의식주생활의 문화예술적 측면과 경험을 중심으로 한 가정과교사 직무연수 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of a Home Economics Teacher Training Program Based on the Cultural & Artistic Aspects of Clothing, Food, and Housing Life and Experience)

  • This study was conducted with the budgetary support of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Department of Education as curriculum preparation (frequently revised since 2007) for the enhancement of teacher professionalism in Clothing, Food, and Housing Life education. This study promotes changes in student learning through the enrichment of Home Economics content and the classroom-learning environment through the reinforcement of teacher professionalism and attitudes towards Clothing, Food, and Housing Life education. This study enhances the comprehension of Home Economics and understanding by educators on the importance of Home Economics. The training program was evaluated through an analysis of the motive of application, level of satisfaction with the program, change in the view of Clothing Life education, and level of expectation and contributions of the program towards the curriculum development of teaching. The trainees were motivated by the opportunity to practice, uniqueness of the curriculum of the training program, and expectations for professional enhancement. The level of satisfaction is very high. Regardless of subjects, trainees recognized the necessity of practical exercise, cultural & artistic approach, and integrated teacher training in Clothing Life education. The teachers of other subjects recognized the importance of Home Economics and the historical background of Clothing, Food, and Housing Life.

실과 교과서 기술의 세계 영역 '동물과 함께하는 생활' 단원의 화보처리방식 분석 (An Analysis on the Use of Illustrations of the 'Unit of Living with Animals' of the Elementary Practical Arts Textbooks)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and to compare the use of illustrations of the elementary practical arts textbooks and to make suggestions for an improvement of the use of illustrations in elementary practical arts textbooks. It is expected that the results of this study can be used by textbook developers, publishers, and teachers in their efforts to improve the quality of elementary practical arts textbooks. For the study, 'Units of Raising Animals' in the sixth grade practical arts textbooks in Korea was selected and analyzed according to the three criteria: kinds of illustrations, sizes of illustrations and purposes of illustrations. In this study, the following facts were found. First, 2007 revised practical arts textbooks have about 5.2 illustrations per page whereas 7th practical arts ones have 4.2. Second, even though 2007 revised practical arts textbooks are highly dependent on photographs, kinds of illustrations of 2007 revised practical arts textbooks have more ratio of pictures, cartoons and diagrams than the ones in the 7th practical arts textbooks. Third, sizes of illustrations of the 2007 revised practical arts textbooks are ordered in small, medium, large size illustrations and there was an increase in medium sized illustrations. Lastly, the purpose of the illustrations from the 2007 revised practical arts textbooks are on the decrease the supply of learning materials but there was an increase in the learning motive induction and guidance for experiment.

CT 능력 향상을 위한 코딩 동화 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Coding Stories to Enhance Computational Thinking Abilities)

  • 본 연구에서는 SW교육의 새로운 방법의 일환으로 컴퓨팅 사고력 핵심 개념을 포함한 코딩 동화 및 코딩 동화 연계 언플러그드 활동을 개발하였으며 초등학생을 대상으로 수업을 적용하여 학습 동기 및 CT 핵심 개념 학업 성취도의 변화를 분석하였다. 코딩 동화 개발을 위해 전문가 집단 11인의 설문 조사 분석을 통해 컴퓨팅 사고력의 핵심 개념을 도출하여 타당성을 검증받았으며 도출된 컴퓨팅 사고력 핵심 개념을 활용하여 연구자가 직접 코딩 동화를 개발하였다. 코딩 동화 연계 언플러그드 활동 또한 연구자가 내용을 구성하였으며 수업 전, 후 컴퓨팅 사고력과 학습 동기의 변화 결과를 분석하였다. 수업 전, 후 컴퓨팅 사고력의 핵심 개념 학업 성취도 점수가 평균 54.44에서 83.10점으로 상승하였으며 학습 동기 또한 평균 점수 103.48에서 110.44로 향상되었다. 이를 통해 코딩 동화를 통한 SW학습이 학생들의 컴퓨팅 사고력 및 SW 학습 동기 증진에 효과적이라는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

