필라테스 리더-멤버가 지각하는 교환관계(TMX)가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 상호의존모형(APIM)적용 (The Effect of Pilates Leader-Members Perceived Exchange Relationship(TMX) on Job Performance: Application of Interdependence Model(APIM))

  • 본 연구는 필라테스 리더-멤버 간의 교환관계(TMX)가 직무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 밝히고자 2023년 4월 1일~7월 12일까지 커플자료 82팀(164명 : 리더 82명, 멤버 82명)을 편의표본 추출하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 자기효과는 리더 교환관계가 높을수록 리더 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 상대방 효과는 멤버 교환관계가 높을수록 리더 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상대방효과는 리더 교환관계가 높을수록 멤버 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효과는 멤버 교환관계가 높을수록 멤버 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상호적 관계가 의존적 관계로 이어진다는 점에서 교환관계(TMX)에 대한 시스템적 요구가 반영된 결과라 볼 수 있다.

의료기관 사무직 종사자의 조직공정성이 Followership과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - LMX 조절효과 - (The Effect of Organizational Justice on the Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior - the Moderating Effect of Leader-Member Exchange -)

  • Purposes: Based on samples of government officials who are working at public health centers, following research examines the Effect of Organizational Justice on the relationships between Followership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and analyzes the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Methodology: For the methods, Sphericity verification, Exploratory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Causal relation, Mediating effect of followership and Moderating Effect of The Leader-Member Exchange have been analyzed with SPSS 22.0 & AMOS 22.0 Ver. Findings: As a result of Correlation analysis, Predictive validity and Construct validity have meaningful effect. Also, In case of Path analysis, distributive justice and interactional justice have meaningful effect but procedural justice has no such effect on Followership. As a result of Mediated effect of followership analysis, distributive and interactional justice have positive impact on (Organizational and Interpersonal). As to the mediation effect of followership analysis, It is shown that distributive and Followership have meaningful effect on In-group, not Out-group. Lastly, It is shown that procedural justice and Followership have no meaningful effect on both In-group and Out-group. Practical Implications: For the implications, distributive justice and interactional justice have positive impact on Followership, while procedural justice has no such impact on Followership. Also, It also possibly has same result to the moderating effect of Leader-Member Exchange. Consequently, It is recognized that a fair process without a fair result cannot be valued. also, We can know that reward for procedural justice is evaluated to kind of negative.

의료사회사업서비스의 질에 관한 연구 (Quality Assessment on Social Services in General and Teaching Hospitals in Korea)

  • Background : As an empirical study, current research about the quality of social services carried out in general and teaching hospitals across the country. In the flux of health care reforms and market transformation, the quality of social services in the hospital becomes increasingly significant. Methods : A sample of total 80 hospitals, including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Under the method of one-way ANOVA and multiple regression, the level of quality in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, the key variables of each hospital which turned out significantly different in quality of social work service were the departmental form of social work unit, unit leader's age, educational level, field experience, and job rank. Third, the level of quality of social work service correlated positively with the field experience of unit leader, the size of social work unit, the job rank of the unit leader. Conclusion : The most influential variables to the quality of social work service proved departmental form of social work unit, leader of social work unit. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, social work unit in hospital must be structured single, independent department in which entitled social worker is supposed to supervise and manage. And a leadership-development program for leaders in social work unit are strongly recommended.

선박 그룹항해시스템의 항법 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Sailing Algorithm for Ship Group Navigation System)

  • 자율운항선박 관련 기술개발이 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 통신, 사이버 보안, 긴급대처능력 등 기술적으로 해결되지 못한 문제들이 아직 많이 남아있기 때문에, 자율운항선박이 상용화되기까지는 많은 시간이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구에서는 기술적으로 완전하지 않은 자율운항선박의 대체 방안으로 한 척의 리더 선박과 여러 척의 추종 선박을 하나의 그룹으로 묶어 항해하는 선박 그룹항해시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서는 리더 선박이 항행을 개시하면 추종 선박은 리더 선박의 항행 경로를 자율적으로 추종하며, 경로 추종을 위해 PD 제어를 적용하였다. 또한, 각 선박들은 충돌방지를 위해 안전거리를 유지하면서 일직선 형태로 항해한다. 선박 간의 안전거리유지는 속력 제어를 통해 구현된다. 선박 그룹항해시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션에 사용된 선박은 관련 데이터가 공개되어 있는 KVLCC2의 L-7 모델이며, 선박조종운동에는 일본조선학회에서 제안한 MMG standard method를 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 리더 선박은 미리 정해진 항로를 따라 항해하였으며, 추종 선박은 리더 선박의 경로를 따라 항해하였다. 세 척의 선박은 시뮬레이션 중 일직선 형태를 유지하였으며, 선박 간 안전거리를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 선박 그룹항해시스템은 자율운항선박의 문제점들을 해소하는 항행시스템으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Fast, Upward, Long-Lasting, Transit Echoes as an Evidence of New-Type of Meteor-Trail Leader Discharge in the Summer Polar Upper Mesosphere

  • Non-specular, vertically upward transit, fast-moving radar echoes are observed in the summer polar upper mesosphere near 90 km using 52 MHz VHF radar at Esrange, Sweden. By resolving maximum echo power movement, the unusual meteor trails propagate vertically upward with taking horizontal displacements at an initial speed of 10 km/s exponentially decreasing with increasing height from 85-89 km, lasting for 3.5 sec. Another upward transit is observed as following a downward transit echo target in about ~1 sec, lasting over 5 sec. The upward motion cannot be explained with the dynamics of penetrating meteors or by atmospheric dynamics. The observation proposes that secondary produced plasma jets occurring from meteor trail are possibly responsible for upward fast moving echoes. The long-lasting (3-5 sec), ascending meteor trails at speeds of a few $10^4m/s$ are distinctive from any previous occurrences of meteors or upper atmospheric electrical discharges in the aspect of long-lasting upward/downward motions. This result possibly suggests a new type of meteor-trail leader discharge occurring in the summer polar upper mesosphere and lower thermosphere.

