임도정공정 미곡 도정실태 ("Milling Recovery of Rice at Local Milling Plants")

  • This study was carried out to investigated the actual state of rice milling at local milling plants and to find out sources for elevating their milling recoveries in both quantity and quality. At 36 local milling plants located in Gyeongnam and Jeonnam , milling recoveries and head rice recoveries were measured with respect to their different milling systems and rice varieties. Then, the same samples of rice were milled by experimental milling equipments at laboratory, and the two experimental results were compared in order to determine the amount of milling recovery possibly to be increased. The results of this study are as follows ; 1. Milling recoveries of rice at local milling plants were proved to have no relationship with milling systems, and were 68.1% per ent and 72.6percent on an average with new variety and native variety, respectively. 2. The milling recoveries above stated can be elevated 4.5 percent and 2.9percent with new variety and native variety, respectively, by developing and extending technologies of manufacturing and handling rice milling machinery. 3. The head rice recovery of new variety at local milling plants has insignificant differences among milling systems, and was 54.8 percent on the average. With native variety, the recovery by friction type rice polisher was 0.9percent higher than that of friction-abrasive type polisher, and was 64.9 percent on the average. 4. The head rice recoveries of new variety and native can be elevated 5.1percent and 3.9percent, respectively, by the same stimulation above mentioned.

패션상품 소비자의 상표전환 유형과 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 반응 (The Type of Consumers Brand Switching on Fashion Goods and Response to Marketing Communication)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the marketing strategy, that strengthens the brand royalty of their own in apparel industry and that can induce consumers brand switching against competitive brand. This study was classified into theoretical and experimental study. Experimental study was done, using the survey, to prove the models for consumers responses to brand switching by the theoretical study. It analyzed at last five hundred ninety-two women in the age of twenty to thirty years old who live in Seoul. Followings are the summary of the results revealed through the experimental study. First, brand switching behavior of consumers for formal dress was attributed to two extremes the inner motivation of variety seeking tendency and communication contact, complex variety seeking group, true variety seeking group, derived variety seeking group, and variety avoiding group. Second, the cognition response to marketing communication the types of brand switching shows difference in all communication variables except the service promotion of sales promotion communication. As to attitude response, it was found meaning difference in all communication variables except the sales promotion through price adjustment.

품종 및 취반기구를 달리하여 취반한 쌀밥의 관능적 특성과 지질함량에 관한 연구 (The Sensory Properties and Lipid Contents of Cooked Rices depending on the Variety and Cooker)

  • 일반계 품종인 추청과 상풍, 다수계 품종인 태백과 용주를 시료로 하여 전기밥솥과 압력솥으로 취반한 쌀밥의 관능적 특성과 지질함량을 조사하였다. 전체적인 선호도는 압력솥으로 취반한 경우가 전기밥솥의 경우보다 좋았으며, 전기밥솥으로 취반한 경우, 일반계 품종이 다수계 품종보다 우수하였다. 취반 후 쌀의 유리지질 함량은 감소했고 결합지질 함량은 증가했다. 결합지질은 쌀밥의 윤기와 r=-0.69의 상관관계를 나타내었다.

  • Customer satisfaction level is usually measured in terms of price, qualify, customization, after-sale-service, product variety etc. Each firm sets up a distinctive production/marketing strategy to gain competitive advantage by Prioritizing the customer satisfaction measures. The market differentiation strategy directly results in supply chain performance such as lead time, inventory, customer fill rate and market share. Product proliferation desirable in customization sense often conflicts the economies of scale effect in production side. This paper focuses the relationship between product variety and market share. Specifically, we investigate how introduction of new product affects the current market share, i.e., formation of customer preference and provide some insight into the optimal range of product variety.

Use of SSR Markers to Complement Tests of Distinctiveness, Uniformity, and Stability (DUS) of Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Varieties

  • This study was carried out to assess the potential of SSR markers for variety identification by comparing SSR markers and morphological traits in tests of distinctiveness, uniformity, and stability (DUS) of pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) varieties. Twenty-seven SSR markers were polymorphic in 66 pepper varieties, revealing a total of 89 alleles. Average polymorphism information content (PIC) value was 0.529, ranging from 0.03 to 0.877. Cluster analysis of the band patterns separated the varieties into three groups corresponding to varietal types. Morphological trait-based clustering showed some degree of similarity to dendrogram topologies based on the SSR index. However, no significance correlation was found between the SSR and morphological data. SSR markers could be used to complement a DUS test of a candidate variety and to select complimentary varieties by pre-screening existing varieties in the context of protecting new varieties of pepper.

  • 최근 몇 년 동안, 빠르게 진보하는 기술, 국제적 경쟁, 성숙된 소비자들의 출현 등으로 많은 산업분야에서 제품 다양성은 급격하게 증가되어왔다. 기업들은 자사가 생산 또는 판매하는 제품의 다양성을 확보함으로써 고객만족이 증대하고 이러한 결과로 자사의 시장점유율과 수익률을 증가시키고자 노력한다. 본 연구는 선행된 제품다양성에 관한 문헌연구를 전반적으로 검토하여, 공급사슬상의 기업 및 사업부 내 제품다양성 효과를 밝히고 미래연구 방향을 제시하는데 연구 목표가 있다. 즉, 본 연구는 먼저, 문헌연구에 대한 재검토를 통해서 제품 다양성 수준을 제품설계, 생산, 구매, 물류, 마케팅과 같은 각각의 공급사슬 기능별 단위들로 구분하여 정리하고, 이러한 공급사슬 각 부문에서 수행된 기능들에 대한 제품 다양성의 긍정적, 부정적 영향들을 밝히고자 한다. 또한, 다양성을 위한 제품 설계 할 때, 모듈방식, 부품공유와 같은 제품생산 비용절감에 도움이 되는 요인들, 주문 처리과정, 구매부품 다양성 정도와 같은 구매비용절감에 관련된 요인들, 시장 점유, 고객만족, 경쟁적 우위, 수요예측과 같은 마케팅 관점에서의 제품다양성에 관한 요인들을 분류 제시하고자 한다. 끝으로, 미래연구 방향에 대해서 논의한다.