청소년의 종가 생활문화 현장학습프로그램 개발을 위한 종가 복식문화 사례 연구 -전남 함평 종가를 대상으로- (A Case Study on the Costume Culture of the Head Family for Adolescent′s Spot Experience Studying)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the cases of the family head's costume culture and to apply them to field experience education of adolescent's home economics subject. To examine the family head's costume culture, women in the family head in the Hampyeong area, Jeollanam-do were selected and interviewed. The focus of examining the family head's costume culture was on the life story of the family head, the reason to wear or possess such costume, and a motive of making. The findings of the head family's costume culture suggests that the head family of the Mos of Hampyeong had unique shroud making and custom. Also it was found that the eldest daughters-in-law of the Lees of Hampyeong have horizontally exchanged the information of the family head's costume with village women of the same family. They have initiated their costume culture directly through their daughters and it had the great influence on after-ages. The learning program for youth to experience the head family's costume culture consisted of four subjects:(l)Educating the family head's traditional living culture including etiquette training, (2)head family village walk, (3)experiencing the family head's clothes life including natural dyeing and sewing, and (4)a field trip of Hampyeong Local Life Culture Museum. For a model experience of the family head's costume life culture, three families with middle and high schoolers participated in 8- hour experience learning program. To examine the effect of learning program to experience the family head's costume culture, youth and their parents who participated in the program were asked open-ended questions, which included the content validity of experience learning, impressive experience, model experience level(difficulty), and expected effect after a model experience. As a result, their responses were found positive.

$\cdot$일 초등학교 과학 교과서 삽화 비교 연구 (The Comparative Analysis on the Illustrations of the Elementary Science Textbooks between Korea and Japan)

  • This study was intended to survey and analyze the illustrations of the elementary science textbooks in the』 7th revised education curriculum in Korea, and to compare the results with the illustration organization of the elementary science textbooks of Japan. The analysis criterion was composed of two categories, the kind of illustration and the role of illustration. The kind of illustration was divided into five subcategories such as photograph, picture, illustration, cartoon and diagram. The role of illustration was divided into four subcategories such as motive induction, guidance for learning, the supply of material, the presentation of results. According to the analyzing criterion, the frequencies of relevant subcategories of illustrations in science textbooks were checked and arranged and the resultant data were analyzed by grades. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Korean science textbooks have about 3.29 illustrations per page whereas Japanese ones have 4.1l. Compared with Korean science textbooks, Japanese ones have more illustrations. 2. From the analysis of the kinds of the illustrations by grade basis, it was found that the order of percentage of illustrations is photograph, cartoon and picture in both countrys' science textbooks. Korean ones are highly dependent on photograph. As a contrast Japanese ones have more ratio of cartoon and picture than Korean science textbooks. 3. The analysis of the roles of the illustrations by grade basis showed that the role of guidance for learning is major in both countrys' science textbooks. The role of guidance for learning is prominent in Japanese ones, but in Korean ones, the role of guidance for learning is a little higher than that of the supply of material.

고령자의 평생학습 참여동기가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Elderly Participation in Lifelong Learning on Psychological Well-Being)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 평생학습 참여 노인들을 대상으로 평생학습참여가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석해 보는데 있다. 이를 위해서 천안시에 소재하고 있는 C, D병원 평생교육기관 학습자 160명을 대상으로 하였다. 설문기간은 2019년 5월8일부터 5월 17일 까지 10일 동안 실시하였다. 첫째, 노인들의 평생학습 참여동기 중 목표지향성 요인은 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것인가?, 둘째, 노인들의 평생학습 참여동기 활동지향성 요인은 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것인가?, 셋째, 노인들의 평생학습 참여동기 중 학습지향성 요인은 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것인가? 등이다. 이와 같은 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 상관관계분석을 통해 변수들과 관계가 있는 성별, 연령, 결혼여부, 교육정도 등의 변수를 통제한 다음 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 직접효과 검증결과를 보면 목표지향성(${\beta}=.244$, p<.001)과 활동지향성(${\beta}=.321$, p<.001) 은 심리적 안녕감에 통계적으로 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 학습지향성(${\beta}=.284$, p>.001)은 심리적 안녕감에 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때 노인들을 위한 평생학습의 프로그램은 학습지향적인 즉, 학문적인 프로그램을 지양하고 목표지향성과 활동지향성 중심의 프로그램으로 구성하는 것이 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

