  • The purpose of this study is an empirical case study that focuses on bring about changes in clients through narrative therapy using scaffolding. Through this, the purpose was to find the preferred values and hopes of the future among the stories that the client's has lived in. As the research method, we proceed through unstructured interview and loose structures in qualitative research. On this premise, the counselor did not diagnose or explain the 'decentralized but influential' attitudes and problem. And there was no order in the conversation, and I didn't decide in advance how to react to it before the client made any expressions. This study has the following significance on a practical and academic level: First of all, counseling through scaffolding further enrich the curiosity, temperament, and wishes of the client. Second, the scaffolding provides a concrete picture of the relationship between a counselor and a client in narrative therapy. Third, the scaffolding made in therapeutic dialogue presents a 'learning tasks'. Fourth, counseling through scaffolding has an active meaning that it can develop the higher mental function of clients in charge. Finally, we presented an application of narrative therapy in Vygotsky's theory through analysis of empirical cases. Based on this information, this study did not simply intend to position the client as a research object in narrative therapy. It is meaningful that they have identified the factors necessary to become the subject of narrative therapy and the role of the counselor in the process. In addition, this study has implications in that it contributed to the expansion and substantialization of the research scope of narrative therapy in that it utilized the concept of scaffolding, which has not received much attention in the domestic research.

  • This study, driven by the question of 'what the experience of healing of female sexual abuse victims is like,' explores the process the victims undergo as they heal from the traumas. Using the methods suggested by Strauss and Corbin's Grounded theory, it analyzes nine interviews taken from victims who have received counseling. The study found that the central phenomena that take place in the process of their healing is 'mental pain due to the damage caused by sexual abuse,' the causal conditions are 'the recognition of the sexual abuse' and 'desperation,' and the contextual conditions are 'the reaction of the close ones of the victims,' 'the preconception about sexuality,' and 'the incarceration and punishment of the offenders.' The victims have been intervened in the healing process by 'being supported' and 're-interpreting the meaning of the damage caused by sexual abuse,' and are found to utilize the interactive strategy among 'facing their emotions,' 'learning new coping strategies,' and 'hoping for the future.' They are also found, as a result of the healing, to 'live unafraid as survivors' and 'have structured their lives in a new way.' This study is of significance in systematically elucidating the healing process and the related elements found through the voices of the survivors of sexual abuse in the context of the Korean society and culture. The limits of this study and suggestions about the studies that should follow this one are included as well.

We let students make their roadmaps and analyzed them using the PASW 18 program. There were significant differences on gender in their career paths, learning English, traveling and volunteer activity. Female students for passing the MEET(Medical Education Eligibility Test) or DEET(Dental Education Eligibility Test) were more interested in learning English and traveling than male students. In addition, female students were more interested in volunteer activity. And the lower year students, the more interested in medical paths, learning English, traveling, getting good grades, exchange student program and scholarship. On the other hand the higher year students, the more interested in group study or E-learning. Then significant differences were in learning English, traveling and getting good grades by students's career paths. Students who wish to pass the MEET or DEET were more interested in learning English and getting good grades. Those two factors were essential in passing the MEET or DEET. Students who did not specified their career paths had more traveling plans than other students for setting their directions of careers. These results show that freshman and female students don't recognize the identity of teacher's college correctly. Because of reduction in the number of teacher recruitment according to decrease of students by birth rate drop, students in teacher's college are expected to continue like this trend that students look for other paths. Therefore, it is required career counseling and guidance for students who give priority practical path choices and college life plans over original characteristics of teacher's college. • In recent years, artificial intelligence using big data has become a big issue in IT. Various studies are being conducted on services or technologies to effectively handle big data. The educational field, there is big data about students, but it is only a simple process to collect, lookup and store such data. In the future, it makes extensive use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical analysis to find meaningful rules, patterns, and relationships in the big data of the educational field, and to produce intelligent and useful data for the actual students. Accordingly, this study aims to design a program to predict the career of students using a decision tree algorithm based on the data from the student's classroom observations. Through a career prediction program, it is believed to be helpful to present application paths to students ' counseling and to also provide classroom behavior and direction based on the desired courses.
