"4+1 뷰"를 적용한 ERP 개념 모델 개발 (Developing a Conceptual ERP Model by using "4+1 View")

  • Nowadays, many commercial ERP products, such as Oracle, SAP, and Baan, etc, are designed based on large-scaled companies. It is difficult for small and medium-size companies with weakness in budgets and resources(e.g., human, organization, technique, and so on) to use them as it was. So, new ERP system need to be provided for small and medium-size companies. In this paper, we model and provide a conceptual ERP model for small and medium-size companies by using "4+1 View" architecture model of Unified Modeling Language(UML). The conceptual ERP model consists of five subsystems: Manufacturing, Sales, HumanResource and Payroll, Accounting, and Trading. Especially, we describe the conceptual ERP model focusing on "Manufacturing" subsystem by using several diagrams of UML. By using the conceptual ERP model, the ERP system′s developers of small and medium-size companies can obtain many benefits: improving the efficiency of software developing process and helping user requirements gathering and description of ERP system′s nonfunctional aspect as well as functional aspect.

전자상거래 도입요인에 대한 대기업과 중소기업의 비교연구

  • This study compares the reasons why Small and Large companies are adopting electronic commerce(e-commerce) by these two groups of companies. Two surveys that were undertaken contemporaneously on the use of e-commerce by Small and Large companies in the Korea were used as the empirical basis for this study. Based on theories from the technological innovation literature, we developed an integrated model of e-commerce adoption in Korea. The research model hypothesized nine factors as significantly influencing e-commerce adoption in Small and Large companies: Customers, Suppliers, Partner Firms, Competitors, Relative Advantage, Cost, Compatibility, CEO's innovativeness, CEO's involvement.

CIGS 태양전지의 소수캐리어 확산 거리에 대한 새로운 측정 방안 연구 (Rapid and Accurate Measurement of Diffusion Length of Minority Carriers of CIGS Solar Cells)

  • Minority carrier diffusion length is one of the most important parameters of solar cells, especially for short circuit current density (Jsc). In this report, we proposed the calculating method of the minority carrier diffusion length ($L_n$) in CIGS solar cells through biased quantum efficiency (QE). To verify this method's reliability, we chose two CIGS samples which have different grain size and calculated $L_n$ for each sample. First of all, we calculated out that $L_n$ was 56nm and 97nm for small and large grain sized-cell through this method, respectively. Second, we found out the large grain sized-cell has about 7 times lower defect density than the small grain sized-cell using drive level capacitance profiling (DLCP) method. Consequently, we confirmed that $L_n$ was mainly affected by the micro-structure and defect density of CIGS layer, and could explain the cause of Jsc difference between two samples having same band gap.

소셜미디어에서의 인플루언서 포스팅 컨텐츠 전략 (An Empirical Analysis of Influencer's Posting Strategies in Social Media)

  • 본 연구는 인플루언서의 컨텐츠 포스팅 전략이 매출에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 특히, 소셜 미디어 플랫폼에서 인플루언서의 역할이 홍보에만 국한된 것이 아닌 판매자로서 확대됨에 따라 어떤 종류의 컨텐츠를 어떻게 인플루언서가 제공해야 하는 지에 대해 분석하였다. 인플루언서가 물건을 홍보 및 판매하여 소비자가 공동구매("공구")하게 되는데, 이 공구가 시작되기 전 제품에 대해 홍보할 수 있는 기간을 전략 기간이라고 명명하였다. 이 전략 기간 내에 인플루언서는 상업적인 컨텐츠와 비상업적인 컨텐츠를 업로드 할 수 있다. 따라서, 매출에 영향을 주는 컨텐츠의 종류는 무엇인지, 어떤 전략 기간에 업로드를 해야 효과적인 지를 분석할 필요가 있다. 이러한 효과들은 인플루언서의 팔로워 숫자에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 계량적으로 상업적인 컨텐츠와 비상업적인 컨텐츠가 전략 기간과 인플루언서의 영향력에 따라 매출에 미치는 영향이 달라짐을 실증하였다. 결론적으로, 인플루언서의 역할이 판매자로 확대됨에 따라 상업적 컨텐츠가 비상업적 컨텐츠보다 매출에 유의한 영향을 주었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 팔로워 수가 많은 인플루언서는 상업적인 컨텐츠의 업로드 횟수가 중요하였으며, 팔로워 수가 적은 인플루언서에게는 상업적인 컨텐츠의 질이 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

