방사선종양학과에 종사하는 치료방사선사의 감정노동에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study for Effective Factors of Emotional Labor in Radiation Therapist of Radiation Oncology Department)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the degrees of emotional labor, the effects to organizational effectiveness and the significant factors influencing organizational effectiveness in radiation therapy professional. The subjects of this study were the radiation therapists working at the hospital in Seoul and Gyungi. The self-reported questionnaires were administered to 205 radiation therapists and the data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 package. The level of emotional labor of single or female subjects were revealed higher than married or male. The professionalism of job has significant correlation with emotional labor. Significant explanatory variables of the degrees of emotional labor included organization culture, distress and self-leadership. These three variables demonstrated the explanatory power of 13.9% of the emotional labor. Based on the findings, emotional labor of radiation therapist was correlated with occupational professionalism. These results suggest that the intervention program intervening emotional labor should be continued to develop in order to improve the effective self-leadership, organization culture and distress factor.

  • 국내 대학과 외국대학의 공과대학들이 설정하고 있는 교육목표들의 현황과 특징을 살펴보았다. 대부분의 국내 공과대학들이 능력을 갖춘 인력 배출, 엔지니어로서의 기본 자질 교육, 높은 수준의 교육환경 실현을 목표로 설정하고 있다. 많은 외국 공과대학들은 "리더십"과 "진취성"에 많은 비중을 두고 있고, "창의성"과 "전문성"을 그리고 "봉사"를 강조하고 있는 추세이다. 외국과 국내 공과대학 교육목표는 특징이나 강조점에서 유사한 점이 많았다. 이들 교육목표에 대한 자료들은 장차 공과대학들이 지향하는 방향을 검토하는데 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

모방전략의 유용성에 관한 연구: 이디야 사례 (Imitation as a Viable Strategy: The Case of Ediya in Korean Coffee Franchise Industry)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the viability of imitation strategy. Imitation strategy is one of the strategic options that a late mover can choose, and by selecting the strategy, the company imitates key elements of the business model of first movers, and modifies them to suit its conditions. The author attempted to explain how the elements of first mover's business models were creatively adapted to suit the conditions of late movers so that they can secure market position face-to-face market leaders. Research design, data, and methodology - For the purpose of the study, Korean coffee franchise industry was selected to compare the strategies of first and late movers and to discuss imitation strategy in detail. The author conducted in-depth case study of first mover and business model innovator Starbucks and Ediya Coffee, one of their imitators. The paper examines how Ediya has imitated and modified the business model of Starbucks to secure its unique competitive position in domestic market by using value chain and generic strategy analysis. Results - Starbucks and Ediya were compared in terms of their interior design, the price level of beverages, the variety of side dishes, and shop locations. Starbucks have invested interior design heavily to shops, offered diverse beverages and side dishes with relatively high price, the shops are located in central areas, whereas Ediya has concentrated on achieving cost leadership in all value activities as maintaining the quality of key products. Ediya succeeded in achieving best-provider strategy, in which it enjoys both cost leadership and differentiation advantages, largely by the strategic alliance with the biggest coffee manufacturer, Dongsuh Foods in Korea. Conclusions - Though Ediya is the imitator of Starbucks, it has modified Starbucks business models and succeeded in providing the 'third place' experience for budget-minded customers. Ediya has also succeeded in benefiting its franchisees by lowering costs and simplifying the various tasks of coffee shop management. Due to these factors, Ediya could become one of the largest number shops as the coffee franchise in Korea.

ICT와 인성교육 융합 프로그램 개발 및 수업설계 (Program Develope and Class Design for Convergence ICT and Character Education)

  • 정보통신기술의 경우 인성교육이 함께 이루어져야함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구 및 노력이 결여되어 있는 분야라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식정보화 사회에 맞는 ICT 수업에 인성교육을 융합한 프로그램을 개발하여 운영하고 그 성과에 관하여 설문조사하였다. 그 결과, 프로그램 주제별 상관관계 분석에서는 개인의 인성이 타인에 대한 인성이나 글로벌 인성에는 많은 영향을 미치지 않았고, 타인에 대한 인성이 갖춰지면 글로벌 인성에 상당한 영향을 미치며 높은 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 팀별과제와 같이 함께하는 프로그램은 글로벌 리더십 문제해결형 인재를 배출하는데 긍정적 효과를 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 인성교육은 단기간에 큰 효과를 보기는 어렵지만 이러한 수업들을 통해 점진적으로 생활 속에서 자신을 존중하고 타인을 배려하며 글로벌 리더십을 키울 수 있는 토대를 마련하여 창의적 인재로 거듭나는데 기여하고자 한다. 이후 다른 교과목과 인성 교육 융합에 대한 연구를 향후 과제로 남겨둔다.

핵심실기역량강화교육이 간호학생의 핵심역량과 임상실습만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Core Practical Capacity Enhancement Training on the Key Competences and Clinical Practice Satisfaction of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 효과적인 임상실습교육을 위하여 실습위주의 핵심실기역량강화 실습교과목 학습이 간호학생의 핵심역량과 임상실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구대상을 2주간 1일 8시간씩 네 영역의 핵심간호수기영역 교육을 실시한 그룹과 전통적인 강의중심 교육을 받은 그룹으로 나누고 15주간 임상실습 후 설문지를 작성하여 자가 보고하게 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율 및 평균과 표준편차, chi-square test, t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 비판적사고성향과 임상실습만족도 부문의 가설은 지지되었으며 리더십, 문제해결능력 및 의사소통능력 부문의 가설은 기각되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 핵심실기역량강화 실습교육이 간호학생의 비판적사고성향과 임상실습만족도에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 간호교육에서 효과적인 실습교육 중재로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