교통기본도와 운전자 행태에 대한 미시적 분석 (A Microscopic Analysis on the Fundamental Diagram and Driver Behavior)

  • PURPOSES : The fundamental diagram provides basic information necessary in the analysis of traffic flow and highway operation. When traffic flow is congested, the density-flow points in the fundamental diagram are widely scattered and move in a stochastic manner. This paper investigates the pattern of density-flow point transitions and identifies car-following behaviors underlying the density-flow transitions. METHODS : From a microscopic analysis of 722 fundamental diagrams of NGSIM data, a total of 20 transition patterns of fundamental diagrams are identified. Prominent features of the transition patterns are explained by the behavior of the leader and follower. RESULTS : It is found out that the average speed and the speed difference between the leader and the follower critically determine the density-flow transition pattern. The density-flow path is very sensitive to the values of vehicle speed and spacing especially at low speed and high density such that most fluctuations in the fundamental diagram in the congested regime is due to the noise of speed and spacing variations. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study suggests that the average speed, the speed difference between the leader and the follower, and the random variations of speed and spacing are dominant factors that explain the transition patterns of a fundamental diagram.

A Study on the Leader's Super-leadership, Self-leadership, Psychological Empowerment, Sport Commitment and Performance Perceived by Taekwondo Athletes

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the research model and identify the causal relationship among leader's super leadership, self-leadership, psychological empowerment, sport commitment and performance perceived by Taekwondo athletes. The subjects of the study were middle and high school Taekwondo athletes registered in the Korea Taekwondo Association in 2020 and 2021, and data from 454 people were used as final effective samples through convenience sampling. The collected data used the SPSS 23.0 version and the Amos 21.0 version to verify the hypothesis. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, we discovered that the leader's super leadership had a positive impact on the athlete's self-leadership, psychological empowerment, and sport commitment. Second, we found that the athlete's self-leadership had a positive effect on psychological empowerment, sport commitment, and performance. Third, we found that athlete's psychological empowerment had a positive effect on sport commitment and performance. Fourth, we found that the athlete's sport commitment had a negative effect on performance. Therefore, this study has reminded us about importance of psychological empowerment and sport commitment for explaining the relationship between leadership type and performance perceived by Taekwondo athletes, and might contribute to the theoretical discussion of variables related to athletes' performance.

  • In this paper, an adaptive sliding-mode formation control and collision avoidance are proposed for electrically driven nonholonomic mobile robots with model uncertainties and external disturbances. A sliding surface based on the leader-follower approach is developed to achieve the desired formation in the presence of model uncertainties and disturbances. Moreover, by using the collision avoidance function, the mobile robots can avoid the obstacles successfully. Finally, simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system.

  • 본 연구는 노인체육지도자의 감성지능이 리더-조직원 교환관계(LMX) 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 조직원들의 감성지능 향상을 통한 근무환경을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기, 충남 천안 지역의 스포츠센터 및 노인체육센터 5곳의 노인체육지도자 282명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포, 회수 하여 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육지도자의 감성지능은 리더-조직원 교환관계(LMX)에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인체육지도자의 감성지능은 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인체육지도자의 리더-조직원 교환관계(LMX)는 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 노인체육지도자의 감성지능은 리더-조직원 교환관계(LMX)와 조직시민행동을 증진시켜주는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였고, 조직원들의 감성지능을 높이는 것이 조직의 유효성에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 입증했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

이동 로봇의 군집 제어를 위한 PID 제어기의 적응 신경 회로망 보상기 설계 (Design of PID Controller with Adaptive Neural Network Compensator for Formation Control of Mobile Robots)

  • 본 논문에서는 이동 로봇의 군집 제어를 위해 실시간 적응 신경 회로망 보상기를 갖는 PID 제어기를 제안한다. 전체 제어 시스템은 선도-추종 로봇 접근법에 의한 기구학 제어기와 이동 로봇의 동역학을 고려한 동적 제어기로 구성되어 있다. 동적 제어기는 PID 제어기에 동특성 변화를 보상하고 성능을 개선시키기 위해 실시간 학습 기능을 가진 신경 회로망 보상기로 구성하였다. 모의실험을 통해 원형 궤적과 직선 궤적에 대해 PID 제어기와 신경 회로망 보상기의 성능을 비교하였다. 이를 통해 실시간 학습 기능을 가진 신경 회로망 보상기가 PID 제어기의 성능을 향상시킴으로써 군집 제어에서 추종 로봇의 추종 성능을 향상시키는 것을 확인하였다.
