이본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명 시대 최신기술 도입을 앞두고 보육교사가 인식하는 기존 교육방법의 효과, 최신기술의 관심, 최신기술의 활용 및 최신 기술의 전망을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역의 보육기관에 근무하고 있는 원장 및 교사 총 181명으로 2020년 4월 27일부터 5월 10일까지 온라인 설문을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사는 현재 교육 방법 효과에 대해 보통 정도의 만족을 하고 있었다. 둘째, 최신기술에 대한 관심은 높지 않았다. 셋째, 최신기술을 현장에 적용하는 것은 보통이상 정도의 관심을 두고 있었으나 거부감도 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육현장에서 최신기술에 대한 전망은 긍정적이며 특히, 최신기술의 도입이 보편화 될 것이라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 앞두고 보육현장의 최신기술 활용에 바른 방향성 및 관련 교사연수 준비에 기초자료가 될 것을 기대한다.

Strangely enough, there has not been much effort in applying the latest technologies to help referees make accurate calls in a soccer game compared to other sports. Modern soccer tries to apply VAR (Video Assistant Referee) technology to correct inaccurate calls such as an offside, but this is being put off due to the fact that real time decision-making cannot be carried out by using this technology. This has led this study to decide developing a device that will accurately identify offsides on a real time basis using various latest sensors and related technologies. This device will aid referees in calling offsides in a soccer match.

System-on-glass technology made with low temperature poly-Si TFT has been rapidly advancing in recent years. We have developed a low-power, narrow edged frame, 1.9inch system-on-glass LCD which fully integrates a 16-bit RGB interface driver and all power circuits required for driving the LCD. In this paper, the latest poly-Si TFT circuit technologies used in the newly developed LCD are discussed. The development trends are also reviewed.

This paper shows the latest trend of coping plan for mitigating lightning damage in advanced countries. The mitigation measures were investigated in following fields: the organization of government and warning system, education and publicity, support program and concerned service. In results of investigations, the USA and Japan have been organized with the latest technology of warning system and the effective management of organization. So government-level mitigation measures based on the small-scaled lightning warning system need to be considered for reducing the damage of lightning in our country.