핵심간호역량 기반 교육과정 개선 전략 (Strategy for Improving Core Nursing Competency-based Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the core competencies of nursing students and to improve competency-based nursing education. Methods: A triangulation method was used. A literature review and focus group interviews (FGI) were used to identify nursing core competencies. The present level of nursing competencies of students was identified through the nursing core performance questionnaire. Results: 1) Nursing core competencies, including 23 different competencies, were categorized into seven areas through a literature review and qualitative research. These competencies included: desirable personality, attitude & interpersonal skills, professionalism, nursing knowledge & basic nursing skills, ability to cope with nursing situations, basic ability in nursing research, coping ability with changes in the healthcare environment, and leadership. 2) Core nursing skills, nursing research, and nursing leadership were the three lowest ranking competencies. Some courses in the curriculum were to be newly established in an e-learning system, student's portfolio in non-curriculum. Conclusions: Further research is needed in order to show effects of the changes. Changes after applying the strategy of a nursing education program will be measured. Continuous research in competency-based nursing education is needed.

인수합병(M&A) 이후 HR 활용: D사의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on between Human Resource Management and Merger and Acquisition: The case of D company)

  • A company have to grow constantly. If a company does not grow and stagnant, it will be finally out of the market. The contemporary companies fully make use of M&A to search for new growth engines. The reason of companies using M&A as a important tool of a business strategy is the fastest way to achieve technology power, market power, competitiveness. The form of M&A was that leading companies take over smaller companies or merger and acquisition between small companies in the middle of 2000. But now, Mega mergers between industry leading companies often occur and especially domestic of course M&A of foreign companies occurs actively. These days the boom of stock market and the big companies are pouring on sale by restructuring, privatization and the basis of low interest will make the M&A market continuously. In this study, I suggest a solution of actual human resources management by analyzing proven M&A cases and search for various problems of a gap in the leadership and communication in connection with integration of organization culture after M&A. First of all, I arrange the theoretical concept of the subject and analyze the key factors of the success M&A cases, lastly I suggested a HR strategy after M&A. After M&A, HR strategy is ; First, a company have to build a organization culture which is that merger company accommodate a excellent organizational characteristic of predecessor company with consideration of culture difference. Second, M&A must proceed to remove of anxiety about the future and employment stability by excellent leaderships. Third, organization integration after M&A is influenced by the level of integration for that reason it was verified that M&A have to make progress by communication of each 2 organizations.

융합인재 양성을 위한 플립러닝을 활용한 글쓰기 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Writing Programs on College Students Using Flipped Learning for Training Convergence Talents)

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 복합적 문제해결능력을 갖춘 융합인재 양성을 위한 플립러닝을 활용한 글쓰기 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위한 단일군 전후설계의 원시실험연구이다. G도 C대학교 대학생 27명을 2020년 9월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 빈도(백분율), 평균과 표준편차, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 셀프리더십은 평균 0.45점 향상(p<.001), 메타인지는 0.87점 향상(p<.001), 목표지향성은 0.77점 향상(p<.001), 창의성은 평균 0.51점(p<.001) 향상되어 통계적으로 유의하였다. 본 연구를 통해 플립러닝을 활용한 글쓰기가 복합적 문제해결능력 역량을 향상시키는 효과가 있었다. 이는 현 세대의 대학생들에게 복합적 문제해결능력을 갖춘 융합인재 양성을 위한 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용되어 질 것으로 기대한다. 또한 온라인 환경이 자유로운 현 대학생들에게 플립러닝을 e-러닝으로 적용하는 다양한 수업 개발이 요구된다.

제4차 산업혁명관련 기업혁신활동 촉진·장애요인별 우선순위에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Priorities of Facilitators and Impediments of Firm Innovation Activities Regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • This is an exploratory study on facilitators, impediments and their priorities of firm innovation activities regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study adopted an inductive method to explore the properties and contents of the facilitators and impediments. 10 main factors and 30 sub-factors (15 facilitators, 15 impediments) were extracted through the Delphi survey. The highest priority goes to the factor of executive-level officers' minds and future strategies. By examining the properties and contents of 15 facilitators and 15 impediments of innovation activities, this study notices that the most factors are related to the prior stage of innovation. It indicates that each firms' innovation activities regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not about the managing problems in (or of) innovation process, but closely associated with the degree of whether they are willing to be engaged with their innovation activities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, this study proposes that the relationship between each firms' innovation activities on existing market/business and the new market/business regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution can be predicted as a dynamic reverse one. 15 facilitators and 15 impediments can influence two types of innovation activities. Finally, this study suggests that through priorities of facilitators and impediments, leadership and future strategies, culture and organization, and (human) resource acquisition are the prioritized areas for a further study of innovation activities.

공기업의 ERP시스템 구축 전략에 관한 연구: KOGAS 사례를 중심으로 (A study on ERP implementation strategy in the public enterprise: lessons from KOGAS)

  • 급변하는 환경변화에 신속하고 능동적으로 대처하고 경영관리의 효율성을 제고시키기 위한 중요한 요소로 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리)는 전략적 차원에서 경쟁력 강화 방안으로 널리 구축되어 왔다. 본 연구는 공기업의 구축에서의 핵심성공요인들을 도출하기 위해 국내의 대표적인 공기업, KOGAS의 ERP시스템 구축 사례를 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템 관리가 잘 되고 기관장의 의지가 높을 수록 비용 및 시간 감소 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 시스템 관리가 잘 되고 사용자의 참여 수준이 높으며 기관장의 의지가 높을수록 경영과 정보환경 개선 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
