두 시스템간의 편차 최소화를 적용한 상대적 동작제어 방법 (Relative Motion Control Methodology Using the Minimum Relative Error Between Two Systems)

  • A new relative motion control methodology for a following system to an independent leading system is proposed for controlling relative position, velocity, and tension etc. It is based on maintaining minimum relative error between two independent systems. The control command of the following system to a leading system is generated by adding the current command and the output of the relative error compensation. The proposed control method is implemented on the experimental equipment which is a wire winding-unwinding system to control the tension of the line. The results show the unwinding system(follower) following the independent motion of the winding system(leader) to control the constant tension of the line in order to keep the roller dancer in reference position. The relative motion control method proposed in this paper can be applied to high precision equipment for unwinding and winding fine wire, fine fiber, and tape etc.

미국의 4-H 캠핑지도자의 역할에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the 4-H Camping Leader's Role in USA)

  • The 4-H camping programs in USA have been providing various resources so that members can achieve their physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential. The camping programs have been carried out members to participate in programs as responsible citizens in their local, national and international communities. One of the key requirements of successful youth camping was the leadership role of leaders with more conscious and systematic for preparing, equipping, and carrying out programs. This paper was intended to explore the goals of 4-H camping and leaders' role in USA, and give implications to Korean outdoor activities. To perform the 4-H camping effectively, the camping leaders need to focus on the following steps: First of all, they need to recognize the specific purposes and missions of participation in the 4-H camping. Secondly, they should make sense of the site-based teaching skills and its application in the field. Thirdly. they should set up the principles of effective camping strategies and abide by the steps in the process of activities. In addition, they should be qualified to handle the risk management skills, research and survey technology, and environment conservation efforts throughout the camping.

EMERGENCY BRAKING CONTROL OF A PLATOON USING STRING STABLE CONTROLLER

  • In this paper, a safe control strategy is considered in the situation when a platoon of vehicles need to decelerate rapidly. When the vehicles ate spaced closely, it is known that the reference information should be transmitted to the whole platoon to minimize the undesirable effects of small leader disturbances. However, the vehicle control should also depend on the preceding vehicle position to maintain the desired distance. Tracking the preceding vehicle position can lead to amplification of the control input along the following vehicles, therefore the vehicles in the rearward generally exert larger maximum control input than the vehicles in the front. The theoretical bounds for the $i^{th}$ vehicle control input are calculated using a linear vehicle and controller model. In the simple illustrative example, the designed controller maintains string stability, and the control inputs of the following vehicles stay within bounds.

Research on Finite-Time Consensus of Multi-Agent Systems

  • In order to ensure second-order multi-agent systems (MAS) realizing consensus more quickly in a limited time, a new protocol is proposed. In this new protocol, the gradient algorithm of the overall cost function is introduced in the original protocol to enhance the connection between adjacent agents and improve the moving speed of each agent in the MAS. Utilizing Lyapunov stability theory, graph theory and homogeneity theory, sufficient conditions and detailed proof for achieving a finite-time consensus of the MAS are given. Finally, MAS with three following agents and one leading agent is simulated. Moreover, the simulation results indicated that this new protocol could make the system more stable, more robust and convergence faster when compared with other protocols.

변혁적 리더십과 조직혁신간의 관계 (Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Innovative Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십의 선행변수, 성과변수 그리고 조절변수간의 통합적 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 변혁적 리더십의 선행변수로는 자기 효능감과 외향성을 정하고, 조절변수로는 조직문화로 정하였다. 그리고 성과변수로는 최근에 기업에서 강조하고 있는 혁신행동으로 설정하였다. 이를 위하여 선행변수가 변혁적 리더십에 미치는 영향과 변혁적 리더십이 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동의 관계를 위계지향과 성취지향 조직문화가 조절효과를 가지고 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 실증검증을 위하여 다양한 자료원을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 최종 연구에 사용된 데이터는 조직 내 팀장급 리더 221명과 리더 각각의 하급자 2명으로 부터 얻은 설문지 442개 모두 221세트의 총 663개이다. 이 데이터를 통해 가설 검증을 위하여 공변량 구조분석(SEM)을 실시하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과, 리더의 자기효능감이 높아질수록 변혁적 리더십도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으나, 리더의 외향성은 변혁적 리더십에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 변혁적 리더십은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 위계 지향적 문화와 성취 지향적 문화가 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동의 관계를 조절한다는 가설은 지지되지 않았다.

