The rapid rise of the Internet and social media has resulted in a large number of text-based reviews being placed on sites such as social media. In the age of social media, utilizing machine learning technologies to analyze the emotional context of comments aids in the understanding of QoS for any product or service. The classification and analysis of user reviews aids in the improvement of QoS. (Quality of Services). Machine Learning algorithms have evolved into a powerful tool for analyzing user sentiment. Unlike traditional categorization models, which are based on a set of rules. In sentiment categorization, Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) has shown significant results, and Convolution Neural Network (CNN) has shown promising results. Using convolutions and pooling layers, CNN can successfully extract local information. BiLSTM uses dual LSTM orientations to increase the amount of background knowledge available to deep learning models. The suggested hybrid model combines the benefits of these two deep learning-based algorithms. The data source for analysis and classification was user reviews of Indian Railway Services on Twitter. The suggested hybrid model uses the Keras Embedding technique as an input source. The suggested model takes in data and generates lower-dimensional characteristics that result in a categorization result. The suggested hybrid model's performance was compared using Keras and Word2Vec, and the proposed model showed a significant improvement in response with an accuracy of 95.19 percent.
During the 4th Industrial Revolution, service platforms utilizing diverse contents are emerging, and research on recommended systems that can be customized to users to provide quality service is being conducted. hybrid recommendation systems that provide high accuracy recommendations are being researched in various domains, and various filtering techniques, machine learning, and deep learning are being applied to recommended systems. However, in a recommended service environment where data must be analyzed and processed real time, the accuracy of the recommendation is important, but the computational speed is also very important. Due to high level of model complexity, a hybrid recommendation system or a Deep Learning-based recommendation system takes a long time to calculate. In this paper, a Cascade-hybrid recommended algorithm is proposed that can reduce the computational time while maintaining the accuracy of the recommendation. The proposed algorithm was designed to reduce the complexity of the model and minimize the computational speed while processing sequentially, rather than using existing weights or using a hybrid recommendation technique handled in parallel. Therefore, through the algorithms in this paper, contents can be analyzed and recommended effectively and real time through services such as SNS environments or shared economy platforms.

The hybrid neural networks have characteristics such as fast learning times, generality, and simplicity, and are mainly used to classify learning data and to model non-linear systems. The middle layer of a hybrid neural network clusters the learning vectors by grouping homogenous vectors in the same cluster. In the clustering procedure, the homogeneity between learning vectors is represented as the distance between the vectors. Therefore, if the distances between a learning vector and all vectors in a cluster are smaller than a given constant radius, the learning vector is added to the cluster. However, the usage of a constant radius in clustering is the primary source of errors and therefore decreases the recognition success rate. To improve the recognition success rate, we proposed the enhanced hybrid network that organizes the middle layer effectively by using the enhanced ART1 network adjusting the vigilance parameter dynamically according to the similarity between patterns. The results of experiments on a large number of calling card images showed that the proposed algorithm greatly improves the character extraction and recognition compared with conventional recognition algorithms.
Purpose: This study aimed to define and clarify learning transfer in nursing. Methods: This study used a hybrid model to analyze the concept of learning transfer in nursing through three phases. For the theoretical phase, learning transfer attributes were identified through a scoping literature review. In the fieldwork phase, in-depth focus group interviews were conducted to develop attributes. Purposive sampling was performed with ten participants(five nursing students, two nurses, three nursing faculty members). In the analysis phase, the attributes and final analysis of learning transfer in nursing were extracted and integrated from the previous two phases. Results: According to the analysis, learning transfer was represented in two dimensions with eight attributes. The development of competency dimension had three attributes: 1) theory acquisition, nursing skills, professional attitude, 2) integration, and 3) analysis competency. The competency change dimension had five attributes: 1) appropriateness in patient care, 2) proficiency in patient care, 3) satisfaction, 4) achievement, and 5) confidence. Conclusion: The concept analysis might provide a basic understanding of learning transfer, a development framework toward a measurement of nursing learning transfer and effective educational nursing strategies.

Recently, neural network methods have been studied to find out more valuable information in data bases. But the supervised learning methods of neural networks have an overfitting problem, which leads to errors of target patterns. And the unsupervised learning methods can distort important information in the process of regularizing data. Thus they can't efficiently classify data, To solve the problems, this paper introduces a hybrid neural networks HACAB(Hybrid Algorithm combining a Competition learning model And BP Algorithm) combining a competition learning model and 8P algorithm. HACAB is designed for cases which there is no target patterns. HACAB makes target patterns by adopting a competition learning model and classifies input patterns using the target patterns by BP algorithm. HACAB is evaluated with random input patterns and Iris data In cases of no target patterns, HACAB can classify data more effectively than BP algorithm does.

