1. Objectives To evaluate effects of bee venom acupuncture on cardiovascular system and differences according to each constitution. 2. Methods Heart rate variability, pulse wave and the velocity of cerebral blood flow were measured before bee venom acupuncture(BVA), right after and after 30 minuets, had been applied to 20 subjects. 3. Results 1. BVA did not have effects on measurement variables of heart rate variability. 2. BVA had effects on pulse wave, showing total time, radial augmentation index up and height of percussion wave, time to percussion wave, sum of pulse pressure down. 3. BVA did not have effects on the cerebral blood flow velocity when considering not Sasang Constitution. 4. Considering Sasang Constitution, BVA demonstrates different responses in time to preincisura wave, mean blood flow velocity, peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity. 4.Conclusion From those results, the following conclusions are obtained. Cause BVA alters pulse wave and makes differences in the cerebral blood flow velocity according to Sasang Constitution. Various methods of BVA treatment are needed considering Sasang Constitution.

The aim of this article is to suggest that Samulnori will be able to produce better and more lovable language. Samulnori is a good example of the Korean music. Samulnori is originally meaning four-percussion play. Janggu and buk made of leather which were mainly cowskin and dogskin. But jing and kkaengwari made out of brass. Four percussions are an instrument composed of a pattern based on the theory of yin and yang. The principle of Samulnori rhythms are well made up of the relaxation, tension, improvisation, escalating rhythms, and dynamic sound. Samulnori looks like two lovers exchanging sweet words in the natural forest. The push and pull between four instruments like a love quarrel. The author feels that the rhythms of the four instruments are like the whispers and cries of lovers. In conclusion, the silent or passionate rhythm of Samulnori feels like two lovers' tightrope love. The author thinks it creates a rich language of love.

In recent years the downtown, Top-down method has been applied in a major method to solve the complaints due to noise, vibration, dust and safety issues such as cracking due to settlement when the excavation close to the building. Until it is installed underground permanent foundation, the Pre-founded Column is a pile foundation as well as a column to bear the upper construction load. The Pre-founded Column is constructed by PRD method generally. The EnP(Enlarging Pile) method can be expanded locally boring diameter of the embedment zone as compared to the PRD method existing general. Since the bearing capacity is increased by the boring diameter is expanded, the embedment length is reduced, the construction cost is reduced.

In recent downtown high land due to an increase in the utilization of land from the property line to maximize the proximity of the construction and use of underground structures has increased. The nature of urban underground retaining structure construction safety, environmental management, and civil contrast situations, construction periodt perspective, this method is widely used in the backhand. Recent Patents DP method and the method of the DBS method than in the SPS process is deleted according to the PRD process cost savings are generated. The workability and safety study of two kinds of method, such as air speed, and considering the reduction of indirect costs in terms of economic efficiency is considered to be a superior method.

We report a case of 36-year-old woman with myasthenia gravis (MG) combined with mediastinal leiomyosarcoma (LMS) and Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS). She was admitted to ICU with the symptoms of acute onset headache, diplopia, ptosis, dysphagia, general weakness, and respiratory difficulty for several days. Physical examination revealed tachypnea, decreased breath sounds and dullness to percussion in right lower chest. Neurologic examination showed ptosis, diplopia, decreased gag reflexes, and generalized proximal weakness. Laboratory studies revealed increased serum acetylcholine receptor antibodies and positive Tensilon test. Chest CT showed a huge mass in the right middle mediastium but no evidence of thymic enlargement. Mediastinal LMS was diagnosed by ultrasound-guided needle biopsy. The myasthenic symptoms were fluctuated in spite og intravenous immunoglobulin, plasmapheresis, and corticosteroid. During therapy, SJS developed. She died 4 months after the onset of the myasthenic symptoms despite the chemotherapy for LMS.

The accurate mapping of the basement is one of the most crucial factors in construction of harbour facilities and bridges in the coastal areas. In shallow waters, the seismic reflection method often fails to image the basement geometry beneath the sediment cover in many cases. We present the result of a shallow marine seismic refraction survey using two ships, l2-channel hydrophone arrays deployed on the bottom and a borehole sparker or percussion powder as sources. Velocity structure could be computed by tomography algorithm since more than 6 different source points had been applied for one spread. The comparison of the results of the refraction survey with drilling logs demonstrates remarkable consistency in basement geometry. It thus appears that the refraction method in this study is an efficient and cost-effective way to investigate the basement structure in coastal area, river, and lake.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to introduce oriental medicine music therapy during the acupuncture of pathogenic fire. Methods : We investigated the acupuncture points of pathogenic fire and the methodology of oriental medicine music therapy. Results : During the acupuncture of pathogenic fire, patients listen to proper music and after withdrawing of acupuncture, patients play the musical instrument. The patients with the case of fire due to affection by exopathogen, the method of dispelling superficial fire can be used through playing percussion instruments. The case of patients with the fire of five organ, the Five Phases music can be used properly. Conclusions : This study describes oriental medicine music therapy has a good possibility as a treatment of pathogenic fire with acupuncture.

기존의 음악 재생기들은 폴더별 저장 등의 방법을 통해 사용자가 임의로 장르구분을 해서 저장한 경우에 한하여 장르별로 음악을 들을 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 드럼 등의 타악기 소리에서 검출되는 피크레벨 주파수를 시간별 피크레벨수로 분석하여 빠른 곡과 느린 곡의 구분을 사용자가 직접 해줄 필요 없이 재생기 내에서 버튼 하나로 구분되어 재생될 수 있도록 하는 것을 목표로 한다.

A revascularization procedure was shown to be the best alternative therapy for immature teeth with necrotic pulp and apical infection. A 12 year old female with a history of trauma to her upper central incisor and a sinus tract was referred for endodontic treatment. She was an active orthodontic patient and had undergone regenerative endodontic treatment for the past 2 years. Clinical examination revealed no response to sensibility, percussion, and palpation tests. The preoperative radiograph showed an open apex and apical rarefaction. The case was diagnosed as previously treated tooth with asymptomatic apical periodontitis. Regenerative endodontic retreatment was performed, and the case was followed for 3 years. Clinical, radiographic, and cone-beam computed tomography follow-up examination revealed an asymptomatic tooth, with evidence of periapical healing and root maturation.

We experienced thymolipoma which is a rare benign mediastinal tumor, an admixture of atrophic thymic tissue and matured adipose tissue. The patient was, 13 years old boy, admitted due to anterior mediastinal mass on routine chest X-ray and complained of mild exertional dyspnea. The physical examination revealed percussion dullness, decreased breathing sound at right anterior hemithorax. The chest PA and lateral views showed both paracardiac mass density and obliteration of retrosternal clear space. The chest CT Scan showed tubular structure containing of thymic tissue and enhanced fatty tissue, suggested thymolipoma. Operation was performed under the impression of thymolipoma. Through median sternotomy, the huge mass was resected. Grossly, the mass was yellowish fatty colored, measured 15X12X10cm, weighed 600gm. Light microscopic examination showed that thymic tissue containing of Hassal`s corpuscles were surrounded by matured adipose tissue, as the characteristic finding of thymolipoma. The postoperative course was uneventful.
