인도행렬에 의한 축대칭 원통형 쉘의 해석 (An Analysis of Axisymmetric Cylindrical Shell by the Leading Matrix Method)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 축대칭 하중을 받는 원통형 펄의 엄밀해를 구하는데 있어서, 간략하면서도 엄밀한 해를 구하는 방법을 제시하고자 하는데 있다. 이는 임의 형상의 구조해석을 위한 강력한 도구이긴 하지만 여전히 근사해석인 유한요소법에 대체될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 반복법의 일종인 인도행렬법을 이용한 절점역계의 분배방식을 사용하였다. 원통형 쉘의 분배와 전달인자는 한성지반상의 보에 대한 미분방정식으로부터 구해진 것이다. 이러한 방법을 축대칭 집중하중과 정수압을 받는 원통형 쉘에 각각 적용해 보았고, 그 결과는 BEF 이론해와 비교할 때 만족할 만 하였다.

비활성 요소의 방호 메커니즘 분석 (An Analysis on the Protection Mechanism of Some Inert Reactive Cassettes)

  • In this study, a series of ballistic experiments have been performed to investigate the protection mechanism of some inert reactive cassettes against shaped charge jet. Three kinds of material were tested as a core material of the inert cassettes, i.e. one of rubber materials, a high modulus and high strength composite material used for ballistic protection and a mixture of energetic materials. Parameters such as deformation of the cassettes, occurrence time of jet distortion, leading jet length and residual penetration depth were investigated from the experiments and they were compared to each other quantitatively according to the jet incidence angles. The results show that the increment of cassette deformation caused jet distortion to occur early and jet distortion brought decrease of the length of leading jet. Then the decrease of the length of leading jet accompanied the decrease of residual penetration depth.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the issues related to urban regeneration project at the present time through surveys and interviews of participants in the urban regeneration leading project of Suncheon city. Most of the comments were related to business fragmentation and things that should be improved in the future. The text network technique is applied to the subject analysis using unstructured text data. As a result of the frequency of appearance and analysis of page rank centrality between words, words of 'parking', 'need', 'lack', 'region' and 'resident' appeared at the top, and the result of analyzing the mediation centrality of key words showed 'culture', 'Need', 'region', 'inflow' and 'lack' appeared at the top. In the network analysis, the most central words appeared, and many words appeared in the important position in the sentence. Text network analysis has provided timely results in terms of sustainability after completion of the Suncheon City Regeneration Leading Project..

현대의 사회.문화적 패러다임 변화와 연관된 공공디자인의 신경향 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leading Trends in Contemporary Public Design Analyzed in the Context of Main Social & Cultural Paradigms)

  • 21st century has different characters from 20th century which was an era of machine and rationality based on the industrial revolution. With the advent of the digital revolution, it became an era of pluralism, culture, and emotion. The digital technology made it possible to connect the whole world together in real time and brought about the entirely new notion of time and space. It also dramatically altered the world view. Now we have a different set of social and cultural values from the past. This paper researched the influences of these social and cultural changes on public designs. The leading trends of public designs were analyzed and the successful cases were studied. The main research methodologies were the document review and the instrumental case study. The major social & cultural paradigms of a present era were classified as 'pluralism', 'digital & information revolution', 'human-centered value (against machine-centered value of 20th century)', and 'organic world view'. Each of the classified paradigms was analyzed more to find out the influences on the various trends of public designs. 'Pluralism' has influence on 'experiential public design', 'community art', and 'public design of local values'. 'Digital & information revolution' has influence on 'content-centered public design', 'smart public design', 'immaterial public design', and 'performance in public design'. 'Human-centered value' has influence on 'universal design approach in public design', and 'emotional public design'. 'Organic world view' has influence on 'sustainable public design', and 'ecological public design'.

앞전 Droop과 Gurney 플랩을 이용한 동적 실속 제어 (Dynamic Stall Control with Droop Leading Edge and Gurney Flap)

  • 본 연구에서는 헬리콥터의 전진비행성능 향상에 필수적인 로터블레이드의 동적실속성능을 향상시키기 위한 수동제어기법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 로터블레이드의 동적실속성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 블레이드 익형에 발생하는 유동박리에 대한 제어를 통해 양력 특성과 피칭모멘트 특성을 동시에 향상시켜야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 실제구현이 용이한 고정 앞전Droop과 Gurney 플랩을 심한 동적실속영역에 대해 동시에 적용하여 기존의 동적실속 제어기법에 비해서 탁월한 양력성능 향상 및 피칭 모멘트 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, the systematic problems of safety management in domestic construction industry are presented by the investigation and analysis of construction fatal injuries. In particular, it is discussed that the current construction safety management system by contractors leading is ineffective to prevent the serious accidents caused by inappropriate planning and design and to circulate the safety management cycle without interruption. A couple of ways for improving domestic construction safety management system are suggested in broad perspective. This is done by the analysis of construction safety management system of four advanced industrial countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan and the study of a best practice. Total safety management system by owners leading is recommended to prevent construction accident effectively because this system makes all the parties join to the management system and distribute the responsibilities clearly to each party. This will drop the accident occurrence rate by dragging all the parties' cooperations and activating the total safety management system in an early stage.

