  • The paper presents neural network control techniques for load frequency control of two area power system. Using learning algorithm of error back propagation after learning accept input on the optimal control $e_{i}$, $\dot{e}_{i}$, and $u_{i}$ frequency characteristic and tie-line load flow characteristic investigated dynamic. From result simulation, frequency deviation and tie-line load flow deviation have reduction remarkable.

  • In this paper, Fuzzy-Neural Network Control system that has the characteristic of fuzzy control to be controlled easily end the good characteristic of a artificial neural network to control the plant due to its learning is presented. A fuzzy rule to be applied is selected automatically by the allocated neurons. The neurons correspond to Fuzzy rules which ere created by a expert. To adaptivity, the more precise modeling is implemented by error beck-propagation learning of adjusting the link-weight of fuzzy membership function in Fuzzy-Neural Network. The more classified fuzzy rule is used to include the property of Dual Mode Method. To test the effectiveness of the algorithm presented above, the simulation for position end velocity of DC servo motor is implemented.

  • The research aim of this investigation was to present implications and supplements in policy research middle school which has implemented free learning semester for 3 years from 2013 to now, through identifying and analyzing education program. In this study, the results were as follows. Firstly, it was needed to generalize career education programs. I was required to make a specialized program which was suitable for a characteristic of school and community rather than department-store-like program. Secondly, in considering career development stage of middle school students, it seemed that implementation of free learning semester was suitable for second grades. Thirdly, teacher interns should be used appropriately in order to manage efficiently free learning semester. Lastly, it was needed to develop a specialized program for career education through studying with expert groups.

  • Neural Oscillator can be applied to oscillatory systems such as the image recognition, the voice recognition, estimate of the weather fluctuation and analysis of geological fluctuation etc in nature and principally, it is used often to pattern recoglition of image information. Conventional BPL(Back-Propagation Learning) and MLNN(Multi Layer Neural Network) are not proper for oscillatory systems because these algorithm complicate Learning structure, have tedious procedures and sluggish convergence problem. However, these problems can be easily solved by using a synchrony characteristic of neural oscillator with PLL(phase-Locked Loop) function and by using a simple Hebbian learning rule.   • The main purpose of this research is to consider educational environment, concept, and spatial organization and its characteristic based on the early 20th century European child-centered educational philosophy. For this process, the study of the following have been done : 1) Literature review, which includes educational ideology, perspective of child development of Maria Montessori, Rudolf Steiner, Peter Peterson, and Celestin Freinet. 2) Comparisons of spatial organization and classrooms of schools operated with the educational philosophy of mentioned philosophers from above. These schools have classrooms(or multi-purpose space near classroom) contained self-directed individual learning space, group and collaborative learning space, and training space of practical life. These configuration of learning space intended 1) learning based on individual child's interest, experience 2) developing of responsibility based on freedom 3) sociality and community spirit of children.

  • Recently, Reinforcement Learning (RL) methods in MDP have been extended and applied to the POMDP problems. Currently, hierarchical RL methods are widely studied. However, they have the drawback that the learning time and memories are exhausted only for keeping the hierarchical structure, though they aren´t necessary. On the other hand, our "Labeling Q-learning (LQ-learning) proposed previously, has no hierarchical structure, but adopts a characteristic internal memory mechanism. Namely, LQ-1earning agent percepts the state by pair of observation and its label, and the agent can distinguish states, which look as same, but obviously different, more exactly. A Study on Learners' Perceptions and Learning styles of Task Research (R&E) conducted by Science High School Students

  • We studied learners' perceptions and learning styles of project research activities in the chemical field conducted by 54 science high school students. In a survey of students' perceptions of task research, positive responses were found in "internal motivation," "cooperation," "task solving," and "tenacity and immersion," and statistically significant differences were found in "self-directedness," "cooperation," and "tenacity and immersion" by year. The 'lower' group responded most positively in the 'cooperation' category, and the 'higher' group responded most positively in the 'task solving' category. As a result of investigating the learning styles of the students who conducted the task research, it was found in the order of assimilator, converger, accommodator, and diverger. The assimilators showed the characteristic of systematically and scientifically approaching the problem. Convergers were found to have excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability, are practical, and have experimental-based thinking characteristics. In this study, the characteristics of science high school students showed well in the results of the learning style performed.

  • The characteristic aspects of learning a foreign language require special resources and tools for online learning. Criteria for choosing educational platforms depend on key elements of an academic subject area. Microsoft Teams (hereafter, MT) educational platform is competitive one because it meets most of the needs that arise during the formation of a secondary linguistic persona. Due to the large number of corporate programs, there are a successful acquisition of language skills and the implementation of all types of oral activities of students. A significant MT advantage is the constant analysis and monitoring of the platform of participants' needs in the educational process by developers. The article highlights MT advantages and disadvantages. The attention is drawn to individual programs, which, in the authors' opinion, are the most successful to learn writing, reading, speaking, listening, as well as organize classes that meet needs of modern foreign students.

  • This study analyzes the structural relationship between attitudes and learning more properties in agricultural college education programs.