하브루타를 적용한 신병훈련의 효과가 훈련병의 만족도 및 성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Recruit Training with Havruta on the Satisfaction and Achievement of Trainees)

  • The army is concerned about the decrease in enlistment resources due to the low birth rate and the weakening of military combat power due to the shortening of the military service period. Now, the military's quantitative growth is no longer limited and it is a time for qualitative growth. To this end, the Army has been applying the Israeli learning method Havruta to recruit training to improve the quality of training since 2019. After applying Havruta, several scholars have studied the effect of recruit training applying Havruta. As a result, it was verified that recruit training applying Havruta improves the inner motive, creativity, and military service value of trainees. This study investigated how trainees' inner motive, creativity, and military service value affect their satisfaction and achievement. In addition, it was studied whether the effect of recruit training applied with Havruta on achievement differs according to the educational background (high school graduate or higher) and military family (professional soldiers within 4th degree) of the trainees. To this end, a survey was conducted on 472 recruits, and the structural relationship between each variable and the moderating effect were analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result of the study, military service value did not affect training satisfaction. Also, there was a difference in the effect of creativity on training satisfaction according to the educational background of new recruits, and there was a difference in the effect of military service value on training satisfaction and training achievement according to military family members. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the army's recruit training development plan and effective training system.

대순진리회 수도인의 성지순례 참여 동기가 만족도와 재참여 의사에 미치는 영향 - 성지 가치의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Impact of Motivation behind a Pilgrimage on the Satisfaction Level of Participants and Desire for Revisitation: Examining Holy Places as Moderator Variables)

  • 대순진리회의 성지순례는 대순사상을 체험하고 대순사상을 고취할 수 있는 매개체로서 의미가 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 대순진리회의 성지순례 참여동기가 성지순례 만족도와 재참여 의사에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 대순사상 고취와 성지순례 활성화 방안 제시하는 것이다. 분석방법은 성지순례 관련 요인 간 관계에 기초분석과 성지순례가치의 조절효과 분석을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 학습적 동기가 성지순례 만족도와 재참여 의사에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인임을 발견하였다. 또한, 종교적 가치의 조절효과 분석 결과 성지의 종교적 가치가 성지순례 참여 동기와 만족도 간에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 성지순례 활성화를 위한 실천방안으로 성지순례가 대순사상 고취와 신앙성숙을 위한 또 다른 배움과 교류의 장으로 제시될 필요가 있으며, 수도인들이 성지의 가치에 대한 인식 향상을 위한 노력이 필요함을 제시하였다.

오일러의 생애와 업적에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Life of Euler and his Academic Achievements in Mathematics)

  • My suggestions to the teachers on the basis of my research are as follows: 1. A mathematical curriculum in high school requires an intuitive understanding. I'm sure we can not only improve the student's intuition and imagination by Euler's insight and intellectual investigation, but also induce motive and interest in mathematical learning by increasing the inquiry activities. Therefore, I suggest that we take advantage of teaching aids available from this research by processing the units in the mathematical textbook. 2. We can feel the beauty of mathematics by Euler's symbols and simple formulas. We must take pride in teaching mathematics because the mathematical insight is very useful in the inqury process. 3. We have to model ourselves after Euler's spirit of inquiry and energetic activities.

A Semi-supervised Learning of HMM to Build a POS Tagger for a Low Resourced Language

  • Part of speech (POS) tagging is an indispensable part of major NLP models. Its progress can be perceived on number of languages around the globe especially with respect to European languages. But considering Indian Languages, it has not got a major breakthrough due lack of supporting tools and resources. Particularly for Odia language it has not marked its dominancy yet. With a motive to make the language Odia fit into different NLP operations, this paper makes an attempt to develop a POS tagger for the said language on a HMM (Hidden Markov Model) platform. The tagger judiciously considers bigram HMM with dynamic Viterbi algorithm to give an output annotated text with maximum accuracy. The model is experimented on a corpus belonging to tourism domain accounting to a size of approximately 0.2 million tokens. With the proportion of training and testing as 3:1, the proposed model exhibits satisfactory result irrespective of limited training size.