고추의 유전자형 및 생태형이 약배양 효율에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Genotype and Ecotype on Anther Culture Efficiency in Hot Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.))

  • 고추 (Capsicum annuum L.)의 일대잡종을 이용하여 모본의 유전자형 및 생태형이 약배양 효율에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 모본의 유전자형에 따라 약배양 효율에 차이를 보였다. 또한 약배양 효율은 모본으로 배 발생률이 낮은 계통보다 높은 계통을 사용한 교배조합에서 높아 약배양 효율에 세포질 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 생태형에 따른 배 발생 효율은 재래종$\times$피망 교배조합에서 배 발생률이 17.8~46.1%로 가장 높았고, 피망$\times$재래종 조합은 5.4~8.5%의 배발생률을 보여 가장 낮았다. 재래종 $\times$남방계, 남방계 $\times$재래종, 남방계 $\times$피망, 피망 $\times$남방계 교배조합의 배 발생률은 10.5~23.1%로 비교적 중간값을 보였다.

광잎 심복백의 수상위치에 따른 변이 (Variarions in Degree of Chalkiness of Rice Kernels According to Their Positions on Panicle)

  • 미입의 심복백정도가 수상위치에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가를 구명하기 위하여 심복백정도가 상이한 4가지 품종에서 우선 미입별 심복백정도의 분포와 이들의 입중과의 관계를 보았고 다음으로 심복백이 적은 밀양2003와 많은 SR 601-25-1에 대하여 심복백의 수상분포를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 품종내에서 미입의 심복백은 투명입(0)에서 부터 심복백입(9)에 이르기까지 다양하게 분포하였는데 투명입중은 투명입이, 심복백입종은 심복백입이 가장 많았고 중간입종은 전 등급에 고르게 분포하였다. 2. 심복백정도와 입중과의 관계에서 투명입종은 심복백잎이, 심복백립종은 투명입이 가벼웠으며 중간입종은 투명입과 심복백입이 다 가벼웠다. 3. 미입 심복백의 수상분포에서 투명입종은 이삭의 끝 부분인 제1지편과 각 지편의 미단입들이 모두 투명하였고 기타 부위에서는 일정한 경향이 없었다. 4. 지편의 평균심복백 정도는 투명입종에 속하는 밀양2003에서만 중간부입의 지편이 약간 높은 편이었다.

이탈리안 라이그라스 신품종 ″화산 103호″의 생육특성과 수량성 (Growth Characters and Productivity of New Italian Ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum L.) Variety ″Hwasan 103″)

  • "Hwasan 103" is a new cold-tolerant Italian ryegrass(Lo1ium multiflorum L.) variety developed by theNational Livestock Research Institute(NLR1) in 1999. To develop a cold-tolerant variety of Italianryegrass(Lo1ium multiflorum L.), cold-tolerant clones survived under - 13 - - 14$^{\circ}$C of minimum average airtemperature(MAAT) in January were selected at Hwachun, Kwangwon Province in 1995. Five clones ofselected clones were polycrossed for seed production by NLRI, RDA in 1996."Hwasan 103" was diploid variety, green in leaf color and broad in flag leaf width. Also it hassemi-prostrate and medium growth habit in late autumn and in early spring, respectively. "Hwasan 103" wasexcellent in lodging tolerance at harvesting time. First heading date of "Hwasan 103" was 14th May, it wassimilar to that of Marshall. Expecially, "Hwasan 103" survived about 50-70% under - 10- - 12'C ofMAAT in January, so it could be cold-tolerant variety that can be safely cultivated in regions higher than -9$^{\circ}$C of MAAT in January. Compared with Marshall "Hwasan 103" showed 3% higher fresh yield (57.8MTper ha) and it showed 2% higher dry matter yield (11.OMT per ha). Comparative Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Differential Response of Phytohormone Biosynthesis Genes in Glumous Flowers of Cold-Tolerant and Cold-Sensitive Rice Varieties Upon Cold Stress at Booting Stage

  • Low temperature stress is one of the major negative factors affecting vegetative and reproductive growth of rice. To better understand responses of rice plants to low temperature we analyzed transcriptome expression patterns in glumous flower of cold-tolerant japonica rice variety, Stejaree45, and cold-susceptible variety, HR19621-AC6 at booting stage under cold water irrigation. A total of 2,411 probes were differentially expressed by low temperature in glumous flowers of the two varieties. Some important genes involved in hormone biosynthesis showed variety-specific regulation. Expression of GA20ox3 and GA2ox, among the genes involved in GA biosynthesis, was regulated differentially in the two varieties. Among the genes involved in IAA biosynthesis, YUCCA1 and TAA1:1 showed variety-specific regulation. Among the genes involved in cytokinin biosynthsis and signaling, expression of LOG, HK1 and HK3 was significantly down-regulated only in the cold-susceptible variety. Among the genes involved in ABA biosynthesis, NSY and AAO3 were down-regulated only in the cold-tolerant variety. In general, genes involved in GA, IAA and cytokinin biosynthesis responded to cold temperature in such a way that capacity of those bioactive hormones is maintained at relatively higher levels under cold temperature in the cold-tolerant variety, which can help minimize cold stress imposed to developing reproductive organs in the cold-tolerant variety.
