  • RFID 기술은 모든 사물에 태그를 부착하여 전파를 이용하여 사물에 대한 정보를 자동으로 인식하고 이를 실시간으로 네트워크에 연결하여 정보를 관리하는 기술이다. RFE에 기반한 어플리케이션은 사용자의 요구에 의한 응용프로그램과 달리 태그의 인식이 프로그램 실행을 발생하게 하므로 실시간이벤트 처리, 실시간 이벤트 모니터링을 처리가 가장 중요하다. 하지만 리더로부터 인식된 태그 데이터가 아무런 정제 작업 없이 직접 응용어플리케이션에 전달되게 된다면 불필요한 연산을 수행하게 되어 성능이 저하되는 요인이 된다. RFID 미들웨어의 주된 역활은 리더기와 응용시스템 사이에 데이터들을 전송하는데 있다. 따라서 태그 데이터 처리 기능을 통해 응용 시스템에 신뢰성 있는 정보제공은 미들웨어에서 중요한 기능을 수행하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 응용시스템에 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송에 필수 기능인 불필요한 이벤트를 제거하는 필터링 기능을 위한 프레임워크 설계, 구현하였다

Physical Properties of 50MPa and 80MPa Ternary High Strength Concretes before and after Concrete Pumping

  • At the Korea Land and Housing Corporation(LH), concretes with high design strength of 50 MPa and 80 MPa that are composed only of ordinary Portland cement, blast furnace slag, and fly ash are developed. To determine whether the developed high strength concretes have the same properties when they are produced in batch plant(B/P) condition in the ready mixed concrete plant, and as existing high strength concretes, field tests are performed and material properties are evaluated. To investigate the material properties of the high strength concretes before and after pumping, compressive strength, flowability, air content, hydration temperature, pumping and compactability are evaluated. In field tests, before and after pumping, flowability satisfied the relevant criteria. In terms of air content, while it was slightly decreased after pumping, it satisfied the requirements. Hydration temperature criteria were satisfied, and compactability was excellent as well. The study found that the developed ternary high strength concretes have the same properties as existing high strength concretes. They can also be useful for the construction of high-rise buildings, as they are economical.

  • In this paper, power flow characteristics of a hydromechanical transmission(HMT) are investigated using network analysis. The HMT used in this study consist of a hydrostatic unit(HSU), planetary gear sets, clutches and brakes providing forward 4 speeds and backward 2 speeds. Since the HMT power flows showing a closed loop and the HSU efficiency varies depending on the pressure and speed, a systematic approach is required to analyze the power transmission characteristics of the HMT. In order to analyze the closed loop power flow and the HSU power loss which changes depending on the pressure and speed, network model is constructed fur each speed range. In addition, an algorithm is proposed to calculate an accurate HSU loss corresponding to the experimental results. It is found from the network analysis that the torque and speed of each transmission element including the HSU can be obtained as well as direction of the power flow by the proposed algorithm. It is expected that the network analysis can be used in the design of relatively complicated transmission system such as HMT.

무전해 도금방식을 이용한 PET 필름 위 선택적 Ni-Cu 박막의 특성분석

  • 최근 이동통신 LED 에너지 자동차 산업분야에서 제품의 고기능화 고성능화를 위한 신소재 개발 및 친환경적인 신공정 개발에 있어, PI 또는 PET와 같은 유연성 소재 위에 선택적 패턴 도금 기술, 고기능성 나노/복합 도금 등이 주목 받고 있다. 또한 전 세계적으로 유해물질의 수 출입 규제 움직임이 강력하게 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유연성 소재인 PET 위에 친환경적 방법으로 구리를 선택적으로 도금하기 위한 실험을 진행하였다. 준비된 PET 필름 위에 Ag paste를 Screen Printing법을 이용하여 Ag 전극을 패턴하고, 그 위에 무전해 도금방식을 이용하여 Ni과 Cu가 도금 되도록 하였다. Ni 무전해 도금은 pH6.5, 65도에서 시행되었으며, Cu 무전해 도금은 환경규제물질인 포름알데히드 대신에 차아인산나트륨을 사용하여 70도에서, 중성근처의 pH 농도(pH7과 pH8)에서 시행되었다. 이들 다층 박막에 대해 X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), XPS (X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) 등을 이용하여 물리-화학적/전기적 특성들을 이용하여 조사 분석하였다.