Although it is well known that fuzzy learning controller is powerful for nonlinear systems, it is very difficult to apply a learning method if they are unstable. An unstable system diverges for impulse input. This divergence makes it difficult to learn the rules unless we can find the initial rules to make the system table prior to learning. Therefore, we introduced LQR(Linear Quadratic Regulator) technique to stabilize the system. It is a state feedback control to move unstable poles of a linear system to stable ones. But, if the system is nonlinear or complicated to get a liner model, we cannot expect good results with only LQR. In this paper, we propose that the LQR law is derived from a roughly approximated linear model, and next the fuzzy controller is tuned by the adaptive on-line learning with the real nonlinear plant. This hybrid controller of LQR and fuzzy learning was superior to the LQR of a linearized model in unstable nonlinear systems.

Recently, attacks on the network environment have been rapidly escalating and intelligent. Thus, the signature-based network intrusion detection system is becoming clear about its limitations. To solve these problems, research on machine learning-based intrusion detection systems is being conducted in many ways, but two problems are encountered to use machine learning for intrusion detection. The first is to find important features associated with learning for real-time detection, and the second is the imbalance of data used in learning. This problem is fatal because the performance of machine learning algorithms is data-dependent. In this paper, we propose the HSF-DNN, a network intrusion detection model based on a deep neural network to solve the problems presented above. The proposed HFS-DNN was learned through the NSL-KDD data set and performs performance comparisons with existing classification models. Experiments have confirmed that the proposed Hybrid Feature Selection algorithm does not degrade performance, and in an experiment between learning models that solved the imbalance problem, the model proposed in this paper showed the best performance.
This paper explores a model-free value-based approach for solving survival gridworld problem. Survival gridworld problem opens up a challenge involving taking risks to gain better rewards. Classic value-based approach in model-free reinforcement learning assumes minimal risk decisions. The proposed method involves a hybrid on-policy and off-policy updates to experience roll-outs using a modified Q-based update equation that introduces a parametric linear rectifier and motivational discount. The significance of this approach is it allows model-free training of agents that take into account risk factors and motivated exploration to gain better path decisions. Experimentations suggest that the proposed method achieved better exploration and path selection resulting to higher episode scores than classic off-policy and on-policy Q-based updates.
This study presents an innovative AI-driven approach to assess the ultimate axial load in Double-Skinned Profiled Steel sheet Composite Walls (DPSCWs). Utilizing a dataset of 80 entries, seven input parameters were employed, and various AI techniques, including Linear Regression, Polynomial Regression, Support Vector Regression, Decision Tree Regression, Decision Tree with AdaBoost Regression, Random Forest Regression, Gradient Boost Regression Tree, Elastic Net Regression, Ridge Regression, and LASSO Regression, were evaluated. Decision Tree Regression and Random Forest Regression emerged as the most accurate models. The top three performing models were integrated into a hybrid approach, excelling in accurately estimating DPSCWs' ultimate axial load. This adaptable hybrid model outperforms traditional methods, reducing errors in complex scenarios. The validated Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model showcases less than 1% error, enhancing reliability. Correlation analysis highlights robust predictions, emphasizing the importance of steel sheet thickness. The study contributes insights for predicting DPSCW strength in civil engineering, suggesting optimization and database expansion. The research advances precise load capacity estimation, empowering engineers to enhance construction safety and explore further machine learning applications in structural engineering.

In Recent years the way we analyze the breast cancer has changed dramatically. Breast cancer is the most common and complex disease diagnosed among women. There are several subtypes of breast cancer and many options are there for the treatment. The most important is to educate the patients. As the research continues to expand, the understanding of the disease and its current treatments types, the researchers are constantly being updated with new researching techniques. Breast cancer survival rates have been increased with the use of new advanced treatments, largely due to the factors such as earlier detection, a new personalized approach to treatment and a better understanding of the disease. Many machine learning classification models have been adopted and modified to diagnose the breast cancer disease. In order to enhance the performance of classification model, our research proposes a model using A Hybrid Modified K-Means Clustering with Modified SVM (Support Vector Machine) Machine learning algorithm to create a new method which can highly improve the performance and prediction. The proposed Machine Learning model is to improve the performance of machine learning classifier. The Proposed Model rectifies the irregularity in the dataset and they can create a new high quality dataset with high accuracy performance and prediction. The recognized datasets Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC) Dataset have been used to perform our research. Using the Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC) Dataset, We have created our Model that can help to diagnose the patients and predict the probability of the breast cancer. A few machine learning classifiers will be explored in this research and compared with our Proposed Model "A Hybrid Modified K-Means with Modified SVM Machine Learning Algorithm to Enhance the Cancer Prediction" to implement and evaluated. Our research results show that our Proposed Model has a significant performance compared to other previous research and with high accuracy level of 99% which will enhance the Cancer Prediction.
