민간항공사의 운항승무원에 영향을 주는 위협관리에 관한 연구 (A study of the threats towards the flight crew)

  • The flight deck crew must manage complexity during daily flight operations. The Airline may obtain data regarding threats and errors through LOSA(Line Operations Safety Audits) on normal flights as predictive safety tool in Safety Management System of the Airline to actively improve the systems such as SOP(Standard Operation Procedure), training, evaluation and the TEM(Threat and Error Management) for the flight deck crew. The flight deck crew make errors when they fail managing threats. The crew mismanage around ten percent of threats and commit errors. The major mismanaged threats are aircraft malfunction, ATC(Air Traffic Communication), and wether threats. The effective countermeasures of TEM for manageing threats are leadership, workload management, monitor & cross check, Vigilance, communication environment and cooperation of the crew. It is important that organizations must monitor for the hazards of threats and improve system for the safer TEM environments.

  • Recently, as the importance of IT management is increasing, many companies have adopted ITSM(IT Service Management) as a solution to various IT management issues. In addition, some advanced companies are using 6 Sigma technique in their implementation of ITSM. The main purpose of this study is to analyze critical success factors of 6 Sigma in applying to the implementation of ITSM. For a case company, which is known to be successful in applying 6 sigma in its implementation of ITSM, six critical success factors were analyzed. The factors include leadership of CEO, capability and level of 6 Sigma belts, management of accurate data, building organizational systems, training and education, and evaluation and incentive. The results of the study are expected to be used as an useful information for companies to apply 6 Sigma in the implementation of ITSM.

6시그마의 효과 측정을 위한 성숙도 모형 개발 (Six Sigma Maturity Model for MeasuringEffectiveness of Six Sigma Activities)

  • This paper proposes a model to assess the maturity level of Six Sigma activities. We classify the maturity level into 5 stages: initial, forming, storming, performing and mature stage. To evaluate the maturity level, 10 categories of Six Sigma with 3 factors each are identified: management leadership, belt system, expert training, establishing execution system, compensation, organization, corporate culture, customer focus, project selection, and management of project results. Scoring 277 items in total, the value of each factor is evaluated by weighted average of those items. Maturity level is appraised by rating the sum of scores of 10 categories that are obtained by summing up the values of its 3 factors. Values of weights and criteria of rating maturity levels are determined by analyzing 90 companies and Six Sigma exper's opinion. This study also shows the actual appraisal results of some companies.

  • This study examined the definitions and characteristics of TQM, procedures, problems and benefits of TQM and investigated the cases in U.S.A. and U.K. in a n.0, pplying TQM to libraries. It is necessary that libraries and information centers should a n.0, pply TQM for management innovation in order to overcome present and future crisis. As a result of study, there are three suggestions as follows. First, To be developed the TQM model for various types of libraries by national or library world. Second, To conduct TQM successfully in libraries and information centers, it is necessary to comprising the elements as follows. 1) Vision, committment and leadership of top management 2) Change of library's organizational culture 3) Learning and training of organizational members 4) Interests and participation of organizational members 5) Empowering and respecting people 6) Rewards for performance and accomplishments 7) Benchmarking 8) Measurement of performance and benefits. Third, TQM activities in libraries are developed into quality movement.

교사가 인식하는 교사발달과 조직갈등이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Teachers' Development and Organizational Conflicts on School Organizational Efficiency)

  • The purposes of this study are to analysis correlations of teachers' developments, organizational conflicts, and school organizational efficiency, and to test the influences of teachers' developments and organizational conflicts on school organizational efficiency. The data were collected from 240 elementary school teachers in Busan. Pearson's correlation analysis among sub-factors and stepwised multiple regression analysis were applied. The research findings are as follows: First, most of the sub-factors of teachers' developments, organizational conflict, and organizational efficiency had statistically significant correlations, showing positive correlation between sub-factors of teachers' developments and organizational efficiency and negative correlation between sub-factors of organizational conflicts and organizational efficiency. Second, through stepwised multiple regression analysis at the significance level of 5%, 'conflicts against administrator' was the most significant predictor with 31.4% explanation of the variance of organizational efficiency. These results suggest the necessity of training to promote teachers' developments and administrators' leadership.