Chuna Therapy and Myofascial Release Technique for the Pain Relief and Cobb's Angle Improvement in Patients with Scoliosis: Case Report (추나요법과 근막이완요법의 척추측만증 환자 4례에 대한 증례 보고)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to report the valid result of complex of Chuna Therapy and Myofascial Release Technique(MRT) on scoliosis patients. Methods: The correction program for scoliosis takes 3 month per case. Chuna Therapy and MRT were given once a week and other oriental medicine care was given twice a week to care the complications of scoliosis. The Cobb's angle(by X-ray, Full spine view) and Visual analogue scale(VAS) were evaluated before and after the treatments. Results: After the program, both of Cobb's angle and VAS decreased. Conclusions: Though it is a case report, we found Chuna Therapy and MRT might have valid effect on scoliosis patients. Further rigorous case series and controlled trials are warranted.

Differential Responses of Soybean Cultivars to Cercospora sojina Isolates, the Causal Agent of Frogeye Leaf Spot in Korea

  • During the summer of 2005, specimens of soybean cultivars (Daepung, Daewon, Hwanggeum and Taegwang) showing frogeye leaf spot (FLS) were obtained from various areas in Korea. Eight isolates identified as Cercospora sojina were inoculated on the adaxial leaf surfaces of 63 Korean soybean cultivars; the disease responses to each isolate were evaluated 14 days and 21 days after inoculation. Based on the disease responses (resistant or susceptible) of the cultivars by the isolates, a set of cultivars (Anpeong, Bogwang, Cheongdu No. 1, Cheongja No. 3, Dachae, Daemang, Jangwon, Namhae, Sowon, Taegwang) were selected and inoculated with seven isolates for further testing pathogenic variance. Interestingly, 6 out of 7 tested C. sojina isolates revealed differential ability in infecting different soybean cultivars. This result may indicate the possibility of new race occurrence or pathogenic variation; this also presents evidence for prevalent FLS occurrence during humid and hot weather in Korea.

  • 최근 MOS 소자들이 게이트 산화막을 Mono-layer가 아닌 Multi-Layer을 사용하는 추세이다. Bulk와 High-k물질간의 Dangling Bond를 줄이기 위해 Passivation 층을 만드는 것을 예로 들 수 있다. 이러한 Double Layer의 쓰임이 많아지면서 계면에서의 Interface State Density의 영향도 커지게 되면서 이를 측정하는 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 $SiO_2$ Double Layer의 Interface State Density를 Conductance Method를 사용하여 구하는 연구를 진행하였다. Wet Oxidation과 Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) 공정을 이용하여 $SiO_2$ Double-layer로 증착한 후 Aluminium을 전극으로 하는 MOS-Cap 구조를 만들었다. 마지막 공정은 $450^{\circ}C$에서 30분 동안 Forming-Gas Annealing (FGA) 공정을 진행하였다. LCR meter를 이용하여 high frequency C-V를 측정한 후 North Carolina State University California Virtual Campus (NCSU CVC) 프로그램을 이용하여 Flatband Voltage를 구한 후에 Conductance Method를 측정하여 Dit를 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과 Double layer (Wet/CVD $SiO_2$)에 대해서 Conductance Method를 방법을 이용하여 Dit를 측정하는 것이 유효하다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 실험은 앞으로 많이 쓰이고 측정될 Double layer (Wet/CVD $SiO_2$)에 대한 Interface State Density의 측정과 분석에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 도움이 될 것이라 판단된다.

  • In this study, it was investigated by comparing the experimental hemming by the 3 steps and 2 steps in order to stabilize the quality of the hemming process. In the experimental results, the three-step hemming superior to the two-step one and the dimensional stability of part that was made by the three-step on was high. When the second stage Hemming has been found that the deflection caused by the force to the wear of the punch becomes larger plane can be folded by the hemming crimping and crimp uncertain.

Carbon Nano-Powder Functionalization and Disperisibility with Plasma Discharge

  • A novel plasma system has been developed for 3-dimensional modification of the carbon nano-powders. Improvement of dispersion of these nano materials are studied by plasma discharge, not using chemical modification. The plasma process is considered to great advantages over wet chemical process due to environmental, economic viewpoint, and uniformity over the treated volume. The uniform dispersion is a critical factor for these material's nano composite applications. Using this plasma system, graphene, carbon black, and CNT was treated and functionalized. Several key discharge conditions such as Ar/H2/O2 or Ar/H2/NH3 gas ratio, treatment time, power, feeder's vibration frequency are investigated. Hydrophobic of graphene has turned some more into hydrophilic by reaction test with water, electrophoresis, surface contact angle test, and turbidity analysis. The oxygen content ratio in the plasma treated CNT has increased about 3.7 times than the untreatedone. In the case of graphene and carbon black, the oxygen- and nitrogen- content has been enhanced average 10%. O-H (N-H) peak, C-O (C-N) peak, and C=O (C=N) peak data have been detected by FTIR measurement and intensified compared to before-plasma treatment due to O2 or NH3 content.
