  • It is difficult to solve PCB(Printed Circuit Board) Noise problem. Because Electronic circuit system operates very high frequency. Resonance analysis of PCB layout by PI(Power Integrity) Simulation method visualizes distribution of Switching noise between VDD and GND. By using de-cap, we reduce impedance and solve the EMI problems.

  • This paper is presented the Partial Resonant Soft Switching Mode Power Converter which is adapted the power converter having the partial resonant soft switching mode, that makes switches operated when the resonant current or voltage becomes zero by making the resonant circuit partially at turning on and off of the switches with suitable layout of the resonant elements and switch elements in the converter. Also, this paper includes the analysis and simulation of the Partial Resonant type Buck-Boost Chopper.

  • This study aims to analyze the relation between furniture arrangement and ventilation. In this study, the furniture layout of students'bedroom have been classified three kinds of patterns so that the air flue of the rooms can be analyzed. According to the results of the study, it is showed that the furniture arrangements have influenced the ventilation efficiency and it has been recognized that space plan needs the applicable study.

  • 가상 현실을 이용한 게임 환경은 하드웨어의 한계로 게임 속의 가상현실 공간에 비해 실제 유저가 활동하는 게임공간은 한정되어져 있다. 이러한 물리적인 한계는 게임의 내용을 제한시키게 되고, 공간 안에서 반복된 패턴을 느끼게 해 게임 레벨 디자인에 한계를 가져오게 된다. 이에 물리적으로 한정된 공간에 대해 게임 속에 다양한 공간 디자인을 설계하고 실험을 통해 통해 공간의 감성적 한계를 극복해보려 하였다.

  • The automated chemical analysis shop floor are developed for the environmental pollution problems in our chemical analysis center. This shop floor have the several equipments include weight, pour, dry, heater, boiler, mixture, spectroscopy etc. And the material handling components are made up by the stored stack, conveyore, turntables, robot etc. Computer simulation has been an important tool for these complete design problem. We have designed the arangement of chemical equipments and material flow systems by using the simulator "AutoModII". "AutoMoII" is one of the advanced simulator, CAD-like drawing tools with a powerful, engineering oriented language to model control logic and material flow. The result is the modeling of the chemical analysis system in accurate, three dimensional detail. We could designed the set able layout and scheduling system by using the AutoMoII simulator.   • This study aims to develop the program for active solar heating system design & analysis. The program, named ASOLis, is consisted of three user's interface like as system input/output, library, and utilities and used TRNSYS as a calculation engine for the system analysis. ASOLis simplifies user's input data through the database and can design 37 different types of solar systems. Solar system is configurated by two separated parts "solar thermal collecting part" and "load supplying part". Due to the user-friendly layout, all design parameters can be changed quickly and easily for the influence on system efficiency. For the reliability, ASOLis compared with experimental result. As a result, ASOLis is expected to be used as a vital tool for the design and analysis of active solar heating system.

7톤급 액체로켓엔진 산화제펌프 임계속도 해석 (Critical Speed Analysis of a 7 Ton Class Liquid Rocket Engine Oxidizer Pump)

  • A critical speed analysis of oxidizer pump was peformed for a 7 ton class liquid rocket engine as the third stage engine of the Korea Space Launch Vehicle II. Based on the previously developed experimental 30 ton class turbopump and presently developing 75 ton class turbopump for the first and second stage rocket engine of Korea Space Launch Vehicle II, a layout and configuration of the 7 ton class turbopump rotor assembly are determined. A ball bearing stiffness analysis and rotordynamic analysis are performed for both of the bearing unloaded condition and loaded condition. Structural flexibility of the oxidizer pump casing is also included to predict critical speeds. From the numerical analysis, it is confirmed that the rotor system acquires sufficient separate margin of critical speed as a sub-critical rotor even though decrease of critical speed due to the casing structural flexibility.

  • In order to see the effect of die deformation on the forming of sheet metal, the draw-ins, strains, and springbacks of an automotive fender panels are numerically simulated considering the die deformation found by the simultaneous structural analysis of press and dies. The comparison of the forming analysis result between the rigid die and the deformed die layout shows that the deformed tool provides more accurate forming and springback result.

  • For successful implementation of robotic painting system, a structured design and analysis procedure is necessary. In designing robotic system, both functional and economical feasibility should be investigated. As the robotization is complicated task involving implemen- tation details (such as robot selection, accessory design, and spatial layout) together with operation details, the computer aided design and analysis method should be sought. However, conventional robotic design systems and off-line programming systems cannot accommodate these inquiries in a unified fashion. In this research, we develop an interactive design support system for robotization of a cycle painting line. With the developed system called SPRPL (Simulation Package for Robotic Painting Line) users can design the painting objects (via FRAME module), select robot model (ROBOT), design the part hanger (FEEDER), and arrange the workcell. After motion programming (MOTION), the design is evaluated in terms of: a) workpace analysis, b) coating thickness analysis, and c) cycle time (ANALYSIS).