재벌기업과 정부 그리고 한국의 산업입지 (Chaebol, Government and Korean Industrial Location)

  • This paper identifies the mechanisms governing the industrial location changes in Korea by focusing upon the emergence of the country's large conglomerate business organizations (chaebols). As the country has distinctive industrial organization, production systems, and government-business relations, this study tries to develop an ideal conceptual framework for the analysis of industrial location changes in Korea. It perceives the Korean economy as a system within which 'space-organizing', lage business organizations interact over time with government, smaller firms and multinational corporations at different geographical scales. The usefulness of the model is assessed using a case study of Korea's most representative chaebol, the Samsung Group. This study identifies chaebols as the dominant institutions in Korean society. Their growth and business strategies have been influenced by the Korean Government through its power to allocate capital resources. Regional dynamics of industry and labor, therfore, have been strongly influenced by changes in the location, industrial structure, and production system of chaebols. With econmic power concentrated within a few giant business groups and their major areas of operation restricted, unbalanced regional development has resulted. Dissatisfaction from residents in less-developed areas has pressured the Government to advise chaebols to disperse their production facilities. Most small and medium-sized firms are closely linked to large corporations through subcontracting. By forming hierarchical subcontracting. By forming hierarchical subcontracting systems, chaebols have indirectly exploited scattered, part-time, home-based, female and lower-paid laborers organized by subcontractors. Further, chaebols have expanded their business arena to encompass overseas locations in a bid to overcome the problem of a small domestic market, trade regulations and increased market, trade regulations and increased labor costs. Through their international business networks Korea's local and regional economies are integrated into the world economy. Indeed, the identification of the changing relationships of chaebols with both the Korean Government and smaller firms is the key to explaining the nations's spatial dyanmics of industry and labor.

중소기업 업종이 전자상거래 실행과 성과의 관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Industry Type on the Relationship between Electronic Commerce Implementation and Performance : Empirical Study of Korean Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • This Study intends to find the impact of industry type on the relationship between Electronic Commerce(EC) implementation and performance. For this purpose, empirical study of domestic small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is carried out to test the relationship between EC implementation and EC performance and the moderating effect of industry type on the relationship between them. Previous empirical studies on EC mostly focused on the adoption of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. Empirical test shows that there are differences between manufacturing industry and service industry in utilizing EC and in achieving EC performance. The results of data analysis indicate that the industry type of SMEs is moderating the relationship between EC implementation variables(EC type, EC strategy, EC formality and EC character) and EC performance variables(EC utilization, EC satisfaction and EC usefulness).

소규모 브랜드에서 한정판 마케팅 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Limited Edition Marketing in Small Brands)

  • 최근 각광을 받는 브랜드간 콜라보레이션이나 한정판 마케팅 등의 새로운 마케팅 기법에 대해서 학술적인 연구가 제한되어 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 대형 브랜드를 대상으로만 분석된 한정판매 마케팅 기법이 소규모 브랜드에 적용되었을 때, 어떤 효과를 가져오는지를 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 연간 매출이 1,200만원 정도인 소규모 브랜드에서 한정판 제품을 출시하고, 일주일이라는 짧은 기간에 인스타그램을 통한 소셜 마케팅을 수행하였다. 그 결과 이 브랜드의 매출은 전년보다 10배의 매출 성장을 기록하였다. 이 연구를 통해 대형 브랜드뿐 아니라 소규모 브랜드에서도 한정판 마케팅이 브랜드 인지도와 매출 증대에 유의미한 영향을 가질 수 있음을 확인하였다.

