Das hauh lterische Handeln wird je nach der Kultur einer gesellschaft unterschiedlich gestaltet. Auf welche Ebenen treten nun die unterschiedlichen Formen des haush lterischen Handelns in den jeweiligen Kultur auf und wodurch werden sie bestimmt\ulcorner Um diese Frage beantworten zu k nnen, m ssen wir durch die kulturanthropologische Denkans tze fragen, wie und inwiefern eine bestimmte Kultur die menschliche existenz beinflusst und wodurch spezifische kulturelle Wertorientierungen entstehen. Man erh lt damit die M glichekeit, die Realit t des haush lterischen Handelns-sowohl im Blick auf das kulturell Besondere als auch auf das Allgemeine-differenzierter verstehen zu k nnen. die kultur beeinflusst das haush lterische Handeln und Institutionalisierung des Haushalts in Sozialsytemen und Internalisierung der kulturellen werte durch die haush lterisch handelnden Personen, sowie die Begrenzung der Handlungs-und Entscheidungsspielr ume durch Rahmenbedingungen. Die Kultur leitet die handelnden Personen auch hinsichtlich der Zielorientierung und der normativen regulierung der Mittel, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen. So wird die Art und Weise der Handlungen, welche eine Folge der Lebenshaltung sind, von der kultur gelenkt und sind in ihrer realen Durchf hrung von kultur zu Kultur verschieden. In jeder Kultur basiert daher das haush lterische Handeln auf bestimmten dominierenden Bed rfnisstrukturen, in einem eigenen Rezept zur Uberwindung der leiblichenund seelischen lebensnot. einem eigenen MaBstab der Bed rfnisbefriedigung in einem begrenzten Spielraum. dadurch werden Umfang und Inhalt der hauswirtschaftlichen Arbeits-und funktionsbereiche, die Art ujd Weise der Strukturierung der Einkommemsbeschaffung und-verwendung und die Aufgaben und verantwortungsbereiche des Haushaltes in den jeweiligen Kulturen unterscfo-hiedlich formiert.

In this paper, we defined new subclasses of Spirallike and Robertson functions by using concept of q-derivative operator. We investigate convolution properties and coefficient estimates for both classes q-Spirallike and q-Robertson functions denoted by ${\mathcal{S}}^{\lambda}_q[A,\;B]$ and ${\mathcal{C}}^{\lambda}_q[A,\;B]$, respectively.

Background: Cisplatin, a DNA damaging agent, induces apoptosis through increasing DNA fragmentation. However, identification of intrinsic resistance molecules against Cisplatin is vital to estimate the success of therapy. Bag-1 (Bcl-2-associated anthanogene) is one anti-apoptotic protein involved in drug resistance impacting on therapeutic efficiency. Elevated levels of this protein are related with increase cell proliferation rates, motility and also cancer development. For this reason, we aimed to understand the role of Bag-1 expression in Cisplatin-induced apoptosis in HeLa cervix cancer cells. Cisplatin decreased cell viability in time- and dose-dependent manner in wt and Bag-1L+HeLa cells. Although, $10{\mu}M$ Cisplatin treatment induced cell death within 24h by activating caspases in wt cells, Bag-1L stable transfection protected cells against Cisplatin treatment. To assess the potential protective role of Bag-1, we first checked the expression profile of interacting anti-apoptotic partners of Bag-1. We found that forced Bag-1L expression prevented Cisplatin-induced apoptosis through acting on Mcl-1 expression, which was reduced after Cisplatin treatment in wt HeLa cells. This mechanism was also supported by the regulation of heat shock protein (Hsp) family members, Hsp90 and Hsp40, which were involved in the regulation Bag-1 interactome including several anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family members and c-Raf.

The present paper presents a study on the behavior and design of corrugated web steel beams with and without web openings. In the literature, the web opening problem in steel beams was dealt with mostly for steel beams with plane web plates and research on the effect of an opening on a corrugated web was found out to be very limited. The present study deals mainly with the effect of web openings on the transverse load carrying capacity of steel beams with sinusoidally corrugated webs. A general purpose finite element program (ABAQUS) was used. Simply supported corrugated web beams of 2 m length and with circular web openings at quarter span points were considered. These points are generally considered to be the optimum locations of web openings for steel beams. Various cases were analyzed including the size of the openings and the corrugation density which is a function of the magnitude and length of the sine wave. Models without web holes were also analyzed and compared with other cases which were all together examined in terms of load-deformation characteristics and ultimate web shear resistance.

We introduce a new subclass of q-bi-univalent functions of complex order related to shell-like curves connected with the Fibonacci numbers. We obtain the coefficient estimates and Fekete-Szegö inequalities for the functions belonging to this class. Relevant connections with various other known classes have been illustrated.

In the present paper, we prove the growth and distortion theorems for the spirallike functions class 𝓢_k(λ) related to boundary radius rotation, and by using the distortion result, we get an estimate for the Gaussian curvature of a minimal surface lifted by a harmonic function whose analytic part belongs to the class 𝓢_k(λ). Moreover, we determine and draw the minimal surface corresponding to the harmonic Koebe function.

Numerical techniques are used to determine the radius of convexity of the starlike functions related to cardioid shaped bounded domain. In addition, radius constants of certain starlikeness associated with right half plane of various starlike functions are computed.
