-D analysis model for considering the transverse edge effect caused by the finite widths of the primary and the secondary is proposed. The simple method measuring the transverse edge effect by using the patterns of currents induced in the secondary reaction plate is also proposed. With this effective analysis method, various models of secondary reaction plate with overhang and cap has been analyzed to consider the relationship between the construction of secondary reaction plate and the transverse edge effect of LIM.

  • Recently, there were not enough studies regarding the mix adjustment and changes of normal physical properties of slump flow type concrete in domestically. Therefore in this paper, it is aimed securing the fundamental data about flow its mix design method by experimental research. The experiment includes the adjustment of the way for slump flow type concrete by the variation of size of coarse aggregate. In the result, it is advisable raising the ratio of fine aggregate and unit water amount by considering the specific surface when increasing the Gmax size.

  • Nowadays, power supplies for LCD TV of larger and slimmer screen size are required to have high power density and high efficient characteristics. In order to meet these requirements, Multi-phase interleaved LLC resonant converter is applied for increasing power density and reducing the current rating in the used devices. In this paper, gain characteristics and the experimental results of the proposed two-phase LLC resonant converter which implemented by the simple control circuit are verified based on the theoretical analysis and the 300W experimental prototype.

  • 본 논문에서는 CEMTool환경에서 수행된는 일반적 형태 분산 시뮬레이터의 구조를 제안한다. 먼저, 분산시뮬레이션을 할 수 있도록 SIMTool에서 전체 시스템을 패럴랠블록의 형식으로 여러개의 서브시스템으로 분할한다. 그런후에 CEMTool환경에서 분할된 시스템에 대하여 초기화, one step ahead 시뮬레이션, distribute와 ordering의 과정을 진행한 후 각각의 서브시스템에 대하여 독립적인 C code과 실행파일을 생성한다. 여러 대의 PC에서는 분할된 각각의 서브시스템을 독자적으로 실행시키는 동시에 서로간에 reflective memory를 통해 데이터를 주고반는다. 본 논문의 실험대상인 냉간압연 시스템은 각각의 서브시스템 내부의 계산량이 통신량보다 훨씬 많기 때문에 분산처리를 하기에 아주 적합하며, 본 논문에서는 냉간압연 시스템에 대한 분산시뮬레이션의 결과를 분석하고 제시된 방법으로 확실한 속도향상의 결과를 보여준다는 것을 설명하고자 한다.

  • In the past, a mobile phone had only a function of communication. Recently, new functions such as an mp3 player and a camera are added in a mobile phone. For the application of a camera module to a mobile phone, the size of the camera module needs to become smaller than a general Digital Camera. Furthermore, it is also required that the performance of the camera module in a mobile phone be the same as that of a Digital Camera. In order to fulfill these requirements, the camera module should have functions such as Auto Focus, Zoom, the shutter and the aperture. Therefore, we introduce a simple and effective actuator and propose the shutter composed of solenoid.

  • The Seoul subway is acting the center of public transportation after the opening of the first line on August 15, 1974. and the subway line of the DC traction system is running and building to the ninth line. However, the main insulation parts used in overhead contact line are now imported from overseas products. Therefore, this paper considers domestic manufacture technology, supply easiness and economic effectiveness of insulation products and reviews the safety of support insulator used in rigid conductor line, stem insulator used in movable bracket and AC/DC different phase section insulator that localization development is necessary.

  • The anti-oxidant activities of fucosterol isolated from the marine algae Pelvetia siliquosa were investigated. Fucosterol exhibited a significant decrease in serum transaminase activities elevated by hepatic damage induced by CCl$_4$-intoxication in rats. Fucosterol inhibited the sGOT and sGPT activities by 25.57 and 63.16%, respectively. Fucosterol showed the increase in the anti-oxidant enzymes such as hepatic cytosolic superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities by 33.89, 21.56 and 39.24%, respectively, in CCl$_4$-intoxicated rats.