의료기관의 경영혁신 : 사례연구 (A case study on the management innovation of a healthcare organization)

  • As the organizational environments are changing, organizational innovation has become a critical success factor for the healthcare organizations. Although there are lots of successful innovation cases in other industries, healthcare organization's management innovation cases are rare in Korea. This case study is focused on successful change process of a Maeumsarang psychiatric hospital. Main findings are: (a) virtuous cycle of healthcare service innovation and organizational innovation, (b) intensive training and learning, (c) usage of external resources, (d) high commitment HRM system, (e) CEO leadership, and (f) synchronization of planning and execution. Based on these findings, managerial implications are derived and future research directions are proposed.

IT 프로젝트 성과에 대한 지식이전의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (The Mediation Effect of Knowledge Transfer on IT Project Performance)

  • Recently, knowledge transfer has been recognized as one of the major factors for success of IT projects but little investigated in Information Systems research. IT project, which needs collaboration between organization's IT project team and external partner, is an critical source for a firm to acquire external knowledge and to achieve its competitive advantage. Based on this recognition on knowledge transfer under IT project, we investigate a mediation role of knowledge transfer to IT project performance after identifying its antecedents such as project team capabilities and partner capabilities. The research model is tested by analyzing 161 sample data gathered from firms' employees who have participated IT projects within last two years. The results reveal that knowledge transfer has full-mediation effect between its antecedents and IT project performance. Moreover, project team capabilities have more impacts on knowledge transfer than partner capabilities do.

  • 이 연구는 의료기관의 종합적 품질경영(TQM)이 내부고객만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 내부고객인 직원들의 만족도를 높여 고객에 대한 서비스의 질을 향상할 수 있는 방법을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시, 대구광역시, 울산광역시, 경상남도의 5개 대학병원 종사자 500명을 대상으로 2015년 2월 2일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 476부를 최종연구에 활용하였다. 조사결과로는 첫째, 경영층의 리더십은 품질경영활동 중 교육훈련과 직원참여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나, 인적자원관리와 업무의 질에는 영향이 없었다. 둘째, 병원조직문화는 품질경영활동의 모든 변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 품질경영활동, 경영층의 리더십, 병원조직문화는 내부고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 내부고객인 직원들의 만족도가 높아야 외부고객인 환자들에 대한 의료 서비스 질이 높아질 수 있고, 이것이 병원의 경쟁력으로 작용하여 경영수익의 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

노인요양시설의 기관 및 종사자 관련 요인들은 클라이언트 폭력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? (The Effect of Organizational and Care Worker Related Factors on Client Violence Occurring at Nursing Homes)

  • 본 연구는 국내 노인요양시설의 기관과 종사자 관련 요인들이 클라이언트의 폭력행위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써, 시설에서 발생하는 클라이언트 폭력의 예방 및 감소 방안 마련의 근거를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 16개 광역시도 23개 노인요양시설에 근무하는 요양보호사 253명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 종사자의 인구사회적 특성, 학력과 경력, 업무수행 관련특성, 근무환경, 조직특성, 위험관리체계 요인들이 클라이언트 폭력에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시했다. 조사결과 클라이언트 폭력은 신체, 언어, 기타, 재산피해, 성 폭력 순으로 빈번히 발생하는 것으로 보고되었으며, 응답자 소속기관의 절반 정도만 기관위험관리체계를 실시하고 있었다. 모든 유형의 폭력행위에 대한 회귀분석에서는 위험관리절차와 상사리더쉽이 클라이언트 폭력의 감소와 관련 있는 유의한 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 기관 위험관리절차의 개선과 감독자 리더쉽역량 개선에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 중국 공공외교 전략 하에 추진되는 국제교육 프로그램의 분석을 통해, 중국 공공외교 수행방식 변화와 그 의미를 분석하였다. 시진핑 지도부는 중국은 지난 40여 년간의 경제적 성장으로 토대로, 이제는 G2에서 세계최강국으로 발돋움하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 또한 그에 대한 비전으로 '중화민족의 위대한 부흥'이라는 '중국의 꿈'을 제시하고 있다. 현재 중국의 공공외교 차원에서 추진되는 국제교육 프로그램은 기존의 수동적이고 대응적인 방식에서 벗어나 국가 전략 속에서 능동적이고, 중장기적으로 구체화되어 운영된다. 즉 과거의 중국의 국제교육 프로그램이 '중국위협론'을 불식시키기 위한 소극적 모델이었다면, 현재 중국의 국제교육 프로그램은 세계 속에 '중국식' 질서를 학습, 확산시킬 수 있는 능동적인 모델로 진화하고 있다.
