The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between the outdoor activity and independent behavior of infant and the physical charater of the intermediate-territory. Another purpose is to find out the estimate of infant's mother to the intermediate-territory as the space of the infant's outdoor life. As the result of this study, the following points are confirmed: 1) The outdoor activity, cognition, independent behavior of infant is affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory. 2) The time and frequency of outdoor activity is affected bu the physical character of the intermediate-territory. 3) The cognition and the boundary of outdoor activity are affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory. 4) The time of independent behavior is affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory. 5) The estimate of infant's mother to the intermediate-territory as the space of infant's activity is very bad. The physical environment of intermediate-territory is very poor.

China has been tried to make our former territory named "Guryubuel" as their territory and history using the "Northeast Expanding Project" and other territory expanding projects. This study aimed to make a correspond measure to the cause, purpose and statues on the Northeast Expanding Project of China, to help restoration of Korean territory. For this purpose, it was reviewed the detail about Territory Projects of China. This study included not only the "Northeast Expanding Project" but also the Dandae Project, Tamwon Project and the theory of 'Yoha Civilization' to reveal the project's cause, purpose and detail to analysis the issues and to make a countermeasure. China has been distorted our cture and history on purpose for the territory expanding project. Hence, this study has distinction from the previous approach on the China's territory projects since it has been focused on dilemma of cultural and historical distortion by some Chinese. This study pointed out the distortion of the history and culture of China, as well as Korean mistakes to interpret the China's claim into our own way. It is emphasized that progressive response of Korean government is very important to protect our territory against the Chinese territory expanding projects.

This paper examines a mechanism of the Electronic Territory Expansion and the Information-oriented Society. Especially, a strategy for the territory development based on intelligence is suggested. The strategy is divided into a strategy for the domestic electronic territory and a plan for the global electronic territory. To examine the strategy and the plan, this paper is using the causal map analysis based on the System Thinking Approach. The causal map of the mechanism is characterized by a positive feedback loop. The paper has concluded that it is important to make the positive loops as a virtuous circle. It means that when a society dominates the advantageous position firstly in the field of intelligent and electronic territory, the competitiveness can grow in arithmetical progression.

Territory is determined by physical elements that provide the occupants an obvious boundary in a space. The creation of boundary is a interpersonal process by which a person or group regulates interactions with others. The perception of territory needs boundary regulations that mean the composition of horizontal and vertical elements in architectural space. The perception of territory can be defined as perceptual reaction considering not only visual perception on the physical elements in the architectural space and also various kinds of social activity in architectural environment. To achiever territory in architectural space, visible and invisible boundary regulation should be need. It means that territorial boundary regulation needs visual and audial boundary regulation as well as spatial boundary regulation.

This article analyzed maritime territorial policies in Korea. Marine territory originally refers to the topography of the subsoil in a country's territorial sea. From a political perspective, it is a broad concept that includes islands and polar regions beyond the jurisdiction of Korean sovereignty or sovereign rights, such as territorial waters, EEZs, and continental shelves. Also, Korean researchers use "maritime territory" as a term for maritime zones that stretch from Ieodo (Korean EEZ) to Dokdo Island. The purpose of this study is to review the concepts of various domestic maritime territories and examine the formation and change of policies. The article is structured as follows. Chapter 2 reviews past discussions on maritime territories and analyzes the concept of maritime territory based on them. The term "maritime territory" is used indiscriminately with islands due to the lack of discussion on this matter between academic circles in the past. Therefore, this chapter provides an in-depth analysis of the concept of maritime territory. Chapter 3 tracks the formation and change of maritime territorial policies. Today, the concept of domestic maritime territory has been completed in the public domain. The activities of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, the control tower of domestic maritime territorial policies, are summarized to explain this concept. Chapter 4 analyzes the concept of maritime territory by comparing it with China's blue state territory (藍色國土). As China's concept of blue state territory has many similarities with maritime territory as a political base for China's maritime activities today, comparing these two concepts would be significant. Based on the above, Chapter 5 derives suggestions to promote maritime territorial policies.