수산경영학의 대상규정에 관한 시론적 고찰 (A Tentative Paper on the Object of Study in Fisheries Management)

  • The dispute on the object of study in the business management have been carried out since 1912 in Germany, and then it is the situation of "business management" academic world there is no the confirmed object. But P. F. Drucker has prescribed the large enterprise as the object of his study of management, because the large enterprise it the decisive, the representative, and constitutive in modern industrial country. And it is usual that we would consider the large manufacturing enterprise as the object of study. But, in fisheries management, because large fisheries enterprises are almost attached too much to the pelagic fisheries, it is judged that they are not "decisive". And it is judged that they are not "representative", because the large fisheries enterprises can not sufficiently symbolize the managerial characteristic of fisheries industry. The coastal and inshore fisheries which constitute th real part of fishing industry have been operating by private enterprises which are small business in scale, so the large fisheries enterprises could not be considered "constitutive " Therefore, the private fisheries enterprises is "decisive" because it is distributed in all most fisheries management, "representative" because it is exceedingly symbolize the managerial characteristic of fishing industry, and constitutive because it constitute the real part of fisheries industry. From the above-mentioned, it could be concluded that the object of study is regarded the private fisheries enterprise as appropriate as long as it is engaging in producing fisheries product as good and conducts the pursuit of principle of profit maximization. Because the object of study can not include all the thing which has to be observed in order to study, the materialization of the object is actually necessary. And then as aforesaid we intend to realize the materialization through taking the private fisheries enterprise as the object in fisheries management theory. And the materialization does mean a necessary process in choosing the object of analysis, but not the entity itself.choosing the object of analysis, but not the entity itself.

A Study on Evaluation of Online Trading System in MRO Supply Business

  • Purpose: The findings are expected to be used as basic data for policy establishment for systematic support and upbringing of small and medium-sized suppliers through the current status and characteristics of the industrial structure of the MRO consumable materials industry as a whole and the market trend. Research design, data, and methodology: This survey is conducted in 2019 mainly for companies that operate consumable materials delivery business, and the survey size is about 25,000 in advance (selected) and about 2,000 in the main survey. Using cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling, we derive the visualization of the homogeneous grouping of cases and the relationship structure between them. Results: Based on the attributes of reason for not having an online trading system, it is classified into three and four clusters for industry and company size, respectively, and the feature and pattern of each individual can be are relatively evaluated and visualized. Conclusions: Small and medium-sized consumable material suppliers specialize in products rather than fierce pricing strategies or external expansion strategies and it is more effective to establish a plan to promote the growth of both large and small enterprises through cooperation with large corporations.

  • 오늘날 경영환경은 기술혁신 등으로 인해 경쟁 압력이 커져 가는 불확실성의 환경하에 놓여 있다. 회사 내부에 수많은 정보들이 다양한 채널로 통해 입수되고 변경되기 때문에 정보를 체계적으로 관리하기 어렵고, 정보의 유지보수 관리에 어려움이 많다. 이와 같이 급변하는 기업환경에 신속히 대응하기 위하여 기업의 업무는 비즈니스 프로세스 중심으로, 기업의 정보시스템은 BPMS(Business Process Management System) 중심으로 구축되어가고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 BPMS 솔루션들은 대부분 대기업 위주여서 중소기업의 경우에는 이러한 BPMS를 도입하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 비즈니스 프로세스를 모델링하고 실행, 통제, 분석 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하여 웹으로 서비스할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 시스템은 해당 업무를 자동으로 알려주고 업무별 흐름에 따른 양식과 설명서를 제공한다. 중소기업의 BPM 툴로서 사용할 수 있게 경량화하여 구현하였다.