동적 환경에서 그룹 이동을 위한 경로 계획 (Path-Planning for Group Movement in Dynamic Environments)

  • 가상의 캐릭터가 이동하기 위해 경로를 계획하는 일은 컴퓨터 게임을 포함한 여러 응용 분야에서 필수적인 문제이다. 기존의 로봇 경로 계획과는 달리 하나 이상의 캐릭터가 그룹 이동을 하는 경우가 많으며 이 경우에는 이동 경로의 최단 여부보다는 자연스러운 그룹 이동 등의 질적인 면이 강조된다. 본 논문에서는 리더로 정해진 단일 캐릭터에 대해 정적인 환경에서의 전역 경로를 계획하고 이 경로를 따라 그룹이 이동하며 동적 장애물을 피하도록 지역 경로를 계획하는 2단계 경로 계획 방법을 제안한다. 그룹이 이동할 수 있는 공간은 리더를 중심으로한 정방형 격자 배열을 이용하여 확보하고 이를 격자창이라고 부른다. 멤버 캐릭터들은 격자창 공간 안에서 리더에 대한 상대적인 위치를 잡아 이동하며 격자창이 이동할 수 있는 경로를 계획하기 위해 정적 환경을 격자창에 대한 형태 공간으로 치환하여 로드맵을 구한다. 지역 경로 계획 단계에서는 리더에 대해 인공 포텐셜 필드를 이용하여 동적 장애물을 회피하도록 하고 나머지 멤버들에 대해서는 격자창 내에서 리더에 대한 상대적인 위치를 확보하는 방법으로 연산량을 줄인다. 제안하는 경로 계획 방법을 구현하기 위한 효율적인 알고리즘을 소개하며 정적 환경에서 계획된 경로를 따라 그룹이 이동하면서 동적 장애물에 대해 효과적으로 대처하는 것을 시뮬레이션을 통해 보여 준다.

다산 사상에서 찾는 현대 리더십의 지혜-고급제대 리더십과 목민심서의 연계를 중심으로 (Modem Leadership Wisdoms from Tasan's Ideology-Centered Upon the Connection between Leadership of Generals and MokMinShimSuh)

  • This paper seeks to search for wisdoms that may be applied to modern leadership through Tasan Jeong Yakyong's ideology, ShilHak, from the Chosun Dynasty. The present period is referred as the period of transformation and innovation or the period of knowledge information The leadership appropriate for the current period is thus called revolutionary leadership. This leadership accomplishes its goals by influencing the constituent's values, ethics, behavioral norms, and visions based on the leader's moral values, knowledge, and information. Thus, the essence of this paper is in acquiring wisdoms of leadership by company revolutionary leadership with Tasan's life. Tasan pursued change and innovation in a time where Chosun was in a state of decay by following the flow of world powers towards the concept of studying truth based upon facts such as changing the system of thought, reforming legislation, and developing technology. Moreover, he gave courage and hope to the people by demonstrating such leadership in practice. In addition, despite false accusations and spending 18 years in exile, he showed revolutionary life as an active intellectual by leaving 542 volumes of writing through his 'value innovation' that he "pursue things only for the people and the state." Consequently, the paper first deals with what kind of leadership is required for a leader in the position of a general and examines the kind of leadership capacity demanded. Subsequently, Tasan 's revolutionary life and hints of leadership messages in MokMinSimSuh are examined. Thus, this paper is centered upon the leadership of generals regarding how MokMinShimSuh may be applicable to modern leadership.

곡률 반경을 이용한 군집 로봇의 대형 제어 (Formation Control for Swarm Robot using Radius of Curvature)

  • This paper presents a new method to control swarm robots so that they can keep the formation while following a curved path. The main idea is to utilize the information on the instant center of gyration. For a given path, location of the instant center of the formation center is calculated, and individual robots follow the circular path around the calculated instant center. Performance of curvature-radius based method is compared with leader-follower referenced method via MATLAB simulation.

기업체 조직의 협력역량 요인에 대한 팀장과 팀원들의 인식을 통한 타당화 연구 (Validation Through Perceptions between Leader and Team Members on Collaborative Competencies in Corporate Organization)

  • The purpose of the study was to validate the components of practical collaborative competencies by analyzing the perceptions of corporate personnel on practical collaborative competencies. The study reviewed the theories of collaborative intelligence, collective intelligence, cooperative learning, and learning communities. Based on the results of the literature review, the study derived seven categories of participative motivation for group activities, ability to share thinking and consciousness, motivation to share experiences, ability to control emotion, ability to promote interaction, creativity, and collaborative performance as the core competencies. To validate the elements, survey was conducted for 186 corporate personnels. The results showed that the personnels perceived the following elements as important collaborative competencies: participative motivation for group activities, motivation to form participatory atmosphere, ability to manage conflict effectively, ability to form relationships, ability to form positive team atmosphere.

친환경농업육성을 위한 영농 4-H조직의 활성화 방안 (A Study on the Activation of 4-H Farming Organization for development of Environmental-Friendly Agriculture)

  • In this article the author provided a brief introduction to the function and activation of 4-H fanning organization. The strategies developed to improve the environmental-friendly Agriculture are as following : the efficiency cooperatives of 4-H fanning organization, invitation of the upbringing plan of organization leader for promotion of the pilot region project of environmental-friendly Agriculture connected with green tourism, the establishment of reasonable management plan and strategies. In conclusion, there must be strategic measures to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers. All of this information could be useful for the further development of the strategy for environmental-friendly Agriculture in organization and management.