Propose: The expansion of the delivery market in franchise business is a positive means of advertising and promotion for franchisees and contributes to substantial sales growth for stores. However, unrestricted and uncontrolled delivery sales and business activity of franchisee directly lead to encroachment of business territory between franchisees, resulting in increased operating costs of franchisees and conflicts between franchisees over rights and interests on franchise business. Moreover, in relation to the restrictions on the opening of competitors, it is incapacitating the law intent of prohibiting unfair encroachment of business territory, in the issue of the Fair Franchise Act in regard to guarantee of exclusive sales and business activity rights of franchisee. This study aims to point out major problems arising out of franchisee's infinite competition on delivery sales and business activity that are not restricted or controlled and then suggest legal supplements, policy tasks, and practical implications for improvement on the issues. Literature Review: In franchising business transactions, vertical restraints are associated with the exclusive territory establishment, control of transaction area, restriction of intangible sales and business activity of franchisee. Therefore, in the franchise business, it is necessary to take positive interpretation and application on e-commerce, the area of e-commerce, and delivery trading area and find proper and practical ways, by virtue of constructive attitude of each actor, to reduce the encroachment of business territory and various conflicts caused by unrestricted delivery trading area. Conclusion and suggestion: The finding shows that unrestricted or uncontrolled delivery sales and business activity of franchisees cause encroachment of business territory and many conflicts among franchisees. And this matters also weaken the legislation of the law on the protection of the business territory and can be negative factors that disrupt the protection of identity and sound development of the franchise industry in the long run. Therefore, in the franchise business, it is necessary to take positive interpretation and application on e-commerce, the area of e-commerce, and delivery trading area and find proper and practical ways, by virtue of constructive attitude of each actor, to reduce the encroachment of business territory and various conflicts caused by unrestricted delivery trading area.

The advertisement call of anurans functions to attract potential mates. The dominant frequency of an advertisement call is generally getting lower with increased snout-vent length (SVL) of the caller Rana rugosa has an advertisement call tilth a particularly high frequency modulation. We conducted a playback experiment to verify the function of frequency modulation, and investigated the territorial behavior of the frog. The frog has five types of territory defense strategy. Strategy choice depended on the caller's SVL. Small males became satellites or lowered the dominant frequency of their advertisement call, whereas large males actively defended their territory with encounter calls. In response to high frequency (1107 Hz) playback, the frogs lowered their advertisement call frequency, and towered them further in response to the low frequency (1028 Hz) playback. In addition, the number of pulses in a call was increased in response to the playback. These results indicate that the frog avoids physical conflict with competitors by selecting a territory defense strategy suitable for the caller's size, and by lowering its call frequency to disguise its SVL.

The purpose of this study is to analyze clarify the relationship of transformational leadership of higher-ranking officers and work satisfaction of lower-ranking officers for the government employees in education administration. The main conclusions were as the followings. First, looking into the analysis result on the transformational leadership of higher-ranking officers, there is a noticeable difference for each position, grade 6 shows noticeably low difference than grade 8 and grade 9 in overall position, and for each service agency, the government employees in board of education show noticeably higher difference than the government employees in elementary schools on entire serve agencies. Second, looking into the analysis result on the work satisfaction of lower-ranking officers, for each position, grade 6 and grade 7 government employees show noticeably low difference than grade 8 and grade 9 in personnel territory and education and training territory, and for each service agency, government employees in the board of education show noticeably higher difference than the government employees in elementary and middle schools on agencies. And third, looking into the analysis result on the relationship of work satisfaction of lower-ranking officers and the transformational leadership of higher-ranking officers, the statistically noticeable level of static correlation has been shown for vision setting and growth-striving territory from the lower domain of the transformational leadership of higher-ranking officers in personnel, compensation, working environment and so forth, efficiency territory of operation, cohesion territory of department and charisma leadership territory in personnel domain, cohesion territory of department in personnel domain, human respect territory in duty, personnel, and compensation domain.

Korean Traditional Houses had been composed of several territory. Sarang-Chae was territorialized from the functional differentiation and the sexual discrimination of Confucianism. The territory of ancestral shrine was formed with the filial duty of Confucianism. Korean Traditional Houses have the visible, material boundary and invisible, symbolic boundary which is repeated into the inner space. Korean Traditional Houses are appreciated as the enclosed territory which the sacred inner space of the house is in opposition with the profane outer space, and the inner space of the house has hierarchical boundary by the hierarchy of the house god.
