구급대원의 리더십에 대한 인식 유형 (Leadership perception types among 119 emergency medical technicians)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing strategic programs based on 119 emergency medical technicians leadership perception types. Methods: The subjects were thirty six 119 emergency medical technicians working for out-of hospital in Jeollanam-Do, Korea. Data were collected from July 20, 2017 to October 30, 2017. Q sample of 40 statements and P sample of 36 persons using PC QUANL software. Results: Three types of leadership styles were identified from the explanation (71.5% of the variables). The relationship oriented progressive type (the most common), the performance and value oriented type (the second most common), and the experience oriented filed participation type (the third most common). Conclusion: The fire department will need to develop and implemented leadership improvement programs based on the leadership types in order to meet the organization's goals.

중요도-수행도 매트릭스 분석 기법을 활용한 외과계 임상전담간호사의 업무 수행도, 중요도, 난이도 (The Job Performance, Importance, and Difficulty in Surgical Clinical Practice Nurses using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the job performance, importance, and difficulty in Surgical Clinical Practice Nurses (SCPNs), and to identify the priority of job tasks using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Methods: One hundred SCPNs were recruited from two university hospitals and two general hospitals during November 2021 to April 2022. A total of 97 data were analyzed excluding 3 data due to missing responses. The data were analyzed by two groups, with Ward-Based SCPNs (W-SCPNs) and Operation Room-Based SCPNs (OR-SCPNs) according to different characteristics of job tasks. Results: There were differences of job performance between W-SCPNs and OR-SCPNs. As a result of the IPA, tasks of 'working practices in the ward' for W-SCPNs and those of 'surgery and treatments' for OR-SCPNs were included in the first quadrant (keep up the good work). 'Resarch' and 'leardership' were included in the third quadrant (low priority). Conclusion: Since there are differences in job tasks between W-SCPNs and OR-SCPNs, health care institutions should consider the differences in defining the scope of job performance. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop customized continuing education program based on our findings of IPA.

셀프리더십, 진로결정 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 간호대학생 중심으로 (Influences of Self-leardership, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, and Critical Thinking Disposition on Career Preparation Behavior: Focused on Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 셀프리더십, 진로결정 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향이 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. G시와 M시의 간호학과에 재학중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 2019년 4월부터 6월까지 자료를 수집하였고 208명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료는 기술적 통계, 독립표본 평균 검정, 일원 배치 분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 셀프리더십(β=.331, p<.001)과 진로결정 자기효능감(β=.302, p<.001)은 진로준비행동에 정적으로 영향을 나타냈으며, 연구모형은 진로준비행동을 38.7% 설명하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해 셀프리더십과 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상키기기 위한 방안들이 간호교육 현장에서 개발 및 운영되어야 함을 알 수 있다.