Computations of Droplet Impingement on Airfoils in Two-Phase Flow

  • The aerodynamic effects of leading-edge accretion can raise important safety concerns since the formulation of ice causes severe degradation in aerodynamic performance as compared with the clean airfoil. The objective of this study is to develop a numerical simulation strategy for predicting the particle trajectory around an MS-0317 airfoil in the test section of the NASA Glenn Icing Research Tunnel and to investigate the impingement characteristics of droplets on the airfoil surface. In particular, predictions of the mean velocity and turbulence diffusion using turbulent flow solver and Continuous Random Walk method were desired throughout this flow domain in order to investigate droplet dispersion. The collection efficiency distributions over the airfoil surface in simulations with different numbers of droplets, various integration time-steps and particle sizes were compared with experimental data. The large droplet impingement data indicated the trends in impingement characteristics with respect to particle size ; the maximum collection efficiency located at the upper surface near the leading edge, and the maximum value and total collection efficiency were increased as the particle size was increased. The extent of the area impinged on by particles also increased with the increment of the particle size, which is similar as compared with experimental data.

단순 날개-몸체 접합부에서의 앞전 모서리 홈에 의한 말굽와류 제어 (Controlling the Horseshoe Vortex by Leading-Edge Chamfer at a Generic Wing-Body Junction)

  • 터빈 익렬 내에서 발생하는 2차유동손실은 터빈 동익 또는 정익렬에서 전체 공기역학적 손실의 30~50%차지하며, 터빈 효율 향상에 있어 개선해야 될 중요한 부분으로 인식되고 있으며, 과거부터 2차유동에 의한 손실을 줄이기 위한 많은 연구들이 수행되었다. 본 논문에서는 2차유동손실을 일으키는 요인 중의 하나인 말굽와류의 강도를 감쇄시키기 위해 일반적인 날개 앞전에 모서리 홈을 설치하였으며, 설치 홈의 높이 및 깊이 등의 형상 변수를 변화시켜가면서 말굽와류의 발생 영역 및 강도의 감쇄 특성 및 구조에 대해 상용코드인 $FLUENT^{TM}$를 이용하여 수치해석적인 방법으로 연구하였다. 그리고 최상의 경우, 기준 모델의 경우보다 전압력 손실이 약 1.55% 감소함을 발견하였다.

단락요철이 회전덕트 내 압력강하에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Discrete Ribs on Pressure Drop in a Rotating Two-Pass Duct)

  • The present study has been conducted to investigate the effects of rotation on heat/mass transfer and pressure drop characteristics in a two-pass square duct with and without discrete ribs. For stationary cases, the heat/mass transfer on the surfaces with and without discrete ribs is almost the same or reduced. For rotating cases, the gap flow affects differently the heat/mass transfer on leading and trailing surfaces with discrete ribs. On the leading surface of the first pass, the heat/mass transfer is slightly enhanced due to generating strong gap flow. On the trailing surface of the first pass, however, the heat/mass transfer is much decreased because the gap flow disturbs impingement of main flow. The phenomenon, that is, the heat/mass transfer discrepancy between the leading and trailing surfaces is distinctly presented with the increment of rotation number. The friction losses on each surface with discrete ribs are reduced because the blockage ratio decreases for both non-rotating and rotating cases. Therefore, high thermal performance appears in a duct with discrete ribs.

매끈한 벽면을 가진 회전덕트 내 레이놀즈 수에 따른 열/물질전달 및 압력강하 특성 연구 (Experimental Study of Reynolds Number Effects on Heat/Mass Transfer and Pressure Drop Characteristics in a Rotating Smooth Duct)

  • The present study has been conducted to investigate the effects of Reynolds number on heat/mass transfer and pressure drop characteristics in a rotating smooth two-pass duct. For stationary cases, the heat/mass transfer and pressure drop Is decreased on turning region of both leading and trailing surfaces as Reynolds number increases. For rotating cases, increment of Reynolds number affects differently the heat/mass transfer and pressure drop on the leading and trailing surfaces. In the first pass, for example, the heat/mass transfer on the leading surface is greatly increased, though the heat/mass transfer on the trailing surface is almost the same. The reason is that effect of the main flow is more dominant than effect of secondary flow. In particular, it gave decrement of the heat/mass transfer and the pressure drop at turning region and upstream region of second pass for both non-rotating and rotating cases.
